De Tas
C'est améliore de tas par tas est le meilleur moyen à mon avis. Au lieu d'imiter les moyens des autres on ferai mieux d'analyser plusieurs moyens et construire son propre moyen avec ces infomations. Quand on a trouvé ce qui marche mieux pour nous il faut être fidéle a cet moyen. C'est bien d'avoir le désir de s'améliore mais ce n'est pas suffisant, en fin de compte ça depend nous si l'on y parvient. C'est une fait que nos rêves se réalisent uniquement quand on travaille pour eux et surtout travailler dur. Il faut rester en route et jamais oublier son objectif même si ça prend longtemps avec le temps ces petits tas qui on prend en quotidien vont finir à surmonter une montagne

Some companies have uniforms for their staff which must be worn at all times. What are the advantages for a company of having a uniform? Are there any benefits of having a uniform for the staff?
In certain workplaces, employees are required to wear uniforms during their shifts. This essay will delve into the benefits of this requirement for both the employees and the company.
For companies, having a uniform can build customer trust and team unity. In our society, we have been conditioned to associate uniforms with certain professions or roles that require specialized skills and expertise. Take doctors, police officers, or airline pilots, for example. They are all recognized as experts in their respective fields and are typically seen wearing uniforms. This conditioning naturally leads people to place more trust and confidence in uniformed employees, as they assume that these employees have undergone expensive training and possess the necessary skills and knowledge for their roles. This, in turn, positively effects their interactions with these employees and contributes to the company's image as a reputable and trusted brand. Furthermore, wearing the same attire promotes a sense of belonging and shared identity among employees, making them feel like they are part of a larger community collaborating towards a common goal. This, in turn, can improve teamwork, cooperation, and therefore overall effectiveness in the workplace. A Story of a Broken Phone
It's a summer day that started out with cloudy weather. I decided to put on a light black jacket to keep myself warm and headed for my driving lesson. I also took an umbrella, just in case it started raining. Because recently I got caught by a heavy rain. I would even say a stormy rain. Luckily, only my clothes was fully drenched, and I emerged out of it fully in tact.
By the time I reached the place where my driving lessons start the clouds dissipated and the sun started shining heavily and we are back to a scorching hot day. I'm yet to master my driving. Having a yelling instructor doesn't help much. However, he has changed his approach to a more silent way of teaching.
When I finally returned home, I drank some coffee with some dark chocolate, drinking some supplements along the way. I listened to a Harry Potter audiobook and then I sat down behind my laptop. That's when I noticed my old broken phone on the table. It broke last December. I remember the exact day, it broke on Decemeber 29th. I was only half surprised. Why half? Well, that phone had a history of meeting with an asphalt surface and surviving with only a little scratch. You should have seen how it fell. I'm a tall person, the phone fell about 5-6 years ago when a friend of mine decided to give me a fright and jumped at me from behind. I happen to be speaking on the phone. I dropped it out of fright. To my surprise, the phone continued working properly!
But last year, the battery on the phone became weaker and weaker. The charge only lased for a day. In December we had some harsh winter days and in those days the battery died before about mid afternoon. On December 29th I discharged before noon and I recharged but then I died again and never went back to life.
I then took it to a repair shop where I learned that it's impossible to fix due to some problem with a motherboard. So I thought I would sell it for parts. At one place I was given a price of 150 rubles. Which is very little. After a couple of months I happened to stumble upon another repair shop so I asked how much they would give me for the broken phone. They gave a double price of 300 rubles. I brought the phone and the guy, looking at the phone, suggested that he would try to repair the phone and I agreed. He thought that the problem was with a display. We then ordered a brand-new display from China and it took 2 months to deliver.
However, after him trying to repair the phone, he came to the same conclusion - the motherboard is dead and couldn't be revived. So now the phone is sitting at my desk and I'm thinking of going to a shop and selling for 150 rubles. Yes, it's a ridiculously low price. But should I better throw it in the garbage?

« Fare qualcosa al nasometro »
Nella domanda a cui sto rispondiendo, si tratta di spiegare un’espessione della madrelingua. L’ho già fatto più volte in alcuni testi, ma mi sono dimenticato di parlare del “pifomètre”. Il “pif” è una parola familiare per il “naso”, e il suffisso “-mètre” è lo stesso che si incontra in “altimetro”, “barometro” e otri strumenti di misura. Si potrebbe tradurre come “nasometro” in italiano (penso che suoni bene!). Per capire cos’è il “pifomètre”, bisogna conoscere l’espressione “à vue de nez”, que significa “a occhio, da qual che sembra”.
Forse hanno indovinato ormai che il nasometro è lo strumento delle stime approssimative, e “faire quelque chose au pifomètre” (“fare qualcosa al nasometro”) significa valutare qualcosa senza precisione, a tastoni o addirittura a caso. Il contrario del rigore matematico, per la gente che ama vivere pericolosamente. Cucinare “al nasometro” non è la garantia di avere un piatto commestibile al fino. Calculare l’altezza di un veicolo “al nasometro” prima di entrare in un tunnel può causare alcune sorprese, e se calculano la traiettoria di un razzo spaziale di questo modo dubbioso, non sono sicuro che i sui astronauti rivengono vivi!
Tuttavia, il nasometro può essere un buon aiuto in situazioni diverse, e a volte, si rivela essere sorprendentemente affidabile. Perciò, se hanno naso, loro consiglio di usare il nasometro!

A Special Man
I met an American middle-aged man who lives in Arizona State on a website. He said that he hasn't been using Twitter, Facebook and other similar social platforms. I agreed with him that we both believe the words on the main social platforms are actually dominated or led by some political group.
I expressed my own idea that it's normal for people just in 20 years, some of us would be compulsorily implanted with electronic chips for some reason. Additionally, he surprised me by thinking that all the healthcare was free in my country, however, it is not.

Lunedì
Non ho molte cose da fare oggi. Ho già fatto una passeggiata ( è stata corta perché fa caldissimo ) e la spesa. Mi serve un chilo di pomodori per un'insalata, quindi credo che ne comprerò fra poco.
Fra un'ora pranzeremo, e poi leggerò qualcosa di interessante e farò un pisolino. Il lunedì è sempre una giornata tranquilla per me, almeno questo mese - il lunedì non lavoro.
Oggi fa più caldo di ieri - questo pomeriggio starò sul balcone e berrò un succo freddo.

If the product is good and meets consumer needs then advertising is unnecessary. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
My essay:
Some individuals believe that advertising becomes unnecessary when a product is of high quality and satisfies consumer requirements. I completely disagree as even top-notch products can fail to reach their intended audience and get overshadowed by competitors if they lack proper advertising.
One primary reason why advertising remains crucial even for exceptional products is the need to create awareness. Without advertising, even the most exceptional product may go unnoticed by the target audience. However, strategic advertising campaigns, such as television commercials, online ads, and social media promotions, can bring attention to the product, ensuring that potential customers are aware of its existence and quality. This can lead to increased sales and market penetration. Studies have shown that consumers are more likely to consider and purchase products that they are familiar with, which can be achieved through effective advertising strategies.
Another key reason why companies with high-quality products still need to invest in advertising is to gain a competitive advantage. In today's fiercely competitive market where numerous companies offer similar products catering to consumer needs, simply having a good product may not be enough to succeed. With effective advertising strategies, companies can highlight their products’ unique selling points and establish a favorable perception among consumers, building a brand identity and differentiating themselves from rivals. Without advertising, even a great product may fade into the background as competitors who invest in marketing create a stronger presence in the market. C'était un nid de rats. Pas littéralement, mais c’est ce que ses cheveux semblaient ressembler chaque matin quand elle s’est réveillée. Ça allait prendre une heure pour le gérer et elle en avait marre. Elle a regardé dans le miroir et pensait que s'il valait le coup. Ce n’etait pas. Elle a ouvert le tiroir et a ramassé les pinces à cheveux.

La fête d’anniversaire de la première année
Mon amie organise la fête d’anniversaire de la première année de son petit-fils qui va avoir un an ce dimanche. Il habite dans une autre ville et mon amie m’a montré ses photos et j’admets qu’il est très mignon. Sa mère a déjà choisi le thème : tout va être en bleu : pas très original, mais facile a exécuté.
Il y aura une vingtaine d’invités : une combinaison d’enfants et d’ adultes. La fête aura lieu chez eux puisqu’ils ont un grand jardin. La mère a déjà commandé un trampoline et certains jouets pour les enfants. Elle est très organisée et elle a aussi demandé l’aide des deux grands-mères.
L’autre grand-mère a responsabilité de préparer la nourriture. Il y aura des sandwichs, des hot-dogs et des muffins. Le gâteau d’anniversaire sera une voiture bleue. Mon amie a responsabilité de décorer le jardin. Elle m’a dit qu’elle a commandé des ballons et des banderoles sur Amazon : tout en bleu. Elle a aussi fait un grand panneau avec les mots : Joyeux Anniversaire Tom. Je suis certaine que la fête va être un grand succès.

La télévision
Sujet: Selon vous, est ce qu’on peut affirmer que la télévision perd de temps en temps son rôle dans le multimédia ?
Depuis longtemps, la télévision se considère comme un outil de divertissement qui projette centaines de chaînes télévisées toute au long des années. Cependant, elle perd de temps en temps son rôle dans la multimédia en raison de l’apparition d’Internet. Personnellement, je partage cet avis pour les deux raisons ci-dessous.
Tout d’abord, on n’a pas beaucoup de choix à sélectionner quand on regarde de la télévision. Théoriquement, les films ou les émissions sont diffusés dans les horaires fixes qui se contraignent parfois à ceux chez téléviseurs. En d’autres mots dits, on voit ce que les diffuseurs décident à projeter ce jour là sans avoir la chance de les choisir.
Ensuite, cet outil est moins pratique que les autres outils numériques de nos jours. En effet, il est ridicule d'apporter un très grand écran de télévision avec nous dehors juste pour regarder, tandis qu’avec le téléphone portable ou la tablette dont l’apparence minimale, on arrive à divertir en seulement un clic et voilà : diverses options à choisir.
Cependant, on ne peut pas nier que la télévision représente le symbol de famille. C’est-à-dire, nous avons l’habitude de s'asseoir ensemble en attendant les programmes télévisés de prédilection à projeter sur l'écran sans concerner le temps. Donc, en créant de petits moments de convivialité comme ça, elle forme une tradition familiale pour certains téléviseurs.
En conclusion, bien que la télévision ne soit plus l’outil de divertissement préféré chez plupart de gens à cause de son incommodité et son anachronisme, elle prend quand même une position nostalgique et symbolique dans la mémoire des téléspectateurs. C’est pourquoi, la télé peut perdre son rôle dans le multimédia mais elle reste toujours un petit souvenir familial pour nous.

Lo que uno necesita para leer bien
Hace unos meses, mis amigos y yo nos reunimos en el barrio en que crecí y fuimos a la calle que se considera la principal zona comercial principal. En esa zona, uno de los lugares a los que fuimos era una tienda de construction y artículos para el hogar. Entramos en la tienda y nos encontramos con una sección de trozos de pintura contra la pared. Los trozos de pintura tenían nombres creativos que correspondían al color. Por ejemplo, uno de azul claro, que me recordaba al mar, tenía el nombre «Carribean Coast» Sin embargo, cuando lo vi, dije «Carousel Carrot» muy serio. Mis amigos me miraban como si me hubiera vuelto loca. Me corrigieron mientras les explicaba por qué lo había hecho. Seguí interpretando el resto de los nombres mal. Hacía mucho tiempo que no me reía tanto.
Antes de que me juzguen, les explicaré lo que pasó. El problema de los trozos de pintura es que los nombres están impresos en vertical. Cuando pasas por esa sección de pintura, hay que girar la cara hacia un lado para leerlo con facilidad. Esa acción, aunque útil, me da pereza. Así que resulta que que lo leo sin mover la cabeza, y en lugar de tomarme mi tiempo para leerlo bien, me limito a mirar unas letras de la palabra y digo la primera palabra que me viene a la mente. Entonces en el caso de esa ocasión, el nombre «Carribean Coast» se convierte en «Carousel Carrot».

C’était un trajet horrible
Hier, la circulation sur l’autoroute était terrible. Avant de partir, j’ai vérifié sur Google Maps la route et la duration du trajet. Selon l’application, le trajet durait une heure. J’étais contente car nous avons été invités au déjeuner chez nos amis. J’ai décidé d’être prudente et de réserver 2 heures pour le trajet.
Nous avons été invité à midi et donc nous sommes partis à 10 heures. Au début, tout était bien et il n’y avait pas beaucoup de voitures. Pour autant, lorsque nous avons pris un virage, il y avait des travaux routiers. Hélas, nous avons gaspillé beaucoup de temps puisque nous devions rester dans la file d’attente.
Après une trentaine de minutes, nous conduisions plus rapidement et soudain la navigation est tombée en panne. Honnêtement, je n’ai pas compris pourquoi la navigation a échoué. En conséquence, nous avons pris la mauvaise route et nous sommes arrivés chez nos amis en retard. Désormais, on ne peut pas vivre sans internet ou la navigation, cependant je me rappelle bien les jours lorsqu’on a voyagé avec une carte en papier. Oui, c’était l’époque de dinosaures.

Fleischkonsum
Im folgenden Text geht es darum ,wie unterschiedlich Fleisch pro Kopf verbraucht wird und welche gesundheitliche Folgen dies mit sich bringt. Wichtige Informationen zu diesem Thema liefert uns die folgende Grafik. Die Daten stammen von der Organisation ZMP. Die Angaben in der Grafik beziehen sich auf das Jahr 2006 . Die Angaben sind in Kilo dargestellt. Aus der Grafik wird ersichtlich, dass hauptsächlich in den Industrieländern große Menge an Fleisch konsumiert werden. Grafik zufolge steht Spanien mit einem Anteil von 120 kg an der ersten Stelle. Danach folgt Dänemark mit einem Anteil von 115 kg.Der Anteil von Deutschland beiträgt 85 kg.
Meines Erachtens enthalten Fleisch unersetzliche Nährstoffe wie Mg,B12 , ballaststoffe,Proteine und andere lebenswichtige Stoffe. An dieser Stelle muss man besonders unterstreichen , dass diese Nährstoffe vorwiegend durch tiereiche Produkte zu sich genommmen werden. Anderseits hat eine große Menge an Fleishkonsum einige schwerwiegende gesundheitliche Probleme zur Folge. Man muss nicht außen vor lassen ,dass einige krebserregende Krankheiten wie Darmkrebs damit zusammenhängt. Darüber hinaus erleiden Menschen wegen des übermäßigen roten Fleichkonsum unter Herzinfrakt. Deswegen sollten wir Fleich im Maßen verzehren , mit der Absicht Krankheiten zu vermeiden. Dadurch, dass man sich ausgewogene ernährt, kann man sowohl den Mangel an den Nährstoffen , die nur Fleich beinhalt, beseitigen ,als auch Krankheiten vermeiden. Ich möchte zur Sprache bringen ,dass früher unbewusstlos große Mengen an Fleich konsumiert wurden. Heutzutage legt man jedoch Wert darauf, die gesunde Lebensmitteln insbesondere Bioprodukte zu sich zu nehmen. Ich bin der Meinung, dass man gesundes Leben im Betracht behalten muss. Ich bin persönlich kein Veganer und versuche alles sei es pflanzliche , oder tieriche Lebensmittel im Maßen zu verzehren. Im meinem Heimatland ernährt man sich vor allem mit Bioprodukte. Außerdem verzehren sie auch fettigen Fleisch, demzufolge ist einige mit Fleisch zusammenhängende Krankheiten wie Darmkrebs weit verbreitet . Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen ,dass man darauf passen muss , ein gesundes Leben zu führen und auf fettige ungesunde Lebensmittel zu verzichten.
