Il ruolo della tecnologia nella nostra vita
Tecnologia ha cambiato tutto! Gli effetti di tecnologia sono entrambi positivi e negativi. Il promesso di tecnologia era che farebbe la vita quotidiana più semplice e ci dà più di tempo libero. In realtà, adesso siamo sempre collegati che sia per lavoro o per svago. La nostra capacità di attenzione si è ridotta. Apriamo le risposte immediatamente. D’altra parte, abbiamo l’abilità per accedere informazione immediatamente sul qualsiasi soggetto immaginabile. Infatti, la tecnologia ha avuto un impatto con vantaggi ma anche svantaggi, influenzando le attività personali, professionali e sociali. Mentre siamo diventati più collegato, allo stesso tempo, siamo diventati più isolati tra noi. È importante trovare un equilibrio tra l’utilizzo delle tecnologie e la preservazione di relazioni umane autentiche.

Le festival de Bastille Day
La semaine dernière, je me suis tombée sur l’annonce du festival de Bastille Day. Ce festival a été organisé par l’ambassade française pour célébrer le 14 juillet. Oui, nous aussi, nous marquons le 14 juillet, la fête nationale française. J’étais curieuse et j’ai décidé d’y aller.
Ce festival a eu lieu à Circular Quai à Sydney. L’endroit est très pittoresque dans le vielle partie de la ville, près de l’Opera House. J’y suis allée avec mon amie Sarah et nous nous sommes bien amusées. Il y avait une grande scène où un groupe jouait des chansons françaises. Nous avons flâné parmi les stands de nourriture et ont décidé de goûter plusieurs petits plats. Nous avons aussi fait une dégustation de vins en provenance de Bordeaux.
Il y avait des stands proposant une variété de plats : de raclette et bœuf bourguignon à crêpes et crème brûlée. J’adore la crème brûlée. J’ai aussi aperçu un stand proposant des escargots. Avant de partir, j’ai acheté quelques pots de confiture et des biscuits pour mes filles. Sans doute, elles les apprécieraient. Dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé un jour merveilleux.

La solitude
De temps en temps, je me dis que je voudrais avoir un peu de solitude. Nos vies sont très stressantes et de nos jours, le tempo est rapide. Il paraît qu’on rêve de la solitude et de la tranquillité. J’ai toujours pensé que j’aimerais éteindre des notifications et me cacher dans une île tropicale et lire un roman en sirotant un cocktail. Quelle belle image !
Cependant, je questionne si actuellement, on pourrait survivre sans Wi-Fi et sans contact avec les autres. Les êtres humains sont les créatures sociales et même si, parfois, on aspire à la solitude, trop de solitude peut avoir un impact négatif sur notre bien-être.
Le COVID était un bon exemple d’une solitude non demandée et non désirée. Beaucoup de gens ont été impacté, se sentaient isolés et ont souffert. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyeusus, le directeur général de l’OMS a récemment lancé un rapport intitulé « De la solitude aux liens sociaux : ouvrir la voie vers des sociétés plus saines ».

"Trying" Tv Serie
My conversation topic is tv series it's called "trying" I love the characters in it. The world in the serie it is really warming, conflict between character is also make the serie more warming. The main character woman has anxiety and sensitive person, also the man, her husband is a supportive person. They trying to having a baby but they can't have a baby. They believe if they can't have a baby, their marriage will become ordinary and it will go nowhere.

A Chill Night Stroll Though the Streets
Two of the energizing actions I want to take right away after finished the Chapter 8 'Feel Good Productivity' is to bring greenery (nature) into my home, and take a walk.
Firstly, I don't have any money to bring any plant into my space, let alone the small garden which is ideally by Ali's recommends.
So I thought of save a wallpaper of greenery into my iPad, I might try it now.
Because some study says that even a doses look, small amount of time, which the participants just spent 40-second to take a look/look through a green roof, significant felt more energizing, fewer errors.
One more, not only greenery, you can listen to nature sound (e.g. rainforest).
He suggested try listen to rainforest on a phone for 5 minutes at night, before bedtime.
Lastly, take a walk.
Last night i was going for a walk around my streets.
It made me felt calm, chill, some how more energize, happier.
I will probably walk more.

If you want a simple to feel immediately rejuvenate, just take a walk, no time limit, no distance, no place in particularly.
If you can, stroll though a park, or a forest, or somewhere verdan street.
If you want, bring a friend.
Even 10-minute can make a huge impact into your day, or completely changed your life.

Mes distinctions
Trois facteurs me distinguent.
1. Physiquement, je suis très grand et j'ai les épaules larges. Ça peut être assez incommode dans un avion, par example, mais c'est un atout quand quelqu'un a besoin de soulever un objet lourd ou attraper un objet de l'étagère du haut. Je préférerais être plus court et plus petit, à vrai dire. Je ne vais plus très souvent aux concerts de peur d'entendre des commentaires sur l'inconvénient d'être assis derrière moi, je suis toujours incommode dans les transports en commun et desfois nous aimerions tous disparaître dans la foule, n'est-ce pas ? Impossible pour moi.
2. Mon travail exige une certaine objectivité créative. Je suis précis, assez fort avec les chiffres et bon à créer des programmes (numériques) pour résoudre des problèmes. J'ai un certain talent analytique que j'aime partager avec mes collègues.
3. Souvent les personnes bien analytiques manquent d'intelligence émotionnelle. Je dirais que ce n'est pas le cas pour moi. Même étant assez introverti, je sais faire monter le charisme pour renverser une situation délicate. Je profite d'un réseau professionnel et personnel grâce à cette capacité et c'est la distinction que je chéris le plus.

Oggi
Sono molto stanca, ormai voglio dormire. Oggi sono stata tutto giorno con la mia famiglia in casa di mia nonna, i miei zii e cugini sono venuti. Abbiamo mangiato Pizza e dopo un pezzo di torta. Poco sano, ma è perché siamo insieme. Presto viaggerò in Germania per visitare la mia famiglia. Oggi abbiamo visto biglietti aerei.

Lunedì 21 luglio
È iniziata un'altra settimana lavorativa e credo di essere pronta ad affrontarla. Ho trascorso un bel weekend in cui ho riflettuto sul futuro. Ci ho riflettuto a lungo e mi ritrovo già a cambiare alcuni piani e alcune mentalità.
Mi sono dovuta svegliare prestissimo per avere il tempo di sbrigare alcune faccende. Purtroppo, non ho la stessa flessibilità che avevo nel progetto precedente.
Tuttavia, forse questo è esattamente ciò di cui avevo bisogno per migliorarmi e andare avanti.
Il prossimo mese sarà difficile, ma alla fine della strada mi aspettano dei bei premi: tranquilità, un lavoro migliore, un nuovo inizio.

Heute
Da ich meinen Reisepass habe, haben meine Familie und ich heute nach Flügen gesucht. Ich bin sehr nervös und aufgeregt, aber ich freue mich, meiner Familie in Deutschland wiederzusehen. Ich habe mir heute die Erfahrungen von meiner Familie angehört, als sie gereist sind, und das macht mich mehr aufgeregt. Ich muss viel vorbereiten für diese Reise. Ich bin sehr dankbar für meine Familie, sie haben mich viel geholfen.

Brahmaputra Dam
The circulating online that China is about to build a hydroelectric project on the Brahmaputra River has drawn attentions.
The Brahmaputra originates from the Tibetan Plateau.
Can China block the water source of the Brahmaputra?
Basically Chinese part of the river only contributes about 30% of the main river, about 70% part of the river is inside the Indian Assam.
It may cause water wars because the entire Brahmaputra is an international river, and eventually flows into the bay of Bengal.
Brahmaputra ranks as the second largest river in India, just behind the Ganges River.
As far as I'm concerned, if China blocks waterflow during the flood season, and if the floods break out in Assam, it will actually help reduce the flood threat.
Brahmaputra Dam will produce electricity for millions of people in Tibet.
Moreover, hydropower projects can create jobs and then sell electricity to India and Bangladesh.
The Three Gorges Dam is not the largest in China, the Brahmaputra Dam will be the largest in the world.

Deuxième jour de mon/ma ecrire de francais
Aujourd hui, je vais dire vous environ mon jour. Le matin, je suis allè à Sedona, Arizona. C'est duex heures loin. C'est très cool et vraiment vivant. Maintenant, je suis dans ma maison. Je suis fatiguèe parce que c'était un dure journée. Maintenant, je pense mon francais n'est pas excellent parce que j'ai sommeil!

El silencio inspira mi creatividad
Me siento más creativa cuando estoy en un lugar tranquilo. Mis ideas fluyen mejor cuando pienso sin mi teléfono y mi ordenador, porque puedo evitar muchas notificaciones y escribir mis pensamientos en mi diario.
Sin embargo, tengo muchos problemas para vivir sin mi ordenador porque lo utilizo para todas mis tareas. Antes pensaba que era más creativa en situaciones de estrés, pero ahora necesito el silencio para mi creatividad.
Una vez, cuando estaba aburrido, se me ocurrió una idea creativa. En este momento, pensé un proyecto para analizar mis textos en francés, alemán y español con Python. He querido analizar los temas que escribí normalmente en francés, alemán y español.
Pienso que escribir sobre mi vida en tres idiomas me ayuda a reflexionar.
Aunque, escribiré más sobre correr en español y alemán porque empecé a correr hace un mes.

Today is 20th of July, Independence Day of Colombia

The independence of Colombia took place 215 years ago. It started with a symbolic moment around a flower vase, known as Llorente's Flower Vase.
Everything started in Santa Fe de Bogotá, capital of Colombia. A group of citizens with mixed Spaniard and Colombian blood, named Los Criollos, were exhausted from Spanish domination. So, they planned to start a public fight, and then justify the creation of a local government. Their goal were to make citizens fight against abuses and xenophobia, but they needed an excuse.
Then, they sent Luis de Rubio to Llorente's shop. Llorente was a Spaniard man. Luis asked for a favor, he requested a flower vase to decorate a table. His excuse was that an important man was arriving for lunch. It was a lie. Llorente didn't accept to do the favor, and also told Luis xenophobic comments about Criollos.
The scene was planned, they knew that Spaniards hated Criollos, and they knew this favor was impossible. So, when they were in the middle of the fight, Antonio Morales (the Criollo planner) appeared to increase the hatred. He argued and made the situation worst. Soon, the fight attracted many people. In the middle of the chaos, Los Criollos took advantage of the opportunity and gathered people to shape a Criolla Board of Governors.
Although at that moment they promised to be faithful to the king, in reality it was the first step toward a government of their own.
The Flower Vase was the sign of rebellion, and the 20th of July is remembered as Independence Day in Colombia. Nowadays, the Flower Vase is kept in the Independence Museum, in the capital, Bogotá.

838.55 dollars...
Hi, everyone, I'm back. Maybe you are too interested in why I disappeared, as your money does when you hang out with an ultra-sexy girl, and the answer is just very easy and expensive; I burned up my computer, literally. But first, I´d like to say that this place has changed a lot since my last post, I mean, I can't deny that I'm truly sad and upset for the accounts I followed and have surrounded with their stories. Just a really shame the look I had of those profiles that have no writings on anymore. However, my face and soul were happy to see guys who have been disciplined and have increased their skills in Spanish. I need to catch up with you, guys. Furthermore, my laptop got crushed while I was doing a project with Arduino and a couple of servomotors, and the power supply was at 40volts... my laptop and a pair of motors burned up that day. I was so close to finishing that project, and I went back to the beginning. One month was required just to obtain the money I needed for a new laptop, 838.55 dollars. But my misadventures didn't stop... May I change how I write my posts because I need to practice a lot for my TOEFL exam and get a certificate for my English skills. Probably I'm going to post a formal and well-written essay about scientific stuffs one day, and the next day I'll talk about how I found a bag of black, gray and blond hair in my new car (spoiler: it is witchcraft for damaging me and my family). My writings will be more constant since today, so you are allowed to ask everything you want and suggest things. Have a nice day:)

Ah, una vez más escribo muy tarde. Acabo de llegar a la casa después de conducir dos horas. Pasé un par de días llenos de diversión con mi sobrino. Visitamos a algunos parientes en otra ciudad. Decidí visitar a mi abuela para ayudarla con algunas tareas en la casa y después me di cuenta de que podía incluir a mi sobrino para darlo más experiencias, memorias, y otras cosas sanas.
