Systèmes d'étiquetage
Est-il nécessaire de mettre en place des systèmes d'étiquetage pour les aliments? Telle était la problématique soulevée par un article de Sciences et Avenir et un autre de Les Échos en 2016.
Tout d'abord, on constate les inquiétudes de nombreux consommateurs sur leur santé. En effet, ils font actuellement face à plusieurs problèmes liés à la consommation des produits alimentaires suite à la fois au manque des connaissances nécessaires et à l'irresponsabilité de quelques artisans qui ne donnent aucun ou peu d'informations sur leurs produits. Cela donc conduit les gens à souffrir de quelques maladies néfastes sur leur santé telles que l'obésité, les allergies alimentaires, etc.
Afin d'améliorer cette situation, le gouvernement a l'intention d'introduire des systèmes d'étiquetage visant à faire connaitre les aliments meilleurs pour la santé. Pourtant, on remarque le report de la mise en place de ces systèmes du fait de l'opposition de la part des industriels et de certains chercheurs en nutrition, qui trouvent le manque d'impartialité du comité dans l'évaluation de ces systèmes. Ce fait reste vraiment en déclage avec les attentes de la majorité des consommateurs.
En conclusion, selon les deux documents, il faudrait augementer la participation des acteurs concernés à la transmission des informations nutritionnelles compréhensible aux clients afin de reforcer la relation de confiance entre les deux parties.

Things I Bought and Felt Pleased about
I think it was some cosmetics stuff and I bought it on Taobao, which is a most popular online shopping app in china. It was an eyeliner which can be applied on the bottom of my eyelashes to make my eyes bigger and more attractive. One of the reason that I was so glad with it is that it was a quality eyeliners with reasonable price. In China, the price of import make up stuff is ridiculously high since authorities tend to impose substantial volume of tariff on foreign cosmetics to protect home companies. Therefore most people in China tend to choose online shopping or count on Wechat salers who go abroad to buy stuff regularly and sale it with lower price compared to physical stores. On top of that, I had a good shopping experience at that time. The online shop owner provided me with a thoughtful and passionate service which really impressed me. Most of all, It was really convenient. All I need to do was easily click the stuff I wand, put them into my shopping cart and paid money.

In Chinese, the English phrase "road trip" means自驾游. A Road Trip needs not only money but also time. I think of a Chinese song named "I want to go to Guilin". The song's lyrics are like this: "When I have time, but no money; when I have money, but no time." However, road trips are very popular in China. For me, I have to work every day during work time, and the weekend only has two days off. I think it is too short for a road trip. A couple years ago, I took road trips several times. Although each trip was in a hurry, it gave me a good feeling. Maybe it is because of my age, I am not interested in going out often now.

Lo que hice este lunes
El lunes pasado me desperté a las cuatro de la madrugada. Tuve una misión a cumplir. Después de dormir dos horas y media, sonó la alarma y me levanté de la cama. Muy espeso por el sueño que tenía, busqué a tientas mi ropa y mochila que lleva dentro todo lo que necesitaba para el día. A las cinco, salí de casa y llené mi coche con gasolina. Eran las cinco y cuarto, solo me quedaba dos horas hasta el amanecer.
Empecé a conducir y dentro de poco llegué al puente que cruza la bahía que está a unos cientos metros de mi casa. El puente acertadamente se llama “El puente de la bahía”, y tiene 7 kilómetros de distancia. Mientras lo cruzaba, veía al agua negro bajo de mis ruedas. Estaban unos barcos, marcados por sus luces que brillaban desde lejos. Fueron estrellas amarillas en un mar de oscuridad.
Tras conducir una hora, el mundo quedó en oscuridad total. De pronto, en la distancia, salió una creciente roja. Al principio, solo podía ver la línea tenue de la creciente pero empezó a brillar. Diez segundos luego, el cielo aclaró un poco y al este un color azul oscuro tomó el lugar del negro. Durante la siguiente hora, el cielo continuó aclarando y otros colores saludaban la madrugada.
Conduje una horas más y aparqué mi coche apenas llegué al paseo de la playa. Dejé mi coche corriendo y paré de correr donde las olas conocen la arena. Una nube anaranjada flotaba sobre el gran espacio del océano cuando un rayo rojo rompió el horizonte. El sol seguía ese rayo, levantándose lentamente sobre el agua. Tomó unos ocho minutos para escapar de su jaula acuosa y su proceso de calentar la Tierra empezó como el cuerpo celestial logró todo su poder.
Hacía un frío que me tocó hasta los huesos, pero la vista bonita valió la pena sin duda.

Metas para la salud
1) Dormir más. Suelo dormir 6 horas y me gustaría aumentar mi sueño a 8 horas cada día. Para lograr esta meta, intentaré ducharme a las 9 para empezar la rutina nocturna más temprano.
2) Escribir en un cuaderno. Es una buena práctica que me puede ayudar a mantener un poco de distancia de mis pensamientos y no rumiar tanto.
3) Hacer más ejercicio. Mi compañero de trabajo y yo hemos encontrado un parque muy cerca de la oficina. Ha corrido allí algunas veces y me ha dicho que es muy bonita y hay muchos senderos para correr.

Una entrada breve otra vez
Iba a escribir una historia, pero supongo que tiene que esperar. He escrito dos oraciones con una forma gramatical la cual voy intentando dominar. Lo siento por la entrada breve, la perrita acaba de comerse algo y no sé lo que era. Encuentro que tenerlo mucho ese problema, puesto que siempre intenta masticar todo. ¡De hecho, le he tenido que parar de masticar el piso un par de veces! Desde las alfombras hasta la puerta central, nada está salvo de esos dientes afilados.

自从我在大学学习编程以后，我知道我将进入一个无德的产业。别人一般不会感同身受，因为在世界上科技发展是一个伟大的人类创新。而有时候我会纠结当一位软件工程师对社会和人类的影响。当然，我不是一个妄自尊大的人，也承认我只是一只小蚂蚁；但不管我多渺小，我还想让我的工作帮助别人创造更美好的生活。
为什么我对科技产业有这么多批评？因为我亲自写过很多软件以及意识到这些APP如何剥削用户。自从互联网的出现，社会在逐渐忽略个人隐私，而收集人民的数据变成了业界标准。其实太多人无法意识到自己的数据有多么珍贵，不断帮助科技巨头实现今天的规模和影响。不管怎样，大部分的时间我还是看好科技创新，因为他带给我许多兴趣与我的专业，还创造出无数有用的工具。我只是不想让邪恶的科技公司来控制人民的行为和想法，想尽量保护我们的自由。
我选择电脑系是因为许多原因，比如高薪水，兴趣，创意，等等。毕竟每个产业都会有个的阴暗面，所以我只要尽力找有道德的公司，帮助创造有正能量的的产品的话，我就可以抬起头实现我对社会的责任。虽然我现在写这些很明志的想法，我希望以后的自己不会为了谋生来违背这些理想。

Viel Denken, nichts sagen
Ich habe ein Problem, viele eigentlich, aber heute möchte ich über ein bestimmtes Problem schreiben.
Ich bin ein bisschen schüchtern. Als ich jünger war, habe ich gedacht, dass ich sozialer Angst hatte. Mit neuen Leute zu reden war immer etwas Furchtbares und Unheimliches. Jetzt denke ich, dass ich selbstbewusster und entspannter bin. Trotzdem habe ich ab und zu das Gefühl, dass ich nicht so viel sage und finde es frustrierend.
Ich kann zum Beispiel neuen Freunde sehr schnell machen, aber ich habe Probleme, wenn ich jemanden widersprechen muss... Ich fühle mich unangenehm und vermeide die Konflikte. Ich finde, dass ich das, was die Leute sagen, sehr persönlich nehme. Sicher, dass es nicht immer so gemeint wird, aber Wissen und Fühlen sind leider zwei unterschiedlichen Dingen.

Artzt
Ich bin heute zum Arzt gegangen, um herauszufinden, warum ich Rückenschmerzen, die seit einigen Monaten aufgetaucht haben, habe.
Der Arzt hat mir gesagt, dass ich zuerst zur Physiotherapie gehen muss und wenn es nicht besser wird, sollte ich dann zu einem Orthopäde gehen. Es scheint ein muskuläres Problem zu sein, das auch viele Leute zurzeit mit Home-Office haben.
Ich bin gespannt auf die Physiotherapie und werde natürlich später darüber schreiben.

Roma
I have a dog named Roma. Technically she is my sister's, but she lives in Germany now and the dog stayed with us. She is a stray, but we think she looks like a Rhodesian Ridgeback. Roma is only two years old and full of energy. This very beautiful dog absolutely loves playing. Her favorite toys are her ball and her rope. She also loves to be pet and she is very happy when someone gives her belly rubs.
She wasn't properly trained by my sister, so she isn't very compliant. She is extremely territorial and growls if you get near what she thinks is her territory. She is also a bit aggressive and I think she bit all of the family members, but It's been some time since she last bit someone. She is very destructive, but we hope it's because she is not an adult yet.
I had another dog that she didn't get along with. Her name was Cata and she died of cancer last year. She was the best dog ever. She was a very calm German Shepherd that didn't like to play at all. She was so quiet that sometimes we didn't even realize she was with us. We could accidentally step on her and she wouldn't even complain. She was amazingly good with the kids and loved to sleep with my younger brother.
Roma didn't like that Cata was so calm because she wanted to play, so she used to tackle her all the time and bite her tail. I think that now that Cata is gone, Roma behaves better.

Morar em um país corrupto.
Às vezes eu me vejo me perguntando como seria morar em um país cujo governo é tão corrupto a ponto dele ser incapaz de governar seu povo.
Será que o povo de tal país têm alguma noção do quão seu governo é inefetivo? Eu imagino que isso seria o caso. Os humanos são criaturas bem espertas.
Mesmo assim, é estranho como um povo pode saber da corrupção dentro de uma entidade, e não fazer nada para consertar.

Satzkombinationen
Ich habe schon 8 Jahre Deutsch gelernt, aber ich kann noch nicht "gut" Deutsch sprechen. Deshalb lerne ich weiter. Ich besuche ein Deutschkurs, denn ich mag. Ich kann auch allein lernen, aber dafür habe ich noch nicht genug Motivation, ich möchten nämlich mit anderen Leuten lernen.
Ich habe vor ein paar Tagen mehr online Webseiten mit deutschen Übungen gesucht, denn ich kann jeden Tag besuchen. Aber hauptsächlich lerne ich noch mehr im Unterricht, sondern ich kann besser konzentrieren. Trotzdem muss ich online-lernen wieder versuchen. Da mein Kurs bald endet.
Aber es geht schon besser und ich bin froh, dass ich das heutige Ziel erfüllt habe.

I think there are many reasons for emailing that people have.
First, people send emails for announcements. For example, the school always send emails to students or parents to tell them when they will start the new term and what they should prepare for it. The organizations usually send emails to tell people about their new policies.
Second, people send emails for work tasks and processes. Your boss may send you a email to describe the task, then you might need to reply it when you have done it or if you have any questions or even difficulties. Also you might need to do a team work, than you should send the descriptions of the task and your thoughts to your colleges.
Finally, people send emails for connections. People apply jobs by sending emails, make appointments through emails, keep in touch with friends or families who are living far away, and so on.
There must have more and more reasons for emailing between people. It’s a really easy, fast way to make people getting connections and sharing something.
