Should political parties be financed from the state budget?
Firstly, we should explain what is a political party. It is well known that it is a voluntary social organization with a specific political program, aimed at its implementation by gaining and exercising power or influencing it. On the other hand the topic of politics is controversial because many of the conversations lead to arguments at the table and each of us has individual political opinions. My assignment is to answer if political parties should be financed from the state budget.
I think that political parties should be financed by the state but with a fraction of the money.
One of the reasons is the state should support the parties because they pay for their work.
The second, public figures have huge earnings, so they should be reduce.
Critics often say that most of citizens money is donated to political parties and unnecessary party goals, even though many citizens have low earnings. Moreover, political parties receive various kinds of donations from supporters or subs.
In conclusion, political parties should only be financed from a little part of the state budget, so that the remaining money can be used for worthwhile purposes.
*It's my English homework. I don't interested in politics :')

Otitis Externa
I went to a hospital because my right ear was painful and swollen. A doctor said it was otitis externa, and I got antibiotics and ointment. I guess this sick was caused by earphones. I had used earphones for a long time because of online classes, and it was good for fungi propagating. Now, I'm trying to cure, so I don't touch my ear and don't use earphones.

I didn’t ride this bike for a long time before it had problems. A few days ago, when I released the rear brake during my ride, I found it was still very heavy to ride. It seemed that it had been in the brake all the time. This kind of situation happened many times in the later days. I checked the rear holding brake several times and I didn’t find any problems. This afternoon, I adjusted the brake clearance of the rear brake a little big to see if it worked. Next, I will continue to observe it.

Why Do We Celebrate?
People have a lot of reasons to celebrate and we should accept it. If anyone wants to celebrate their planning for retirement or that some people have become parents and are proud of it, they have celebrate with someone who is enjoy with them. People like to celebrate because they want to share their joy with others. It is quite understandable.
I prefer to celebrate just what is important to me and my loved ones. I like to celebrate birthdays, Christmas, new jobs, passed exams or Easter, but just in a little body because I'm an introvert. I have never liked celebrating New Year's Eve because I have a impression that most people just go to drink instead of remembering the year that has passed. Celebrating is pleasant because it's worth capturing the lovely moments and bragging about your successes.

I found out that I took the meal card home when I left the hospital last night. So the nanny and my mom won't be able to eat at noon. I hurriedly cycled to the hospital to bring them the meal card, but I found I had forgotten to wear a mask when I arrived at the hospital’s COVID-19 check spot. I couldn’t enter the hospital without wearing a mask. I came up with the idea that I should leave the meal card at the check spot and inform the nanny to come downstairs and get it. I gave the nanny several voice calls on WeChat, but she didn’t answer. I had to call my sister and let her tell the nanny to come downstairs to get the meal card.

I would say this month is a gift's season in west countries. I recieved a big pakege from my student who's living in Mexico now. It was really big. There were candies, a maks, a shirt, a small handbag, a doll that made by my student, and cards... They are beautiful and they are so muny. I'm really surprised.
Sorry I wrote about gifts again. I really don't want to show off, just because it was the most interesting things in my life recently. I believe that every one got or will get gifts during this Christmas season.

Un mundo desconocido
Una actriz dijo que actuar no es complicado pero nos hace falta, las historias nos muestran que no estamos solteros.
Y también nos muestran los mundos que no conocemos. Hace un rato, vi el trailer para 'Crip Camp' un documental que se trata de un inédito campamento de verano para personas que viven con discapacidades y el papel de los 'campers' en la lucha por derechos civiles en EEUU. Me di cuenta que había dado por sentado los bordillos de accesibilidad, las leyes que protegen los derechos de trabajo, y la consciencia que tenemos sobre accesibilidad. En un época reciente, las cosas no fueron realizadas. Me inspiró entender más sobre su lucha, nuestra presente, y el futuro en relación con la lucha por la inclusión y accesibilidad.

Je suis très fatigué maintenant
Je suis très fatigué maintenant, parce que je viens d'aider mes parents à bouger nos choses d'une chambre à une autre. Tu vois, on fait rénover notre maison, donc il faut bouger toutes nos choses à une chambre où elles ne vont pas bloquer le travail des maçons. Et c'est très dur, parce qu'on a beaucoup de choses. Moi, j'ai des dizaines de livres par exemple, et on a dû les bouger tous. Il me semble qu'il faut jeter quelques livres vieux qui ne servent à rien maintenant, mais on n'a pas assez de temps pour vérifier quel sert et quel ne sert plus.

I remember why I didn’t watch this movie at that time.
Cheap looking poster, musical…no way I will watch that kind of movie.
4 years later. Now I’ve watched.
This movie was one of the best movie so good that makes me cried.
I am 53 and study in UK at late 80’s to early 90’s.
Watch this movie brings back so many old memories.
Songs in the movie are good, so good that some review said the only director in world knows how to direct a music movie.
If you don’t watch this movie, you can’t be my friend.

Rewards for good work
On the topic about ways to reward employees for good work not only salary increase is a perfect way to reward the employees’ works, but also to give other kinds of reward as outdoor activities during holidays or weekends may consider a good stimulation to employees in order to improve their performance.
To begin with, an important reward that I mentioned in the introduction, the economical part is so important in the employees’ life to do good work in companies. For this point, to earn extra money or to receive an extra payment is a very good way to encouraging employees. For example, in the sales area, the seller can receive extra money for each important sell in the market.
Secondly, outdoor activities are an excellent way to give them a relaxed moment for resting from the work’s pressure. For example, during holidays or weekends, the company’s boss may organize some small events, picnics, or a lunch meal in order to all employees and boss gather in these activities, then they may share together and give to employees recreational activities in these free time.
Finally, the indoor space of the company is very important to analyze when the boss tries to encourage to employees for doing good work. For example, the comfort temperature is an important key to give them a comfortable space for doing their works respectively. Furthermore, some decorations in the workplace may count as a good stimulation to employees or having the opportunity of drinking water or coffee in the work time.
In conclusion, bosses always try to find important considerations in order to reward employees for doing good work and to encourage them to continue doing this one. Receiving extra money not only improves the capacity of the employee’s efficiency, but also giving to employees some recreational activities during holidays or weekends, may contribute improvements to the employees’ performance, and consequently, they receive some good rewards.

Sind Frauen die besseren Führungskräfte?
Heute soll uns die Frage interessieren, ob Frauen gleich gute oder sogar bessere Chefs als Männer sind? Die wird schwer antwortet. Aber laut einer norwegischen Studie sind Frauen in Emotionale Stabilität, Offenheit, Geselligkeit, Extravertiertheit und Gewissenhaftigkeit besser als Männer. Außerdem fand Forscher heraus, dass ein höheren Anteil von Frauen in den Chefetagen häufig zu einem höherem Umsatz im Unternehmen führt. Von personalem Aspekt sind Frauen neugieriger. Diese Neugierde macht sie nämlich auch offener für Innovationen. Und Frauen sind eher in der Lage, Ziele zu setzen und deren Umsetzung zu kontrollieren. Aber Frauen machen sich manchmal mehr Sorgen und sind deshalb auch tatsächlich anfälliger für Stress.
Obwohl Frauen anpassende Fähigkeiten besitzen, haben sie weniger Chance in Führungsetagen. Ein Grund liegt darin, dass meist die männlichen Chefs entscheiden, wer befördert wird. Und diese suchen sich dann den Kandidaten heraus, der ihnen im Führungsstil am ähnlichsten ist. Und das wird wohl selten eine Frau sein, weil sie eben anders führt.
Abschließend möchte ich sagen, dass eine gute Führungskraft sowohl sogenannte “männliche” oder “weibliche” Eigenschaft besitzen soll. Also, sie sollte nicht zu lange mit Entscheidungen zögern, fürsorglich und teamfähig sein. Sie sollte realistische Vorstellung haben und weniger stressanfällig sein - egal, ob Mann oder Frau.

As a child, in the countryside, it was really boring during the night. One day we fellow kids took around and found a large watermelon land. We decided to steal some to eat. There was a small cabin in the southern part of the land, which is where the watchers lived. During the day when you pass by a watermelon land you can see many watermelons, but in the night it seemed it was hard to find one. When we had just climbed the watermelon land, a bright beam of flashlight shone on us. We immediately held our breath and didn’t dare to move. We know although the light was very clear looking from our side, the watcher couldn’t see us clearly from there. After a couple of seconds, the light was off and we were not found. We hurriedly picked two watermelons and ran into the nearby sorghum field. It was very hot in the sorghum field. We opened the watermelon with our fists and squatted on the ground and ate it. We went home soon after eating. This is the only time we steal watermelon and I am scared to think of it now.

El asiento del medio
Antes del coronavirus, prefería sentarme en el asiento del medio cuando viajaba en avión. Sé que esta elección es un poco raro. Creo que tengo esta preferencia porque estoy acostumbrada a sentarme entre mi padre y mi hermana cuando viajamos. Mi hermana prefiere el asiento de la ventana porque le gusta mirar los nubes y las paisajes y mi padre prefiere el asiento del pasillo porque se puede estirar las piernas.
El asiento de la ventana me hace sentir atrapada, como si tuviera que salir no podría escapar. El asiento del pasillo me hace sentir expuesta a los otros viajeros.
Me pregunto cuál preferiré después del coronavirus.

La calma
¿Hay alguien en todo el mundo que haya tenido un verdadero día de calma? ¿Sin distracciones, trabajo o algo así? Aunque parece que cada vez más científicos están enfatizando la importancia de la meditación y la calma, se siente que recibimos cada vez menos descanso en nuestros horarios ocupados. Todo el tiempo tenemos reuniones, proyectos, fechas límites y tal. Es tan importante que hagamos estas actividades de relajación, pero nos parece que tenemos que luchar para encajarlas en nuestro tiempo libre, si eso es una cosa que tengas. Hay caos en todas partes ahora: huelgas, desigualdad, peleas, la pandemia y tal. Nuestra salud mental ha sufrido enormemente, pero aún hay maneras que podemos usar para mejorarla. La meditación, la respiración concentrada y incluso el ejercicio todos nos pueden ayudar. Hay muchas cosas que no están en nuestro mando, sino que aún existen las que controlemos. Es la época de las fiestas, entonces deberíamos usarla para relajarnos.

1. A los dos días de despedirlo, el jefe pidió que él volviera al trabajo.

My middle school was in my small hometown and it was 1.5 kilometers from my village. During middle school, l lived in school. Sometimes when I wanted to go home I had to go on foot. Our classroom and dormitory were in bad condition and there were only several simple bungalows. There were about 60 students in my class and three of these kinds of classes each year. Because grade 6, 7,8 (at that time, our primary school only had five grades) were in the school at the same time, so the school had 9 classes, which means more than 500 students in the school then. We took 11 courses and they were Chinese, Maths, English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Politics, History, Geography, Sports and Music. I took 9 courses (except sports and music) when attending the high school entrance examination.

Communication Skill
People who are poor at chatting or discussion often make fun of themselves by stating that they are "コミュ障 (Lack of communication skill)" in Japanese.
I'm often at a loss for a reply in English online lessons. While appropriate phrases didn't come up with my mind in most cases, sometimes I had nothing to talk with even in Japanese.
I might have to improve not only English conversation skill but also communication skill.

Das Problem der Überalterung der Gesellschaft
Ich habe dieses Wort zum ersten Mal gehört, als ich in Japan lebte. Es ist ein seriöses Problem nicht nur in Japan, sondern auch in anderen Ländern. Auch in Deutschland ist die Überalterung eine Realität, nach dem, was ich gelesen habe. Wie kann man dieses Problem lösen?
Ich habe in der letzten Zeit keine Informationen über dieses Problem in Japan eingeholt, aber ich erinnere mich daran, dass es ein Programm gab, durch denen Krankenpfleger aus Indonesien oder die Philippinen nach Japan einwandern konnten, um dort zu arbeiten. Ob es nur für eine kurze Zeit oder keine zeitliche Begrenzung gab, weiß ich nicht.
Es ist auch seit 1990 oder früher, dass jede und jeder Staatsbürger aus Brasilien (und vielleicht auch aus anderen Ländern), die oder der japanischer Herkunft ist, die Gelegenheit hat, ein Visum zu bekommen, um in Japan zu leben. Man braucht weder Sprachkenntnisse an Japanischem zu haben, noch andere besondere Voraussetzung erfüllen. Das hat auch zu einigen Problemen geführt, weil es nicht nur ein Problem ist, wenn man die Sprache nicht kennt, sondern sind die japanische und die brasilianische Kultur ganz anders.
In Deutschland weiß ich, dass ein Mangel an Krankenpfleger und Pflegepersonen gibt. Ich kenne einen Jungen, der aus São Paulo kommt, der als Krankenpfleger in Nordrhein-Westfalen arbeitet. Er ist im März nach Deutschland eingewandert.
Indem die Regierung eines Landes solche Programme erschafft, dadurch Ausländer für eine bestimmte Arbeit eingestellt werden, lässt sich das Problem an Arbeitskraftmangel lösen. Wenn diese neuen Einwohner die Gelegenheit nicht haben, für immer dort zu bleiben und dort sich ein neues Lebes aufzubauen, wird das Problem mit Überalterung und seinen Folgen nur verschoben.

Why I like to read?
When I was about 12 years old I became interested in books. How I came to like to read? Well, when I transferred schools I hardly made any friends. The reason was that I was very introverted as a kid, a had like 2 friends and that was in my old school so when a transferred, there was no one that I knew at the time. I was mostly alone in lunch time and then I remember finding out that my school had a library so I went there to pass the time since I didn’t like to eat at school and I was embarrassed to stand in front of my classroom alone with everyone else looking at me. That was awkward. So there I discovered a whole new world. It had a good amount of books, with some of the most common genres, like fantasy, young adult, mystery, comics, and the classics as well. But like any other kid, I was most interested in fantasy and romance books, not the classic ones which later on we had to read whether we wanted or not. So I spent the rest of the year during my lunch break, reading lots of books. And I liked it so much. The feeling of getting lost in another world is so fascinating. And I like reading until these days, even though a couple of years ago I stopped reading and It made me miss books so much. I recently started again and I hope I read much more than I read before.
