FKK
FKK ist etwas, was ich noch nie erlebt habe. Nun ja, in Japan ist man völlig nackt in Onsen (Im Allgemeinen versteht man unter Onsen ein Thermalbad, oder Ort mit Hotels, die über ein von natürlichen heißen Quellen gespeistes Bad – heutzutage meist für Männer und Frauen getrennt – verfügen). Diese Beschreibung habe ich von Wikipedia kopiert und eingefügt, weil es einfacher ist (haha). Ich möchte aber irgendwohin FKK in Deutschland gehen. Ich vollziehe nach, dass es einem ein sehr gutes Freiheitsgefühl betreiben kann. Aber, ist es dir niemals vorgekommen, dass du einen sehr attraktiven Mann gesehen hast und deswegen in einer peinlichen Situation geraten bist? Ich weiß, dass es in FKK Orten nicht darum geht, nackte Menschen mit Hintergedanken zu beobachten, aber ich frage mich, wie schwer es sein kann, sich selbst zu kontrollieren. Ich denke aber, dass Menschen, die in FKK Orten gehen, sind schon einigermaßen daran gewohnt und es ihnen völlig egal ist, dass man nackt ist...

Para ser honesta, no he tenido mucho tiempo para revisar las correcciones en mis diarios. Solo he mirado ellos. Yo quise pasar el fin de semana pasado revisar ellos y reescribir mis entradas. Pero mi familia visitó el sábado y nunca tuve tiempo para hacer nada.

I hated weekends in the past few years because I often feel bored during weekends. We have two days off on the weekend and definitely, it is not long enough to go for a trip, so I just stayed home. Although I can learn English on the weekends, it can be very boring if you learn it all day. During weekends, my life is irregular. Maybe I will get up late and go to sleep late. Moreover, I only eat two meals a day. So I want to work on the weekends because I think on workdays, you can have a regular life and never get bored because you have a lot of work to do. Sometimes, even if you don't have work to do temporarily, you can still talk to your colleagues to have some fun. So, I want to be at work all the time unless you are sleeping.

Divagazioni notturne prive di sensi
Qualche giorni fa non ho dormito bene perché pensavo ad una persona e poi mi sono svegliata bagnata di sudore grazie ad un incubo.
Prima ero in un enorme castello dove ballavo come una regina e poi mi sono svegliata per andare al bagno. Quando avevo dormito di nuovo, l'incubo cominciò dopo qualche minuti.
Camminavo su una strada nel mezzo del buio. Ho trovato una donna giovane che portava sulle braccia un bambino piccolo. Mi ha detto che il bambino aveva febbre e mi ha chiesto aiuto.
Ho aiutato il bambino portandolo sotto un albero qualunche mentre la donna mi guardava in silenzio. Lui piangeva moltissimo ma sono riuscita a farlo dormire. Poi siamo entrate in un tipo di capanna e quando mi sono girata la donna e il bambino erano andati via.
Precisamente in questo momento arrivò un'altra donna con un zaino picolino e azurro in una macchina bianca. Mi sono persa e le ho chiesto se aveva visto l'altra ragazza con il suo figlio. Mi ha detto che non c'èra nessuno intorno da molti anni e che viveva sola.
-Ma non è possibile... la ragazza è appena uscita e devi averla vista. Era con il suo bambino che dormiva tra le sue braccia, le ho detto. Ancora una volta mi guardò con gli occhi fissi e disse: Calmati! Qui non abbita nessuno!
Mi sono alontanata della capanna in mezzo al buio e ho trovato ancora una volta la ragazza con il bambino... Questa volta mi ha detto:
_ Quella è mia sorella e questo è il suo bambino, bensi come quella è la mia macchina. Ci ha anegatto nel fiume qualche anni fa, dopo averci investito per rimanere con l'eredità del nostro padre.
Mi sono svanita... meglio detto: sono svegliata bagnata di sudore!
(Spero che avevate capito il senso della storia!)
Qualcuno mi spieghi ,per favore, quando si utilizza da sola e sola? =)

LE SERIE ITALIANE (AIUTOOOOO)
Ho scaricato queste serie in italiano e mi piacerebbe che mi diceste se sono sulla buona strada o no, dato che loro non arrivano alla TV brasiliana. Siccome non ho Netflix (anche se la pago tutti i mesi!) mi resta da vedere solo qualcosa sulla RAI ogni tanto. Non ho molto contatto con la lingua e la studio da sola da molti anni. Adesso ho bisogno di progressare , ma non so proprio come.
Le serie sono:
1. Curon
2.Luna nera
3. Non mentire.
Ho anche scaricato due filmi che mi sembrarono interessanti (anche se non li ho ancora guardati) : 1. La vita davvanti a sé (con Sophia Loren ) e 2. Pinocchio (con Roberto Benini).
Ho anche trovato questo sito di un podcast che ho cominciato ad ascoltare e mi sembra una storia di terrore...

El queso
El queso es algo que nunca me ha gustado. Pues... eso es una simplificación. No me gusta comer el queso por sí solo o de su forma cruda. Sin embargo, sí me gusta cuando es un ingrediente de una receta, como la de pizza o la de cheesecake. Creo que parte de eso proviene de una falta de él en mi vida diaria. El queso puede ser muy caro aquí, y no se produce localmente donde vivo. Así que no lo compro a menudo. A pesar de esto, aún me fascina un poco que hay tantas variedades de queso por todo el mundo. También me interesa cómo se integra en culturas distintas, especialmente las que no usan la leche a menudo.
Sorprendentemente el queso es bastante antiguo. Hay evidencia que se producía hace alrededor de ocho mil años, ¡antes de las civilizaciones en Mesopotamia! Además hemos inventado más de dos mil tipos de queso. Yo soy una de las personas que no pueden listar más que dos o tres, así que dos mil me asombran. Otro dato de queso que me sorprendía era que los griegos comen lo más queso cada año. Supongo que me sorprendía porque cuando pienso en el queso, lo relaciono con Italia o Francia.
Dos oraciones con "a ver".
1. A ver... ¿qué quiere para su cumpleaños?
2. A ver si él nos puede dar lo que necesitamos.

Quel est le rôle des professeurs ?
C'est une question finale sur l'éducation ! (Enfin !) Je vais répondre à cette question: quel est le rôle des professeurs ?
D'abord ils devraient guider les élèves et les aider à accomplir leurs tâches en donnant des conseils. Au cours d'enseignement, je pense que il ne faut pas donner toutes les instructions quand des élèves font des activité scolaires, comme résoudre des problèmes, organiser des fêtes, etc. Ils ne sont pas leaders, mais plutôt assistants pour des élèves, pour qu'ils puissent réfléchir par nous-mêmes et acquièrent leurs capacités. Ça permet aux enfants de prendre confiance en soi-même.
Ensuite, je pense que les professeurs ont la responsabilité d'ensigner l'importance des faits et des réalités, et comment faire la difference entre les faits et les suppositions. De nos jours, les fausses nouvelles posent un grand nombre de problèmes. Ce qui propage cette situation, c'est de juger sur la base de ce que les personnes veulent croire, pas sur la base des faits. À cause d'Internet et de réseaux sociaux, il est très facile pour des nouvelles à se répandre avec peu de certitude. Les élèves ont besoin de savoir comment vérifier des nouvelles et à quoi ils doivent faire attention quand ils traitent des information.
Pour conclure, je pense qu'il faut que les professeurs guident leurs élèves pour qu'ils puissent réfléchir correctement en faisant les deux choses qui j'ai écrites ci-dessus. Ils doivent encourager les enfants de réfléchir et les aider en cours, mais c'est tout. Ils ne doivent pas dépasser la limite et les remplacer de faire leur activités.

About notebooks and hope
Firstly, I am down because I wasn't up to the 30-day language challenge: I failed yesterday. Quoting Avril Lavigne: so much for my happy ending! But I am keeping on in spite of my failure, so let's move. I am skipping the tenth day and focusing on the eleventh. I didn't like the tenth day anyway, haha.
How do I use my corrections to study? I like reading them and later handwriting them in a notebook. I have a pretty cute journal in which I never knew what to write because I thought I was gonna ruin it. But I found a purpose for it: now I use it for my English learning. I jot down quotes from books I read in English and also corrections from Langcorrect users. So when I have a moment, I read the feedback and write the full corrected text in my notebook.
I'm happy and grateful for people being so thoughtful on their corrections. I think is wonderful that people spend time helping a total stranger to improve their language skills. When you watch the News it almost seems like there is no hope for the human race, but when I sign up on Langcorrect and witness this kind of unselfish altruistic collaboration, I recover a little piece of hope. Maybe I'm being dramatic, but thank you all for your time:)

今月の語学チャレンジのてめに毎日書くようにしています。そして、グランゼコール試験で不安を感じるせいで、毎日たくさん勉強の時間はあまりないです。手書きのが好きだから、出来れば私の添削した文章を手で書きたいです。確かに、夏休みでやります。来月にはもっと暗記というフラシュカードFlashcardsのアップを使いたいです。
最近は毎日の文章で昨日の違って添削された表現をもう一度使うようにします。他の文脈で使うからよく覚えます。書いている間は過去の間違いを思い浮かぶと、LangCorrectに確認して、添削のおかげで私の文を直ります。最近よく勉強しなかったのでやましいです。添削はとても便利ですが、私は今あまり使うことが出来ません。将来は是非過去の添削を見直したいです。
文章は短くなってしまいました。書きの時間を多くとるのが出来ません。

30 Day Language Challenge - Día Once
Honestamente, no tengo una buena estrategia con mis correcciónes. Usualmente, leo las frases correctos en voz alta. Me ayuda a recordar como deben sonar las frases, y qué estructura de frase es correcta. En el futuro cuando no escrito un diario cada día, creo que voy a escribir las frases correctas en un cuaderno.

Meu jeito de aprender
Eu uso o Langcorrect para estudar minha abilidade de me expressar em português. Eu já tentei mas eu não gosto de usar aplicativos ou “flashcards” para estudar. Eu acho que esse jeito não é efetivo para mim. No mês passado eu tentei estudar nesse jeito e eu repeti algumas palavras cada dia e ainda não me lembrei delas mas quando eu li um livro e vi uma palavra por apenas três vezes eu consegui me lembrar dela. Então agora eu estudo com filmes e livros. Eu acho que isso vai bem e é mais divertido do que o jeito com que eu estudei antes.

Pourquoi avez-vous décidé d’apprendre votre cible langue?
En ce moment, j’apprends trois langues cibles différente, le français, le chinois et le cantonais. Aujourd’hui je vais raconter à chinois parce que c’est la langue qui j’ai appris plus long temps. Il y’a deux raisons pourquoi j’ai commencé apprendre le chinois. Quand j’étais jeune j’ai voyagé à Hong-Kong et je suis tombée amoureuse de la culture. Aussi j’avais l’habitude jouer un jeu vidéo qui a lieu en Chine, et j’ai trouvé ça fascinant. A l’université j’ai commencé apprendre le chinois et cette décision a eu un impact profond sur ma vie, parce que après j’ai obtenu mon diplôme, j’ai déménagé à Chine et j’y ai habité pendant six ans. J’y ai rencontré aussi ma femme. L’ année dernière j’ai déménagé au Canada, mais je continue apprendre le chinois puisque je veux pouvoir parler couramment et améliorer ma compréhension en lecture. La prochaine fois je raconterai sur la français!

Challenge Day 10 - April 2021
Actualmente estoy de vacaciones, entonces me despierto a las 8 o 9 AM.
Comienzo mi día leyendo a los mensajes que recibí durante la noche (mis amigas nunca duermen), y después leo las noticias y algunas páginas de un libro. Después 2 oras de lectura, me levanta de la cama y lavo mi cara, me visto, ordeno mi cuarto y come un desayuno tardío. Siempre come cosas dulces en la mañana (como cereal o galletas) con un vaso de leche frío o té.
Luego, normalmente paso el tiempo con mis amigas hasta la comida. Después de comer volve a mi cuarto y acabo a mis tareas por la día, y luego salgo a caminar. Camino a lo menos una hora por día. Cuando regreso a casa estudio un poco y después mira una película con una amiga. Está nuestro ritual de la tarde. Estoy generalmente cansada después, entonces mi cena es compusa de comida fácil a preparar.
Tras de comer me ducha, me visto en pijamas, y leo hasta mis ojos están doloridos.

Could you please correct this text?
This observational study involved 340 women with breast cancer receiving therapy at the “Department of Radiotherapy Oncology of San Gaetano Nuclear Medicine Centre” in Bagheria, from 2016 to 2020.
This study aimed at highlighting how the constant participation in screening programmes improves the prognostic factors of cancer disease and vice versa how the lack of participation to them makes the prognosis worse, taking into account also the importance of intervening factors, defined as bio-psycho-social (medical, psychological, socio-demographic-cultural, related to lifestyle).
Specifically, the study showed that in order to really deal with health, in terms of protection, prevention and promotion, we need to take an interest in biopsychosocial processes related to it and it is also necessary to contextualize the issue within the psychosocial environment, through a systemic approach.
At last, doing this, it will be possible to develop a good health culture and it is expected that secondary prevention interventions, early diagnosis of cancer in general and breast cancer in particular will increase.

Самые важные новости фигурного катания!
С тех пор, как я начала смотреть первенство России по фигурному катанию в декабре прошлого года я стала одержима спортом. В нём я нашла бесконечный запас развлечения, скандалов и интриг! А ещё, многие считают, что у России самые лучшие фигуристы в мире. Смотреть соревнования по фигурному катанию стал отличным способом погружаться в русском языке. Я также нашла несколько каналов на Ютубе, где выходят новые видео о новостях спорта один или даже два раза в день. Короче, я так рада, что нашла мир фигурного катания.
Теперь я постараюсь резюмировать самые интересные новости спорта (из моей точки зрения). Самые последние новости включают в себя чемпионат мира, который проводился в Стокгольме пару недель назад. Российские фигуристки Анна Щербакова, Елизавета Туктамышева и Александра Трусова соответственно заняли первое, второе и третье место. Если честно, я не обратила внимание на другие дивизии. Меня только интересует женское одиночное катание. Это стало историческом моментом, и Путин лично поздравил девочек с победой. Когда они прилетели в российский аэропорт фанаты, болельщики немедленно стали скандировать и петь. Некоторые размахивали флагами с фотографиями фигуристками и цветами русской флаги, а другие принесли букеты цветов и другие подарки. Специальны гость встретила Сашу Трусова – это пудель, который называется Лана. Как известно, Трусова обожает собак.
У меня нет времени для того, чтобы объяснить остальные новости, но я собираюсь продолжать с этим в следующем текстом, которые я напишу в этом сайте.

16. Zarb (The Bedouin Cuisine):
Fancy a night with the bedouins in Wadi Rum?
The zarb meal will definitely be in the package! A mix of lamb and chicken, rice, carrots, onions and potatoes are placed in a hole in the ground, which is filled with flaming hot coals. It's a dish that Jordanians look for when they visit the southern part of Jordan, and it's usually followed by the bedouin tea which is brewed over coals.
17. Makmorah:
Heading up north, makmorah is a very popular dish among farmers and villagers, especially in the olive picking season during October and November. This pie is prepared of thin dough layers, and chicken or meat cooked with onions in a fresh-pressed olive oil. Finally it's covered with aluminium foil, and baked in the oven.
18. Kabsih:
Kabsih is a very common dish in the GCC countries, but it found its way to the Jordanians' dining tables easily, and became deeply rooted in the Jordanian cuisine.
This is a very spiced-rice meal made of tomato sauce with mushrooms and carrots and prepared with lamb or roasted chicken. Kabsih is given its special flavor by the galangal root and black lime.
Another spiced-rice meal is the Ouzi rice. What's not to like about a rice cooked with carrots, peas and minced meat?
Both, Kabsih and Ouzi are covered with fried almonds and pine nuts when served.
19. Seneyyeh (Baked Chicken or Meat Trays):
"Seneyyeh" means a tray, and it refers to any oven-baked chicken or meat in a tray. Vegetable slices like onions, sweet peppers and potatoes are added to the tray. This is considered by many, especially working moms, an easy meal to be prepared beforehand, and kept in the fridge until it's baked right before lunch time. It's either served with rice or bread, and eaten mostly with a salad or cold yoghurt.
20. Kibdeh, Ethal and Kalawi (Eid Al-Adha Cuisine):
Lamb or cow's liver, spleen and kidneys are pressured-cooked in the morning of Eid and served as a breakfast or brunch. This unusual breakfast isn't considered heavy on the stomach during the Feast of the Sacrifice or what's known locally as Eid Al-Adha, which follows the pilgrimage season.
Jordanians wake up early on Eid days and sacrifice a sheep or a cow, or both for those who can afford it. They do hard work on cutting the meat and spreading third of it to the poor, third to their friends, and keep the last third to themselves. After a tiring manual work, such meal comes in handy to those who worked all morning and gives them extra strength to go through the day.

A minha comida favorita
A minha comida favorita é a comida da minha mamãe. Ela acha que não sabe cozinhar muito bom mas eu adoro a sua comida. Na minha casa eu não como muita carne, mas gosto muito dos pratos com carne que ela prepara. Sempre quando vou vê-la, posso desejar os pratos pelo almoço. Mas infelizmente ela mora um pouco longe e não a veio muito.
Além disso, eu gosto muita de umas comidas mexicanas, por exemplo "chile relleno" com carne moída ou queijo, enchiladas ou "Chilaquiles". Antes de ir pela primeira vez a México, eu não gostava da comida apimentada, mas agora eu adoro isso.
Aqui na Alemanha, quase não como comida típica da Alemanha. Estou acostumada a comer pratos desconhecidos com verduras e comida italiana (massa com molho ou ás vezes pizza).
