House in Hainan
I've been focusing on an apartment in some southern coastal cities of China. For the majority of Chinese, the first place they would like to choose is Hainan island, which is also a province of China. Hainan island is located in the southern ocean of China, and also in the tropical region, so the weather in Hainan is pretty warm. Take Sanya for example, even if in the winter, people can still swim in the sea. Besides the warm weather, the air in Hainan is always fresh because the Hainan island is surrounded by the southern ocean of China. All above is the reason why Chinese people take Hainan as the first place to buy houses. But nowadays, the house prices in Hainan are really high, and here I will show you some data of the house prices. The house prices in Sanya are almost 30,000 yuan per square meter while it is almost 20,000 yuan per square meter in Haikou. I definitely can't afford to buy an apartment in Sanya, even if it is in Haikou, I feel I still can't afford an apartment. The low apartment price in Hainan is in those counties that are located in inland areas and far away from coastal areas. But the price in those counties is still up to 10,000 yuan per square meter. It seems I can only afford to buy a small apartment in those counties which are inland and far away from coastal areas.

Everything On My Terms
When I was a mere child, I sometimes pushed my luck a bit too far. Even now I remember the scenes, I really feel ashamed of what I did. Since then, I have always refrained from cheeky behavior. I guess it may have caused me to have a passive personality. Frankly speaking, I always kind of think I am arrogant on my mind. They say an arrogant person like me is not always approved. An arrogant person or a person who pushes luck too far is not respectable in Japan. So I had better pretend to be an introvert person. Modesty seems to be a very important matter in Japan. To push my luck too far is backfiring, and people don't want to pull any punches on me. In terms of me, something is not sitting right. I want everything on my own terms.

Une petite tâche
J'ai un peu de honte de l'écrire, mais il y a cinq années que j'ai commencé mon apprentissage du français. Bien que j'aie l' impression que ma compréhension est dans un niveau très normale pour cinq années, je me suis rendu compte que j'ai un problème de parler. Lorsque je essaie de parler, il me manque du vocabulaire. Cette chose-là me fait un peu de peur car je veux étudier en France bientôt. Jusqu'à 2020 je n'ai fait rien pour mon français sauf les exercices que j'avais dû faire. Depuis 2020 j'ai essayé de consumer beaucoup de contenu français. J'ai aussi lu quelques roman en français. D'ailleurs je regarde des vidéos.
Mes raisons pour mon apprentissage sont plutôt simples que complexe - je suis très ravi de rencontrer la culture française. J'aime lirer des auteurs francophone comme Molière et l'un des mes objectifs c'est de lire quelques oeuvres écrit par Molière en français. Maintenant c'est difficile de voyager mais ça après le Covid ça sera une chose de dire aussi.

Söndag den sjätte mars
Idag har jag gjort något hemskt. Istället för att studera för provet imorgon, jag har tillbringat nästan hela dagen på med att titta på The Walking Dead. Det är sant att jag var också lite produktiv; jag är klar med 5 sidor för min tidningserie, och jag har förberett två matlådor för min partner för nästa vecka.
Men jag tillbringade för mycket tid på The Walking Dead och på min iPad. Nu känner jag mig lite sjuk och jag har ont i hela kroppen. Det är dåligt. Jag behöver radera Viaplay från min iPad...
Men jag har åtminstone skrivit något här och också övat lite med Duolingo.

Pandemic " When will you end? "
In Brazil, COVID-19 has devastated the population, and it does not seem to be going away anytime soon. Around April 2020, I was trying to optimistic but also realistic believing that by early March 2021 the pandemic would have been under control and we would be heading to a victory against the virus. However, unfortunately, due to the lack of agreement between the federal government and the states, currently the situation is extremely concerning. Hostipal beds are almost fully occupied, and cases are soaring and breaking records daily.
On top of that, the President's disregard for the virus really sets the country to an uncertain future. Instead of relying on vaccination in a large scale, he has been convinced that certain medications, which have not undergone strict study, will be the miracle key to put an end to the outbreak. Last saturday, the state of Sao Paulo has been imposed to an intense two weeks lockdown, which the president is opposed to, in order to contain the virus spread, but some mayors, who take president's side, still allow non-essential business to be open.
Therefore, I am not sure about the future nor about when we will be able to return to our normal lives. It is time to hold on tighly and rise above when this eventually goes way.

Неожиданное сообщение
Сегодня я получил сообщение с моей бывшей учительницы русского языка. Я пишу тут мой ответ к ней. Я надеюсь, что не есть слишком много ошибок!
"Здравствуйте учительница! Я сейчас во своем родном доме в Италии. Если всё идёт по плану, я вернусь во Францию в конце этого года. Я уже там хотел вернуться в прошлом году, но из-за ситуации коронавируса я не смог. Сейчас я ищу работу и пытаюсь быть активным: на пример я поучаствовал в литературном конкурсе и мой рассказ был выбран для публикации вместе с рассказами других победителей конкурса. Книга по-итальянски, итак я не уверен, что Вы поймёте*, но рассказы - очень интересные. Рассказывают о Сардинии с точки зрения её жителей. Я очень терпел, когда я должен уехать из Лиона, но эти прошлые годы были очень интенсивные и много я сделал. Я также пытался продолжать учить русский язык, хотя я должен признать, что я пренебрёг этот язык. Я рад, что Вы мне написали. Всего хорошего и до свидания."
* В её сообщении она написала, что хочет купить книгу.

Le travail de ma mère
Ma mère est cuisinière dans un petit bistrot qui se trouve au centre de ma ville. Elle travaille presque tous les jours, car le bistrot est très populaire et souvent visité par des touristes.
Le petit restaurant est connu pour son café et ses gâteaux. Ses cheesecakes (le plus populaire dont est l’un avec des biscuits Oreo) et son gâteau au chocolat, sont aimés par tout le monde. Il y a plusieurs articles (dans les journaux et aussi sur Internet) qui parlent de la patronne et de l’histoire du bistrot.
Ma mère cuisine beaucoup quand elle travaille – elle fait les gâteaux chaque matin, mais aussi les commandes des clients. Elle rentre très fatiguée chaque soir et c’est pourquoi elle n’aime pas cuisiner à la maison. Mais mon père est toujours là pour maman, il prépare le dîner et de temps en temps, je l’aide. Malheureusement, j’ai beaucoup de devoirs à faire et je ne suis pas toujours disponible pour aider mes parents.
Un jour, j’espère devenir une bonne cuisinière comme maman et ouvrir mon petit restaurant à la plage.

¿Colonizar Marte? (2/2)
Si no solamente queremos sobrevivir en Marte en pequeños grupos arificialmente cultivando vegetales, sino también vivir ahí como humanidad viviendo una vida de calidad, tendrémos que terraformar la planeta, es decir, cambiarla para que ahí se encuentren las mismas condiciones de vida como en la Terra. Necesitaríamos medios colosales, y al ver de todos los problemas de que hablé en mí último mensaje, dudo en que sea posible...
Elon Musk propuso que bombardearamos el helio del polo Norte de Mars para que se liberara vapor de agua. Primero, la totalidad del arsenal nuclear mundial no sería suficiente, y con hacer eso, el vapor solo se dispersaría en el vacio espacial, ya que no hay ninguna atmósfera en Marte! Tales ideas loquitas sobre Marte son un poco preocupantes, en el sentido de que Elon Musk está dirigiendo SpaceX, una empresa que ya planea colonizar Marte...
Obviamente, el viaje de la Terra a Marte en sí mismo dependrá de nuestra evolución tecnológica y del dinero que los paises y empresas del mundo estan listos a investir. Ahora, con todos los problemas ecológicos, sociales y económicos que el mundo tiene que arreglar, es difícil saber si un proyecto espacial tan enorme represente una prioridad.
Seguro, la colonización espacial sería un otro gran paso para la humanidad, la tecnología, y la ciencia, pero realmente dudo en que sea una solución aceptable para resolver nuestros problemas. Me parece que es un otro de aquellos sueños espectaculares pero irrealizables, sueños que las empresas de Big Tech a veces tienen... Me parece que saldríamos ganando si investirámos para salvar la planeta única donde la vida humana de es de hecho possible, es decir, nuestra Terra.

Being Fluent In Japanese Seems To Keep So Far Away From Me!
I wrote a sentence"Being fluent in Japanese seems to keep so far away from me." Can I Write This Way In English?
Will people understand what I want to say? There is a road, a long distance between being fluent in Japanese and me. Being fluent in Japanese is at the end of the road, and I stand at the beginning of the road. I need to try as hard as I can to keep moving forward towards the goal. I need to push myself almost everyday. This is what I want to say.
And then, should I say it (being fluent in Japanese) seems so far away from me to replace the former one I wrote?
Keep away from me, stay away from me, so far away from me...my brain is gonna burn just thinking about it. lol

A empresa vídeo Brinquedo
Por trás de filmes de sucesso pra criançada como Cars e Kung Fu Panda, existe um submundo muito obscuro que poucos tem a coragem de descobrir... ou explorar como vídeo Brinquedo fez, correndo o risco de tomar processo.
É nem mais nem nada menos que o universo de copias de filmes zoados que no lugar de inovar, deixa muito a desejar e arruina a infância das crianças brasileiras.
Pois é, Brasil não poupa dessa não, amigão.Se toca.
Olha só, a vídeo Brinquedo produziu obras de arte como "Barquinhos", "Ratatoing", "Carrinhos", "Ursinho da Pesada" e uma porrada de filmes cagados a mais de graça no Youtube.
De longe, a franquia mais conhecida deles é "Carrinhos", que até é exportado na gringa até hoje.
O pior não é nem isso.
Eles fizeram um negócio ( chama BR Futebol) de uma galera jogando bola que pra sair de uma enrascada, têm que enfrentar um time de meninos podres de rico.
Mesmo o capricho nas vozes, não dá pra levar ao sério uma parada dessas velho kkk.
Para pra pensar comigo no tanto de gente que foi iludida e teve que engolir alguma furada deles sem saber.
Quem sabe né.Sempre tem quem acaba curtindo na inocência.
É isso aí.Se não me engano, o fechamento foi em 2012.
Pelo jeito, Youtube derrubou o canal oficial do dono onde postavam recortes dos filmes e enchiam o cu de grana.
Uma lenda quase esquecida pela geração de hoje, gente.
Tá bem na cara que foi feito com humor, não?

Ok, so vor einige Jahre waren diese Salzlampen wirklich trendig, und obwohl sie sehr schön sind ich will heute die Behauptung entlarven, dass sie tiefgreifende gesundheitliche Vorteile haben. Himalaya-Salz wird aus dem Süden von Himalaya in Pakistan gewonnen, wo es vermutlich Millionen Jahre alt ist. Die Farbe ist einzigartig, ein Ergebnis von ein wenig zusätzlichen Mineralien, das einige glauben tiefgreifende gesundheitliche Vorteile hat und sich entscheiden, im Gegensatz zu normalem Salz zu kaufen, lächerliche Geldbeträge dafür zu bezahlen. Die Idee mit Salzlampen ist etwas lächerlicher, weil die Idee ist, dass sie "Negative Ions" produzieren würden, aber es gibt keine Beweise, dass das wahr ist. Und auch wenn es wahr wäre, es gibt gar keine Hinweise auf eine tiefgreifende Verbesserung der Gesundheit durch negative Ionen. Im Gegenteil, es wurde festgestellt, dass viele "Negative Ion" Produkte Strahlung von Thorium emittieren, das darin versteckt. Man kann niemals New-Age-Vermarkter glauben. Um die Wahrheit zu sagen, ich finde die Lampen immer noch sehr schön und wenn sie nicht so teuer wären, würde ich eine für mein Zimmer kaufen. Nur zur Dekoration, natürlich.

Ich schreibe diesen Beitrag aus meinem Samsung Tablet, das das Android Betriebssystem benutz. Zusätzlich zu Android bzw. auf dem Betriebssystem läuft parallel die sogenannte "Samsung DeX" App. "DeX" bietet die Möglichkeit an, das Tablet in einem Art Laptop umzuwandeln, indem die App die übliche Androidbedienoberfläche komplett geändert.
Es ist ziemlich toll, wie weit die Technik gekommen ist, um das zu ermöglichen. Manche Leute können sogar von einem Tablet aus seine ganze Arbeit durchführen. Wenn man nur ZOOM und einen Webbrowser braucht, ist das sinnvoll und sehr vollziehbar. Trotzdem muss ich zugeben, dass vielleicht die Durchführung der Idee nicht einwandfrei ist, selbstverständlich gibt es nervige Bugs und in der Praxis fühlt sich die App manchmal hastig an. Nichtsdestotrotz bin ich gespannt, was die Zukunft bringen wird.

Flyby - The Perception of Time
Yesterday, I watched a short film called Flyby on Youtube from DUST. If you haven't heard about this channel and you love movies, go check this out. There's plenty of fantastic films, which are created by the community. They are usually about 5 to 15 minutes long.
The one called Flyby totally got me. I'm not gonna tell you the story, but something that actually struck me. At the beginning of the movie, one of the women said something about the perception of time. When we were young, it seems like time was passing much slower than it is now. She explained that when we are young, we experience everything for the first time. However, when we look back, it seems like it must have taken so much longer for all that stuff to happen. But as we get older, everything becomes routine, everything stays the same, so we don't notice how much time has passed. That's why it seems to us that time is passing much faster now because we don't experience much new stuff anymore.
I think that there is a profound meaning to this and to the whole film. It creates a new picture of how we perceive time. The perception is made in our minds by our memories.

Diary: A Terrible Reading Experience
At the end of last year, while preparing for New Year's resolutions, I came across an article that mentioned the OKR management method, which is successfully used in many companies such as Google, Spotify, Tiktok, etc. It also recommended a book called Measure What Matters.
Recently, my plans are in a mess. Last week our teacher happened to give us an assignment about how to improve the management of the library. So I think it is time for me to learn this magic method. I stopped my study schedule for the day. Spent several hours reading the book today. But it really upsets me. It gives a lot of examples of huge companies. Yes, it increases the persuasiveness. But when I finished reading the book, I still didn't know how to implement this management method. This book doesn't even introduce the definition of OKR! It seems to be a storybook that introduces the success that OKR brings to companies! Feels like a waste of a whole day.

How do we solve the traffic problems in our cities
First of all, I hate traffic jams. So I'm ready to accept any ideas to prevent it.
So, the best way to get rid of traffic jams and to improve our urban environment is to get rid of cars on roads. There are many ways how to achieve it.
In Amsterdam, for example, in order to decrease number of cars government charge high parking cost. The closer to the city center, the more expensive.
But on official public holidays you can park for free in many of Amsterdam's streets. Another way to decongest roads in the Netherlands is using bicycles.
It's better for our health, the environment is harmed less and roads are freer.
In some countries traffic congestion is controlled by introducing a congestion charge or allow entry to city centries only for residents.
Also government can controls traffic jams using high transport taxes.
At the same time I believe that one of the most important steps to solve traffic problems is to build up a good public transport system and cycling infrastructure.
So people need to think twice if they should go by car or better to use a public transport or bicycle.

The alarm's bell cut through the silence of stale darkroom, audible from a phone which was based on a wooden nightstand. Near it was an old, squeaking with slightest touches bed, on which lay, seemed dead body. The young woman lay around in bed, hugging her toy's shark. Seemed like nothing could ruin her sleep, except by ringing a mobile device. When the sound reached her ears, she jumped up, starting to look around. Perhaps, that action was completely nonsensical, because she was in her house, in the place, which is called safe. But not for her. Every time, when she wakes up, she automatically does the same actions: looking around, sniffing, doing all to make sure that she is out of danger. Theo is used to doing that since her terrible past.

English and Japanese
I write this entry after prewriting it in Japanese for the first time. I guess it's more difficult to translate Japanese to English than just to write in English. The word orders of Japanese and English are almost reversed, so it's confusing to think in Japanese and English at the same time. Many people tend to read English sentences from the back and translate them into Japanese when they start to learn English in junior high school. However, it takes a lot of time and it's useless when listening to English. I think I had to study for ages to understand English as it is.

Today was Sunday, and the weather was beautiful. I could feel that Spring has finally come.
Today, I went to Itaewon to meet my college friend, J. Itaewon is a district in Korea where many foreigners reside. Because of the population that frequent the area, it has a unique, hip atmosphere to it. If you walk around the streets in Itaewon, you soon find yourself surrounded by artsy-looking people in very creative and fashionable garments. It’s quite a different experience from taking a stroll in other populated places, like Gangnam or Hongdae.
My friend and I sat in a cafe, and each engaged in our work separately for several hours. Then we took out some salad from a vegan restaurant.
It is kind of far from where I live, but I really like this area. Visiting the places there is always refreshing.
I should come again soon, to grab some Kebab next time^^
