習慣
習慣は、勉強、趣味、そしてあらゆる発展に必要な要素だと思います。意識的な努力は止まりやすいです。いつか意志がなくなって辞めることもたくさんあります。「今年こそ」と決心をしても、長く実践しなず諦めてしまったことは皆さんも確かにあると思います。例えば、新年には毎日運動しようにしたけど、雨が降ったり、疲れすぎたりする日には決心が弱くなって運動をしないで休むとかしてしまいやすいです。
私はこれの一番重要な理由は、良い習慣は直ちに結果を出さないことだと思います。数日運動しても、筋は出来ません。勉強しても、成績も実力に目につく変化は出来ません。しかし、悪い習慣は即刻的な効果があります。ゲームをすると、直ちに面白みを感じます。甘いものを食べると、即時気持ちが良くなります。それに加えて、悪効果は遅く見え始まります。勉強をしなくてゲームをした結果は試験を受ける前には、現れません。健康ではない食べ物が体重を増すには時間がかけます。これが割る習慣に落ちることがこんなにやすい理由だと思います。
それなら、どうすればよい習慣をつけられましょうか？私自身もまだよく知らなず毎日悪い習慣を消そうとしていますけど、すけど、確かに効果があった方法を一つ探しました。それは、欲する習慣の最も簡単な始めを習慣にすることです。例えば、毎日30分走る習慣は、運動靴を履いて外に出ることから始めます。外に出ることは30分走ることよりやすいですけど、一旦家の外で出たから運動をしようと思って、結局運動をすることになります。いわば、「トリガー」です。私はこのように運動する習慣をつけられました。

Ho appena pranzato, quindi sono pronta per svolgere le mie mansioni una dopo l'altra. Ha piovuto stamattina ed è ancora nuovoloso. Spero che piova di nuovo.
Mi sono stufata del caldo e non vedo l'ora che arrivi l'autunno. Si dice che il sole ti faccia bene, ma per me non è cosi. Mi stanca e mi causa problemi alla pelle.
Se vivessi in un paese con un clima diverso, sarei felice! Credo che il riscaldamento globale sia un vero problema, però al momento ci sono ancora paesi dove non si soffre a causa del caldo.
Cerco di non lamentarmi troppo. Credo di avere una bella vita in generale, ma a volte me ne dimentico. Ho detto a me stessa di essere grata, ma a volte faccio fatica.
Oggi sono riuscita a ripassare un po' in italiano e credo di studiare dopo aver finito il turno. Mi pare di dovere andare avanti con la grammatica e imparare più parole, ma tendo a ripassare le stesse cose ogni giorno.
Un giorno potrò essere più fiduciosa in me stessa, ma non so quando succederà. È stancante essere una persona perfezionista.

Знаете ли вы игры гача? "Гача" (японский термин) означает очень модный вид видеоигр, которые изначально произошли из Японии а сейчас распространяются по всему миру. В нормальных играх, игрок получает новое содержание (оружия, транспортные срества, скин, и т. д.) своими компетенциями (потому что он победил крутого босса, например) или деньгами (он просто платит за то). В играх гача, игрок также тратит деньги, но есть определённая вероятность получить определённую вещь. Конечно, чем лучшее/режее, тем труднее её получить. Может быть вы сейчас думаете: «это принцип азартных игр!», и это правда! В самом деле, такие игры смешивают геймплей игры гача традиционных видеоигр с логикой азартной игр, как пачинко.
Издатели их любят, потому что они поощряют игроков тратить огромные сумы. Они также легко создают явления случаи зависимости! Однако, мимо медицинских проблем, они поднимают законные вопросы. В некоторых странах, запрещенно несовершеннолетним играть в азартные игры, поэтому, надо ли запретить гача детям и подросткам? Закон некоторых стран, как Бельгии, сейчас считает гача азартными играми. Игры самы всё ещё подаются, но их виртуальные выигришы (loot boxes) сейчас запрещенны. Но эти законы — недостаточны. Когда люди не платят игру саму, они не колебаются покать содержание в игре, и так как большинство часть игроков состоит из детей, нетрудно их побуждать (можно сказать, «их манипулировать») чтобы они попросили у мамы/папы банковскую карточку. В репортаже, я однажды видел родителей утверждающих, что они тратят 200-300 евро (20 300/30 500 рублей) каждый месяц для закупок скин (= новые вешностей/образы) для персонажа сына в Fortnite... Даже по западным стандардам, они шокирующие, сумасшедшие сумы. В таких случаях, можно думать что надо воспитывать детей, а сначала надо воспитывать некоторых родителей! Несмотря на это, невозможно игнорировать нагубное влияние таких игр на молодые умы. Нужно ли их регулировать, как игры гача?
(В словоре, я нашёл слово «геймплей», но существует чисто русское слово с таким же смыслом? В мире видеоирг трудно избежать англицизмов!)

Los consejos para adaptarse en nuevo país.
Vivir en el extranjero siempre es muy difícil.
Tenemos que luchar con las dificultades nuevas. Por supuesto la vida en otro país tiene muchas ventajas también. Vamos a ver los consejos que os ayudarán adaptarse más rápido.
En primer lugar, es muy útil estudiar el idioma local. No digo que tiene que dominar una lengua nueva inmediatamente, no. Para empezar, puede aprender unas palabras básicas para relacionarse con los locales. Por ejemplo cómo saludarse y despedirse, hablar de clima y algo así.
Pero si quiere vivir aquí mucho tiempo, tiene que aprender más. Pero no te preocupes, siempre es más fácil estudiar el idioma en el entorno local.
También, debe conocer la cultura nueva - la comida, las costumbres y tradiciones, la arquitectura. Lo te ayudará no extrañar tanto tu patria.
Debe entender que ya no lo harás vivir en la zona de confort. No vida tranquila más. Puede no sentirse seguro y protegido algunas veces. Está bien. Recuerde que fue tu decisión consciente y merece la pena.
Invista tiempo y esfuerzo para lo que es más importante para usted y no te creas malo.

Major Earthquake
In Japan, September 1st marks the anniversary of Great Kanto Earthquake, which devastated the city of Tokyo in 1923. Recently, after a strong earthquake that struck Miyazaki prefecture early August, Japan issued its first ever warning of the risk of a massive earthquake along the Nankai Trough (an ocean-floor trench that runs along the Pacific coast of Japan). Experts say that there is nearly an 80% chance of a major disaster occurring within the next thirty years, because it’s been so long since the last major earthquake. According to their estimates, the worst-case scenario looks like this: a powerful earthquake of magnitude 9 could destroy millions of buildings, cause widespread flooding, and result in hundreds of thousands of casualties. It is too scary to take seriously. So, what should we do? Of course, all we can do is to prepare for evacuation and to stock up extra food and water. No one knows when and where an earthquake or tsunami will occur. What would happen if we happened to be on the subway or in a car at that time? Can fear keep us from riding these in everyday life? We can only hope to survive.

Un festival de jazz
J’ai déjà évoqué les festivals de l’été et dans ce bulletin, je veux parler d’un festival de jazz. Il y a quelques années que j’y suis allée et j’ai bien apprécié l’ambiance. Le festival a eu lieu dans un vignoble ou plus précisément, dans un parc à côté d’un très célèbre vignoble.
Le festival s’est déroulé en octobre et par hasard, je rendais visite à mes amis. Nous avons vu la publicité et nous sommes décidé d’y aller le dimanche. Dimanche matin, un petit autobus nous y a emmenés. L’atmosphère était très agréable. Le parc a été transformé et il me rappelait d’un carnaval. Il y avait une grande scène pour les musiciens et les festivaliers partout. La musique était le jazz et le blues et pendant la journée, nous avons écouté plusieurs célèbres artistes et aussi les artistes australiens émergents. La musique était éclectique et j’ai bien apprécié.
Ici et là, il y avait des stands de nourriture et de boissons. La nourriture était de très bonne qualité puisque elle était préparée par les chefs bien connus avec les ingrédients en saison. Le vin est venu du vignoble à côté et pour l’occasion, le prix des bouteilles de vin était réduits et nous en avons bien profité. C’était vraiment une expérience conviviale et inoubliable.

Les festivals d’été
Aujourd’hui, il pleut. Ici en Australie, nous sommes encore en hiver mais, le printemps est proche. Officiellement, la saison commence le premier septembre, dans quelques jours. C’est vrai, on voit les fleurs qui poussent lentement et les feuilles vertes apparaissent sur les arbres. J’adore voir les jeunes feuilles vertes car pour moi c’est la promesse que l’hiver se terminera rapidement.
J’ai hâte d’accueillir non pas seulement le printemps mais aussi l’été. En été, il y a tellement de choses à faire. Ce week-end, j’ai lu une publicité pour un festival de jazz. Tous les étés quand il fait beau et chaud, on remarque plusieurs festivals de musique. Certains sont énormes et se déroulent dans les champs et durent deux ou trois jours. À ces grands festivals, des milliers de festivaliers viennent pour assister aux concerts, pour chanter, danser et en bref faire la fête.
La plupart de ces festivals sont en plein air et on a l’occasion de voir plein d’artistes différents en même temps. Souvent, on peut faire le camping dans un champs à côté. C’est très génial de rester en place et faire la fête toute la journée et le soir. J’admets que ce n’est pas ma tasse de thé mais c’est plutôt pour les jeunes ayant une abondance de l’énergie : l’énergie de s’amuser fortement et de profiter de l’ambiance.

A boy in the tree (The Vibe of the Day (11.07.2024))
Lost in thought, you are riding a pneumatic-tyred scooter on the driveway in your neighbourhood. Suddenly, you notice an unusual movement in a birch standing by the road. Passing the birch, you look back and see a boy on the tree! Blond, thin, aged six or seven at best, clad in a red T-shirt, beige shirts, and small trainers, he sits in the tree fork at the height of the second floor, ten meters above the ground, and purportedly looks into his smartphone. His neat rucksack hangs on the nearby branch. The birch, bathed in sunlight, rustles in the breeze.
This tableau vivant is not to last. The boy starts to pack. After several swayings of the birch, the rucksack is on the back, and the boy is on the way down, deftly crawling from one tree tier to another. Half a minute later, he hangs on the nether bough with his feet dangling. Finally, he completes the last jump and leaves the ground. He is striding confidently on the asphalt. Soon, he turns into the arch of the house and disappears.

Yesterday I watched the film "The Light between the oceans" with Michael Fassbender. I liked this film. The story about young married couple - Tom and Isabella, which secluded lives on island. Tom works as a lighthous keeper. The happiness of lovers is gloomed by the fact that Isabella had two miscarriages. She was depressed and has been lying down for a long time near the graves of her children while the boat with a dead man and little child came to the island.

27.08.24 - Giorno pieno di viaggi
Ogni è stato un giorno impegnativissimo! Per accelerare il processo di visto, che è stato rinviato a causa di qualche problema burocratico, ho deciso di recuperare alcuni documenti importanti — cioè gli apostille del diploma e del transcript della laurea — dal vivo invece di imbucarli e aspettare che siano rimandati. Purtroppo ho fatto la laurea in una regione diversa da quella in cui abito, quindi ho dovuto fare un viaggio lungo. A causa della posizione piuttosto isolata della università, e il fatto che io debba fare l’apostille alla sede dell’assemblea legislativa dello stesso stato in cui i documenti sono stati rilasciati, bisognava arrivarci in modo non lineare. Innanzitutto, mi sono svegliata alle quattro meno quarto per essere certa di non mancare la metro che mi prenderebbe alla stazione dei treni. Ciononostante non è nemmeno apparsa e ho dovuto trovare un altro percorso. Quando ero sul treno andando alla prima fermata, ho scambiato la fermata con un’altra e ho smontato, mancando il bus alla sede dell’assemblea. Sono restata in attesa per due ore per prendere la prossima. Sebbene siano stati alcuni problemi, il processo una volta arrivata alla sede è stato molto veloce con figure efficiente e cooperative. Ho anche avuto abbastanza tempo per studiare per l’esame in rete equivale al foglio rosa e per fortuna l’ho superato. Mentre scrivo questo testo alle venti sono ancora sul treno di ritorno a New York, ma contenta di aver fatto tanti progressi oggi.

Just Saying Thanks to Be Polite on LangCorrect
Just saying thanks to be polite on LangCorrect might be a nuisance to me.
My "ratio" right now is 3.31, much more than 0.5.
Therefore, I think I'm contributing to this website to some extent.
I usually try to understand the context of each entry and ask a question if I cannot understand or grasp the meaning of some part of that entry.
However, in most of the cases, they just respond, "Thank you for your corrections (添削いただきありがとうございました。）” And they never answered the question I asked them.
In such an incident, I would doubt they understand my corrections or even read my corrections, and I feel rather disappointed.
Therefore, in my opinion, members don't need to write back saying thanks to be just polite on LangCorrect.
Then, you don't need to open that entry and see just there is a brief comment, "thank you."
On Lang-8, the system is more like the "give and take" principle, and expressing gratitude is a must.
Yet, only saying thanks to be polite on Lang-8 only had to push the "gratitude button," which is distinguished from other comments.
Therefore, members can ignore the notification for the "gratitude button."
On LangCorrect, in most cases, the correction makings are done in an attempt to increase the ratio.
If so, they don't want to get the comment only out of politeness.
Of course, some members relate more deeply and closely to each other, and in these cases, they could give more fruitful and friendly comments to each other.

日本の思い出
友達と数日一緒に旅行した後、彼と別れて旅を続けた。
彼は東京へ行った一方で、私が神戸に行くことにした。その頃、大阪市に行ったから問題なく電車に乗れて、三十分で三ノ宮駅に着いた。そこからホテルまで歩いて風景を楽しんだ。三ノ宮の通りはフランスの通りに似ていると思う。歩道は広いし、外国人がたくさんいるし、洋風な建物もある。重かったリュックを負んぶしながら20分でホテルにたどり着いた。部屋の鍵を受け取って、荷物を置いて、すぐに出かけた。近所を探検しよう！
大通りに出て生田神社へ行った。鳥居がたくさんあって美しかった。大勢の人がお参りしていて賑やかだった。そこで綺麗な御朱印を手に入れた。その後、神戸で留学したことがある友達と出会った。その方は都市の歴史を説明したり、中華街の案内したり、留学の時も語ったりした。一緒にインド風のレストランで食べて、美味しかった。
二時間散策してから別れてホテルに帰ることにした。帰りの途中で本屋を通り過ぎて透かさず入ってみることにした。本好きの私にとって天獄みたいだった。ぐるぐる回った後、小説を二冊買った。日本で本を買うことができるのはとても嬉しかった。ホテルに帰って、買ったばかりの本を夜遅くまで読んだ。

夜のルーチン
今日のトピックは：私の毎夜のルーチンです。
午後５時に、仕事が終わります。オフィスにいたら、自転車で家に帰ります。家で仕事をしたら、小さな散歩をします。
午後６時ぐらいに、夫はオフィスから家に帰ります。この頃で、晩ご飯を作って始めます。パスタとサラダは典型的な飯です。
晩ご飯の後で、夫と一緒にテレビを見ます。私たちはクイズ番組や、ミステリー番組が好きです。
時々、テレビを見るながら、おやつとビールがある。
それから、色々なアクティビティをします。ギターを練習したり、ｉPadで絵を描いたり、日本語を勉強したりしています。
毎晩、ベッドの前に、本よ読みます。今、「The End of August」と呼んで本を読んでいます。
でも、ベッドで本を読んで、本当に眠い早速になります。時々、眠い過ぎになったら、本を顔に落としてまいます。夫は笑って「じゃあ、おやすみなさい」と言います。

Moi : Bonjour Monsieur, depuis quleques jour j'ai une fièvre et j'ai mal à la tête. Parfois j'ai aussi des vertiges.
Le médecin : Est-ce que vous avez aussi des quinte de toux ?
Moi : Non. Mais j'ai mal à la gorge.
Le médecin : D'accord. Actuellement, il y a une épidémie de grippe. Je vais vous mettre en arrêt maladie jusqu'à vendredi. Je vous prescris également un analgésique.
Le médecin me donne un arrête maladie et une ordonnance pour un médicament.
Je vais donc ensuite à la pharmacie et je me reposer le reste de la semaine.

Ich brauche eure Hilfe bei meiner Vorbereitung.
Ich habe neulich eine herausragende Sendung ferngesehen und wollte meine Meinung diesbezüglich bekunden. In der Sendung hat der Sprecher seine Enttäuschung über seine Freunde kundgetan. Ich hatte auch solche Erfahrungen. In meiner Schulzeit habe ich mich mit schlechten Freunden befreundet, und demnach kritisierten sie mich immer, wenn ich einen Fehler begehe, und das ist abgesehen von ihrem stetigen Mobbing. Mir ist bewusst geworden, dass man gewissenhaft seine Freunde auswählen muss. Dank des Internets kann man zwar gute Freunde kennenlernen, jedoch werden die Gespräche meiner Meinung nach langweiliger im Laufe der Zeit. Darüber hinaus sind Freunde im echten Leben immer von Nutzen.

hiermit möchte ich dir herzlich zum bestandenen Abitur gratulieren und mich für deine Einladung zu deiner Party bedanken.
Ich möchte dir auch mitteilen, dass ich euch bei der Partyvorbereitung helfen möchte, indem ich viele Getränke und eine sehr große Torte mitbringe. Zudem bin ich auch bereit, bei etwas anderem zu helfen, falls das möglich ist.
Meines Wissens werde ich am Donnerstag zu dir ankommen und habe die Absicht, eine Woche zu bleiben.
