La oscuridad.
La oscuridad en mi entendimiento es algo infinito y multifacético. Cientos de rostros, miles de voces. No se puede conocer, pues lo que para uno es oscuridad, para otro es luz. En cada uno de nosotros en lo profundo del corazón duerme la oscuridad. Y muy a menudo su semilla germina. A causa de la pereza, la ira, la envidia, la sed de ganancias, la sed de sangre y la traición. A causa del amor. Por piedad. Gracias al sacrificio. O el deseo de salvar a aquellos que son más valiosos que la propia vida, las reglas, la conciencia. Sí. Así también sucede. A veces la luz no salva, y es necesario adentrarse en la oscuridad para defender lo que te importa. Porque la oscuridad somos nosotros. Los Humanos.

Ein Tag in der Zukunft
Stell dir vor, du könntest einen Tag in der Vergangenheit oder in der Zukunft verbringen. Wohin würdest du reisen, warum, und was würdest du dort machen?
Wenn ich entscheiden könnte, wohin ich reise würde, würde ich in der Zukunft gehen. Vielleicht würde ich in 2125 gehen. Ich würde meine Stadt und mein Haus besuchen. Wenn die Leute in meinem Haus nett würden, würde ich einen modernen Kaffee mit ihnen trinken. Ich würde auch in Venezia gehen und würde ich taufen (weil es wahrscheinlich unter den See werde). Würde ich auch mit viele Leute über den letzten 100 Jahren sprechen. Wie war das Klima? Gab es viele Konflikte? Was hat mit Künstliche Intelligenz passiert? Würde ich sehr neugierig.

Mi Asignatura Favorita En Escuela.
Ya no voy a escuela hace cinco años más o menos, pero cuando fui a escuela mi asignatura favorita definitivamente estaba matemáticas. Creo que pienso en blanco y negro y entonces matemáticas tiene soluciones absolutas por lo tanto me cae bien esta asignatura. Me gusta que los problemas pudieran ser difíciles y cada problema pareciera como una puzzle. Y qué satisfacción tenía cuando la solucioné. Curiosamente lo extraño un poco, pero ahora me preferiría trabajar en mi español.

Une problème au mariage
Hier, je suis allée à un mariage. Pendant le dîner, les serveurs ont donné des repas pour les invités. Mais ils n'ont pas donné un repas pour moi ! Je suis vegan, alors je n’ai pu pas manger de poulet ou de bœuf. Les serveurs ont dit qu’ils n’ont pas eu de repas pour moi du tout. J’ai été triste et j'avais faim ! A la fin du mariage, je suis allée au resto et j’ai mangé un hamburger vegan.

I'm getting familiar with Langcorrect
Hello. I wanna to start practice my english, but i don't have constant english friends and i only meet the language in networks and videogames, so i want to start just write as much as i can about something and somewhere everyday, because i can understand english but not speak due to the fact that i dont have active practice, just watching serials and read, it's just like a passive understanding. I want to visit Langcorrect one time of everyday and just tell something, and i will to make big mistakes, but is there has a possibility to take topics for write that has been invented not me? Do You Know that in Colombia...
... we drink hot chocolate with cheese? This is an old and typical custom, especially in the cold mornings or during rainy days. We pour the chocolate into a big cup, and on one side, pieces of fresh cheese. The best is to put the cheese inside the hot chocolate, and wait for it to melt a bit before eating it. Mon ami Sofia
Je n'ai qu'une ami qui je regarde comme une sœur. Elle s'appele Sofia et nous nous connaissons depuis je déménageais à la maison à côté de la sienne quand j' avais cinq ans et elle avait trois ans. Nous nous voyions tous les jours pendant 10 ans jusqu'à je déménageais aux États-Unis mais ma mère habite à cette maison encore donc je le voyais tous les fois où je rendais visite à ma mère. Et puis, sans avoir l'attendre, je devais habiter avec ma mère encore une fois et j'aimais cette année parce que Sofia et moi nous nous voyais tous les jours de nouveau. Maintenant je ne vis plus là, mais je rends encore visite à ma mère et chaque fois re rends visite à ma voisine et ami Sofia aussi. Aujourd'hui quand je me baladais j'ai songé à notre amitié et ce qui la rend spéciale. D'habitude, quand je rencontres quelqu'un il faut qu'il ait des caractéristiques que j'aime ou qui sont semblable à les miens pour que nous pouvons devenir des amis. Mais avec Sofia c'est différent parce qu'elle n'a pas des caractéristique que j'aime ou que je n'aime pas. Ça veut dire bien sûr elle a des qualités que j'apprécie mais ça n'a pas d'importance pour notre amitié. Nous ne sont pas très semblables mais j'aime simplement passer du temps avec lui. Peut-être quand on se rencontre très jeune, ses âmes tombent en pas ensemble un peu comme des engrenages et on peut se retrouver au même lieu pour tout sa vie. Je réfléchi seulement. Tout de même j'ai hâte de la voire quand je rends visite à ma mère à Noël.

Welche Gerichte ich gern probieren würde
Es gibt viele Küchen, in die ich mich gerne vertiefen würde, z.B. die japanische und die chinesische. In Moskau sind zwar Suschi ziemlich beliebt, aber ich möchte eher in einem authentischen Restaurant scharfe Suppen und verschiedene Bowls mit Ente probieren. Die asiatische Küche ist für ihre große Portionen bekannt, und es gibt, sicherlich, noch viel zu erfahren!

Das Immunsystem von Frauen ist stärker
Ich habe heute einen Artikel über das Immunsystem dazwischen Frauen und Männern gelesen. Im Artikel wurde berichtet, dass Frauen ein stärkeres Immunsystem als Männer besitzen. Außerdem schrieben die Immunologen Martin Pell, Prolog und andere Expertinnen Gründe, warum Frauen ein stärkeres Immunsystem haben.
Zum Beispiel haben Frauen zwei X-Chromosomen, Männer nur eines. Mit zwei X-Chromosomen haben Frauen ein breiteres Spektrum an Immunantworten, was ihnen ermöglicht.
Es wurde betont, dass Frauen im Schnitt gesundheitsbewusster leben. Sie konsumieren weniger Nikotin und Alkohol und gehen häufiger zum Arzt. Ich erinnere mich, dass ich zum Arzt mindestens ein Mal pro Jahr gegangen bin. Andererseits ist mein Freund nie zum Arzt.

La paz de poder ser yo misma
Para mí, tengo paz mental cuando puedo expresar mis pensamientos sin sentirme juzgada por los demás. En el pasado, tenía mucho miedo de decir lo que pensaba, porque las personas cercanas a mí me juzgaban con frecuencia y no valoraban mi presencia.
Como resultado, era muy tímida y no hablaba mucho sobre mis pensamientos. Ahora tengo paz mental porque las personas a mi alrededor son más amables, y puedo decir lo que pienso sin miedo. Además, me siento libre para hablar sin juicio y con más confianza en mí misma.

Früher gefallen die altere Leute Pauschalreise in China. Man braucht keine Untersuchung vor der Reise. Der Reisebegleiter zeigt alles vor den Touristen, die authetische Kultur kennenlernen möchten. Sie nehmen die öffentliche Verkehrsbindungen zusammen und bleiben sie in gleichem Hotel. Das ist ein gemanschaftsliches Leben, die Generation meiner Mutter war es schon gewohnt.
Aber jetzt möchte meine Mutter mehrere Freizeit in der Reise haben. Sie will keine obligatorisches Einkaufen und anstrengende Reisepläne wie in der Pauschalreise. Man muss immer moch mehrere Sehenswürdigkeiten mit der Reisegruppe sehen, sonst verdient die Reiseveranstalters weniges Geld.

What is the best way to stay motivated to learn something ne
Today we'll be discussing about a question that I find very interesting. What is the best way to stay motivated to learn something new?
I think it's important because more things you learn, more you will be proud of you.
You can learn many things from different styles.
For example, you can learn a new language, improve your height by going to the gym, new skills like design, etc.
All those things can be very useful. For example, going to the gym allows you to improve your mental health because you will feel better in your body. Learning a new language can open you doors for a new job or just travelling around the world. I think it must be so cool to know speaking different languages.
However, sometimes, you can feel you are not motivated to learn a new thing. As a matter of fact, I sometimes feel it.
To answer to this question, I think the best way is to think about the future benefits the thing you want to lean will give you. You just have to give somrthing a go. Sometimes, you will love it and sometimes not. But the most important is to try different things. It's the best way to know what you really want to learn and who you really are. When you find something you love to learn, you did the more difficult. At first, you will be motivated so you will do it easily and you always will be happy to do it. Nevertheless, sometimes, you won't want to do this. And it's the moment you will need to discipline. Motivation will allows you to start something and help you for the begin and discipline will help you to go to your objectives.
To conclude, I think the most important is to try many different things to discover what you appreciate learning. After that, you will have to be disciplinate. To help being disciplinate, I note everyday when I did or not the tasks I have to do. For example, when I went to the gym, I note it in an app.

They are Cross-border E-commerce, E-commerce Logistics, Internet Finance, Tourism E-commerce , Campus E-commerce ,Cross-border E-commerce Practical Competition, Industry-University-Application BUC Practical Competition, Business Big Data Analytics Practical Competition,etc.
My father suggest that I can consider of Cross-border E-commerce, because he major worked in foregin trade many years ago, and he still consentrate on it right now.
But I think that's too difficult for my team, I even don't know how to set a forign web, and I have no idea about what forigners need.

This morning, I ate 50 grams of oats for breakfast. It's a health food to eat when you're eating on an empty stomach, because oats are low-GI food that won't make your blood sugar rise too fast as you digest it.
I read an article a few days ago about How to Stay Focused All Day. It says the key is to keep your blood sugar stable and aviod sudden spikes or drops. If you take in too many carbs at once, a lot of sugar will flood your blood, and then your body will release insulin to bring it back under control, which make people feel sleepy and even dizzy.
If you have to eat some high GI food, there's a simple trick—eat some vegetables or protein before starting on foods like rice, noodles, or bread. You don't want to have only carb food in a meal because that's not very healthy. Eating some other low-GI foods first can slow your gastric emptying, so sugar enter your blood more gradually.

In Notsituationen kann Autos sehr hilfreich sein, da wir schnell zu unserem ziele erreichen Kann. Biespieleweise Krankenhäuser oder zur Arbeit. Aus diesem Gründen sind Autos sehr beliebt.
Es gibt andere Möglichkeiten für Fortbewegung wie öffentliche Verkehrsmittel,Fahrrad ,Zug und so weiter .Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind mehr günstiger als eigene Auto. Fahrrad fahren kann die Umwelt schütz und zum Zug gehen kann schneller sein als andere Möglichkeiten.
zusammenfassend möchte ich meinen Blog beenden und betonen, dass nutzung von Offentliche Verkehrsmittel weniger Umwelt verschmutzung produziert. Alle Menshen sollte Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel nutzen zu versuchen.
