Salut à tous!
Je m'appelle Alexandre .J'ai 24 ans et j'habite à Moscou.
J'aimerais de commencer par mon histoire de l'apprentissage des langues étrangères.
Alors ça fait déjà 5 ans que j'apprend le français par les moyens domestiques.C'est à dire juste par
Internet,des livres en français originales que je récupère et par communication avec les autres. Oui,j'ai jamais été en France ou dans des autres pays francophones cependant j'ai réussi de développer mon français jusqu'à ce que je suis capable de lire des livres entièrement,comprendre à l'oral et communiquer en français sans difficulté(ordinairement sur Skype,Télégram ,WhatsApp etc.)
En plus ,pendant ces 5 ans j'ai pal mal appris l'anglais et j'ai un nouveau aussi considérable dans cet langue.
Petit à petit j'apprend l'allemand et je me suis mis à faire la connaissance avec cette langue vraiment il n'y a pas longtemps.
Merci infiniment pour votre attention.Moi,j'adore vraiment la langue française à tel point que autrefois j'écrivais beaucoup de poésie en français et enfin j'aimerais d'écrire encore plus mais j'en ai fait déjà trop pour aujourd'hui et dans quelques temps je vais afficher ici toutes mes vers en français et d'autres histoires si vous voulez.

Diary 1/6
I went home by train today. As soon as I arrived the city I lives, I went to a place I looked forward to. That was a department store near the train station. It is where the anime I like has an activity for selling bottles of cold brewed tea and panna cotta. The bottle and the container of panna cotta both have a good design and I like it so much. I received not only the food but also the cute small cards and the coaster of different characters. These small things made me so happy. I'm really looking forward for its movie this year!

Mon experience vivant dans un pays pauvre
Je sais que pauvre s'écoute très mal, mais c'est la vérite. J'adore mon pays a la fin, mais il y a quelque choses terribles ici.
Au debut j'avais honte de parler de mon pays, tout le monde peut-être a écouté de celui-ci seulement pour une mauvais situation, personne connais ce pays pour une situation positif.
Bon, mon experience, je suis née au Salvador, en 2001, Mars juste après un tremblement de terre. Mes grandparents ont perdu sa maison, et c'est temps ont été terrible pour eux. Mais j'était une bébé, et ne me rappelle rien. Tout ma vie jusqu'à 17 ans je n'ai pu voyager et sortit dans ma même ville seule a cause du violence. Au Salvador ont eu jusqu'a 68 personnes tués par jour. Et plus de milliard d'autres personnes disparus. Moi, comment femme, je suis en une situation plus fragil.
Je vraiment détéste ne pouvoir pas sortir à la plage avec mes amis, ou voyager un peu plus.
Maintenat j'ai 21 ans. Et de temps en temps je peux aller ou quelque fête ou visiter autres lieux ici. Mais non très loin sans ma famille parce qu'ils devient très effrayés.
Heuresement la situation a changé un peu, il y a moins personnes tués les derniers 2 ans, a cause d'un nouveau président mais il ya beacoup d'autres problèmes dans ce petit pays.

Büszkeség
Mikor először jártam osztályamstul Magyarországon, láttam valmit : Magyarok nagyon büszke kultúrajara és országara. Például, mikor Magyar Nemzeti Galeriánál voltunk, egy igedenvezetőjünk volt, és tudtam látni szeméiben, hogy nagyon büszke volt, hogy megmuttata nekünk a helyet. Véleményem szerint, büszkeség magára jó. Persze, egy fajta rossz büszkeség is van, de ha akarnunk tudni, ahova kell megyünk, tehát kell tudunk, mi és ki vagyunk. Úgy gondolok, hogy a Franciak kicsit elveszitettek a nemzeti büszkeségüket, és ez kár.

When I was in Hungary, I noticed one thing: Hungarian people are very proud of their country and culture. For instance, when we where in the National Gallery, we had a guide and I could see in her eyes she was very proud to show us the place. In my opinion, pride in oneself is good. Of course, there's also a bad kind of pride, but if we want to know where we should go, we have to know who and what we are. I think French people somewhat lost their national pride and it's too bad.

Spanisch und Abwesenheit
Ich war seit 2 Monaten nicht in Spanisch Unterrichten und ich glaube, wir können maximal 6 Unterrichten verpassen. Ich war mir sicher, dass ich mehr als 6 Unterrichten verpasst habe. Weil ich Spanisch um 8 Uhr habe, es fällt mir sehr schwer früh aufzuwachen um zu Spanisch zu gehen.
Ich habe es aber heute geschafft! Ich habe auch mit der Lehrerin gesprochen über mein Abwesenheitsproblem und sie sagte, dass es okay ist aber ab jetzt muss ich keine Unterrichte verpassen. Das bedeutet, dass ich die Prüfung schreiben kann aber es wird schwer sein 2 Mal in der Woche um 8 Uhr in der Uni zu sein. :(

The Covid Test
I took a Covid test yesterday afternoon. I just checked my 72 hour Covid test records and I saw it was already negative.
Since I got Covid on the eighteenth last month, I have taken three Covid tests.
The first test was on the third day after I got Covid and it was positive. The second test was on the eighth day after I got Covid and it was still positive.
In fact, I wanted to take the test a few days before, but I only made it yesterday.
Although I took the test a few days later, fortunately it has turned negative.
I don't know when it started to turn negative, but I don't think it just turned negative yesterday.
Obviously, I guess it should have turned negative between the tenth and the fifteenth days after I got Covid.

Wat vind jij van de wijk waar je woont?
Ik woon vlak bij het Flageyplein, in een kot met twee studenten. Ze spreken Nederlands. Omdat mijn Nederlands niet zo goed is, spreken we meestal in het Engels. Maar dit jaar wil ik vaker Nederlands spreken omdat ik beter wil worden. Ik vind mijn buurt leuk want er is veel openbaar vervoer en handels. Daarnaast is mijn universiteit niet te ver. Het is erg handig! Ik hoef niet mijn auto rijden en dat is het belangrijkst voor mij want ik rijd niet graag. Ten slotte wonen mijn vrienden in Brussel ook en we kunnen vaak elkaar zien.
Ongelukkig genoeg zijn de straten heel vuil. Aangezien er veel cafés zijn, is er altijd braaksel overal. De straten van Brussel zijn vuiler en luidruchtiger dan de straten van Granada en ik vind dat niet zo leuk. Ik denk dat Granada mijn favoriete stad was, omdat het niet te klein of te groot was. Het was de mooiste stad en ik woonde daar graag, maar ik miste mijn vrienden van België.
Later wil ik wonen in de buurt van mijn vrienden. Ik wil mijn auto niet nodig hebben. De straten moeten schoon zijn maar ze kunnen levendig zijn.

Life in Ports (2)
I got the position with flying colors because the boss only got elementary education, he was even unable to read the 26 English letters, and both of us were satisfied with each other. I promised the boss I will master the specified and necessary vocabulary in a very short time.
When foreign freighters or cargo ships arrived at Shenzhen port ( there are three ports there), my boss and I would get on the ship and ask for some business, the deals were all up to the captain. They call us as ship chandler.
In most cases, they would reject us because their company had signed a long-term agreement with some big ship chandler in Guangzhou, they usually faxed all required products to Guangzhou several days ago when they prepared to enter the harbor. We only supply something that they had forgotten to list on the fax, which was also a big profit for us, however.
We sold fresh vegetables, fruits, frozen meats, cement, and even condoms to the ship. We must visit the port every day to look for business and generally got a deal only about once a week, yet it was enough for us.
I remember the first time when I visited a captain from Israel, I couldn't understand the meaning of "cement" and "coke", he didn't laugh at me and explained them thoroughly to me. At the same time, my boss looked at us radiantly with a smile, he was contented watching how hard I was trying to work, he didn't know a word about what we were discussing. I sincerely want to show thanks from my heart to this kind captain since these two words were too simple.

Zoo
Hallo Lisa,
wie geht 's dir? Genießt du die Sonne? :)
Ich war letzte Woche mit meiner Familie im Berliner Zoo. Das war das erste Mal dort, und ich war total überrascht! Es gab so viele verschiedene Tierarten, und die Sonne hat den ganzen Tag geschienen. So toll! Ich sah zum Beispiel Vögel, die ich nie gesehen habe. Ich weiss, du liebst auch exotische Vögel. Deswegen, glaube ich, wäre es eine gute Idee, wenn wir nochmal in den Zoo gehen können. Was hältst du davon? Nächste Woche gibt es eine Veranstaltung über afrikanische Vögel. Wollen wir zusammen es besuchen?

*Der Unternehmen kann sich auf eine Gestaltung des Produkt konzentrieren. Der Geltungsbereich der Produktgestaltung ist folgendes: die Produktbeschaffenheit, der Produktqualität, der Marktbezeichnung sowie Verpackung und Produktdesign (bei psysikslische Produkte). Wichtig ist, dass solche Gestaltung an unterschiedlichen Bedürfnissen der diversen Kunden spricht. z.B. Frau Möller ist auf die Suche nach neuer Telefon der "schön" aussieht. Das Thema Digitalsicherheit ist sie völlig irrelevant. Somit der Grundlage des KKVs erfüllt.
Erklären Sie den Begriff “Push-und-Pull” Strategie.
*Ziel dieser Strategie ist, neue Produkte zur Markt zu platzieren. Die Push-Strategie ist sog. Eine Absatzmittelergerichtete Strategie, die direkt auf die Händler wirken. Zum Beispiel wird die Push-Strategie verwendet wenn Kunden nicht sicher sind, ob die Produkt für sich Wert haben. Darüber hinaus handelt die Push sich um aktives Einwirken des Hersteller/Verkauf beispielsweise attraktiver Display der Waren. Im Gegenzug, bei Pull-Strategie strebt der Unternehmen an, um Einkommen durch Nachfrage der Kunden zu erhöhen. Deshalb ist die Pull-strategie eine konsumentengerichtete Maßnahmen des Herstellers, da der Hersteller sich um Image- und Bekanntheitsgrad der Produkte kümmern soll (z.B. Werbung in Medien). Letztendlich löschen die Pull- und Push-Strategie gegenseitig aus, damit die Zielgruppe zum Kauf animiert werden können.
Begründen Sie, wie KKV gegen Wettbewerb effektiv wirkt werden könnte.
*Wie bereits “Alleinstellungsmerkmal” bekannt, sprecht der KKV auf die Nutzen der Zielgruppe, von anderen Konkurrenten nicht imitierbar Merkmale und die Image-Führershaft an. Bei Fallstudie Milchette AG (der dänische Milchhersteller der ins deutschem Markt eintreten will) daher ist die Anwendung der Outpacing-Strategie geeignet, weil die Verknüpfung von Qualität zum Kostenführung in diesem Fall geeignet ist. Zudem kann die Multimarktstrategie angewandt werden, um die Outpacing-Strategie effektiver einwirken lassen zu können.
Welche Ziele sollen grundsätzlich mit einer Strategieimplemetierung erreicht werden?
*Umsetzungsziele und Durchsetzungsziele sollen erzielt werden. Umsatzungsziele handelt sich um die Anpassung der Filmenkultur, der Filmenstraktur, sowie Filmensystem und um Spezialisierung der Strategievorgaben auf globalen Markt. Durchsetzungsziele ist eher in der Interne Marketing gesetzt, damit die Unternehmenmitgiledern die Strategie vollkommen akzeptieren werden.
In der Fallstudie sind Implementierungsbarriere folgendes.
A) Unverständlichkeit der Durchsetzungsziele
Aus irgendeinem Grund (e.g. Unklar formulierten Strategie-Slogans) könnten Mitarbeiter von Führungskräfte ausgearbeiteten Strategie nicht verstehen oder nicht sich klar kommen. Mögliche Maßnamen hier sind von Vorsitzende klar und einfacher erfassten Durchsetzungsziele.
B)Führungskraft als Implementierungsbarriere
Dieser Punkt kommt mit den A) Hand im Hand vor, da in diesem Fall die Führungskraft Aufklärung der Durchsetzungsziele an Arbeiter:innen verweigert oder komplett verzichtet. Mögliche Maßnahmen sind dementsprechend die adequate Auseinandersetzung zu strategischen Themen von Führungspersonnel, um ein Kultur des strategieches Lernen zu fördern.
C) Ressorsenmangel
Fehlende Budget- und Zeitplanung beeinträcht die langfristige Umsetzung des Zielstrategies. Die zwingend erforderliche Maßnahmen sind daher eine enge Abstimmung der für Strategie- und Ressorsenplanung zuständige Abteilungen, damit Ressourcen langfristing für die Strategieumsetzung verwendet werden können
D) Motivationsmangel
Einerseits werden demotivierten Mitarbeiter ein Hindernis zur Strategieumsetzung wegen z.B. zu niedliger Gehalt. Andererseits verlieren Mitarbeiter Motivation zur Umsetzung bei weniger Verbindung zwischen ihren persönlichen Erfolg und die langfristige Strategieumsetzung. Die mögliche Maßnahmen handeln von die Verknüpfung den persönlichen Erfolg zur Umsatzungsziele sowie Annerkennung persönlichen Engagements der Mitarbeiters.

Heute (Aber jetzt schon gestern)
Heute hatte ich keine Uni. Ich bin um 9 Uhr aufgestanden. Für Frühstück habe ich Müsli-Yoghurt Bowls und mein Freund hat Brot mit Eiern und Käse vorbereitet. Während wir alles vorbereiteten, ist die Mitbewohnerin von meinem Freund aufgewacht. Wir haben sie gefragt, ob sie auch essen will. Sie sagte, gerne, und mein Freund hat noch ein Brot vorbereitet Wir haben alle zusammen gefrühstückt und geredet. Dann ist sie weggegangen. Mein Freund hat gelernt, während ich einen neuen Termin bei Ausländerbehörde gesucht habe. Ich hatte immer noch kein Glück dabei...
Um 14 Uhr haben wir in die staatliche Bibliothek gefahren. Wir haben dort einen Freund getroffen und alle zusammen gelernt. Nach 4 Stunden bin ich zurück nach Hause gefahren und eine Gemüsepfanne mit Eiern gegessen. Danach bin ins Fitnessstudio gegangen und Abs trainiert. Ich hab zum ersten Mal SuperFit Steglitz besucht. Es war ein bisschen kleiner als SuperFit Charlottenburg. Danach bin ich nach Haus von meinem Freund gefahren. Da gab ein Freund von ihm. Wir haben alle geredet und er hat uns Tipps zum Wandern gegeben. Er war um 11.30 weg und ich war sehr müde und bin direkt ins Bett gegangen.

Une liste d’invitations pour le mariage
Ma fille et son petit copain ont annoncé leur engagement le mois dernier. Ils ont prévu d’avoir le mariage vers la fin de l’année en décembre. C’est bien qu’il reste encore plusieurs mois puisque il y a une multitude de choses à organiser comme le lieu, la cérémonie, la réception, la musique et bien plus encore.
En ce moment, ils discutent la liste d’invités. Si je prends du recul et commence mon histoire dès le début : ils ont choisi un lieu qui a une limite de nombre de personnes. Alors, le jeune couple a fait sa première liste et bien entendu, c’était vraiment long. Son fiancé a inclus tous ses oncles, ses tantes et ses cousins. Il appartient à une grande famille avec des membres partout dans le monde.
À l’inverse ma fille vient d’une petite famille mais sur sa liste elle a inclus tous ses amis du lycée, de l’université et du travail. J’ai jeté un coup d’œil à la liste et j’étais stupéfaite. Il y avait presque 200 noms ! Quoi qu’il arrive, il faut absolument la réduire. Mais la question est, comment? Si oncle Patrick n’est pas invité, peut-être il serait fâché. Après avoir beaucoup discuté, ils ont décidé que le facteur décisif devrait être la proximité avec la mariée ou le marié. Facile à dire mais extrêmement difficile à faire.
J’ai décidé de faire un pas en arrière et de les laisser régler ça. (Let them sort it out) Secrètement, j’espère que tante Ruth recevra une invitation.

Misreading
I am reading “Winnie-the-Pooh” in English.
I also lent a Japanese version translated by Momoko Ishi from a library.
I read 2-3 pages in English, then I read the same place in Japanese.
I can understand the outline of the story in the English version, but when I read the Japanese version, I sometimes realize my misunderstandings.
There was a sentence like that ”Sometime he (=Piglet) slips out (from your pocket) and has a good look in the ink-pot,.”
I read it at the first time, I thought “Piglet is in the ink-pot and look up you from there. So he is very small like a fairy.”
Then I read the Japanese version, I found it meant “Piglet looks into the ink-pot.”
I find this kind of reading to be useful at times.

Marvin is suffering from a nightmare that he turned into a girl.
What is Marvin's overall feeling throught the book?
-> He's panicked by the thought that he would have turned into a girl by kissing his elbow.
1. Why did Marvin kiss his elbow? Use the word "urge" when you answer this question.
-> Casey Happleton urged him to kiss his elbow. She said "If a boy kisses his elbow, he’ll turn into a girl."
2. State two reasons why Marvin didn't want to try kissing his elbow at first.
-> First of all, he didn’t believe he’d really turn into a girl. Second of all, he didn’t know if his mouth could even reach his elbow.
3. Why did Marvin hesitate to tell Casey that he tried kissing his elbow?
-> If he told Casey that he kissed his elbow, and he didn’t turn into a girl, that would prove that he was weird for kissing his elbow and believed what Casey said. Then Casey would tease him.
4. Why couldn’t Marvin go back to sleep on the night that he had dreamed that he turned into a girl?
-> He felt safe as long as he was awake. He just couldn’t go to sleep. Not until he kissed his elbow again.

Hier, j'ai enfin trouvé un nouveau travail, et aujourd'hui je l'ai commencé. J'ai travaillé comme jardinière, j'ai coupé des haies presque toute la journée, c'était vachement fatiguant mais très agréable d'être dehors. J'utilisais des grands outils électriques qui sont très lourd, alors maintenant j'ai un peu mal a les bras donc je suis vraiment content de me profiterai de les deux jours de weekend qui est en train d'arriver. S'il fera beau demain je courrai au bord du lac et peut-être y m'assiérai pour lire mon livre. Je vais continuer avec le travail pour deux semaines parce qu'après ça je vais déménager dans une autre ville, alors j'espère que par le fin, je suis en forme grace a cet exercice, et plus fort que maintenant.

Be a hardworking person
A person must not be prefering eating but lazy working. Because only when you work you hard, you can succeed.
Buqing Su is a famous mathematician and scholar from China, and was once the headmaster of Fudan university. He was born in 1901 in a poor farmer family. So he work in the farmlands when he was little, such as grazing bulls, cutting grass, ploughing fields, and many other things. He thought that he will never have the chance of geting an education.
Luckily, there was a wealthy family in the neighborhood who hired a teacher to teach their son. When Buqing Su was available, he would listen to the class outside the window, and taking notes. In the end, the rich family's son did not turned out to be good in his study, but Buqing Su got a lot of knowledge instead. Su's uncle saw that Su was this hard to study, so he took some money and convinced Su's father to send Su to the closest elementry school to them which is 100 miles away.
In the first semester of elementry school, Su got the last place in class in a test. The teacher called him to the office, but he did not criticize Su, in the other hand, he encouraged Su with lots of effort. That moved Su a lot, so he decided to rise in great vigor. From the next semester to the end of college, he is always the first place in class in every test.
Buqing Su is a model of making best use of his time and study hard. He read lots of books from the beginning of primary school. When he hands his artical to his teacher in middle school, the teacher reads and finds that its way of writting is similar to the famous acient book 《Zuozhuan》, so the teacher suspect Su that he didn't write it himself. So the teacher decided to test Su in class, and point to an artical in 《Zuozhuan》 and asked Su what this artical is about. Unexpectedly, Su can recite the whole artical to the teacher. This surprises the teacher and all the classmates. It turned out that he read 《Zuozhuan》so much that he could recite it!

Fatiguée de faire de l'animation
Cette entrée est court parce que j'ai mal à tête à cause de faire de l'animation. Je suis en train de réaliser un petit film d'animation pour l'anniversaire de ma soeur. C'est à propos de ses personnages originals. Je le réalisais depuis le but du décembre de l'année derniere mais pour produire une animation durée 4 minutes, il faut utiliser beaucoup de temps. Aujourd'hui je l'ai réalisé pendant 4.5 heures!! J'ai seulement fini moitié du film; ce prendra du temps...

今年はクリスマスを祝うために実家に帰ってきました。といっても、もう２０２３年なので今年じゃなくて去年ですよね。家族はここから3000km以上の州に住んでいるので、行くには飛行機を乗らないといけません。車で行くのは３３時間以上かかるんです。
ですが問題は一つあります。私は飛行機が怖いです。
そもそも飛ぶというのはだいぶ不便な交通手段だと思っています。空港に運転するのは時間がかかったり、保安検査も厳しくて手持ち荷物のサイズには制限があったり、セキュリティーの列で待つのは鬱陶しくて、到着してから荷物返却で預けた荷物が失われていないことを祈るのも、ああだこうだが嫌になります。それらに飛行機への恐怖を加えると、チケットの予約でも考える時に落ち込んで手を上げたい気持ちになります。
なんで日本みたいに新幹線を作れないだろう、この国は…そういう電車を作るのはアメリカのスケールの大きさが桁違いなので桁外れに高くなると分かっていますが、なんなのよ、この飛行機と自動車の依存症、といつもブツブツしながら空港に向かいます。
不安を抑える技をいくらでも学んでますが、それでも着陸と離陸の時に歯を食いしばってしかたがない。20代前半のころはそうじゃなかったですけど、最近酔っ払いになりがちです。少しでも揺れを感じたら目眩がします。で、もちろんその揺れは自分の不安を増幅して目眩を酷くして悪循環を作るものです。
この日記を書くのはストレス発散のためですかね？今日の日記を書き始める前にただ旅行レポートにするつもりだったんですけど、いつの間にか空港への文句が止まらなくなってしまいました。まぁしょうがないですね。とになく無事で着いてきてよかったです。言うまでもないですけど、家族と過ごせたのも感謝しています。とりあえずフライトのことを置いておきましょう。
皆さん明けましておめでとうございます。これからは毎日日記を書こうと思っています。新年の抱負か勉強の目標か、とにかく日本語のライティングを上達さえたいんです。訂正してくれる方、ただ読んでいる方、今年もよろしくお願いします。今年もいい年になりますように。

Mover mi coche
Disculpe, porque este es mi tercer text que trata de nieve esta semana. El promedio de nieve cada año aquí se mide 57 pulgadas -- queda más de dos meses de invierno y ya hemos recibido 45 pulgadas. Es raro.
Trabajo desde casa pero aún tengo coche, y esta mañana los dueños de mi apartamento nos dijeron que iban a arar el estacionamiento, para que esté libre de nieve y más accessible. Por eso, tenía que mover mi coche del estacionamiento. Otra complicación: la ciudad declaró una emergencia de nieve ayer, y las camiones ya no había arado la calle tampoco. Cuando lo intenté, la coche se atoraba en un montón de nieve hasta que la excavé con una pala.
Después de los dueños despejaron el estacionamiento tenía hacer el reverso, pero ya he acabado. Mi coche está sano y salvo en su propio espacio. Algún día quiero vender este coche y andar solo el transporte publico.
