Wellcome to me!
I'm new on this web page and I feel excited about the possibility of essay my writing. I'd like to introduce myself. I work as a psychologist in México City and teaching college students. My purpose is to learn how to express myself properly in English because I want to publish in scientific journals.
Psychology is an extensive area. In particular, I'm specialized in Health Psychology. This is the study of physical diseases and their impact on mental and emotional health. Recently I started to research young mental health: depression, anxiety, and the impact of these emotions on academic development.

The Golden Ring of Russia
The present report is dedicated to one of the most popular touristic destination of Russia – The Golden Ring. This is the name of the touristic route, which includes several Russian medieval cities, and principal of them are: Rostov, Yaroslavl, Kostroma, Ivanovo, Suzdal, Vladimir. The name “Golden Ring” comes from their geographical location in the form of the ring relatively to each other, and was first proposed by historian Yuri Bychkov.
This route is very popular among both domestic and foreign tourists since it includes a lot of open air places of interests, like picturesque churches and monasteries with golden domes and other old buildings, which are subjects of Russia’s ancient history, and many of them are UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Also, every city of Golden Ring has numerous indoor museums.
Experts say that tourism has positive impact on economies of the cities included to the Golden Ring, because it facilitates development of city infrastructure, and also makes additional profit to the city budget. This happens because of so-called multiplier effect, which means that expenses of tourists become the income of companies and city’s budget, which in turn become the expense to salaries and objects maintaining, which eventually multiplies expenses of tourists.
As an example of tourism impact it was shown by statistics of Vladimir city region that touristic industry is a significant part of the region economy, which provides tax payment, creates new jobs and has growth potential equal or higher than other industries.
All that reasons induce the government to develop touristic industry in the cities of the Golden Ring and also to introduce other cities to this touristic route.

Kleine Wunde
Vor fünf Minuten habe ich den Müll rausgebracht. Als ich die Kartons zerriss, habe ich mich an meinem Daumen verletzt (oder habe ich mir den Daumen verletzt? Was klingt hier besser?). Es ist aber nicht so schlimm, nur eine kleine Wunde.
Nachdem ich nach Hause kam, bemerkte ich kaum, dass ich eine Wunde hatte, weil es draußen so kalt war.

Sujet : applications pour smartphone, carte de fidélité, publicités et maintenant les parfums, en tant que client(e) vous trouvez que le marketing va parfois trop loin ! Vous décidez de dénoncer ces méthodes sur un forum de discussion. (250 mots).
Bonjour à tous,
Après avoir lu un article abordant le thème de différents stratégie de marketing pour attirer les consommateurs, je veux écrire cet article afin de vous partager ma réflextion sur ce problème qui me tient au coeur ces derniers jours. En tant qu’une cliente, Je me sens mal à l'aise à chaque fois lorsque je fais les courses dans les magasins et les boutiques aujourd'hui.
De nos jours, il existe plusieurs types de marketing afin d’attirer les clients tels que applications pour smartphone, carte de fidélité, publicités et maintenant les parfums. D’une part, on ne peut pas nier que ces méthodes offrent aux clients les possibilités de trouver un large choix de produits en magasin en fonction de leurs goûts et leur revenus et de mettre à jour les nouvelles tendances. Pourtant, il faudrait penser aux difficultés qu’apportent de ces stratégies.
Tout d’abord, il me semble que ces méthodes deviennent progressivement des ennuis. Les annonces et les publicités s'affichent partout, non seulement sur la télévision ou le smartphone mais aussi sur les panneaux dans des lieux publics tels que des cinémas, des parcs, voire des banques. Il est désagréable de voir un film qui est mise en pause pour des publicités. De plus, quelques boutiques utilisent des parfums pour séduire les consommateurs. En fait, cela rend de nombreuses personnes désagréables en raison de son parfum puissant, sans compter les clients allergiques ou qui sont très sensibles aux parfums. C’est pourquoi, ils ils se sentent contraints lorsqu'ils achètent.
Je ne m’oppose pas au marketing mais il va parfois trop loin. J’espère que des entreprises pourraient s’intéresser aux opinions des clients sur ce problème et trouver des pistes d’améliorations approprés. Merci d’avoir lu.

Covid
Jetzt ist die ganze Welt gestört, weil es Covid gibt.
In Frankreich haben wir Beschränkung bis 15. Dezember. Aber seit letzten Samstag dürfen die Geschäfte offen sein. Bevor das, müssen alle Geschäfte außer Lebensmittelgeschäfte geschlossen sein. Allerdings sind die Restauranten, die Bars und die Turnhalle noch geschlossen. Sie dürfen nur am 20. Januar zweitausenteinundzwanzig öffnen.
Covid hat unsere Leben viel geändert. Wir können nicht unsere Freunden treffen. Wir müssen zu Hause bleiben. Wenn wir das Haus verlieren wollen, müssen wir ein Zeugnis schreiben und v, das redet, was wir außerhalb tun wollen. Ein Jahr zuvor würdet es unglaublich. Jetzt sind wir daran gewöhnt, Maske zu tragen und Zeugnisse zu unterzeichnen. Wie ist die Covidsituation wo du lebst?
In Frankreich sind vierzigtausend Leute gestorben und Tausenden sind noch in Krankenhaus. Glücklicherweise ist die Spitze der zweiten Welle vorbei (es war zwei Woche früher).
Der Präsident hat letzte Woche angekündigt die nächste Schritte der Covidpolitik.
Covid hat in China angefangen, dann war es in Europa. Im Sommer war es in Latinamerika am schlechtesten. Heute ist die Lage noch sehr schlimm. Höffentlich gibt es bald einen Impfstoff, der gut funktionniert. Ich weiß nicht, ob die Leute wollen impfen werden, aber ich hoffe Genügend Leute werden den Impfstoff bekommen, um die Epidemie zu enden.

Smoking should be banned?
Some people say that smoking should be prohibited. I totally agree with this view.
To begin with, smoking has a detrimental influence on the human body. It is well known that people who smoke are easier to contract fatal diseases like lung cancer, which results in a decrease in persons’ lifespan. An investigation conducted by the WTO demonstrated that non-smokers have good health conditions and longer life than those who are addicted to smoke. In this way, this country will suffer from workforce shortage, which in turn hinders the economic growth.
What is more, smoking in public has undesirable effects on others. As the smell of smoke is hatred by those who do not smoke, smoking in public is considered rude and selfish behavior. Secondly, smoking will have a negative influence on people around them, damage caused by smoking to non-smokers is worse than those who smoke, especially for certain groups like pregnant women, kids and the elderly. For pregnant women, for example, the harmful chemical matters from cigarettes can deter the development of infants’ brain. In this case, what a heavy smoker father does to his unborn baby is a crime.
In conclusion, I believe that smoke should be prohibited not only for the health of smoke addicts but also for the people around them.

我想每个人的看法都不同，有的人喜欢书法，有的人喜欢绘画，也有的人喜欢舞蹈、戏剧，等等 但我坚信，没有人不喜欢文学，因为孩子们, 老年人或年轻人都有他们想要阅读的书。比如，孩子们经常喜欢寓言和童话故事，老年人喜欢诗歌，散文，而年轻人常喜欢小说。文学写作是一种艺术形式。我喜欢的艺术形式是小说。虽然我写的不是特别好，也不专业，但是通过读小说、看小说，我找到了很多的乐趣，更重要的是，我的写作能力越来越得到很大的提高。每一个文学作品都有自己的含义，每位作家都有自己的风格，所以我喜欢阅读。文学给我带来很多启发和知识。文学作品是作家用自己独特的语言风格表达想法和知识的方式。文学代表一个民族的艺术和智慧, 通过文学，我们可以了解一个国家的文化，传统和历史。总之每个人都应该提高自己的写作技能并培养阅读习惯

What are the difficult parts in learning English? From my point of view, there are several parts below:
1, Singular and plural. Even now, I can’t master it.
2, The usage of prepositions. Like to, for, in, on, at, etc. sometimes, it seems both are correct, and you aren’t sure what is the best choice.
3, definite article. So far I don’t know when I should use “the”.
4, The tense. I think it’s the most difficult part in learning English. So far I can’t make rules of it.
If there are rules about the above four aspects, I think I would write better than now, and I don’t think learning English is a tough thing anymore.
Can someone give me rules about the four questions? I would really appreciate it.

These days, the lowest temperature has reached 1 degrees Celsius, and you feel very cold when you wear autumn clothes. I think it would be time to wear cotton shoes and down jackets, but it doesn’t snow now. If I wore a pair of cotton shoes, I don’t know if I would look strange. But finally I didn’t care about this, I just wore them on, and I felt warmer immediately.

Studying for an Exam
Next Tuesday, I'm going to take an English exam, TOEFL ITP, so today I started to study for this test. The test is about reading, listening, and grammar. Therefore, ITP is easier than iBT that includes reading, listening, speaking, and writing. However, the grammar section is tough for me. For instance, the subjunctive mood is too difficult. I had forgotten the subjunctive present; "recommend, insist, suggest, and so on" requires a verb stem in next that-clause.
I want to utilize knowledge from studying for my writing.

New Rules for theme park
Today one of our theme parks reopen again.
I didn’t know that!
But according to the news all the tickets sold out already a months ago.
Anyway, good to see many happy faces.
But I also reading another news from Japan.
There theme park also reopen after a long time.
But they advise the customers not to scream!
That is such discourage rules!
You go to theme park, you want to have fun and release the stress.

Un pueblo antiguo
Hace casi doscientos años, una familia fundó un pueblo pequeño a apenas de 2 km de mi casa. Las ruinas están en una reserva natural al lado de mi urbanización y hoy mi hermana y yo decidimos visitarlas.
El sendero para visitar el pueblo me asustó un poco porque es serpenteante y lo atravesamos durante del atardecer. Ahora solo hay un cementerio porque los edificios quemaron en un incendio misterioso en los años ochenta.
Leímos un poco sobre el pueblo antiguo y aprendimos que el sitio fue tan lejos que solo se lo podía acceder por barco de vapor. En el siglo XX, las carreteras y ferrocarriles habían mejorado tanto que el uso del barco de vapor estaba en declive. Poco a poco, el pueblo dejaba de recibir alimentos y recursos de fuera y los aldeanos lo abandonaron.

Drinking with friends
Well, today I drank beer with a couple of friends. I'm not used to drink on sundays, I don't want to have a hungover the next day. Specially because at my age a hungover is the worst that can happen. Some days I had to suffer headaches for the whole day. I felt sick and I didn't want to eat or drink anything.
I remember the days when I was at college. I could drink a lot with my friends and at the next day I wake up as if nothing had happened the day before. These were good times.
Nowadays, I keep in mind that I shouldn't drink more than three pints of beer unless I want to regret the following morning.
It's hard to age if you love to drink alcohol.

我的演讲题目是" 通过电影学习语言"。对我来说 “看电影学语言”是个很好的方法。为什么小孩子学习语言学得那么快、出国留学生可以在两、三个月里就可以提高外语水平呢。这一切都归于生活的环境，在语言环境中 ,你会受到语言的文化、思维、语感的影响。最重要的是, 你经常跟语言接触。但是，并非每个人都有机会到国外生活很长时间，也没有一个可以每天陪你聊天的外国人。所以，电影是非常合适的选择。通过看电影，我们可以了解中国的文化、传统、以及人们的表达习惯。看电影是学口语的最好方法。我认为想学好语言只有一个办法，那就是多练 。如果我想听懂中国人说的话, 我得常常听中国人说话。如果我想说流利地汉语，我得多说汉语。看电影你既可以练口语又可以练听力。在看电影的过程中，你可以学习日常词汇和自然交流。有时你可能会觉得外语太难了并且变得懈怠，但是如果你看有趣的电影，你会更有动力。

Last Week of School
This is my last week of school. We are definitely not going to do anything useful, so I don't like having to attend. However, I would like to say goodbye to all my teachers and thank them for their hard work. I'll send a message to each of my favorite teachers, so that I don't have to talk in front of everyone (though I think not many students will attend the last classes).
My graduation is on Friday, though I'm going with non of my two best friends. The school's administration has divided my classroom in two different groups. One of the groups has their graduation at 16:30 (both of my friends are in this group), and the other has it at 19:30 (this is the one I'm in). Honestly, it sucks.

Сегодня утром я проспала. К счастью, это воскресенье и не опоздала на что-то, но я всё-таки недовольна собой, потому что времени не хватало чтобы закончить все дела. Я успела прочитать 17 статей для проэкта и изучать карточки, но мне ещё многое нужно сделать. Завтра я собираюсь рано проснуться.

L'italiano
Ho cominciato ad imparare l’italiano perché avevo studiato il francese e mi ho detto che avrei potuto imparare anche l’italiano. Prima di l’aver cominciato, pensavo che l’italiano fosse una lingua facile ma mi sbagliavo molto. Ci sono molti aspetti grammaticali che, per me, sono difficili e stranieri. Fortunatamente, la grammatica italiana e simile alla grammatica francese e penso che se non avessi studiato il francese, sarebbe stata molto più difficile per me.
Adesso, mi sento più a mio agio quando parlare e scrivere l’italiano, cioè non è più necessario tradurre ogni parola e ci sono meno istanze quando sono bloccato in una conversazione. Ovviamente, sono ancora ad un livello basso e non sono ancora sicuro per molti aspetti grammaticali ma mi sento felice e fiero che possa almeno tenere una conversazione.
