Vivere in campagna o in città
Secondo me, come ci si sente nel luogo in cui si vive dipende dal tipo di persona. Alcune persone sono abituate a vivere in città, dove è normale dormire, lavorare e trascorrere la giornata in posti rumorosi.
Il rumore di sottofondo diventa una parte naturale della vita quotidiana. Altre persone, invece, preferiscono la tranquillità della campagna, dove i versi degli animali o i suoni della natura accompagnano la maggior parte della giornata.
Credo che, quando si raggiunge una certa età, sia importante scegliere il posto ideale in cui trascorrere il resto della propria vita.
Vivere in campagna ha lo svantaggio di essere troppo lontano dai servizi essenziali, come ospedali, uffici postali, supermercati e così via.
Per me è importante scegliere un posto dove io possa sia vivere in pace, in mezzo alla natura, sia avere negozi vicino a casa e mezzi di trasporto comodi.

Working on Relaxation
I've been feeling anxious since the beginning of the month.
Convert myself to others is one of the roots of my anxiety, another problem that I have, it's feeling anxious about the future.
I'm doing more exercise and starting to meditate more.
I picked up again a book that talks about the psychology of willpower and procrastination.
I read a chapter that explains with studies, how indulgence can help you overcome the need to cope with bad habits, and how this is better than being too self-critic, which can lead to more stress and in turn, more procrastination and toxic coping mechanisms.

Réunion du groupe de sostein
Je fais partie d’un groupe de sostein pour les enfants de parents atteints de démence. Nous nous réunissons une fois par mois la trosième jeudi. Il y a environ cinq personnes dans le groupe. Nous pouvons choisir de parle ou non lors des réuniones. Je n’aime pas partager beaucoup avec les autres. C’est une situation triste et difficile pour tout le monde.

Day 2
Today I woke up 6.45 in the morning. Then I freshened up .After that I took a bath and ate my breakfast .It was 8.45, So I started my daily session of learning Python . After that, I wrote the daily Journal in notebook .Then I learned Five new English words and used them in sentences. Then I made my lunch and ate it.

Hi there ! It's my first day here !
First of all I was looking for some ways to improving my writing skills , as I believe it's crucial , especially for someone like me who wants to take the IELTS exam in the near future , I had been using ChatGPT but I'm no longer using it for this purpose , because it's just so rigid than how humans would be when pointing out mistakes . Whereas It requires more flexibility in terms of giving feedbacks and telling me my weaknesses and what should I focus on to get better , so I think It's a great idea to benefit from real native speakers , and also lend a helping hand for those who want to learn my native language

Je veux pratiquer ma français 🙂
Allo! Bonjour, je m'appelle Millie et je deviens de Canada. Je vais visiter le province de Quebec le semaine proche. Les langues officials de Quebec sont français et anglais, donc je voudrais pratiquer ma français avant de ma voyage. Pendant le semaine dernier j'ai regardé, les videos a youtube en français pour reconnir l'accent Quebecois. Les sous titres sont tres utile, quand tout le monde parlent vite. J'espere que je vais connaitre ma français un petit peu vite aussi.

Der Zoo
Heute bin ich mit einer Freundin in den Zoo gegangen. Dort sahen wir viele Tiere, aber am besten haben uns die Alpakas und die Affen gefallen, weil sie sehr niedlich aussah. Es schien mir, dass in diesem Zoo Tiere sehr wohl leben. Wir besuchte auch die Insektabteilung und die Vögelabteilung. Der Zoo ist wirklich riesig: für zwei Stunden sahen wir nur die Hälfte. Nachdem wir erschöpft wurden, hatten wir ein Mittagessen in einem Seerestaurant. Dort habe ich eine Pasta in der Sahnesauce mit Lachs gegessen, mein Lieblingsgericht. Die Freundin hatte das gleiche. In dem Restaurant gab es eine Abteilung, wo man ein gekochter Fisch kaufen konnte. Der Preis war vetretbar, daher entschied ich mich, mir ein Viertel Kilo Stör zu gönnen. Wie es schön heißt: Man lebt nur einmal 😀.

Creo que comprar cosas localmente, en tiendas físicas, es mejor que pedir cosas en línea, pero a veces, o tal vez a menudo, el segundo es demasiado conveniente para ignorarlo. Hay dos razones por esta conveniencia: los precios podrían ser más baratos y la distancia a una tienda podría estar demasiado lejos. Ah, y una tercera: aún cuando la tienda no esté lejos, alguién podría no tener tiempo para ir allí.

Day 14: Survival Kit or Barrier of Consciousness?
Yesterday we stopped at the point that we often don’t talk or behave differently because someone is forcing us to, but because we’re afraid to stand out. That’s where social conformity comes in.
People like to blend in. Even if it means doing and saying things they wouldn’t otherwise. We’d rather agree in silence than stand out in truth.
- We laugh at bad jokes.
- We don’t share our opinion if no one else does.
- We stand up to applaud because everyone else does.
These aren’t conscious decisions. They’re reflexes.
But what happens if we step out of line? Sometimes nothing. Sometimes people look at us strangely. Sometimes they ask why. Most people don’t need a leader, they just need someone to blink first.
Conformity isn’t always a bad thing. Sometimes it functions as a useful survival reflex. But other times, it acts as a barrier to conscious, authentic action.

The school is close since two weeks. The kids are very happy because they were very tired.

C’est un roman de Michael Ende. Je l’ai découvert à l’âge de 25 ans, et il a profondément bouleversé ma manière de concevoir le temps… et l’argent. À l’époque, je travaillais dans un domaine où je m’impliquais profondément dans la vie des gens, et plus particulièrement dans leurs finances. Chaque jour, des personnes aux parcours et aux revenus très différents venaient me consulter. Mon rôle était d’écouter attentivement leur mode de vie, leurs valeurs, leurs souhaits… pour pouvoir leur proposer la solution la plus juste, la plus adaptée. Bien sûr, il s’agissait d’un travail, avec des objectifs à atteindre. Pour obtenir des résultats, il fallait traiter un certain nombre de dossiers chaque jour. Mais au fond de moi, une question persistait, presque douloureuse : peut-on vraiment traiter la vie des gens en pensant en termes d’horaires et d’efficacité ?
« Entre Momo et les enfants, un temps qui ne se mesurait pas à l’heure s’écoulait. Aucun ne se pressait, il n’y avait aucun plan : ils vivaient simplement l’instant présent. Et pourtant, ce temps-là était rempli de bonheur, de découvertes et d’amitié. » (tiré du texte original).
J’ai compris que, paradoxalement, c’est en prenant le temps d’entrer vraiment en lien avec l’autre qu’on perçoit ce qu’il souhaite dire, parfois même sans qu’il l’exprime clairement. Et grâce à cela, mes propositions devenaient plus rapides, plus précises, et surtout en parfaite adéquation avec ce que la personne espérait au fond d’elle-même. J’ai alors choisi de ne plus chercher à aller droit au but dès le début. J’ai décidé de concentrer toute mon attention sur l’essentiel : comprendre qui était la personne en face de moi.

Die wörtlichen Grammatik-Nazis von Frankreich
In Amerika, wir haben ein Sprichwort; es könnte auch in Deutschland existieren. Wenn jemand sich kümmert zu viel um Grammatik, wir nennen ihn ein ,,Grammar Nazi," oder "Grammatik Nazi," auf Deutsch. Man würde denken, das ist nur ein Sprichwort, aber sie irren sich. In Frankreich gibt es "L'académie Française," auf Deutsch, "Die Französische Akademie." Diese Organisation macht regeln für Französisch, und macht neue französische klingende Wörter, um Fremdwörter abzuschaffen. Obwohl ich diese Organisation beleidigt habe, ich bin nicht total dagegen. Eine Grammatikorganisation kann korrekte Grammatik unterrichten, und Fremdwörter Einfluss verstoppen, um die Sprache zu schützen.
