A Short Trip
At dusk, it wasn't very hot. So I decided to go for a ride. I wanted to go to visit two aunts who live nearby. I visited them in April. It cost me half an hour one way.
The major road is rebuilding. So it is very unconvinient. When I was riding, a car passed by, but it didn't slow down. I had to ride towards the roadbed which is made of earth. And the roadbed is about 5 cms lower than the road. So I dumped for a while. I hate the rude driver.
When I arrived, one aunt wasn't at home. The other just finished picking longan. I ate a lot of logan and wampee. We chat a lot. And then I had lunch with them. Aunt invited me for another visit soon, and she will cook eggs for me because she knows I like eggs. When I leave, she asked me to take some eggs which she just picked from the farm. But the road is dumpy, the eggs will be broken. So I refused. But I took the longan and wampee away.
On my way back, I chose a country road. It is longer than the major one, but there are fewer cars. The sun has gone down, the cloud was pink. There are hill far away, they are so green. The breeze was blowing. And birds were flying. I felt peace and very happy that I made a right decision to go for the trip.
I love the nature, it can always make me feel peace inside. And I need to go out more to have a good mood.

Något som har gått bra i min språkinlärning
Ett av de vanligaste tips som man får om man lär sig ett språk är att läsa barnböcker. "De är ju enkla!". Jag håller inte med. Jag tror att just barnböcker har ovanliga ord som är inte så viktigt att lära sig i början (ord som beskriver djurens ljud, till exempel). Förutom det, barnböcker är skittråkiga. Storyn griper inte, romanfigurerna saknar karaktär, det är bara löjligt. Och det är ju svårare att lära sig om man har inte kul, tappar intresse, är uttråkad, och så vidare.
Därför var det så givande för mig att få uppmaning från min lärare för att prova på böcker för vuxna. Skönlitteratur var för svårt, men det gick bra med faktaböcker i ämnena som jag redan visste lite om. Biblioteket blev mitt nya hem och läsförståelse förbättrades snabbt eftersom jag var så peppad att lära mig nya saker och svenska samtidigt. Det kändes inte ens som pluggande, det kändes bara roligt. Att ha det roligt medan man lär sig är det bästa tips, tror jag!

나만의 시간
주말이나 또 다른 나와 남편 둘다 쉬는 날이 오면 사람들이 우리가 그 시간을 무조건 함께 한다고 생각한다. 예를 들어서, 남편의 친구들이 PC방에 가서 게임을 하고 싶을 때 남편이 같이 가자고 하면 친구들이 다 "아내와 함께 하루를 보내는 건 아니냐?"고 묻는다. 그러나 서로를 아무리 많이 사랑해도 쉬는 시간을 다 함께 보내지 못한다. 누구나 나만의 시간이 필요할 때다 있다.
오늘은 쉬는 날이었다. 아침에 일어나서 공부를 좀 한 다음에 게임을 하였다. 그리고 점심 시간쯤 남편하고 점심을 같이 먹었다. 그런데 그 다음에 남편이 오랜만에 시골에 있는 외할아버지의 무덤을 보러 가고 싶어서 차를 몰고 나 없이 떠났다. 그래서 나는 오늘을 내가 원하는대로 보낼 수 있었다. 책도 읽고 사람이 거의 없는 카페도 가고 빨래도 하고... 남편을 사랑하지만 따로 하는 시간도 가끔씩 필요하다!

My Glasses Has Broken
My pair of glasses broke yesterday. When I tried to wear it, its right temple suddenly snapped. It was the first pair of glasses I bought and I had used it for four years. The temple was made of resin, so the reason may be the deterioration of resin as time passed. Fortunately, I previously bought another pair of glasses for backup, and I'm using it now.

Michael: I think English is easy to learn.
Alice: I don’t really think you’re right. Indeed, I think English is a very difficult language to learn. It’s true that grammar is easy if we compare English with other languages like Spanish or French, but other aspects are very complicated. For example, the pronunciation. In Spanish you pronounce the words like you write them. However, in English each word has its own pronunciation without any rules.
Agatha: I couldn’t agree more with you Alice. Other aspect I’d like to highlight is that to achieve an intermediate level of English is quite easy if you study a couple of hours every day. When you start to study English, you feel you are progressing and this is very motivating. But when you have an intermediate level and you want to achieve an advanced level, the situation is different. You don’t progress so quickly and the frustration appears more frequently and if you want to improve your level you have to practice a lot of hours.
David: Agatha, that’s just what I think, too. When you want to achieve an advanced level of English you have to think in this language almost all day: from you get up in the morning to you go to sleep in the night. The easiest way to do this is travelling to a country with English speakers but if you can’t, the only way you can improve your level is practicing the listening, the writing, the speaking and the reading every day. For example, you can read books, speak with native English speakers, watch films and series without subtitles, study a good English book of an advanced level, write compositions in English, or even do an English course of a subject that you like. For example, I’m studying a Coaching course in English. Namely, do a lot of activities in English.
Agatha: Absolutely! It’s very important to be immerse yourself in English language if you want to achieve an advanced level and this is not easy. So, in my view, English isn’t easy to learn.

Le livre qui a plus changé ma vie s'appelle You Are a Badass. Ce livre est sur la mentalité les gens qui joue un rôle important dans leurs vies. Dans ce livre, l'autour propose de être positif et penser sur les choses que vous voudriez acquérir dans la vie comme vous les avez déjà acquis et vous les avez en ce moment. Parce que la pensée positive va absorber l'énergies positives que leur présence est essentiel dans la vie.

Do Yosemite, nós lemos da castata grande.
O tempo durante estava cheio de sol.
O paisagem aqui fui lindo.
Do San Francisco, está da cidade bonita.
Ficou muitos jardims pequenos com as flores coloridas e casas bonitas.
Estivemos em um barco e lemos a Ponte Golden Gate.
É uma ponte cheia de vermelha.
Achei o tempo do San Francisco é mais frio do que Los Angeles.

CIA och droghandeln
Om polisen fångade två olika personer innan 2010 och upptäckte att en hade crackkokain och den andra pulveriserad kokain (som är vanligare i rika kretsar), skulle den första mannen bestraffas hundra gånger hårdare än den andra enligt 100:1 regeln. Även om både crack och pulver är två typer av samma drog och crack inte är särskilt farligare än pulver slog lagen fast att så här skulle männen bestraffas. Den här regeln ledde till stor ojämlikhet i hur lagen hanterade drogmissbrukare, och eftersom crack var en billig alternativ till den mer raffinerade pulvern hamnade flera svarta amerikaner i fängelse för mycket längre än deras rika, vita grannar.
Men det som inte har berättats ofta är hur den amerikanska underrättelsetjänsten (CIA) förvärrade den här epidemin genom att föra crack från allierade i centrala och södra amerika till storstäder som LA och San Francisco. Det må låta som en konspirationsteori, men detta agerandet från CIA är inte något nytt som bara började i slutet av det Kalla Kriget. Under 50-talet stödde CIA den korsikanska maffian i Marseille, som producerade heroin, för att motverka makten av franska kommunister och fackförbund i regionen. Heroin som skapades här bestod av en stor majoritet av det som användes i USA under den tiden. Air America, flygbolaget som ägdes av CIA, förde opium från kinesiska nationalister till både Vietnam och Laos för att raffineras och föras vidare världen runt. Är det då förvånande att CIA stödde nicaraguanska antikommunister med vinster från crack odling för att bekämpa sandinisterna? Jag tror inte det.

playing develop stronger relationships
Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Playing games together is a good way to establish closer relationships. Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.
Spending time with other bodies can generate a positive impact on relationships. Take part in plays motivates all team members to do the best. All participants share their thoughts and this reinforces the relationship between each other. From my perspective, I agree with this statement. I think getting a part in acts establishes relationships between each person because it is a perfect condition to meet someone and helps to build up the determination.
First, Interacting with other is something we do daily. Activities help to cultivate relationships between humans. Some bodies are introverted as me, it is challenging to talk with strangers. Doing some acts relate with others. For instance, at highschool I joined the volleyball team. It encourages me to raise my courage and talk with all the squad. Moreover, I understood they are my colleagues even if we lost the game. Consequently, creating wonderful memories develops a strong friendship that continues until now. Therefore, I suggest that being part of an activity benefit a relationship.
Second, playing with people shows their abilities and defects. This makes each member accept the condition they are. Sharing all this moment jointly, boost up the determination in all the crew. For example, I join the volleyball club at my first job. At the beginning, it was complex for me to improve my experiences, so I trained more hour per week. Some friends train me, therefore, I learned more techniques and enhance my certainty. As a result, I entrust in all my partners. Thus, I advise that taking part in some plays start the bravery and maintain the relationship.
In essence, I strongly agree with going part in games serves to boost up relationships. This is because of two reasons: one is an exceptional scene to reinforce any relationship and other is build up the care.

將來有空時，我想去維也納一遊。我是在幾年前在網上看到文章後，對這個城市開始感到興趣。當時我還是大學生，沒有很多錢，不能想去就去。雖然我沒有錢，但還能上網查資料。除了在網上找見聞，還從圖書館裏借了幾本旅遊指南來看。我覺得維也納這個城市挺適合我。它是一個藝術都市，有幾位我喜歡的畫家都是來自哪裏。對於超愛逛博物館的我來說，真是願望成真啊！除了藝術，維也納的咖啡館也很有名，做的糕點挺出色。有一種蛋糕，叫薩赫蛋糕，裏面有果醬與幾層巧克力，聽說非常好吃。我本來想在去年十二月時去維也納的，可是疫情爆發後，甚麼地方也去不了。希望一兩年後，世界各地情況會有改善，我終於可以去哪逛一逛。

Nuuk adalah ibukota Grønland (Tanah Hijau). Di kota itu ada universitas dan gedung utama. Populasinya 18000 jiwa. Pemerintahan sedang membangun bandara besar. Sekarang ada bandara besar di Kangerlussuaq, tetapi tidak ada banyak orang di kota itu. Di Nuuk ada banyak musisi dan insinyur.

Нескольких недель назад я услышал в подкасте, что в некоторых больших городах в России присутствует феномена "смол-тоука". В Америке этот феномен иногда меня мешает, беспокоит. Я считал что в России и русскоязычных странах я от него буду свободен. Но теперь кажется что, то феномена покорит весь мир. Не знаю если это хорошо или нет, но мы ничего не можем делать об этом. Как ваши мнения о "смол-тоук"? Вы за или против?

Comment avoir des bonnes relations avec vos collègues ?
Aujourd'hui, je vais répondre à cette question : comment avoir des bonnes relations avec vos collègues ? Je pense écrire ma réponse sur deux points : travail et hors de travail.
Au niveau de travail, il faut qu'on soit coopératif. C'est-à-dire, on doit écouter des opinions des autres, mais également doit exprimer nos opinions pour servir à l'équipe. Afin d'avoir son utilité, on fait mieux d'avoir plein de connaissances en étudiant davantage et obtenant des expériences que les autres ne semblent pas d'avoir acquis. Ces efforts augmentent nos valeurs dans l'équipe et ainsi les relations se renforcent.
Côté hors de travail, on a besoin de communiquer. Pour l'atteindre, tout d'abord, on devrait saluer. C'est vraiment important, car ça montre que je le reconnais et je suis prête à avoir des conversations avec cette personne. Ça facilite la communication dans le futur et nourrit la confiance entre des personnes. Même pendant la petite pause, on peut demander des nouvelles de cette personne devant la machine à café pour mieux se connaitre. Cette petite chose s'entasse un par un, et crée l'ambiance dans laquelle on peut avoir recours l'un à l'autre quand des problèmes se produisent.
Cela dit, il faut savoir que chacun a la distance qu'il veut tenir avec les autres, et on ne devrait pas la franchir brusquement. On doit respecter les vies privées des autres : s'approcher trop peut empêcher d'inspirer confiance.

Graduation Speech
Dear students. Dear faculty. Respected community of mothers, and fathers who are in streaming. First of all, I would like to thank you for the opportunity to formally bid farewell to this magnificent graduating class.
I want to say a few words. I will talk about three ideas: about the dream, about courage, and about patience. And I want to give you three advice
About the dream:
It’s natural and necessary that, in these occasions, the student body be always the protagonist. However, I would like you to allow me to tell a brief anecdote about your teachers, about the teachers who have spent so many hours, we have spent in a classroom with you.
About a month ago, I don’t know if you have noticed , we decide to put a TV in the teacher’s room; we connected it to computer, we put Internet. The idea is that it uses as a window for good practices and as an information panel. But it was a bit cold and technical, so we decided to make a little game to give it a less ‘formal’ use
We set up the typical Who’s Who game. We asked colleagues to send a photo with half their current age, anonymously, and the rest of us had to guess who it was.
I was in charge of receiving the images and .. , when I was receiving them, I was storing them in the cloud, Drive of course; but as I was uploading then, I began to notice that they all looked a bit alike, that they all had something in common, I would say that there was a pattern in all of them. Days want by, more and more photos were sent and I still didn’t know what they had in common.. in the end I almost forgot it.
But one morning, I walked into a classroom, I don’t know exactly which one or when, I looked at my students and I understood the key. All those photos of the teacher's youth had a connection with the students, something that was enough to look into their eyes to understand. What the students and the photos of their teachers' youth had in common was illusion. That illusion for the future without limits. The illusion that comes from knowing that you have all the time in the world to achieve anything.
It is possible that sometimes, maybe soon, when you are in college or in vocational training, or in a job, you will look at people older than you, with a steady salary, a house, a family and maybe you think you would like to have all that, maybe you think that would be a good end, …. but believe me you are wrong. There is not a single one of these people 'who seem to have their life figured out' who wouldn't trade places with any of you right now.
And they would not change for your radiant physique, not because you are stronger, or faster or better looking or even because you have better health or learn some things faster.... We would trade for any of you to get to have that illusion in your eyes. The illusion that was in the youthful photos of your teachers.
However, it is true that time will also pass for you.
Mountaineers say that what gives a route its character is the most difficult stretch. Well, what gives life its character is that it is ephemeral, that everything we have will eventually disappear.
So my first piece of advice is: 'stay dreamers for as long as you can'.
My second idea is about courage; and I also want to start with a story. A few weeks ago, I talked to some friends who had first-hand knowledge of the case of the teacher who sadly died in Marbella after receiving a vaccine. These friends are doctors and they told me that they knew, from the beginning, that the official information was not correct. In the end, it all came out but they thought with sadness that nobody wanted to tell the truth. They felt that the specialist lacked courage
We will never be as brave as we were young. You may need courage many times in your future. You may need to tell the truth to your partner, your boss, your friends, or yourselves. If you have a boss who, shall we say, 'doesn't think much', you will find that many will agree with him even if he is not right. If you are the boss, you will see that there are people who never disagree with you. Be wary of all that. All the great social conquests: civil rights, freedom, democracy, the end of slavery, etc., etc., have been made not only thanks to very intelligent people, but thanks to very brave people. Society needs you to be bold and courageous.
That's my second piece of advice: stay courageous as long as possible.
Finally, I want to talk about patience. And it’s not patience with your family, or with your teachers or with your friends. It's patience with yourselves. They say that we live in the ‘comparison society’ . You only have to pick up your mobile for a few seconds to receive dozens of messages from people who are having a great time anywhere in the world. We know so many people directly or indirectly that we are always going to look bad if we compare ourselves with them. There will always be people who are prettier, nicer or more intelligent. However, all those people around us, around you, lack something fundamental: They are not you.
The social scientist S.Pinker wrote “Life and happiness depend on an infinitesimal fraction of ordered arrangements of matter". Which, roughly translated, "twitter style" means, "it's almost a miracle that we are alive" :-) But also, that ordered arrangement of matter that each one of us is, has consciousness. And it is unique.
Each of us represents a unique perspective of the Universe. And when we are no longer here, that perspective, that gaze, will disappear with us. So don't compare yourself.
In everyday life, when we don't like a TV programme, we change it. When a car disappoints us, we try to buy another one. We can change our job, our city, our partner... but we can't change ourselves for another person. So we are all we have and it is good to develop the mental strength to maintain that awareness.
Throughout your life there are bright and joyful moments ahead of you; but there are bound to be darker moments. Always remember that you represent a unique way of understanding the world. Have the patience to deal with it and that will give you the strength to keep your calm when things go wrong.
So here is my final piece of advice: be patient.
Let me sum up the three pieces of advice: stay dreamers, be brave and be patient.

Il faut faire attention aux réseaux sociaux
J'utilise les réseaux sociaux de temps en temps parce que je pris en compte ma identité digitale. Ce qu'on publie peut avoir une grande importance dans notre carrière professionnelle. C'est pour ça que mes comptes de Facebook, Twitter et Instagram sont inactives et j'utilise seulement LinkedIn pour des raisons professionnelles.
Je pense aussi que c'est un perte du temps. Les études disent qu'on passe plusieurs heures par jours avec les réseaux sociaux. Je préfère lire ou étudier un autre sujet par exemple. À l'époque j'ai fait des publications sur Facebook pendant des fêtes ou d'autres événements mais maintenant c'est juste un rappel d'anniversaires pour moi.

Ecosphere
Ich habe vor kurzem eines der coolsten Dinge entdeckt. Es heißt "Ecosphere" und ist ein selbstkonservierendes Aquarium. Es ist ein geschlossenes Ökosystem, das heißt, dass das Sonnenlicht Algen produziert, die die Garnelen innen ernähren, und die Abfälle der Garnelen werden von den Bakterien in Nährstoffe zerlegt, die wiederum die Algen ernähren. Ich fand es unglaublich, als ich zum ersten Mal darüber gehört habe.

My Cambodia Journal
My mother and I were riding on elephants was in Cambodia. Around 10 minutes away to an entrance of Angkor Wat, which was famous World Heritage site, we could ride on the elephants. It was a little scary, but I was so excited and felt amuse with it.
Angkor Wat was splendid structures and so large that our guide explained a lot about its history, but we became really tired because of hot weather in summer. After that, the guide took us a small water restaurant by a boat. She told us that there were huge crocodiles in that river long time ago, but they were killed and now it was safe to swim. To tell the truth, I was frightened when I heard it and tried not to fell to a river.
Another big event to us was to got on a hot-air balloon, which was connected with metal wire not to fry feely high. It raised us around 30 yards high so quickly and we enjoyed ourselves by seeing a marvelous Cambodia landscape. It could stay there was only 15 minutes, though it was an unforgettable experience for us.
Overall, travel to Cambodia was successful!

Die Simpsons: Moe
In der Serie "Die Simpsons" gibt es einen Barkeeper, der Moe heißt. Die Schriftsteller der Simpsons bilden Moe ab als ein sehr gemeines und hässliches Mensch, trotzdem zeigen sie uns in den früheren Staffeln, dass Moe sehr lieb sein kann. Vor Kurzem habe ich an eine Szene erinnert, die spielt sich in einer frühen Staffel ab.
Bart ruft Moe immer an, um Scherzanrufe zu machen. Bart fragt danach, ob es ein Mensch mit einem lustigen Namen bei der Kneipe gibt und Moe kündigt zur Kneipe an, dass es einen Anruf für Herren Soundso gibt. Die ganze Kneipe - außer Moe - lacht. Danach bedroht Moe Bart, "Wenn ich dich abgreife, wird es dir Leid tun!" Während Bart das Telefon auflegt, kommt Marge ins Zimmer und befiehl ihm, zur Kneipe zu gehen, um Homer zuhause zu bringen. Wenn Bart Homer findet, sagt Moe plötzlich, dass er seine Stimme erkennt. Bart wird wegen der Scherzanrufe nervös, aber es erweist sich, dass Moe begeistert ist Bart noch mal zu sehen. Die ganze Sache mit den Scherzanrufe wird vergessen und die Handlung verwandelt sich.
Ich glaube aber, dass Moe weiß, dass Bart die Scherzanrufe macht. Wie ein guter Kerl, spielt er damit. Ich weiß, dass die Simposons nur eine Serie ist, trotzdem mag ich, wenn es viele Schichte in einer Geschichte gibt. (Ich habe gerade die Verbindung der zwei Wörter bemerkt)
