Schulsport
Als ich ein Kind war, habe ich den Sportunterricht als einen Ausflug betrachtet, in dem ich eine wunderbare Zeit verbracht habe. Meistens habe ich Fußball und Basketball gespielt
Bei uns in Syrien warten die Schüler auf den Sport ungeduldig. Der Fußball ist der beliebteste Sport bei den Jungen und das Laufen bei den Mädchen, aber leider nehmen die Lehrer den Sportunterricht nicht ernst.
Der Schulsport hat, wie alles im Leben, Vor- und Nachteile.
Einerseits ist es eine Gelegenheit für die Kinder, miteinander zu spielen und spielen ist ein Recht für die Kinder. Außerdem ist die Schule einen guten Ort, das Talent der Schüler zu finden und zu verbessern.
Andererseits gibt es nicht so viele Nachteile, aber die Schüler können verletzt oder einen Kampf werden. Darüber hinaus vernachlässigen die Schüler möglicherweise die wichtigen Lektionen.
Meiner Meinung nach ist Schulsport genauso wichtig wie andere Schulfächer und sollte die nötige Aufmerksamkeit erhalten.

Giovedì
Stamattina camminavo quando mi sono slogata la caviglia ( di nuovo ). Non mi ricordo più quante volte l'ho fatto, oltre 50 volte durante la vita mia.
Ieri durante una pausa ( durante il lavoro ) mi sono allenata con la Switch ( ho un gioco con cui posso fare sport ).
Oggi mi sento più stanca di ieri, ma mi piace ancora di più lavorare di mattina invece che di sera.
Ho accesso il computer e mi preparo per lavorare.

Das Kaufen im Internet
Ich benutze mein Handy für alle Sachen im Leben. Zum Beispiel im Lernen, mich mit Freunden unterhalten und Musik hören, aber ich habe nur einzige Erfahrung mit dem Kaufen im Internet.
Ein Mal habe ich ein T-Shirt bestellt und als es geliefert hat, es war ein Kindergröße-T-Shirt, als dann habe ich mir nicht das Kaufen im Internet vertrauen habe.
Bei uns in Syrien ist das Kaufen im Internet besonders bei den Jugendlichen, weil sie es einfacher und praktischer finden. Aber die älteren Menschen kaufen immer noch auf Märkten.
Das Kaufen im Internet hat, wie alles im Leben, Vor- und Nachteile.
Einerseits ist das Kaufen im Internet bequemer und man kann von großen Möglichkeiten auswählen. Außerdem spart man nicht nur Zeit, sondern auch Geld für das Benzin und den Parkplatz.
Andererseits werde die Ware nach 30 Tagen liefern und vielleicht ist die Beschreibung der Ware nicht richtig. Zusätzlich kann man die Ware nicht anprobieren.
Meiner Meinung nach ist das Kaufen im Internet besser, nur wenn man von bekannten Webseiten kauft.

Сегодня, я вам предлагаю несколько полсовиц французского языка связанны с животными. Как обычно, я напишу буквальный перевод пословицы между кавычками и потом объясню смысл.
¤ Payer en monnaie de singe, "платить деньгами обезьян" = не платить кому-то, платить долги только обещаниями. Эта пословица происходит из ХIII века, когда Людовик IХ обложил налогом на мост между островом Сите и улицей Сен-Жак, в Париже. Единственные люди, которые были осбовожденными от налога, были животноводы обезьян. Им было можным просто оказать животным сделать несколько трюков, чтобы развлечь сотрудников охраны, и потом перейти. В каком-то смысле, они действительно платили деньгами обезьян!
¤ Avoir d'autres chats à fouetter, "иметь других кошек хлестать" = хлестать кошек, как жестоко! На самом деле, эта странная пословица появлялась в веке. Comme un roi
Il faut se comporte comme un roi si l'on veut être traitre ainsi. C'est-à-dire si l'on veut que les gens nous traitent avec le respect on doit avoir un l'air digné du respect. On n'y arrive que si on croit à soi même, il y a de personnes qui ont une certainne l'air, des personnes avec une certainne charisime. Cette charisme vient de leur foi en soi même, la manière comme ils bougent et comme ils se portent. À l'époque c'était souvent les rois ou les generals qui avaient cette air, cette air d'être sur de soi, cette air de confiance, c'était surtout elle qui a rendu les peuples fidéles. C'est plutôt naturel les gens sont attiré par les individus audacieux, soit cette personne est complétement folle soit cette personne est digné de la confiance la majorité croient à la deuxiéme option. C'est très vraisemblable que l'on va être traite avec du grand respect quand on est persuadé de soi et que l'on a l'air.

réduire la pollution dans les grandes villes
Actuellement, les grandes villes sont alarmées par la pollution de l’environnement, notamment celle de l’eau, de l’air, de la lumière et du sol. Les villes lancent toujours des mouvements pour réduire la pollution, pour créer un environnement propre et beau.
Tout d'abord, avant de réduire la pollution en ville, tout le monde doit se donner la main. Parce que c’est un travail qui nécessite la sensibilisation et la coopération des habitants de la ville.
Afin de réduire la pollution de l’environnement dans la ville, une propagande forte, bien planifiée et claire est nécessaire. Viennent ensuite les actions pour lancer le mouvement comme jeter les déchets aux bons endroits, ne pas jeter sans discernement dans les lacs et les étangs, etc. Ne pas pulvériser de pesticides ou de produits chimiques toxiques dans le sol, cela contribue également à réduire la pollution des sols.
Ensuite, il y a eu le cas des grands responsables qui ont retiré les grands panneaux publicitaires qui polluaient la visibilité dans la ville. Parallèlement à cela, il faut limiter les usines qui rejettent des poussières et des fumées toxiques dans l’environnement, ce qui crée un environnement propre et sans pollution dans les grandes villes.
En conclusion, pour réduire la pollution dans les grandes villes, il est nécessaire d’avoir les efforts collectifs de chacun, afin que nous puissions créer des résultats et créer une unité de tous.

C’est une question tout à fait appropriée pour laquelle je peux vous répondre. J'étudie moi-même à l'étranger depuis l'année dernière et je peux effectivement partager avec vous certaines de mes expériences.
Tout d'abord, étudier à l’étranger dans un autre pays est assez nouveau et passionnant, vous devriez en faire l’expérience. Je pense qu'il faut être assez indépendant car quand on étudie à l'étranger, on ne peut compter sur personne.
Ensuite, avant de partir, vous devez choisir votre lieu de résidence, éventuellement en louant une chambre ou un dortoir scolaire, en fonction de vos conditions financières. Une fois sur place, la première chose à faire est de vous rendre à l’école pour finaliser les procédures d’admission. N'hésitez pas à ne pas pouvoir communiquer couramment, chacun doit avoir le temps de s'habituer au rythme de la vie là-bas.
En fin de compte, c'est pour garder votre volonté, vous ne devez pas vous détendre ou parce que vous vous sentez déprimé, vous voulez revenir.
En conclusion, c’est une très bonne idée pour vous, car lorsque vous étudiez à l’étranger dans un autre pays, vous entretenez de nombreuses autres relations. Vous pouvez également étudier en voyageant dans ce pays.

Story About Tu Youyou
In 2015, Tu Youyou became a Nobel Laureate in the field of Physiology or Medicine. In today's entry, I am going to write some stories about this great scientist, however, I am not sure whether it is true or not.
In the early 2010s, some medical experts from the United Nations found that the number of malaria patients from African countries had significantly dropped. In order to find the reason, they went to Africa and learned that most of the recovered patients had used a kind of Traditional Chinese Medicine that had the same ingredient, artemisinin. Later, a scientist came to China, aiming to find out who the inventor was. There were at least five pharmaceutical factories that claimed they invented it. The scientists from the UN discovered all of them related to one person, Tu Youyou. In the end, this great scientist became known to the world. She kept silent for nearly 40 years.
Artemisinin, is also considered to have a potential effect on diabetics and asthmatics. There is also a rumor circulated on the internet in a very small area; she is missing now or controlled by xyz (country name) government because artemisinin is helpful in killing some viruses related to COVID-19.

The superstitions
Dear Lena,
I’m sorry that I didn’t write to you earlier, but I was really busy. I read an interesting article about the superstitions a couple of days ago and I really liked it.
In Hungary there are some supertitious beliefs. Like if you’ve an black cat at home, it will bring good luck to you, but if such cat walks through the road front of you, it means bad luck. Moreover, if you put some coins in a lake, which is built artifically, it will bring good luck too.
Generally, people are superstitious about some number for instance thirteen, seven, three and one. Furthermore, we can think that the things, which we got for us from important people, bring good luck too.
I’m this kind of people too. I’ve a bracelet and a watch what I’ve got from my father and I consider these personal things to bring me good luck. Besides I’ve two superstitious numbers: twelve and eight. So, I believe in these superstitions.

An article connected to galaxy travel competition
Dear Readers,
when I read this notice, immediately I decided to write an article. I am interested in topics of travelling, vehicles and development.
So I would like to answer the first question. I think we will use updated cars with extrem fast speed and express trains, which are indeed very quick in 50 years’ time. We will able to travel hundreds of kilometres in few minutes by them.
The solution for the second question is the travelling capsule. It will seem like a special island with natural daylight and coctails. In this will robots work and they make the journey us pleasure. In fact, travelling would be the holiday in this way.
If I would win the prize, I would protect a such project furthermore, I would like to travel to Hawaii Island for a bit sunshine, as unfortunatelly, this capsule has not existed yet.

Einige französische Sprichwörter mit Tieren
Ich denke, dass ich zumindest einmal einige französische Sprichwörter in allen meinen Zielsprachen erklärt, aber es gefällt mir sehr, also heute möchte ich ein paar tierbezogene Proverben vorstellen. Ich werde das Sprichwort schreiben, seine wörtliche Übersetzung zwischen Anführungszeichen geben und dann seine Meinung erklären.
¤ Payer en monnaie de singe, „mit Affengeld zahlen“ = Jemanden nicht bezahlen, seine Schuld mit Versprechen oder schönen Worten bezahlen. Dieses Sprichwort ist eigentlich sehr alt, denn es stammt aus dem 13. Jahrhundert. Zu dieser Zeit hatte Ludwig IX. eine Steuer auf eine Brücke zwischen der Île de la Cité und der Saint-Jacques-Straße. eingeführt. Die einzigen, die die Steuer nicht betraf, waren die Affenführer. Sie konnten einfach ihren lustigen Tieren befehlen, einige Tricks zu machen, um die Mautbetreiber zu unterhalten, um durchqueren zu dürfen. In einem gewissen Sinne bezahlten sie die Mautgebühr mit Affengeld!

Deswegen meint man, dass man andere/wichtigere Probleme hat, wenn man „andere Katzen zu peitschen hat“!
¤ Nous n'avons pas gardé les cochons ensemble, „wir haben die Schweine zusammen nicht gehütet“ = Dieses liebe ich sehr, obwohl es ein bisschen veraltet ist. Vermutlich kennen zwei Personen, die die Schweine zusammen gehütet, einander sehr gut. Es wird als Warnungssatz verwandt, wenn jemand, der uns nicht sehr gut kennt, sich Vertraulichkeiten — z.B. indiskrete Fragen — uns gegenüber erlaubt. Kurz gesagt ist es ein kaltes „Vorsicht, wir sind keine Freunde!“

La lumière
La lumière! Cela est un élément, dont on peut penser qu’il est complètement banal. Néanmoins, la lumière doit avoir quelque chose, qui la fait très important selon la situation. Il arrive souvent que on parle à quelqu’un sur une maison, qu’il a habité pendant un certain temps. On se rend compte à quel point la vieuille maison lui manque. On peut demander: quelque chose avait la maison de spécial? Réponse: la lumière.
Une situation paraille, en parlant à une amie sur des congés d’été. L’amie a voyagé dans un pays de la Méditerranée. Elle est émerveillée. On fait un couple de questions. Effectivement, elle s’extasie de la lumière aussi.
Je me suivant de lire un roman du écrivain nord-américain Henry Miller, Le Colosse de Maroussi. Le livre raconte d’expériences vécues par Miller lors de son séjour de neuf mois en Grèce. L’ouvre met l’accent, entre autres, sur la lumière de la région. “La lumiére de la Grèce m’a ouvert les yeux” écrit Miller dans leurs pages.
Leander Lost est un personnage de fiction, étant le protagoniste d’une saga de romans policiers. Il est allemand, mais il participe à un programme d’echange de policiers dans le Algarve, au Portugal. Quelle est la chose, qui appelle l’attention de Lost après de sa arrivée au Portugal? Il est devenú come même un cliché, mais…. c’est la lumière!

Jinzhai County
I come to Jinzhai County several times because of my work needs.
Jinzhai is located in the mid-east part of Anhui Province, where it's the Dabie mountain area.
It covers 3814 square kilometers of land and has 675371 population.
Most of the land in Jinzhai is covered by mountains, and vegetation is everywhere, so the air here is very fresh.
There are many reservoirs, waterfalls, rivers and streams here. It is said that the water here has good quality and can be drunk directly.
Jinzhai is rich in products and has many specialties, such as the Lu’anGuapian green tea, Chinese chestnut, bamboo shoots, fragrant mushrooms and wood ears.
The county seat of Jinzhai is clear and tidy. All the buildings here look brand new and special. So in 2020, it was rated as a National Health Civilization City.
It's also known as the cradle of the Red Army and the birthplace of the Chinese revolution. Statistically, 59 Chinese generals were born and raised here.
Its transport is very developed. It has high speed railways and highways. People here can go to every big city along them.
Since it is a mountainous area, it has many beautiful scenic spots. The most famous ones are Tiantangzhai, Yanzihe Grand Canyon and Meishan Reservoir.
Since the all mentioned above, it's been a tourist destination county now. Every day, people from other parts of China come here for sightseeing.

Une grève au Japon
Je n’ai jamais entendu parler d’une grève au Japon. Pour autant que je sache, les japonais sont très disciplinés et respectueux de la loi. Les grèves au Japon est bien entendu un événement rarissime contrairement à la France. Lorsque j’ai lu le titre d’une grève dans le journal, j’avais hâte de lire l’article. En bref, il s’agissait la vente d’un grand magasin de Tokyo. L’article compare cet magasin à Harrods à Londres. Nul doute, vous connaissez Harrods, un grand magasin célébrissime. Le magasin Seibu Ikebukuro est un magasin haut de gamme, immense avec douze étages et fréquenté par 100 000 clients par jour.
Un groupe d’investissements américains l’ont acheté et apparemment, il voudrait le reconvertir en magasin d’électronique. J’étais perplexe car il existe autant de magasins électroniques au Japon. Je ne comprends pas à cent pour-cent cette décision. Il me semble d’être une décision un peu bizarre, un peu ridicule.
Alors, revenons à la grève. Les employés protestent contre la vente et ils ont été en grève depuis jeudi dernier. L’article a compris des commentaires des clients et je vous cite l’un qui m’a frappé. « Les grands magasins sont des services essentiels comme des bureaux de poste ou des banques. Donc les grèves devraient être interdites dans ces secteurs ». Pour autant, il me semble qu’en général, la population soutient cette grève.

Mercoledì
Ho iniziato la giornata alla grande! Mi sono svegliata alle 5 e mezzo. Quando sono uscita a fare una passeggiata, era ancora buio fuori.
Dopo esser ritornata, ho fatto un caffè, ho dato da mangiare ai gatti e ho studiato un po' d'italiano. Ho avuto del tempo per allenarmi con la Switch ( c'è un gioco in cui si può fare sport ).
Non ho ancora fatto colazione, ma mangerò fra un'ora o due.
Sono meno pigra di prima, in realtà sono produttiva giorno dopo giorno. Faccio ogni giorno i compiti personali durante la pausa pranzo. In più, sono quasi sempre la più produttiva dei miei colleghi - mi piace più lavorare di mattina invece da sera.

4. Which room do you like the most?
Well, my favorite room would have to be my bedroom. You see, I enjoy having some alone time, and my bedroom is perfect for that. It's not just a bedroom but also my workspace since I work at home.
I spend most of my time in that room. When I feel tired or overwhelmed, I can just jump onto my bed for a quick power nap. Now, I must admit, the view from my bedroom is not the greatest. Unfortunately, my neighbor's house blocks the entire window, so I don't really get to see much outside. But that's okay! I've made the room really comfortable and cozy, so it feels like my own little oasis.
So yeah, my bedroom is definitely my favorite room in the house. It's where I can work, relax, and have some much-needed alone time.
5. Is life convenient around your place?
Yes, life around my place is very convenient. I live on the main street in the center of the city, There are well-stocked supermarkets where I can easily find everything I need, vibrant open markets where I can buy fresh produce and local goods, large retail stores with a wide selection of clothing and shoes, and restaurants and street vendors that offer a wide range of foods from different parts of the world. It is also very easy to get around. There are car and motorbike taxis everywhere.
6. Are there any markets/shops near your place?
Yes, there are several markets and shops near my neighborhood. Just 500 meters to the west, there is the city's largest open market where my mom often buys meat and vegetables for our meals. It's a bustling place with a wide variety of fresh produce and local goods available.
Opposite the open market, there is the city's largest clothing store, which offers a wide range of luxury brands and even features an indoor children's playground. I have never shopped there though.
In addition to these larger establishments, there are also numerous smaller shops lining the streets. These shops provide a diverse range of products, and you can find almost anything you need from them. Whether it's medicine, household items, electronics, or clothing, there is a wide selection available.
So it is very convenient for me to run errands or go shopping.
7. Are there anything you dislike about your place?
Yes, there is one thing I dislike about my place. When I was living in Ho Chi Minh City for university, I used to rely on online food delivery services as I didn't know how to ride a motorbike. However, in Buon Ma Thuot, these services are relatively new and have limited options for food and restaurants. It becomes challenging for me to find the specific shops that sell the types of food I want to eat and are also conveniently located near my place. As a result, when I have cravings for something different from my mom's cooking, I often end up settling for instant noodles instead.
