Learn to speak
I think LangCorrect is the best website for people to learn foreign languages and I will give many thanks to the founder. Since I came here, I have made great progress in my English writing and I can get help in time everyday. Despite its advantages, I also find some disadvantages. For instance, you can just practice your writing here. If you want to improve your speaking, how can you do it? It seems there is no method on this website. So, if you are a serious language learner and you are learning Chinese right now, then I can help you with your Chinese speaking. Receta para hacer falafel
Esta receta es para Rom :)
Adapté esta receta de Minimalist Baker (https://minimalistbaker.com/better-than-restaurant-falafel-vegan-gluten-free/#wprm-recipe-container-36221) que no tiene gluten.
Ingredientes:
4 cucharadas de avena
4 tazas de col rizada, sin tallos y cortada en trozos
1 lata de garbanzos (o 1.5 tazas de garbanzos remojados)
3 dientes de ajo, picados
1/4 cebolla roja, picada
1.5 cucharadas de tahini
1.5 cucharadas de zumo de limón
1 cucharadita de harissa
0.5 cucharadita de paprika
pizca de sal
pizca de hojuelas de pimienta roja
aceite de oliva
Instrucciones:
1) Poner la avena en un procesador de alimentos y triturar hasta que parece harina.
2) Poner la harina de avena en un bol grande.
3) Añadir la col, los garbanzos, el ajo, la cebolla, el tahini, el zumo de limón, la harissa, la sal, la pimienta y la paprika al procesador de alimentos y triturar hasta que todo está mezclado y los garbanzos están bien picados.
4) Poner la mezcla en el bol con la harina de avena.
5) Mezclar hasta que la textura haya espesado. Si mantiene su forma al estar moldeado en bola y no está demasiado pegajosa, la textura es perfecta. Se puede añadir más harina de avena si parece demasiado mojada, pero 4 cucharadas suele funcionar bien para mi.
6) Probar y añadir más condimentos al gusto.
7) Usar una taza de tamaño 1/4 para medir las bolas. También se puede usar 2 or 3 cucharadas de mezcla para cada bola.
8) Formar en bolas o bolas allanados (como una hamburguesa pequeña pero gruesa). Prefiero usar bolas allanados porque necesitan menos aceite para freír.
9) Precalentar el horno a 350º F (180º C).
Cubrir el fondo de una bandeja de horno con una capa fina de aceite.
10) Dorar los falafel en aceite de oliva (4 minutos/lado) y ponerlos en la bandeja del horno.
11) Hornear los falafel por 15 minutos para secar la interior un poco.
12) Servir caliente con verduras frescas (como pepino, tomate y lechuga) y salsa de tzatziki. Los comería con pan pita si no estuviera evitando gluten.
Mañana compartiré la receta que usé para hacer la tzatziki.
Todavía estoy modificando esta receta para obtener un sabor más fuerte. La próxima vez que hago esta receta añadiré aderezo de hongos junto con los otros condimentos. También quiero añadir cilantro fresco y perejil fresco con la col. Si tenéis alguna recomendación por favor decídmela.

Dos temas que son completamente diferente
Este mañana mi gata tuvo una cirugía grande. Me recordó de la importancia de las mascotas en nuestra vida. Pienso que durante la cuarentena los animales y las mascotas nos han ayudado mucho. Han sido muchos estudios que se dicen los animales y la naturaleza son muy importantes para nuestra salud mental y emocional. Sé acordar con esta declaración. Pienso que me han ayudado mucho los caminos en la naturaleza y la gata durante este tiempo del aislamiento. El sonido del arroyo, las canciones de los pájaros y el movimiento de las hojas en los árboles me los alegro mucho.
Lo siento, tuve que cambiar la tema en la mitad del ensayo porque no quise escribir más sobre la naturaleza y estaba perdido cosas a decir. Me gusta la naturaleza mucho, pero no es una tema que quiero escribir sobre ahora.
Para mí es muy difícil escribir en español, porque suelo querer escribir como en Inglés. Sé que no es la manera correcta, pero no es un acción consciente. Siento que lo es común entre los estudiantes de idiomas, porque solemos pensar en los patrones regulares de nuestros idiomas respectivos. Necesitamos mucha práctica para cambiar esta acción. Espero que dejarlo en el tiempo, pero no sé cuando lo sucede.

Vợ yêu quý,
Anh không nhớ chính xác lúc đầu tiên em đã nói câu “thời gian trôi qua nhanh quá” với anh. Lúc đó hình như mình đang đi chơi hoặc ăn gì đó thì phải. Lúc đó thì em đã nhắc nhỡ đến một ký ức khác lúc mình đã chơi hoặc ăn ra sao. Xong rồi em nói câu đó trong khi khuôn mặt em biểu hiện kinh ngạc. “Thời gian trôi qua nhanh quá!”
Chắc cảm xúc của em trong khi đó là hơi hối hận. Chắc em cảm thấy từ lúc trước đến giờ mình chơi ít hoặc ăn cùng nhau ít. Bởi vậy một phần anh luôn luôn cảm nhận em vô tội một cách tươi đẹp tương tự con nít. Hoặc cảm nhận em không kiên nhẫn một cách dễ thương, gióng như một con nít không chịu chờ đợi sau khi ăn xong và muốn đi tắm biển liền luôn.
Thỉnh thoảng anh cũng có cảm giác thời gian trôi qua nhanh quá. Thỉnh thoảng, không. Nhưng mỗi khi suy nghĩ đến em, anh mỉm cười thật là to. Anh cảm thấy ý thức về mọi giây phút mình dành được bên cạnh nhau. Anh cảm thấy quá vui vẻ và vô cùng sung sướng là anh có thể chia sẽ ba ngày sinh nhật của em với em. Nếu mình dành được thêm 100 ngày sinh nhật bên cạnh nhau thì chắc sau lần thứ 100 đó anh sẽ muốn ăn thêm 100 ngày sinh nhật với em nữa.
Không phải là thời gian trôi qua nhanh quá. Chỉ là thời gian bên cạnh em giá trị hơn mọi thứ khác trên thế giới thôi!
Anh rất yêu thương em! Anh chúc em một ngày sinh nhật thật phi thường, tuyệt diệu nhé!

Giant cedar trees
Yakushima is one of the most famous islands in Japan, where you can find giant cedar trees named "Yakusugi".
They are estimated to keep living for more than two thousand years. Therefore, the largest one "Jomonsugi" is named after the Jomon period in Japanese ancient history.
However, no one knows whether it is definitely largest one in this island or not. It's just because the forest is too deep and large to explore.
Some people believe the rumors about existence of unknown giant cedar trees.
Last weekend, I watched the TV program about finding them for these four years. It's really exciting to me.
Explorers find dozens of giant trees which can deserve to be called "Yakusugi", and some of them are not to be outdone by "Jomonsugi".
(Let me know a better phrase than "not to be outdone by" if you have some idea!)
It make me feel somewhat awe and respect that they keep living where no one knows for an enormous amount of time.
I think that such a feeling for nature is basis of Japanese religion and myth.

Playing Animal Crossing
I moved Grizzly's house behind a farm. The house exterior matchs scenery of the farm. And, I made new criffs and a waterfall in the southwest of my island. I often copied a rayout of an island that other person made since I'm not creative. The new update is coming tomorrow. I'm excited!

Il faut apprendre les langues étrangères le plus tôt possible. Qu’en dites-vous ?
Aujourd’hui, il y a de plus en plus d’entreprises se développent à l’international. L’anglais est une langue indispensable si on veut travailler dans une autre pays ou communiquer avec les étrangers. Cependant, dans un monde moderne où tout est connecté et globalisé, où il y a beaucoup de concurrences dans toute la domaine, il faut connaître non seulement une langue étrangère mais aussi plusieurs langues étrangères le plus tôt que possible afin d’avoir la chance de trouver un meilleur travail.
D’abord, les gens parlent plusieurs langues ont tendance à développer différentes personnalités selon la langue qu’ils utilisent. Ils connaissent aussi bien la culture et la vie social de ces pays et puis ils peuvent adapter très vite dans l’environnement étrangers.
Deuxièmement, en apprenons un langue nous aident à garder le cerveau agile et plus rapide. Ils changerait la structure du cerveau et le rendrait plus efficace.
Troisièmement, il est plus facile de trouver un travail et attirer les recruteurs si on peut parler plus qu’une langue. Il nous aide non seulement augmenter nos chances de développer des relations de confiance avec des clients ou des collègues mais aussi à recherche les bonnes idées ou les informations nécessaires d’un site étranger.
En conclusion, apprendre une langue étrangère et devenir bilingue donnent beaucoup d’avantages dans la vie. Il nous aide non seulement à changer nos perspectives et nos regard sur le monde mais aussi à comprendre mieux leur culture et leur vie sociale.

In questo mese sono andato in campeggio nella California per due settimane. Mentre aspettavo il visto della Corea ho fatto volontariato al ritiro meditazione di buddismo tibetano. Per 20 ore di lavaro in una settimana ricavasti vitto e alloggio gratis, e avevo imparato un po' di buddismo. Voglio andarci di nuovo un giorno.

Ein Konzert!
Liebe Lisa,
Wie geht es dir? Ich hoffe, dass du gesund bist. Vor eine Woche habe ich mit Freunden ein Konzert gesehen. Es wäre nett gewesen, wenn du auch das Konzert gesehen hättest. Doch du warst krank und konntest nicht ins Konzert gehen. Das Konzert war sehr schön und ich habe mir dort viel Spaß gemacht. Die Sängerin hat mir am besten gefallen. Sie war eine schöne Frau mit guter Stimme.
Hast du am Samstag Zeit? Wir können ins Cafe gehen und uns viel unterhalten. Was denkst du? Ich freue mich auf deine Antwort!

別れの時
私はさよならをうまく言えない人です。
人生の中でたくさんの出会い、そして、たくさんの別れが当たり前のように生きてきました。
当たり前のことなんですが、なかなか、私にはなれないことです。
さよならを言うにはずっと抵抗がありました。
おととい、日本で一緒過ごした友人を空港で見送りしました。その時、さよならを言えなかった。言いたくもなかった。あとういう間に、大事な友達がセキュリティーの向こうに行ってきえってしまいました。
誰にでも別れというのは、辛くて複雑だと思います。
でも、別れについて、考え方が少し変わりました。
お別れとは、いろいろな形で来ます。
地元から引っ越した時、学校の卒業式、初めて両親と空港で別れた時、
XXの田舎のALTになって、可愛い生徒、大好きなコミュニティと別れた時。。などなど。。
すべてのお別れには、意味がこもってます。
過去には戻れないとう意味も含めて、新しい始まりの証です。
さよならといえば、悲しさがある一方、感謝の気持ちもあります。
そして、人間の間の尊い繋がりを表します。
その大切な人との出会い、一緒に過ごした時間、すべての思い出が含めてます
すべての思い出が、一つの瞬間に、火のように燃えてしまいますが、心にずっと、残ってます。
このクラスのみんなさんと出会って本当に良かったと思います。
Aさんが他のアメリカ人と比べて、穏やかでとても話しやすいです。聞き上手で、呑んべい、ゲーム好きのAさんと出会って本当に感謝してます。アメリカの生活、頑張ってください。。
オランダ人と初めて会ったのはBさんでした。とてもウニークな人で勉強熱心で話し上手です。また一緒にオランダのチーズを食べましょう。まだ日本に残っていて心強いです。
これから生活を応援してます。
最後にきましたが、さよならを言わないです。またどこかで会うのを楽しみにしてます。

A Arizona
No sul dos Estados Unidos, existe um estado chamado Arizona. É bem conhecido como “o estado de cactos e serpentes”. O ambiente lá é seco e quente. É um deserto! Com certeza o deserto mais lindo da América do norte, (pelos menos na minha opinião). A comida que se come lá é muita inspirada na comida do México.

Lernen durch Musik
Es ist ein schönes Gefühl, Musik auf Deutsch zu hören und die meisten Texte zu verstehen. Ich will nicht sagen, dass meine Hörverständnis so gut ist, dass ich einfach jedes deutsche Lied mühelos verstehen kann.
Aber wenn ich mich auf die Lieder konzentriere, dann würde ich sagen, dass ich ungefähr 70 oder 75 % des Textes verstehe. Aber nur wenn ich das Lied zuvor gehört habe. Es ist also gar nichts Besonders, oder?

Languages learning
In my language learning circle, I find there are a few people studying Chinese. The languages that people study the most are English, Korean, Japanese, Spanish, German, French, Italian and so on. This case is out of my expectations. I have thought that Chinese should have been the language that people study the most because it is a language that most people use and China also is the second largest economy in the world. But the fact is that languages in European and American countries are the languages people study the most. The languages of Asian countries are only Japanese and Korean, which people study the most. Because the number of Chinese learners is very lower, I have few chances to help them. Do you know the reasons?

It Becomes Autumn
In my town, which places in the northeast area of Japan, it becomes cold, and the days become short these days. Riding a motorcycle, I feel chilly even I wear warm clothes. However, I like this season, autumn and winter, because I think these are more sentimental seasons than others. Especially, I like to drink something hot with my friends and talk with them. The rest of 2020 is only 3 months! I wish the next 3 months will be good days for me.

La semana pasada, Pedro y Paula manejaron por el campo. Era la primavera y quisieron ver las flores y el desarrollo de los árboles. Pero se olvidaron de poner nafta en el auto. Y entonces, cuando manejaron por una carretera del campo, el auto se paró. No hay nadie ni nada cerca.
Pedro y Paula se miraron.
‘¿Qué vamos a hacer?’ preguntó Pedro.
‘No sé. ¿Esperamos? En las películas las cosas siempre salen mal cuando las personas dejan el auto’ dijo Paula.
‘Pero esta es la vida real, no una película’ dijo Pedro. ‘Es seguro y no hay ningún asesino de serie’
‘Verdad’ dijo Paula. ‘Ven. Vamos a caminar en esa dirección. Pasaron una casa hace poco tiempo.’

電子書籍と文庫本の違い
子供の頃から本が大好きです。私のほとのど最古の思い出は本を関わります。例えば、小学校1年生のとき、1日は「学校で読むの日」です。私の同級生は皆学校に絵本を持ちました。私は500ページの小説を持ちました。読む能力は高かったですが、発音は弱かったです。英語の「deputy」と「ravine」は特に不正解に発音しました。中学校で、SFの文庫本が好きになりました。話題が面白くて、サイズはポケットのぴったりです。古い本もいい匂い付きです。今まで、SFを読み続けりますが、他の好きなジャンルは増えました。
でも、私は日本語を読めば、文庫本を早く読むのは無理です。私はまだたくさん漢字を知りません。手で漢字を調べるのはめんどくさいです。漢字のせいで、まだ日本語の文庫本を読み終わりません。漫画ばっかりを読みます。電子書籍はこの問題を解決します。漢字を調べるのはとても便利です。しばらく、日本語の本は電子書籍の方で読みます。いつか、私の好きな文庫本に戻りたいです。
