simuler une présentation de la "feijoada" brésilienne
Aujourd'hui, pour le dîner, je veux faire une "feijoada". J'aimerais vous montrer un peu de la culture brésilienne. Concernant la feijoada, les ingrédients sont haricots, saucisse de porc et côtes de bœuf. Doit être servi avec du riz blanc et de la "farofa"... tous ensemble et se vous voulez, vous pouvez ajouter de l'orange pour faciliter la digestion. Souvant, on mange la feijoada et on boit la caipinha ensamble, mais c'est pas trop mon truc. La caipirinha c'est une boisson à base de jus de citron, de sucre et de cachaça. Mais je préfèr avec du vin. J'espère que ça vous plaira. La nourriture est un peu lourde, alors, mangez doucement.

My first text
This is my first attempt at writing something in this community. I really don't know how this works yet. Am I supposed to simply come up with just any text of my choice? I would like to be corrected not only on grammar, but also on how to improve my overall language so that it's much more natural. When to use other, more suitable words for example. Is it possible to also get that kind of feedback? My idea was to translate some sort of text from my native language, and post it here, because I don't know otherwise what to write about.

- I worked to elementary school & secondary school in Aomori prefecture.
- In elementary school, I supported for student of first grade, more over, In secondary school, I taught health and physical education for all of the student & worked with student with impairment (Hearing impairment)
- I worked in companies that help people find work for persons with impairments about for person with learning disabilities & mentally challenged person.
- In my current company, I supported Country-focused Program & Coral Propagation Laboratory in Okinawa.
- My plans to be involved in the introduction of small-scale inland aquaculture and aquaponics as a means of promoting social independence for people with impairment.

China y América Latina, una relación económica
Con la elección de Donald Trump en los Estados Unidos, hay muchos cambios y turbulencia en el orden global. Las tarifas y la confrontación entre los EEUU y China ha creado un sistema de economía y política global distinto a los que han pasado antes. Entre los dos gigantes, América latina es la región con el más ganar y que tiene el mayor riesgo durante este momento.
Durante los últimos años, China ha aumentado su inversión directa extranjera en la región latinoamericana. Desde México y su industria automotor que produce coches chinos para el mercado Norteamericano al nuevo megapuerto de Chancay en Perú, Latinoamérica tiene una relación comercial y política con China que ha crecido mucho durante los años 2020s. Además, la amistad entre Brasil y China, ejemplificado por sus afiliaciones de BRICS, influye mucho la economía global y regional.
Expertos creen que el proteccionismo de los EEUU va a crear oportunidades para Latinoamérica contribuye más valor a la cadena de suministro global por cubrir el espacio en el mercado creado por estas policías.

カロス地方ではロイがポケモンバトルのけいこをしている間、ウルトというライバルができました。ウルトはとてもやる気満々のトレイナーであり、いつも自慢しています。相棒のヤミラミはメガシンカできます。ウルトはロイの黒いレックウザとの関係を知ったら、自分も黒いレックウザを捕まえたくなりました。こうしてウルトがロイのライバルになりましたが、ほとんどロイたちに追いかけてばかりいます。ウルトとロイは意外にも互いに価値観が似ているので、ある程度仲良くなってきました。でも、ロイにとってはウルトがかなりしつこくて邪魔をしてしまうことが多いと思っているようです。いずれにしても、攻撃抜群のロイと防御抜群のウルトが手を組んでバトルをすると、とても強いチームになります。

Tondre les pelouses
Tondre les pelouses ou ne pas tondre les pelouses, telle est la question. Sur ce sujet chacun a son propre avis. Certains ont l’opinion que dès que l’herbe pousse, même un centimètre, il fait le couper. Il faut que le jardin soit propre et bien entretenu. Selon eux, un jardin joli est celui qui est parfaitement tondu. Ils détestent l’herbe haute et désordonnée. Alors, avec ce groupe de personnes, ils sont là chaque week-end avec leur tondeuse.
D’autre côté, certains critiquent cette approche. Ils sont amoureux de la nature et aiment un jardin plus naturel, un peu plus sauvage. Ils veulent qu’on laisse l’herbe pousser longue. La pelouse plus longue permet aux fleurs sauvages de pousser, attire des insects, des abeilles, des papillons et c’est mieux pour l’environnement.
Ici en Australie, la plupart de jardins, ont une pelouse courte car on a peur que des serpents se cachent dans l’herbe longue. Particulièrement dans les régions rurales, les incidents des serpents et des rongeurs dans le jardin sont répandus.

Le coût des aliments
Aujourd’hui, on ne parle que de nouveaux tarifs douaniers annoncés par président Trump. En même temp, le coût de vie augmente partout dans le monde. Le prix des produits de base comme les œufs, le café devient de plus en plus cher. Je remarque qu’il existe aussi une pénurie de produits alimentaires de base. Ici en Australie, parfois, on ne trouve pas d’œufs dans les rayons des supermarchés. Cette situation pénible m’est arrivée plusieurs fois. En parlant avec mes amis japonais, ils m’ont dit que là, le riz est difficile de trouver.
Avec l’augmentation du coût de vie, on cherche toujours des recettes simples et pas coûteuses. En Australie, l’un des grands supermarchés a lancé une campagne intitulée, les repas à moins de 10 dollars.
Les ménages australiens continuent à adapter leurs habitudes de consommation. Ils préfèrent les produits locaux et en saison. En plus, le coût de vie pousse les gens de manger plus de légumes ou même devenir végétarien. De nos jours, la viande est devenue un luxe qui n’est plus abordable. À mon avis, cette modification de notre alimentation quotidienne est bonne pour notre santé et la planète.

Wie kann man jeden Tag einen perfekten Tag haben?
Letztens habe ich darüber viel nachgedacht. Ich behaupte, dass wenn man einen stabilen Tagesablauf hat, kann man ständig aus den Tag das Maximum herausholen. Ich glaube, dass heutzutage die Motivation überschätzt ist. Obwohl sie kann die Produktivität kurzzeitig steigern, soll man nicht ihre Rolle übertreiben. Auf lange Sicht kann man nur dann Erfolg haben, wenn man beständig ist. Deswegen empfinde ich es als wesentlich, so früh we möglich Gewohnheiten festzustellen. Heute habe ich darüber nicht nachgedacht, ob ich die Lust habe, mich Zähne zu putzen oder Anki-Karten zu wiederholen. Ich führe solche Handlungen automatisch, deswegen hängt das Ergebnis nicht davon ab, ob ich in einer richtigen Stimmung bin. Außerdem finde ich To-Do Listen sehr nützlich. Sie helfen mir, auf Kurs zu bleiben und meine Aufgaben nicht aufzuschieben.
Allerdings soll man nicht die Diversität vergessen. Meiner Meinung nach ist es extrem wichtig, nicht ein eintöniges Leben zu führen und regelmäßig etwas Neues auszuprobieren. Persönlich mache ich gerne Ausflüge, um neue Orte zu entdecken und meinen Alltag abwechslungsreich zu machen. Ich denke, dass wenn man die Möglichkeit zu reisen hat, soll er sie ergreifen.

Coping with anxiety
Recently, my final exam is getting nearer and I am feeling very anxious and nervous, overthinking that what if I do not get a good result. I felt stressed out with the thought that I might disappoint my parent if I do not meet their expectation. To calm myself down, I draw and write often, trying to distract my mind from negative thoughts. I also seek help from my tutor who advice me to do some meditation. All these techniques help to reduce my academic pressure but do not help much with the increasing anxiety.
But one thing I noticed about myself these day is that whenever I felt overwhelmed, I am apt to eat more than usual. Normally, I would skip dinner as a way of maintaining my weight ,but recently, I feel much better after having dinner, and study with a better concentration.

「先輩…嘘つかなくてもいいですよ。もうわかってますから。」電気が全て消されていて、僕はだんだん彼に近づきながら言った。窓の外から差し込んでくる光が、彼の可愛くて赤くなってきた顔を見えるようにしてくれた。
「な…なんだよ…違うって…誤解だよ、ただの…」
「しー」手で口を軽く閉じさせた。「格好をつけるのやめて…本能に従っちゃいましょう。」
〜〜〜〜〜〜〜
「おい、田中。仕事終わってんじゃねーのか？」
彼は僕のデスクを叩きながら大声で言う。びっくりしてたじろぐ僕が視線をコンピューターから離して彼の方へ向く。
「すみません、すぐ終わらせるので少し待ってください。」
「お前の仕事終わるまで俺も帰れねぇぞ。お前のせいで遅くまで帰れなかったらマジで許さねぇな。早くしろよ、わかった？」
「わかりました。」
「あと、明日の会議なんだけど、俺、病気になりそうだから」わざと咳をした。「俺の分を田中くんに任せても大丈夫かな。」
「それはちょっと…」
「冗談だよ！」僕の肩を叩きながら笑う。「お前の答えなんて求めるわけないじゃん。じゃ、トイレに行くわ。なんかあったら是非…他の誰かに聞け、俺ちょっと用を足すから一旦休憩とる。でもそこの用じゃなくて、あの、その、普通のやつ、普通って…電話！電話する！」彼は焦りながらトイレに向かった。
「頼んだぞ、田中！」
あいつ…全然仕事しないくせに他人に仕事を振るなんて、この世で一番クズだな、としか思えなかった。まあ、少し考えたらヒトラーなどよりギリマシだが…あいつが絶対にクズランキングの2位を取る。あと、大便を誤魔化すのが下手くそ。
しばらく仕事したあと、僕もトイレに行った。僕と他の個室に閉じこもっていた誰かしかいなかった。少し気まずかったが、隣の個室に入った。するといきなり、聞いたことのある声が聞こえてくる。
「先生、月曜日にもらえるって言ったのわかってるけど、もう待てないよ。俺にくれ…お願いだ。何でもするから、いくらでも払うから、できるだけ早く…もう限界かもしれない。」
よく聞くと確実に先輩の声だ。一体何の話をしているのだろう。薬がもらえない？
「薬局月曜日まで閉まってるのわかってるって！でもそんな長くは待てない！バレちゃうぞ！頼む！」
彼はクズだが、同情せずにはいられなかった。もしかして、本当に病気なのか？先輩の助けになることがあったらやりたいと初めて思った。
「もう…ヒートが…」
…ヒート？ヒートと言った？
「もうヒートに入ってる気がする。だから早く抑制剤を手に入れなきゃ。」
もしかして…
「これ以上悪化したらやばいんだよ。頼むって…」
オメガ？
アルファの僕にこの3年間ずっと暴言を吐いたり、仕事を耐えられないほど振ったり、職場を丸で地獄にしたのは…オメガだったってこと？
そんな訳にはいけない。
その時、僕は決めた。僕らの立場を彼に絶対思い出させる。
先輩から与えられた恐怖がもう消えていて、デスクに戻ると、頭の中で作戦を立てながらのんびりと仕事し始めた。他のみんなは一人ずつ帰っていって、管理人が電気を消した後、コンピューターと窓の外の光しかない部屋で働いている僕らが残った。そして、管理人も帰ったら、先輩がようやく話しかけてきた。
「早く終わらせろっつたのに何ダラダラしてんだよ！！こっち赤ちゃんプレイ専門風俗店じゃなくてスーパーに行きたかったんだぞ！なんか言うことないのか？！」
僕は冷静に立ち上がって、彼と向かい合った。
「いい加減、本当のことを白状したほうがいいと思いますよ。」
状況がわかっていなさそうで
「どういうこと？お前頭おかしすぎるだろ」と言った。
そして、僕はポケットから、ある物を取り出した。彼が見ると目が点になるほど特別な物。
「…ヒート抑制剤？なんで？なんでこんなもん持ってるんだ？」と彼は必死に僕の答えを求めてきた。
「要りますよね？先輩」
彼は顔が紅潮していて死ぬほど恥ずかしそうに言った。「なわけあるか！オメガじゃねぇし要らねぇよ！ふざけんなよ、通報するからな！」
「自ら本当のこと言ったらあげますよ。」と柔らかく笑いながら言った。
「く…くれる？」
「自分の欲望に耐えられたら、ね。」

Heute
Heute machte spaß.
Um 7 Uhr haben wir Formula 1 gesehen und gefrühstückt. Dann sind meiner Schwester, meinem Bruder, meinem Onkel und ich zu Paddel spielen gegangen. Am Nachmittag sind wir in ein einem Restaurant gegangen. Ich habe Pizza gegessen.
Später haben wir meinem Opa besucht. Dort habe ich mit meinen Cousinen Volleyball gespielt. Jetzt ist es 20 Uhr und wir sind zurück im Haus. Ich bin müde, leider muss ich lernen, weil ich morgen Unterrichten habe. Zuerst muss ich meine Gesicht waschen und meine Zähnen putzen. Bis morgen!

Following a blind intuition.
First of all, these days I´ve had more experencies to posting, but I don´t have the energy to write it. A shadow has rolled me into a hopeless future. Once again, my future is a long road that scares me. If I do something I don´t have to, if I fail, I would lose everything. First of all, I need to approve all my assignments at my college and two subjects have been a rough challenge, so fucking difficult. I don't feel enough. I'll never get that scholarship if I don't pass those two tests. I'm really trying, although it feels like climbing the biggest mountain, and my goal is at the summit. And when I'm approaching, the air goes off and I can't breathe; my encouragement falls down and I can't move on. I wish I could have some sign that leads me to the truth and brings me energy. I need hope.
But I'm not looking for support, I'm just using it to write something, and don't abandon this habit.

反復練習(暗記)と違う覚える方法がある？
最近、特に医学と言語の専門によく使う「暗記」と言う覚え方がすごく人気があります。暗記の仕方はたいてい反復練習です。毎日のようにフラッシュカードで情報を覚えて後日復習するのを繰り返しています。でも、何回復習しても 覚えられないカードがたまにあります。他に覚える方法があるかと一度考えことがありますか？
実は、いろいろな方法があります。これらは英語で「memory methods」と呼ばれるもので、こうした方法を使う人たちは、勉強している うちに、よりよく覚えるように絵を想像するとか番号システムを使うとかします。もちろん、まずは方法を選んで、学ぶ必要があるけど、この方法は最も効果的の覚え方だと思われています。

「言語」という単語は、 linguistics ではなく、 language learning の意味で使えますか?

Una historia tonta
Necesito dejar trabaja porque tuve una cita de doctor. Mientras envié un mensaje a mi hermana, una persona me robó. No tuve tiempo recoger mis cosas, mi cita es sobre 10 minutos. El autóbus llegé y voy a mi cita triste. Aunque me siento triste, hubo un perro afuera el edificio de doctor. Lo acaricié y ahora, me siento feliz. El fin.

un rêve simple
Je voudrais aller à l'hôtel. Je suis très fatiguée parce-que j'ai deux petits fils - un fils de un an et un fils de presque cinq ans. Ils ont beaucoup d'énergie, donc je cours toute la journée avec eux. Mon fils de cinq ans se réveille chaque jour à seis heures du matin, et il ne prend jamais de somme. Mon fils de un an est très grand - il pèse trente livres.
Si j’avais une journée seule dans un hôtel, je dormirais tard. Quand je me réveillais, je ferais de l'exercice, mangerais un bon petit déjeuner, et lirais un livre.

I sitting on middle seat and two seats next each other just opened it.child is sit on it ,her mother is standing. I could try stand and ask the neighbor sitting on my seat. And then, when two seats are open. Her mother can sitting on seat but I was so nauseous ,I didn’t have the courage to try.Normally I would have been to help for other people ,but I couldn’t because of my physical condition. That’s very embarrasses. Have I became a human even can’t help for others. I hate myself like that.
