A Small Encounter at Starbucks
I ordered a cup of coffee. A young woman was wearing a green apron over a red shirt.
I thought she was clearly going for a Christmas look. So I joked, “Are you wearing the uniform of Portugal’s soccer team today?”
She smiled and said, “It’s for Christmas,” then turned around to show me the word “Christmas” written on her back.
With a cheerful smile, she asked, “Do you like soccer?”

Creative work must surely be a painful endeavor.
In one of your earlier letters, you wrote about a manga artist who, in a drunken haze, poured out his suffering.
To think that even after becoming a professional, one must continue to bear such burdens—it truly is a demanding vocation.
I must confess, I know very little about manga.
But when I read your work for the first time, I was deeply moved.
My heart raced, and I nearly cried. I was astonished to discover that manga could evoke such emotion.
You have the gift to create stories that stir the hearts of others.
There may be others with talent.
But I believe, with all my heart, that there are things only you can express.

Una Película de Cajas de Cartón
Hacería una película muy similar del cuento de Cajas de Cartón, porque creo que la mensaje del cuento es muy importante. Empezaría con Panchito y su amigo, el mejor pizcador desde Jalisco, hablando. Panchito estaría feliz, y solo un poco cansado, porque él nunca se muda en su vida. Este aspecto estaría un poco diferente de la cuenta, pero hacería la película más dramático. Después, Panchito iría a su casa y vería las cajas de cartón. La mañana siguiente, Panchito se levantaría muy temprano, casi 4 en la mañana. Él y su familia sentaría en la Carcanchita, y se mantenarían a los campos. Los padres de Panchito hablaría sobre la falta de trabaja, y sobre son le dan miedo que no es possible a encontrar trabaja. No hablaría sobre la historia de la Carcanchita, porque no es important en mi opinión. Trás, el carro pararía maner. Panchito y su familiar estaría muy le dan miedo porque no pueden compran un nuevo carro. Un hombre venería y ayudaría la familia, también daría trabaja a la familia. Esta cuenta también es un poco differente de la cuenta original. El hombre de nombre estaría Sullivan. Después, la película pararía, y parte dos venería el año siguiente.

Bonjour!
Aujourd'hui c'est Halloween. Il y a beaucoup des décorations à l’extérieur dans mon quartier. Il a plu dans l'après-midi, mais la pluie s'est arrêtée pour que les enfants sont aller faire chercher pour des bonbons (comment écrivez-vous 'trick-or-treating'?) pour Halloween.
J'aime voir les costumes ! Je n'aime pas marcher quand il fait froid, alors je pense que les gens qui sortent des chez eux pour bonbons à mérites !

What's important is conveying your own thoughts.
When studying a foreign language, the most important thing is conveying your own thoughts.
When you're unsure of how you can convey what you want to say in your head, try using other grammar and vocabulary first.
For example, if you don't know how to say "Scotch Tape", saying "packing tape" or "Clear Tape" is also fine.
It's better to open up another path than not say anything.

Si tuviera que elegir solo entre estas dos bebidas, elijo el té. Rara vez bebo café, prefiero el café en grano preparado en una cafetera turca. ¡Qué bueno que en el mundo están otras bebidas como jugo, agua mineral, cacao, bebidas lácteas, mate y muchas más! Todos pueden elegir una bebida según su gusto y preferencia.

Confession of a language teacher
I've been teaching Italian online for two years now. As far as I'm concerned, I think there are two sides of the same coin: one side is that teaching is fun and rewarding; in my case, I met a lot of people from different places around the world, and some of them, I am happy to say, have become like friends. I learned a lot of things about various cultures and lifestyles. On the other side, teaching requires effort and organization; sometimes you have to cope with rude, disrespectful, or too-shy people who paid you to have a conversation with them. You should understand their needs and sometimes anticipate them; be patient and respect their time and fears. As a whole, I haven't regretted starting to do this job, but at the same time I don't see myself doing it for the rest of my life.

Magyarul nyelv célom
Magyarul tanulom huszonhat hónapig. Egy hosszú út van, de tanultam szeretni. Próbálom olvasni és hallgatni magyarul minden nap. Most tudok érteni sok, YouTube videok, szorosok és egy szótárval segít tudok olvasni gyerekei könyvek. Sajnos nem gyakoroltak beszelni vagy írni ezért nem jól közölni tudok. Mert ezt, van a célom csinálni több kimenet tevékenységeket. Bár még minden nap olvasok és hallgatok magyarul akarom beszélgetni egy óra minden hét és írni egy rövid szöveg háromszor hetente. Rémelem ősz jövőre érzem elég kényesebb magyarul beszélgetésével.

Comment est-ce que j'améliore mon français?
Je pense que je dois continuer à améliorer mon français. Hier, je suis allé à mon cours de français. La prof a parlé avec tous les élèves. Les autres élèves ont bien parlé mais pas moi. J’ai parlé lentement et je fais plusieurs d'erreurs. La prof a dit que les erreurs sont nécessaires à apprendre, et je pense que c’est vrai. Mais, je voudrais mieux parler. Peut-être que je peux pratiquer avec d'autres élèves français. Qu’est que tu penses? Comment est-ce que j'améliore mon parler?

Voyages en bateau

La mort d'une passagère abandonnée en Australie est une tragédie particulièrement rare. Quand même, plein de choses peuvent aller de travers avec une mauvaise conduite.
Il y a peu de jours, un décès tragique s'est passé en Australie: Sur l'île "Lizard", un parc national dans le nord-est de l'État fédéral Queensland, un corps d'une femme à l'âge de quatre-vingt ans a été découvert. Son bateau de croisière est démarré sans lui. Elle s'est alignée sur un groupe de randonneurs. À un moment donné sur le trajet de quatre kilomètres, la femme âgée a ensuite décidé, éventuellement en raison de fatigue, de retourner seule au bateau. Mais d'après des rapports, le bateau a quitté l'île près de 15:40 - sans la femme. Son absence était remarqué apparemment seulement au dîner. Quand le bateau est revenu plus tard à l'île, elle était évidemment déjà mort.

Wunder
Heute schrieb ich einen Aufsatz zum Thema Lehren. Da behauptete ich, dass ich aus mehreren Gründen ein schlechter Lehrer sein würde und dass es mir kaum Spaß macht, Leuten etwas beizubringen. Doch lud ich es aus Versehen nicht hoch und wollte schon duschen gehen als, Gott sei Dank, mir eingefallen ist, meine Seite hier zu überprüfen. Es ist mit mir schon einmal passiert, dass ich genau aus diesem Grund meine sechzehntägige Beitragsreihe auf einem anderen Konto verlor. Es war nicht sonderlich angenehm und meine Motivation zum Schreiben war danach vorübergehend weg.

Rauchfreie Lokale auch in Österreich
Heutzutage wir können viele Lände im Europa finden, wo rauchen verboten ist. Es gibt auch einige Platzen, wo starker Regel sind. Zum Beispiel, ich habe im Schweden gewöhnen, wo man kann nicht in dem Garten die Restaurants rauchen. Eine Konsequenz ist, dass die Leute, wer normalweise rauchen, rauchen weniger. Natürlich es ist gesunder für die Kinder, wer mit den Eltern in eine Restaurant gehen. Also glaube ich, dass Rauchfreie Lokale in Österreich eine gute Idee ist.
Es ist jedoch auch wichtig zu erwähnen, dass Freiheit wichtig ist. Vielleicht wenn we die Lokale kontrollieren würden, würden sie noch mehr Regeln festlegen: man könnte kein Bier trinken, man könnte nicht laud sprechen, man könnte nichts fahren. Vielleicht.
Zusammengefasst, ich glaube dass Österreich könnte von Rauchfreie Lokale profitieren. Wahrscheinlich wären nicht allen froh, aber die Gesundheit der Menschen ist das Wichtigste.

Trump est enthousiaste de la rencontre avec Xi – celui se montre non impressionné
Il y a des accords temporaires dans les questions du commerce, par exemple chez les douanes, fentanyl et des terres rares. On a cependant évité de parler des questions géopolitiques gravissimes.
Le président américain donne la rencontre, qu’il a fait jeudi matin avec son homologue de Chine douze sur dix points. L’entrevue avec Xi Jingping au Busan sud-coréen était « amazing », donc tout bonnement exceptionnellement bon.
Le président américain penche de toute façon tant pour les superlatives – dans ce cas, la délégation américaine se montre en fait soulagée, après la rencontre étant attendue avec suspense, a fini après environ une heure et quarante minutes. Pas d’éclat, pas de discordes, pas d’oups. Xi a justement eu l’air réservé, quand il a été escorté de Trump à la voiture immédiatement après. Il n’a pas vraiment voulu aborder la plaisanterie de Trump.
Trump a transmis plusieurs prises de position, Xi n’a annoncé aucun mot suite à la rencontre. Mais avant la rencontre, tous les deux chefs d’État se sont mis devant la caméra. Xi a ici parlé du « vent » et « vagues » et « défis ». Il faudrait de « maintenir le vrai cap », de naviguer à travers « le paysage complexe ». Quand même : « Vous et moi sommes au bout des relations chinois-américaines ».

Eating 50-years-old-stew
Almost every body has ever eaten unusual food. For example, you can eat camel in Australia or caïman in Argentina.
In different contries, particulary in Asia, they like cooking unusual foods. In BangCok, there is a restaurant which is famous for his 50-years-old-stew. To keep the stew eatable, they had to simmer this one and to replenish the dish with water or other aliments such as spices if it's needed.
The stew is never empty.
In China, they are proud to say that they produce 100-years-old-both. It's not strictly sure, but since according to a scientist, it is possible. You just have to taste it once a day or less.
In the Middle-Ages, people often keep their fire gently simmering. They dit that to have something to eat if there was nothing else and to avoid to cook from scratch.
But as it was expansive, the poorest sometimes couldn't and it was more difficult for them.

How my Day at the Hospital Ended
Yesterday, while I was in the hospital emergency room, I shared here that I had a minor accident involving the skin on my little finger. The emergency room is a place with bad energy, with many sad or stressed people, which is why I didn't want to go, but my husband insisted, and it turned out to be a good decision.
I didn't want to go there because my case wasn't a huge emergency, so I knew that I would be there for many hours. First, I had an appointment with a general doctor, he evaluated my case. He was worried for me, because my accident was with an iron bar of the gym. This bar is something that the gym personal probability never clean, it's a weird place. They only clean mirrors for my photos, hahahaha. So, the doctor ordered a tetanus vaccine. Also, he was worried about my pinky bones, so he requested a X ray.
I had both, the vaccine and the X ray. Later, I saw the hand surgeon. He evaluated my X ray and gave me good news, I didn't have any broken bones. He explained to me that my wound was large enough to put some stitches, but it was so wide too. Also, I had a piece of skin in the middle that stayed hanging. So, it was better to not put stitches, and take advantage of the piece of skin and leave it like a dressing. With that decision, I'd have less probability to get infected and I'd have a smaller scar in the future.
He wrapped my pinky and ring fingers together, with a huge bandage. And before that, his assistant needed to clean my wound. It was so horrible! I cried because she cleaned it directly with water and soap, while she was rubbing my pinky. I didn't say anything to her because I knew it was necessary.
At the night my husband brought me Sushi to pass this stressing experience. I need to take some medicines, and also, I must not change the bandage, because it must be done by a professional in five days.
P.S. Now, I have to wash the dishes or taking a shower with a plastic bag in my hand.

Die Nahrung in meinem Land
Die Nahrung in meinem Land lässt sich vor allem als vielfältig beschreiben. Da es über unterschiedliche Wetterbedingungen in unterschiedlichen Regionen verfügt, können verschiedene Produkten angebaut werden. An einem Tag sind Reis und Brot in allen Regionen die Bestandteile unserer Nahrungsmittel. Allerdings ernähren sich Menschen in unterschiedlichen Regionen anders. Das heißt, jede Region hat ihre speziellen Gerichte. Es gibt jedoch Gerichte, die in allen Regionen zur Verfügung stehen, sie unterscheiden sich aber in Kleinigkeiten. Fleisch erfreut sich in meinem Land zwar großer Beliebtheit, wird aber angesichts der hohen Preisen wenig oder in armen Regionen gar nicht konsumiert. Das Essverhalten hat sich in den letzten Jahrzehnten auffällig verändert. Früher haben die Menschen meist das Essen selbst zubereitet, während heutzutage mehr Fertiggerichte und Fastfood verzehrt und auf eine ausgewogene und gesunde Ernährung verzichtet wird, weswegen viele Menschen an Übergewicht oder Diabetes leiden. Außerdem sind viele Kinder in meinem Land unterernährt, was wahrscheinlich auf eine falsche nicht genug Nährstoffe enthaltende Ernährung zurückzuführen ist, wozu die Regierung bestimmte Maßnahmen ergreifen muss. Zum Bespiel können den Schülern die notwendigen Vitaminen in der Schule gegeben werden. Außerdem sollte ihnen beigebracht werden, viel Obst und Gemüse zu sich zu nehmen.

Hafta sonu
Rusya`da önümüzdeki 3 gün izin var. Ve ben hala ne yapacağım düşünüyorum. Kesinlikle arkadaşlarımla buluşacağım, belki oğlumla Moskova `da gezdireceğiz (hava izin verirse). Umarım da sonunda uyuyacağım. Tabii ki Türk dizeleri izleyeceğim, kitap okuyacağım, ve Türkçe öğreneceğim. Kafeye gideceğim olabilir. Kısacası henüz kesin bir pşanım yok. Üstelik yarın son iş günüm var.
