Mon histoire avec l'anglais
Maintenant, je parle 3 langues: l'espagnol, l'anglais et le français. J'ai appendu l'anglais en l'école depuis que j'ai genre 3 ans, bien que j'ai l'appendu bien depuis le 6 ans. J'ai regardé le beaucoup de séries et films en anglais qui me laisse apprendre ça très rapide. À mon avis, j'ai un bon accent et peux parle rapide sans pauses. Une langue que je voudrais apprendre un jour serait néerlandais. Je sais que c'est difficile mais, je veux essayer.

白纸运动
白紙運動發生於2022年11月，導火索爲同月稍早數日中國新疆首付烏魯木齊髮生的一場重大火災。該火導緻至少十名當地居民罹難，實際傷亡人數或許更高，然而當局一口否認事故源於居民樓年久失修所造成的安全隱患，亦未承認防疫封控措施妨礙逃生的指控。
此時，多年對防控疫情心懷不滿的中國年輕人終於壓抑不住積怨，情緒徹底突破底線，不約而同地走上街頭，手持白紙，在數個中國一線城市中心聚集，起初僅爲祭奠火災亡者，精神哀戚，然而，哀思漸轉爲怒火，追掉活動突然變成政治示威，民衆藉機對中國政府幾年推廣的清零政策抒髮強烈不滿，宣洩積鬱，大聲呼喊抵禦專製 ，乃至直接批評中共，指名道姓『習近平下颱』，眾人盡情髮洩憂憤，各抒己見，暢所欲言。
過了不久，大批警察包圍了集會現場，未獲指令，猶豫不決，僅僅冷眼旁觀，未予幹預，集結待命。然而，不足一小時，上級下達命令，指示驅散並關押參與者，以此解燃眉之急。深夜將至，多隊防暴警察陸續接近，突然開始動手逮捕集會前線的幾名示威者。憤怒的群衆奮起反抗，與警方髮生肢體衝突，警察對其拳打腳踢，用催淚瓦斯意在強行驅散，凌晨未到，衝突止息。
事髮一月餘後，儘管中國政府宣佈全麵鬆綁了防疫政策，卻同時對白紙運動的參與者施壓，以防此事引起全國規模的公民反抗。據多爲親歷者證詞，國安局事後數日陸續登門，將參與者帶往審訊室，並以『尋釁滋事罪』起訴青年，脅迫一個個招供，部分青年幸運，日後即獲保釋，亦有倒黴的幾位，遭到長期單獨監禁，長達數週。
即便如此，不少親歷者從牢房釋放後不畏艱難，以化名接受外媒採訪，勇敢自身經歷。他們疾呼中共要正視國內權利失衡的矛盾，大力倡導儘快推行政治改革，對症下藥，否則更大規模的民間抗爭將遲早再次爆髮。

Mi Dia de Ayer
Ayer fue un dia muy calmado y productivo para mi. Me desperte temprano y recoji a mi prima para ir al gimnasio. Estuvimos allá por una hora. Despues de eso, regrese a mi casa para estudiar mi curso de enseñar ingles. Honestamente, estuve muy distraida entonces solo estudie tres modulos. Cuando terminé eso, empece a estudiar español. Todos los días trato de repasar vocabular y ver al menos una hora de contenido en español. Ya por la tarde, me bañe y me puse a ver Love Island USA. Ni me gusta esos tipos de shows pero de alguna forma me engancho jaja

Un problema
Hola,
Estoy en la habitación dos cientos cuatro en la segunda piso. Tengo un problema, la ducha no funciona y no hay agua caliente. Yo no había duchado antes los primeros días entonces no sé si ya estuvo roto. Y nadie me habría dicho que está roto cuando llegué. Cuando trato usarla hay un ruido raro.
Sé que eres lo mejor hotel en la zona, pero quiero que llegues cuando puedas. ¿Si alguien puede revisarla hoy, puedas llamarme?

Ma famille
J’ai une grande famille parce que mon père a cinq frères et une sœur. Mais ma famille proche, c’est juste moi, mes deux sœurs, mon frère et mes parents. J’ai une petite sœur, elle a vingt-quatre ans, et une grande sœur, elle a vingt-neuf. Mon petit frère a juste cinq ans parce qu'il est mon demi-frère. Mes parents n'habitent pas ensemble, mais nous sommes tous proches.

first day of intense learning english
Today is a first day of my little challenge. I going to improve my English skills from B1 to C1 for 60 days. Today I was practice my grammar, lexis, listening, reading and speaking. I have been doing it for 5 or 6 hours. The most comfortable part of it is listening. I was listen Luke's English Podcast. He was talking about using -ise and -ize. While he was talking about that he telling the story from his childhood. And how native speakers sometimes misuderstand each other. For example "Knowledge is power. Francis Bacon". He told that when he was child he understand it like a "Knowledge is Power. France is bacon". It's really funny. He gave an another example also from his chilhood. When he was on the friend's birthday party. They were in the Macdonald's. Where the employees invited him and his friend to the kitchen. And told 'em "There is walk-in-freezer" he understood it lika a "walking freezer" so he was wonder, where's it legs?

Les yeux
Il existe un proverbe japonais qui dit : « Les yeux sont aussi éloquents que la bouche ». Je pense que cela est tout à fait vrai. La lumière qui habite le regard reflète la passion, la confiance en soi, une attitude positive, ou encore le sens de l’humour d’une personne. À l’inverse, certaines personnes ont du mal à soutenir un regard. Là encore, il ne s’agit pas de juger cela en bien ou en mal. Pour ma part, j’aime les gens avec qui l’on peut dialoguer par les yeux.
Il existe des personnes, parfois bien plus âgées que moi, qui ont un regard vif et pétillant, presque enfantin. Je trouve leurs yeux vraiment magnifiques. Quand on les regarde attentivement, on reçoit leur énergie. C’est pourquoi j’essaie toujours de regarder mes interlocuteurs dans les yeux, afin de pouvoir, moi aussi, leur transmettre de l’énergie.
L’expression « des yeux vivants ou des yeux morts » est également courante au Japon. Je pense que les yeux sont les fenêtres de l’âme. Il semble que la lumière qu’ils émettent vienne du plus profond de l’être.
Il existe de nombreux proverbes japonais autour des yeux. Par exemple : « avoir des yeux de poisson mort » (pour désigner un regard sans vie), ou encore « Tellement mignon qu’on pourrait le mettre dans les yeux sans que cela fasse mal », qui exprime une affection immense pour quelqu’un.
Nous sommes sans doute un peuple très sensible au regard des autres.

What kind of English learner I want to become
I just realised I never clear to myself on this subject. I could say I never think about it determinedly. Just general expressions what I hear from people around me. And match them with my becoming better in something logic. I must be fluent.,I also want to add here my wrong ideas I know them that they are wrong but I see that I I close to them and I start to believe them. That's why wrote these I want to get rid of my harmful ideas., I must be like dictionary
I have to know every words. I must understand every speech that I heard. I must write grammatically correct awesome structured fluent articles, essays,texts and emails. Also I want to get to toefl 118 mark. I guess I need to learn what should I think what I really need and what is the right thing. I guess I already know what is wrong that's me the way I do but I don't know how to teach myself my will and become better version of me because current me my behaviours are not allowed not correct not helpful not useful . I must be better than now.

「誰かに“習慣を続けるコツ”をアドバイスするとしたら？」
習慣を続けるコツですね…まず、活動によって違いますから一般的のアドバイスにしてみます。始める前にはリサーチした方がいいと思います、ユーチューブとかで情報量の多い動画は一杯あるから新しい習慣について学ぶことができます。
そして多分面白そうなアイデアを見つけると、たくさんのこと二挑戦したくなるかもしれません。でも、最初のうちにはやはりバーンアウトを避けるために、やりすぎないほうがいい、簡単なやり方を選んで数日間試してみてください。それで自分に問いてみて、つまらないか？楽しいか？変わりたいことがありますか？その気持ちを理解して、少しずつ自分と合う習慣を作ることが大切です。
毎日ほんの少しでもいいんです。時間が開く日はあるけど、忙しい日もあるからちょっとだけしかできなくても落ち込まないでください。定期的にやることは、量よりずっと大事だからね。
ちなみに続けていけば徐々にその活動に慣れて、スキルも許容も増えますから、面白いアイデアがあれば、おそらくそのうち出来るようになりますよ！

Iceland is the best country for women
I read again an article in English.
It says that the best country in the world for women, is Iceland. Good news ! I share this !
Why ? Because Iceland has a good gender equality. The schools help, the gouvernment help... But there is a big problem yet. The physical violence hurts women inside homes.
I believe around 40% of women have a violent husband.

Aitana Lopez, Ai models
I read an article about Aitana Lopez. I didnot know her before today.
I saw in Instagram that Aitana have a lot followers, around 234k. It's amazing !
However, she is fake, we can see that.
She has pink hairs, skin perfect, very irreal.
Maybe, Aitana is useful to show us a perfect person.
It's strange for me, i don't need follow her, it's crazy. Who are her followers ? I would like to know, maybe the majority of people is young people.
In the futur, if this situation go up, there are many AI models, and this situation seems naturaly same for me. So i think that we will want to look like them. Like this movie's science fiction, with the stranges clothes and hair styles.

Bu ilginç bir soru. Bazen düsünürüm: Eğer diğer bir ülkede doğmuş oldum, yaşmım nasıl oldu muydum? Şahsiyetim farklı oldu muydu? Daha mutluluk veya daha üzüntü duydu muydum? Bazı siyasi veya külterel konular hakkında ne düsündü muydum?
Bazı ülkelerde "parallel bir yaşamı" hayal edebiliyorum, çünkü bu ülkelerin kültürünü seviyorum, ama diğer ülkelerin yaşam tarzıla tamamen aykırım. Her yerde yararlar ve zararlar var. Komşunun tavuğu komşuya kaz görünür!

Всем известно, что кора Земли состоит из тектонических плит. Но почему они движутся, и к чему это приводит?
Кора состоит из 8 крупных плит и 7 малых плит. Однако, следует отметить, что не все геологи согласны в этом, поэтому количество тектонических плит разнится в зависимости от источника. Это связано с критерием, на котором основываются различные классификации. Эти плиты движутся, но с разными скоростями.
За данное движение отвечает конвекция в мантии (или в астеносфере, если мы выделяем слои на основе их физических свойств). Конвекция — это феномен, присущий всей материи на жидком или газообразном агрегатном состоянии, которая нагретая неравномерно. Это приводит к возникновению конвективного теплообмена, то есть, жидкость начинает вращаться и двигаться. Когда вода кипит в кастрюле, она испаряется. Эти пузырьки газа движутся вверх. Одно и то же происходит внутри Земли, только не с газами, а с жидкостями, находящимися в разных температурах. Самые горячие части магмы поднимаются, что заставляет менее горячие части среды опуститься. Внизу температура выше, поэтому их температура увеличивается и они снова поднимаются. Это цикл.
В прошлом тексте я сравнивал литосферу с пробкой, плавающей на астеносфере. Если пробка плавает в бурных водах, она движется. Именно так и происходит с тектоническими плитами. "Вода" (астеносфера) бурная из-за конвекции. Тектонические плиты постоянно движутся. Но что происходит когда они сталкиваются друг с другом?
Тут всё зависит от вида тектонической плиты. Если сталкиваются две океанических тектонических плиты, самая старая уходит под другую в мантию/астеносферу, где она плавится. Это связанно с тем, что температура ниже у более старых плит, поэтому они плотнее. Если океаническая плита сталкивается с континентальной плитой, то океаническая плита уходит под континентальную плиту и она плавится, то есть, превращается в магму.
Но что происходит если две тектонических плиты расходятся? В этом случае формируется отверстие на коре. Через данные отверстия выходит горячая магма, что приводит к образованию вулканов. Настоящий процесс обычно происходит под морем, но не всегда. В Африке, например, находится Восточно-Африканская рифтовая долина, являющаяся результатом выхода магма из манты. Этот вид границы тектонических плит образовывает большие равнины, будь это под морем или на континенте. На равнинах обычно стоят вулканы.
Короче говоря, в некоторых зонах Земли тектонические плиты уходят в мантию и плавятся. Однако это не значит, что в будущее все тектонические плиты уйдут под литосферу и исчезнут, так как в других зонах выходит магма из манты и образовывает новые тектонические плиты или расширяет уже существующие плиты. Это циклический процесс, и образование новых плит компенсирует разрушение других.
