Die Zutaten fürs Okonomiyaki
Okonomiyaki-Sauce ist Eines der Dinge, ohne die ein Japaner, der in einem Ausland lebt, in Schwierigkeit ist. Natürlich kann man die in einem japanischen Geschäft kaufen, aber die muss sehr teur sein.
Als ich in Australien lebte, war es auch schwierig, dünn geschnittenen Schweinfleich zu finden. Vielleicht hätte ich es beim Metzger kaufen können, aber ich kam immer nach Haus spät, deshalb war der Metzger schon geschloßen.

Un gusto adquirido
¿Qué es algo que antes no te gustaba, pero con el tiempo empezaste a disfrutar?
Cuando era chico, me daban asco las cebollas, especialmente las crudas. No puedo explicar por qué; era completamente irracional, ya que combinan muchos sabores que, en teoría, deberían gustarme: un sabor fuerte y punzante, pero ligeramente dulce y con un toque de picante.
Sin embargo, un día fui a un restaurante indio y uno de los platos se servía sobre una cama de cebollas en rodajas. Por capricho, las probé y, te lo aseguro, tenían un sabor divino. Tan ligero y fresco, apenas más intenso que la lechuga, que me costaba creerlo, y con una textura tan crujiente que podía sentir cómo cada rodaja reventaba en mi boca. Desde entonces, me he vuelto fan de las cebollas, especialmente de las blancas, aunque definitivamente depende de su frescura y de la variedad.

My first time here
Hi, I´m new with all of this but I´m really excited to learn more.
First, I can say that I´ve been searching a remote job since March but every Company say the same: ¨you need to speak like a native¨, and for me is ridiculous because i´m from another country and I really need the money, so I wish I was born in another country sometimes, but If I think about it so well, I´m happy and comftable with my life for now. Fare la valigia
Oggi devo fare la valigia, perché domani andiamo in spiaggia per cinque giorni. La sera vado a fare le valigie, devo ricordare di mettere in valigia asciugamani, un pallone da pallavolo, infradito, sandali e altre cose. Non vedo l’ora, ma mia mamma non andrà. Domani usciamo di casa molto presto, oppure alle 5:30. Anche se sarò sulla spiaggia, voglio studiare tedesco e italiano, ma devo trovare un modo per farlo, forse posso leggere.

Valbonne
Une chose peu connue sur Valbonne, c’est que le centre ville a un plan en forme de damier, avec des rues droites qui se croisent a angle droit. C’est très rare dans les villages de la région, qui ont souvent des rues etroites et en pente. Ce plan a été fait au 14 siècle par des moines. Il rend la ville agreable à visiter, claire et bien organisé.

Lotus Flower (128)
Last July, I discovered a pond filled with a lot of lotus flowers in my town.
I was amazed by the lovely flowers. They were really pretty.
I took some picture of them, but at the time the flowers were all closed.
I've heard the flowers open early in the morning.
I went there in the afternoon around 5.
That's why I didn't get to take any pictures of the flowers blooming.
This year, I finally took the pictures of the flowers in bloom.
The pink flowers and big green pads were so pretty.
Honestly, I don't think most people in my town know this place.
I kind of want to keep it secret.

Japanisch
Ich habe vor 2-3 Jahren Hiragana und Katakana und einige Kanji gelernt, aber ich weiß nicht genug, um Sätze zu bilden. Ich hatte wirklich kein Ziel dafür, ich wollte nur wissen, wie man es liest. Wenn ich japanischen Text sehe, versuche ich manchmal, ihn zu übersetzen, und ich speichere neue Wörter in meinem Gedächtnis. Jedoch möchte ich Kommunikation nicht lernen. Die japanische Satzstruktur ist ganz anders als Englisch, und ich lerne schon 2 Sprachen.

US mothers lose money and jobs
When I read this, for the first time, I instantly thought, not only in the US, but all the mothers in motherhood, around the world, faced a lot of troubles carrying a baby. And everyone knows how difficult it is. Which option to choose? leave the job or dedicate more time to family? Well, really tough call
Cutting to the chase, here in Brazil, unfortunately, it is very common to see kids pregnant, age around 13/14/15 along those lines. For example, my mother had me when she was just 16. Of course having a baby at this age certainly brought problems, plus, I grew up in a not lively and unpleasant environment. But it’s not important right now, back to the point.
As everyone knows, besides be a mother also comes to prejudice and discriminate, a lot of mothers have to handle with this situations by self, they are warriors, truly warriors Of course, is not every mother is good, also have mother really bad which doesn't care for your son.
Guys, for this text, I really want to know about my evolution. Certainly I made mistakes on this and I will keep doing, but we improve more and more, step by step. So, please, give me a feedback!

Un odio inmenso
Sigo leyendo Moby Dick en español y hoy leí sobre el odio que posee el capitán Ahab. Nunca he imaginado ni experimentado un odio como el de Ahab. Una cita de él me asombra. Starbuck le había dicho a Ahab que no quería participar en una caza de venganza porque enfurecerse con una bestia era ímpio y Ahab le respondió con "No me hables de impiedad, amigo; abofetaría al sol, si me insultara." ¡Qué arrogancia! Ismael, el narrador, explicó que aunque Ahab no se llenó del odio para el cachalote Moby Dick inmediatamente después de la ballena arrancó su pierna, con el tiempo enloqueció como si el odio y la locura le hubieran atacado y conquistado. Ismael también dijo que aún cuando parecía que Ahab había recuperado la cordura, solo había hundido su furor. Ahora en el viaje para cazar a Moby Dick, Ahab ha dejado fluir el odio en todo su ser.

What I did Yesterday
I worked out in my house with a pull up bar that is mounted on my patio's wall.
I've been using a callistenics app called Thenics, It has all the tracking and routines that I need, without the high subscription fees that other apps charge.
I went to a friend's flat to build a PC, we have a problem since the PC isn't turning on.
We're thinking that the motherboard is failing, since my friend received a crushed and open at box without protection from the seller or carrier.
We haven't had this problem before with Amazon, so my friend requested a refund today and will ship back the broken board.

Una librería americana en Polonia
Esta mañana estaba caminando en las calles de Cracovia cuando vi una librería con el nombre de "librería americana". Nunca he visto un lugar así en Polonia así que decidí que quería saber más. Como ya lo escribí antes, me encantan los libros y me gusta mucho leer en otros idiomas así que quería ver si en esta librería hubiera algo que me interesaría. La primera cosa que vi fueron las repisas llenas de libros hasta el techo. Después, encontré a la propietaria del lugar y le pregunté si tenían libros de ficción y me dijo que sí. Con mi novia, escogimos dos libros que nos parecían interesantes y en total paguemos al rededor de diecinueve euros. Este precio me parece bastante barato especialmente para libros americanos que probablamente debieran ser importados aquí. Además si estos libros que escogimos me gustarán, sabré que libros escoger la próxima vez que seré en Cracovia. Para volver al sujeto original, esta idea de una librería americana en Polonia me gusta mucho porque puede alentar a mucha gente a aprender un otro idioma y descubrir historias nueves al mismo tiempo.

Todas las semanas, voy a la playa porque quiero ver los pájaros cerca de los bancos. A veces, uso Merlín para identificar muchas aves. Por ejemplo, he identificado muchas gaviotas, algunos cuervos pescadores y algunos petirrojos americanos.

Meine erste Pride-Parade in New York City
Gestern Morgen habe ich die Pride-Parade in New York City gesehen. Es war meine erste Pride-Parade in der Stadt – und sie hat mir großen Spaß gemacht. Zum Beispiel habe ich eine Marching-Band gehört, die sehr energiegeladen war. Ich habe viele Eindrücke mit meinem Smartphone aufgezeichnet.
Nach der Pride-Parade hatte ich großen Durst und Hunger. Deshalb habe ich mein Mittagessen in der Nähe des Madison Square Garden gegessen. Zum Mittagessen hatte ich Tofu, Reis, Karotten und Blumenkohl – also eine gesunde Mahlzeit.

I Used to Hate Learning. Now I Can't Stop.
I used to hate learning when I was younger. It seemed worthless, felt like a burden. It was something I had to do for absolutely nothing. My grades were bad, and I think my teachers believed I would become another homeless man in the town. Over time, something changed. I started to feel that I can be more than who I am. I decided to change my life and get into a university. In recent years I learn every day, because I want to. I feel like learning is one of the best things I can do, because it's the only thing that no one can take away from me. Sometimes, what we hate is just something we haven’t understood yet.

Diary — July 8 — Day two.
Yesterday was a stressful day, I had been doing a lot of things on my house. I was instalating shutters on my windows, but I didn't know how. At least, after almost four hours I did it, wasn't easy but I did it. Before this, I was studying half morning, from 8 AM to 11 AM, I was practicing my English comprehension, listening, writing and I was learning too the modals verbs. I would be better on the use of these. At afternoon, after everything I gone to the gym, it was almost 6 PM, there was a lot of people, so, I didn't train enough as when I go at 2 PM, when the gym is empty.
