Übung
Julia kennt Erik schon lange. Sie fliegt für einigen wichtige Besprechungen in Eriks Stadt und wird eine Woche bleiben. Julia möchte Erik besuchen, aber sie hat keine Zeit. Aber eine Besprechung fällt heute aus. Julia beschloss, sich mit Erik zu treffen. Julia fährt gern Fahrrad und sie beschließt, mit dem Fahrrad zu fahren. Die Fahrt dauert etwa zwei Stunden.

Sociología
Hoy empecé mi clase de sociología. Mi clase es crédito de universidad, pero no va a transferir a mi universidad. Soy un estudiante del último año en la escuela secundaria. El crédito de la universidad cerca mi casa, pero no voy a este escuela. Voy a una universidad diferente y no tome el crédito de escuelas otras. Por qué tomo el clase? Tengo que a tomar un clase para periodio quinto, mi periodio último del día. Tomo la clase de en línea. Es asíncrono y tengo que a leer dos capitúlos cada semana. También tengo que a escribir una entrada de discusión y responder a las entradas de mis compañeros de clase dos veces.

Les dangers du Net
À mon avis, il y a inévitablement plein de dangers quand on est sur Internet. Par exemple, la désinformation peut déformer notre capacité de voir la réalité clairement, ce qui conduit au théories du complot et au manque de confiance dans la science. Évidemment, tels renseignements ont des répercussions significatives sur la société entière, en plus que les individuels. En outre, il y a de plus en plus de cyberharcèlement et des autres conflits sur les réseaux sociaux, dont les utilisateurs peuvent cacher leur identité et éviter les conséquences de leur actions. En sachant cela, il est facile de voir pourquoi de nombreux parents préfèrent que ses enfants n'utilisent pas les réseaux sociaux.
Malgré ça, il est presque impossible de vivre sans Internet, particulièrement depuis le début de la pandémie, quand la plupart des écoles américaines ont été fermées. Les jeunes utilisent l'Internet pour tout : l'éducation, la socialisation, la détente, la divertissement et même les soins médicaux. On ne peut pas éviter les dangers de l'Internet sans également abandonner des éléments essentiels de la vie contemporaine. Il faudrait donc prendre conscience des dangers du monde digital en plus que les atouts et prendre des décisions prudentes en ligne.
Heureusement, il existe plusieurs solutions pour ces qui veulent éviter la cyberdépendance, le piratage et la cyberintimidation. On peut télécharger gratuitement des applications qui contrôlent le temps passé sur les médias sociaux et bloquent ces programmes après un certain temps. Bien que les pirates informatiques deviennent de plus en plus créatifs avec leur hacking, les développeurs de logiciel trouvent aussi des solutions pour protéger leur clients. Finalement, en apprenant aux enfants l'importance d'utiliser l'Internet de manière responsable, on peut réduire le risque de danger et les préparer à profiter de la technologie.

Journal 1
1. Last night, I had this very strange dream about a person I used to hang out with. These days, my dreams are so vivid as if I am watching a movie. Why has my subconsciousness suddenly become so vivid? Maybe I should attempt writing a scenario or something out of them haha.
2. I’m starting to learn English again. (Brushing up memories)
It’s funny how I never felt I was proficient at English despite the fact that I had spent almost 7 years in the US... Always feel like English expressions cannot contain all the meanings of the things I intend to say.
Languages we use often shape our thoughts or the ways we view the world. I haven't used English for such a long time, so I must have forgotten how to ‘think’ or conceive in English. (Plus chatting with friends and writing a journal are such different things)
Anyhow I hope someday using English will come to me as naturally as using Korean.
3. Indoor climbing is my new hobby. Too bad that right now I can’t afford to go to the climbing gyms as often as I like to haha. The gyms that I like are so expensive. Plus doing indoor climbing takes up a lot of time from my precious day.

Los efectos del cambio climático
El cambio climático es el aumento de la temperatura del planeta provocado por las emisiones de los gases de efecto invernadero. Este problema no solo afecta al medio ambiente, sino a la sociedad también. Dos consecuencias directas de estas temperaturas altas son el deshielo y el aumento del nivel del mar. Esto conducirá a más inundaciones y lo peor es que muchas ciudades estarán cibiertas completamente por el agua. Es cierto que habrá muertes a raíz de las altas temperaturas es algunos paises. También, vale considerar que el Ártico se queda sin hielo después de unos años. El calor creciente del planeta derrite los casquetes de hielo y los glaciares lo cual causa problemas terribles para los osos polares. Es decir, el hábitat de los osos polares se está arruinando y así es que ellos pueden extinguirse. Otros problemas que se plantean son los olas de calor y sequías más intensas. Estas cosas justifican por qué no hay un suministro constante de agua en el mundo. Lo cierto es que estos efectos siguen empeorando cada día.

Helado agradable
Hoy hice "helado" de plátano y polvo de chocolate. Este tipo de helado se llama "nice cream" en inglés, o sea "helado agradable." Se llama así porque tiene la textura de helado suave pero no va a causar dolor a una persona con alergia a productos lácteos porque no contiene leche.
Para hacer helado agradable, solo se tiene que licuar un plátano congelado con una cucharada de polvo de chocolate. Hoy usé trozos congelados porque había leído que los trozos se licúan mejor que plátanos congelados enteros y creo que este método me funcionó muy bien, aunque en el futuro congelaré los plátanos cuando estén menos maduros porque el sabor fue demasiado fuerte.

Устал
Я вообще не понимаю как люди работают больше 6 часов в умственно изнурительная работы.
Как они сосредоточиваются на одном деле так долго, мне непонятно. Если я пытаюсь на этом деле, я не справляюсь больше 6 часов (с перерывами). После этих 6 часов, глаза болят, мозг становится сбивчивый, и мне возникает необходимость отдыха.

Un día frustrante
Hoy ha sido un día frustrante. Tuve algunas cosas que hacer pero en cada caso sucedió algo que no fue tan fácil que esperaba.
Primero necesité hacer una prueba de sangre en la oficina de la doctora pero cuando estaba en la sala de espera y él me llamó, me dijo que no tenían el equipo para las cosas específicas que necesité, porque las pruebas en mi caso no eran rutinarias. Ya había esperado más de una semana a la cita debido a la pandemia! Mañana voy a ir al hospital para ordenar la prueba otra vez.
Siguiente, tuve que llevar mi nuevo router a casa de la entienda porque cambiamos nuestro proveedor de internet y entregan los paquetes solo a los puntos a recogida. Eso no me molestó mucho pero esperaba que el paquete estaría listo más temprano en el día. Llegó relativamente tarde y fue difícil para mí porque tengo llamadas con mis compañeros de idiomas dos veces por día.
Además, descubrí que la conexión para el nuevo router no es lo que esperaba! El cable es lo mismo pero el conector es masculino - como el conector en mi cable en casa. Ya he pedido un adaptador de Amazon pero quise terminar el asunto una vez.
Finalmente, intenté cambiar mi plan de llamadas con mi proveedor de móvil, pero no me permitieron hacer nada porque no tuve una contraseña - nunca he tenido (o necesitado) una contraseña, pero tienen una nueva política y por eso no pude hacer nada en la llamada. Tuve que registrarme en línea (sin contraseña, a propósito) y solo ahora puedo cambiar mi plan - considero si no sería mejor cancelar!
No me gusta quejarme, pero a veces...

El sacrificio
Ahora estamos en la Cuaresma. Tradicionalmente empieza el miércoles de cenizas y termina el sábado sagrado, cuarenta y seis días más tarde. Durante este tiempo, los católicos nos están por dejar algo que nos gusta. Hay otras tradiciones también, pero dependen de donde estás. Por ejemplo, aunque es tradicional que dejemos de comer la carne los viernes, ahora hay países donde no la practican. Siempre me llevo gustada esta época, ya que (normalmente) hay muchos festivales y la primera viene pronto.
Siempre hay habla del sacrificio durante la Cuaresma. Sin embargo, aunque sea muy popular dejar de comer dulces o tal, se puede cumplir este requisito de otras maneras. Una de mi favoritas es trabajar de voluntario. Piénsatelo, aún es sacrificio, pero otras personas lo benefician. Es lo mismo con la donación de dinero. No sé cómo se funciona, si sería pagitos voluntarios cada semana o solo un pagísmo. A pesar de todo esto, alguien aún lo beneficiaría. Si dejaras de comer chocolate durante toda la Cuaresma, nadie lo beneficiaría (pues quizá tú, pero nadie más). Pero, si dieras un poquito de tu tiempo libre cada semana, lo ayudarías alguien.

Mein Leben in der Schweiz
Kennst du das Gefühl, wenn du einen Deutchenfilm oder Videos auf YouTube siehst, verstehst du fast alles. Dann redest du mit einem und plötzlich alle Wörter vergessen. Um fliessend Deutsch zu sprechen, geht leider nicht so einfach hier in der Schweiz. Die Leute sprechen sowieso kein normaler Deutsch, wie man in Deutschland spricht. Sie sprechen Schweizerdeutsch, die klingen anders und schwieriger aus. Hat jemand auch dasselbe Problem?

Am Mai oder Juni gehe ich nach Berlin. Wegen Corona kann ich noch nicht gehen und ich weiss nicht wann kann man gehen. Letzten Oktober habe ich fuer einen Urlaub zu Berlin gegangen. Ich finde Berliner Leute sehr interessant und die Frauen sehr hübsch. Als ich in Berlin war, habe ich mit eine Berliner gewohnet. Wir treffen auf Couchsurfing. Couchsurfing ist ein website fuer Reisende und kann man auf dem Couchsurfing Leute treffen.

These days, I've been thinking of buying my mom some fish and shrimp, but I haven't bought them yet. I usually wake up early, but I don't get up early. I get up before 8 am, wash my face and brush my teeth, and then have breakfast. Afterwards, I go to work. I don't go back home at noon. If I buy them at noon, I am afraid it will lose fresh when I take them home after a whole day's work. When I am off work in the afternoon, it is already 5:30. If I buy them at that time, it will be very late when I get home. According to this daily routine, I don't have enough time to go to the farmer's market, so I haven't bought my mom fish and shrimp yet. This morning I suddenly feel I am too stupid-because that is an easy thing to do. I just need to get up early to go to the farmer's market to buy them. This way, my mom can eat fish and shrimp at noon that day. Now it is 5:22 in the morning, I am going to get up and go to the farmer's market to buy them.

Going back in time
First i'd like to adress how cool it would be to be able to go back in time. Especially for me, someone who is really interested in german history (aswell as history in general), being able to go back in time would be quite the dream.
Given that i know that i'm a timetraveller of course ;).
First and foremost i would love to visit the time around 1880 to around 1890. First of all, i'd love to see my hometown back in this time. I probably wouldn't even be able to recognize it but it would be interesting to see how the city evolved and became bigger over time. Also, this time is generally a time i find interesting.
Maybe that's the way it is i haven't really studied that certain era. Therefore it would not just be an adventure but also a way to educate myself further: i strongly believe that reading about a certain time in an history book is not comparable to actually living in it. The feeling, the atmosphare, the people: those are things a book can certainly describe but it'll never come any close to equalizing the experience of having actually lived there.
Regarding the time, it was a time of upcoming socialist-movements in Germany (especially in the form of the SPD, a workers party that emerged and later got banned and persecuted) and starting industrialization (hence the uprising of more workers parties). But also the conflict with the church could be interesting to observe. The Kaiserreich is also a time militarism something that i haven't had the experience to observe yet (quite lucky actually!). I would also want to see how rural life would change, especially for peasents. I also would love to see my city evolve and visit the place i'm writing this from.

Son günlerde boks maçları yine de izlemeye başlamıştım, sporu için tekrar aşkımı buldum. Geçen iki hafta her cumartesi günü bir boks maçını izlemiştim. Birinci hafta en sevdiğimin boksörlerin birisinden olan Oscar Valdez boks maçını izledim. Valdez, şahane nakavtle maçını kazanmıştı, bence yılın en iyi nakavtların birisinden aday Dün gece hasta hissedirken Selçuk Aydın VS Jojo Dan biricini maçını izledim. Şu gece İstanbul'daki hayran onların boksörüne desteklemeyi gözmek güzeldi. Şu gece Trabzonlu Selçuk Aydın, Dan'ın üzerinde maçını kazandı.

Nukleare Energie
Heutzutage ist nukleare Energie ziemlich seltsam und viele Länder haben immer mehr weniger Kernkraftwerke zur Verfügung oder wurden sie in der Vergangenheit kaum gebaut. Es ist wirklich schade, weil Kernkraftwerke eine große Menge Energie anbieten können und relativ umweltfreundlich sind. Grundsätzlich ist nukleare Energie nicht erneuerbar: die meisten Kernkraftwerke brauchen Uran um die Kernspaltung zu schaffen, somit gehört nukleare Energie zu den nicht erneuerbaren Energien.
Die meisten von uns haben bestimmt über die Tschernobyl-Katastrophe gehört, die schon lange her passiert ist. Obwohl die Schäden und Folgen der Katastrophe waren und sind immer noch enorm, gibt es noch eine Folge, die nicht so eindeutig ist: Kernkraftwerke haben sich in ein Tabuthema verwandelt.

Jigsaw puzzles
Jigsaw puzzles have had me fascinated. At the age of 10, I got the first one from my parents. It showed a rural landscape with mountains, bamboos, rivers and a bridge. Some years later, I had my second, third and more which I bought online. I noticed the difference between homemade and foreign products. The homemade ones had alphabets printed on the back side, giving some hints while the foreign ones had nothing on the back side.
I started from easy to difficult. So far I’ve completed 6 jigsaw puzzles in a year. Among them, I like Soda Cans by a Spanish artist Educa the most. The package was a bit heavy with 2000 pieces inside the box. In the beginning, I was busy with dividing pieces by 7 colors. After putting each of these colors into small boxes, I picked out the right angle pieces to make an outer frame. For a week I spent most of my free time piecing them together. Soda cans puzzle didn’t hang on the wall because it’s 136cm high and 48cm wide.
During piecing I put my phone and laptop away. The world seems quiet and I can finally immerse myself into piecing. Somehow it helps me with patience. Putting in order makes me pleasant. The only trouble is I have a painful neck for lowering my head on the ground too much.

Diary
The prosperity of this world is still based on great inequality. Such a structure is difficult to completely jump out of, but we can be aware of it and then do something to rebel against it in our daily life. Don't give out everything to this system without thinking, that will also allow us to find prosperity that is not cheaply fulfilling, not hollow.
