Consistency
I can't believe I've been writing a journal a day for seventeen days now. I know my streak doesn't show it, but that's because I've written at different times and past midnight. I made sure to write a journal before bed every day, and I think that's what counts. Consistency isn't one of my strengths, so it feels good to finally be sticking with a habit. I can't believe I haven't ran out of things to write already.
I'm also trying to build the habit of walking thirty minutes every day, but I'm still working on it. I was also thinking about reading a bit every day. I've always wanted to do so, but I feel like I'm never in the mood. I have some books in English, so I think it'll be good practice, especially to improve my writing, which is my weak point. I don't know whether to re-read the books I own or to read the Harry Potter saga, as my sister owns the edition in which all of the book's spines together (in order, obviously) form a picture of the castle. I think she owns other books in English, like Alice in Wonderland, so I could read those as well.
I also think It would be a good idea to revise English grammar and broaden my vocabulary. All of the songs I listen are in English and most of the series I watch are in English as well (I like watching them in their original language, whether I know it or not), so if I payed more attention, I could really learn form them.

I can’t remember which year I went to Wanfuhu, but it was definitely not a long time ago. In fact, Wanfuhu is a reservoir which is located in Shucheng County, Anhui province. But now, it is also a 5A scenic spot in China. Its view is really beautiful: a large area of water is distributed among the hills (because it is located at the foot of the northeast Dabie mountain) and many small islands are distributed among the water. It is a combination of mountains, islands, water, various green trees and colorful flowers. You can imagine how beautiful it is. If only I live in a place with mountains, sea, lakes, rivers, green trees and colorful flowers.

MY Dear Chinese Friend part 4
To be frank, she doesn't want to have a baby, because of self-hate. She hates to be like her mother. But she has to bear the baby as a duty. She cannot imagine how she grows her baby. She has to prepare the day when her husband refers to a divorce. Even this year she wants to take the CPA exam.
Like last year, she quit to take with me in March and will take the exam at coming the first Sunday of Nov. After the day came, two days later, I contacted to her on QQ, what a surprise! She was pregnant. Expected date of delivery will be on the 13 the of January next year. If she bore the baby, I hope that she will come to know what parental affection is and what mother's affection to her child is.

MY Dear Chinese Friend part 3
I know her character and her mother's are so much alike, as time has passed, she noticed that, and her younger sister bore a baby, and a way of taking care of the baby is being like her mother , She became to dislike her younger sister, too. It seems to me that she is totally confused. I guess she is irritated with her mother due to the hatred between close personality.
Every year she has to come back her countryside to see her parents and relatives. She stays her parents' house only for a day. After giving her parents and relatives a lot of presents she bought in Shanghai. She'll move to the husband's house to stay longer. Accordance with ages, she realizes that she is taking after her hatred mother. Nobody resolves this bewildered situation.

My Dear Chinese Friend part 2
She was so deeply depressed that she couldn't study for a couple months. But actually, the score on the CPA exam was 9points less than passing mark. If nothing had happened, suffice it to say that she could pass the exam. At least, she could barely pass the exam. She's been expecting her pregnancy so long time. The miscarriage was such a severe trial and so shocking that she could not concentrate on the exams. There was a time when I mistakenly believed all men are created equal or rather say that all lucks is equal to everyone. The fact is, "No way."
Her parents are peasants who are not rich enough to let their daughter go to a university and a graduate school. She was so poor that she couldn't buy everyday necessities in university and a graduate school. She was depending on her relative's monthly allowances. Her relatives also are farmers. Her younger sister is only a middle school graduate, and she married to same middle school graduate guy working at a factory.
She was only a shining star in her family, but actually she had a big setback in her middle school. She couldn't go to a high school for a year, so this period of time made her and her mother's relationship begin to discord. Her mother didn't make any excuse to help her. She felt herself so shameful and felt like a completely alone in the family she thought her mother was so aloof that she couldn't put up with such a condescending behavior. Since then, she and her mother's relationship was split out. She still dislikes her mother.

My Dear Chinese Friend
The other day, I talked to one of my language exchange partners who wants to take a CPA Exam in China because of the fact that she is Chinese. We used to talk in Japanese and in Chinese. Last year, she said she'll take an intermediate class accounting exam and a CPA exam at the same time. Those who take an upper class exam usually need to have a couple of years of experience, but in her case, her master's degree would also qualify her for the exam. She doesn't have to have any experience, and can take any exam of accounting directly. She also wants to quit chatting with me in Japanese and in Chinese for readying the exams.
She's married for five years and no baby, and she's worried about a divorce. Usually, the women who can't give a birth seem to be divorced by her husband in China. She seemed to accept that traditional bad custom. That's one of the reasons why she wants to obtain the CPA certificate. If she were to be divorced, she could make her living alone with it.
Last year, she wanted to concentrate on her study so hard that we quit our chat until she will finish to take the exams. After everything was finished, when I began to talk to her, I came to know that she'd once been pregnant, and ended up miscarrying unfortunately, I shared with her feeling so much, I'm sure that she was the happiest person that period in the world. Although she happened to have her little toe broken in the middle of Yoga exercise in the gestation period, she didn't take any medicine for her pregnancy.

Aujourd'hui j'ai fini mes cours plus tôt que d'habitude
Aujourd'hui, mes cours ont fini à 18 heures. Selon le programma, ils devraient avoir fini à 19 heures, mais le prof nous a laissé sortir plus tôt. Ça me rend heureux parce que son cours était plutôt ennuyeux à vrai dire, et c'est très fatigant d'être assis sans bouger avec notre caméra allumé. Il est le seul prof qui nous a demandé d'allumer la caméra pendant le cours. Les Mercredis et les Jeudis vont être les jours les plus faciles ce semestre parce qu'on fini à 19 heures, lorsqu'on fini à 21 heures les autres jours de la semaine.

Las revistas
Siempre estoy feliz cuando recibo una revista. Estoy curioso y quiero ver todos los temas nuevos que tiene. No creo que esté solo, en lugar de eso, sí creo que eso es la clave a la popularidad de las revistas. Recibes algo que solo es para ti, o eso es que te parece. Aunque ahora podemos acceder a toda la información que la tienen gratis en línea, por alguna razón las revistas aún son populares. Para nosotros, parece como un regalo que alguien a nosotros nos enviamos. De verdad, es similar a recibir un libro durante la Navidad, ¡salvo recibes un librito cada mes! Eso es que creo que las revistas todavía son populares. Me refiero, para la mayoría de estas empresas, podemos acceder a los artículos gratis o mucho menos caros que lo que pagamos para una suscripción de compañías.

Mir wurde klar, dass ich etwa 100 Stunden beim Sprachpraxis brauche, um das Sprechen auf Deutsch zu beherrschen. Ich habe bisher 60 Stunden beim Sprechen hinter mir und fühle mich gemütlicher wenn ich Deutsche spreche. Fortschritte machen, macht Fortschritt.

Which is better to gain information?
Do you agree or disagree with the following?
"Reading paper materials is better than watching electronic devices to gain information."
It is critically important that we expand our information and gain knowledge on various topics. No one can deny that there are both positive and negative effects of using paper materials or watch electronic devices to gain information. Personally, I disagree that reading paper materials are better. I feel this way for two reasons, which I will explore in the following essay.
To begin with, gaining information from electronic devices could be more beneficial to access what we looking at. Moreover, it saves a lot of time, rather than reading many pages to get achieve the point. My opinion on this matter has been profoundly influenced by my own experience. Two years ago I had to work with my professor on medically related research. He asked me to read specific books to gain the information needed. Therefore, I have had to read five books, to find the point we are looking at. Instead, I did not follow his rules, and I watched many videos on YOUTUBE related to the topic. Moreover, I searched on researches related websites, and I got more than what he wants in a very short time. The professor was shocked at that, and I think he will consider using modern technology in future papers.
Furthermore, proved paper materials are not present everywhere. Therefore, many people may not get the chance to access what they want to learn or read. My personal experience is a compelling illustration of this. Last semester I went to visit my friend in a small town near me. He had to work in the library, during my visit, one day I went with him to his work and during my tour in the library, I asked where I can find books about dental emergencies. He told me that we don't have any medically related books. I was shocked, how could that the whole library does not have medically-related books. Then, I Figured out that his town does offer limited things including books. Thanks to our technology, after we went to his home, I opened my laptop, and I got what I was looking for.
In conclusion, I strongly believe that electronic devices are better to gain information. This is because it allows for more information and easily accessed.

My favorite color is blue. I think that I'll try to go close to the sea and I'd like this person touch the water and feels how fresh is this element. Later we would walk on the seashore and I'd asking how she or he feels... I think it would be a good beginnen to explain it.

Hallo iedereen!
Mijn nickname is Pugs en ik ben een 17-jarige Finse jongen. Ik ben al een paar weken op deze site, maar heb door tijdgebrek geen posts geplaatst. Ik heb deze site naar het Fins vertaald (wat je zou kunnen zijn aan mijn badge). Ik heb echt genoten van het vertalen.
Meer over mezelf. Ten eerste, ben ik een muzikaal persoon. Ik speel gitaar, bas, piano en drums. Sinds ik een klein kind was, is muziek altijd mijn passie geweest. Mijn ouders hebben me verteld dat ik al op 5-jarige leeftijd deed alsof ik drums speelde met lege flessen.
Een andere manier om tijd door te brengen is sport. Mijn belangrijkste sport is discgolf, maar ik doe ook andere sporten, afhankelijk van het seizoen. Dat kan alles zijn van fietsen tot skiën.
De nieuwste toevoeging aan mijn hobby's is talen leren. Talen leren is op school altijd gemakkelijk voor me geweest, maar ik heb de vaardigheid de laatste tijd niet al te veel gebruikt. Mijn eerste keuze als niet-schoolgerelateerde taal was Nederlands. Ik heb het nu bijna een jaar bestudeerd. Mijn vaardigheden zijn echter erg laag vergeleken met de tijd :D.
Ik kan me eigenlijk niet precies herinneren waarom ik het begon te bestuderen. Ik heb altijd gezegd dat het land zo mooi is maar over de taal zijn mensen zo negatief dat ik moest bewijzen dat ze ongelijk hadden.
Ook al ben ik hier al een tijdje, dit was mijn eerste (hopelijk van vele) teksten.

Das Wetter
Wenn es nicht anders darüber zu schreiben gibt, kann man immer über das Wetter schreiben. Heute ist ein schöner Tag, sonnig und kühl. Es gibt keine Wolken am Himmel. Ein stiller Tag, kein Wind um die Flaggen zu bewegen. Die Temperatur liegt um 3 grad C. Leider ist alles braun, weil wir seit Wochen keinen Schnee mehr hatten. Das gefällt mir nicht da ich den Schnee liebe. Die Wettervorhersage ist für mehrere Tage derselbe.

Сегодня я хотела рассказать про процесс поступления в университеты. Коля (мой друг, с котором я изучаю русский язык) сказал, что я хорошо подготовила к разговору. Он мне спросил, какие были плюсы и минусы американской системы поступления в университеты. Я объяснила, что главное преимущество включается в том, что студентам не нужно выбрать специальность и карьер перед тем, как поступить в колледж. У нас есть время, чтобы рассматривать все варианты и принять информированное решение. Главный недостаток – это соревновательный процесс, большой стресс. Подростки, которым едва исполнилось 13 или 14 года, уже беспокоются о колледже. Думают, что надо посутпить в топовый университет, чтобы достичь успех в жизни. Не понимают, что у нас очень много университетов в США, где можно получить отличное образование. Я рада, что есть такое высокое качество образования в США но меня раздражает, что процесс вызывает тревогу у учеников.

Когда я училась на первом курсе в университете, одна девушка в моей общаге была пловчицей. Как вы понимаете, она была высокого роста и очень сильная. В старших классах я присоединилась к команде пловцов, но я совсем плохо разбираюсь в спорте. Я восхищаюсь тех, кто могут выигрывать спортивные соревнования.

L’enquête, intitulée “Que pensez-vous des prix littéraires?”, vise à recueillir l’opinion des lecteurs sur l’utilité ou non de ces prix, sur l’importance de leur influence dans le choix des lecteurs... À travers l’enquête intitulée “Que pensez vous des prix littérares?” qui attire l’attention de nombreux internautes ces derniers jours, je veux également participer à cet enquête pour vous faire partager ma réflexion sur cette question qui me tient à coeur.
Tout d’abord, on ne peut pas nier que des prix littéraires font partie de grandes influences sur des auteurs. Il existe plusieurs façons pour que les lecteurs s’intéressent aux ouvrages telles que choisir un thème qui est très populaire ou adapté aux goûts de chacun, organiser des expositions de livres, lancer des publicités. Pourtant, aucune façon n’est plus efficace que celle d’obtenir des prix littéraires. Une oeuvre recoit un récompense ou un prix prestigieux qui aide son auteur à améliorer son retentissement et à vendre facilement son ouvrage. Grâce à cela, leurs futurs travaux recevront davantage l'attention des lecteurs. C’est pourquoi, plusieurs auteurs aspirent à perfectionner leur ouvrage pour réussir à atteindre cet objectif.
De plus, on n’oublie pas d’ajouter que des prix littéraires permettent également aux lecteurs de faire un choix approprié dans la profusion des livres qui sont de plus en plus envahissants dans les librairies à chaque “rentrée littéraire”.
Pourtant, il faudrait penser aussi aux impacts négatifs qu’apportent ces littéraires. On soupçonne progressivement les attributions des grands prix tels que Nobel, Goncourt, Renaudot, etc. En effet, ces attributions ne correspond pas aux mises en avant d’auteurs que peuvent faire les critiques et notamment la presse. Il existe plusieurs ouvrages et auteurs jugés excellents par la presse et les critiques mais ils n’apparaissement pas dans la liste des prix littéraires. En outre, malgré des récompenses reçus, ces oeuvres n’ont pas encore été appréciées par les lecteurs. C’est pourquoi, il me semble que les organisateurs de prix devraient se rendre compte des commentaires et des opinions des lecteurs non seulement des experts et des professionnels.

思い込みが激しくてすみません’ （１）
私が投稿したエントリーが思い込みが激しい内容がほとんどなんだけど、自分の精神がすっきりするために、自分の気持ちを書かないといけない。
普段、温厚に見える私が自分の思い込みを人にめったに話さないから、自分の思考に向かわないと、心が折れそう・爆発しそう（？）
来日してから何年かが立って、現在、接客のバイトをしている。バイトをしている中、どれだけ私の日本語能力が足りてないっていうことに気づく瞬間が多い。プライドが絶滅されたりする時が多い。悲しいことに、英語で話してる自分がすらすらと表現できるけど、日本語で表現しようとすると、他人に大人として見られてない気がする。
なんで今の日本語のレベルまで上達させるにはこんなに時間がかかったかと言うと、やっぱり、問題は、デカすぎるプライド。
常に人の目を気にしちゃう私と違って、器の大きくて、プライドの小さくて、日本人に打ち明けられる外国人のことをすごく羨ましくて耐えない。
