A Promise to Myself
A few months ago, I compared my English score on Duolingo with one of my English-learning friends. At that time I just got a score of around 90. To encourage myself, I said to myself, that if I reached a score of 105, I would dub one of my videos instead of just adding subtitles.
About a month ago, Duolingo added 10 to my score from nowhere, so the target turned to 115.
Yesterday, I finally had a score of 115. Then I started to prepare this video, and now I'm uploading it.

Day 34
A leader is a person who can lead members in the organization to achieve a common goal. Therefore, we can say that a leader plays a very important role in deciding the success as well the failure of the organization. So what defines a true leader?
I assume that the conditions for a leader are leadership skills and promotion skills. First, leadership skills include abilities that guide and encourage a group of people toward achieving set of goals. To do this, they need to manage people well, try their best to find talents, and develop their abilities. They also need to decide the suitable positions for each person and encourage them to play that role well. Second, promotion skills include strengths that to push work effectively toward the goals. As a result, a leader when lead work need to have outstanding abilities and clear direction. Moreover, a leader also needs to be humble, ethical, and responsible. However, there are some points that we need to consider. A true leader really need to be aware of own judgments in leading the organization. Therefore, they should be able to have empathy and communication skills when receiving opinions of other members and then give a direction.
Finally, I have summarized the roles, conditions and points to keep in mind of a leader. In order to be a good leader, they need to have leadership skills, pushing and leading the organization, respect the opinions and characteristics of the organization’s members, as well the effort to empathize and communicate.

In der U-Bahn
Donnerstags fahre ich 25 Minuten eine U-Bahn. Ich möchte in dieser Zeit auf dieser Website mein tägliches Deutsch posten, aber kan nicht, weil der Zug voll ist und ich schwer mein Computer benutze. Plus ist die Verbindung in der U-Bahn vieleicht nicht gut. Ich kann zur Website ein Login mit meinen Smartphone nicht machen.

Moving from house to apartment
My roommate moved back home, so I decided to move out of the current house to an apartment. I am so lucky to find a sublet apartment with two bedrooms with a kitchen, and a living room, and only $1200 a month including heat, water and an outdoor parking place. The former tenant is a Korean family who have been living there consistently for 10 years, and they have around $400 discount a month. It's a great deal for me.

Hallo Leute!
Ich versuche, mein deutsches Lieblingswort online zu finden. Bis jetzt ist mein deutsches Lieblingswort Vergangenheitsbewältigung, weil es bedeutungsvoll und düster ist.
Nach dem Zweiten Weltkrieg musste sich Deutschland verbessern, und das bedeutete, nie wieder Faschismus oder eine rechtsextreme Partei zuzulassen. Es ist ein langes Wort, aber es sagt viel über Deutschlands Weg aus, mit der Vergangenheit umzugehen und ein besseres Land zu werden.
Deutschland hatte eine schwierige Vergangenheit und spielte eine Rolle bei der Gründung der Europäischen Union.

J'ai de gros probléme
Aujourd'hui je suis allé à l'université où j'ai presenté mon projet d'animation. Je l'ai fait trop éxpédié. J'avais plusieurs de temps pour le faire mais encore j'en ai procrastiné. Une mauvaise habitude dont j'ai.
Il faut que je soumis un essais (de 1500 mots) et j'en ai encore pas commencé mais je suis bien sûr que je réussirai.
Il y a un autre sujet aussi. Mon rythme est terrible quand je parle le français. Je ne sais quoi faire pour le corriger. Je pense qu'il sera mieux si j'embaucherais un tuteur privat pour me l'enseigner parce que il fait déja comme 5 ans que j'apprenne le français et encore je peux pas m'exprimer bien

我的寒假
十二月十七日我回家。因为从这里到我住的地方要开车只两个小时，所以我爸爸会接我。我回家的时候，我会马上吃家常菜。因为我一月四日就会学校，所以没有带有很多衣服回家。我觉得很多行李太麻烦了。因为我有很多时间，没有功课， 我打算看书，睡得很好。
我妈妈的生日是十二月二十五日，她住在佛罗里达。虽然我去过弗罗里达多次，但是我对弗罗里达的印象不太好，因为那里有太多的人。有些人不太聪明。但是那个天气比这儿的天气好得多。我跟我哥哥和妹妹一起飞往佛罗里达。我们会不但过我妈妈的生日，而且过圣诞节。虽然我已经花太钱了，但是我会买很多礼物。我会给我妈妈两个礼物。
我妹妹是咖啡师。我听说了她做咖啡做的很好。我想她的咖啡试试。 我妹妹现在工作的咖啡店和我高中的工作的咖啡店是同一家。

El león, la bruja y el ropero - Parte 1
Leí este libro hace unas semanas y me disfrutó mucho. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente y ahora estoy leyendo el segundo de la serie. He oído que es alegórico de naturaleza y algunos de los temas de que trate son religiosos, quizás demasiado así para ser disfrutados para unos lectores. Pero no estoy de acuerdo con este sentimiento en absoluto. En primer lugar, no me importaría que tuviera temas religiosos. En segundo lugar, aparte de algunas similitudes algo tenues entre Aslan y Cristo, el mundo de Narnia, los personajes que viven allí y la trama y subtramas de la historia no tienen nada que ver con la religión en absoluto.
Primera parte.
La historia tiene lugar durante la Segunda Guerra Mundial, cuando se producían ataques aéreos en Londres. Cuatro hermanos, Peter, Susan, Edmund y Lucy, se fueron a vivir con un viejo profesor. Sus padres los habían enviado allí por seguridad. La casa del profesor era una mansión y a los niños nunca les faltaban habitaciones y lugares nuevos para explorar. Un día, Lucy, la más pequeña, encontró una habitación con un ropero. Al investigarlo, descubrió que detrás de los abrigos de piel hay otra fila de abrigos y detrás de ellos parecía que el ropero no tenía fin. Se adentró más en la oscuridad hasta que finalmente se encontró fuera.
Pero no fue afuera. En el ropero todo estaba cubierto de nieve a pesar de que era verano en el mundo de Lucy. Lucy decidió explorar y se encontró con un fauno llamado Tumnus en el bosque. Tumnus la llevó a su cueva y le dio té y golosinas y le habló sobre su mundo. Lucy pasó mucho tiempo hablando con Tumnus y, al cabo de un rato, pensó que sería mejor volver. Entonces Tumnus empezó a llorar. Admitió que era una trampa y que debía entregarla a la Bruja Blanca. A Tumnus le gustaba Lucy y se sintió mal, así que accedió a dejarla ir.

A importância da família
Quando era jovem, nunca pensou em que importante família é.
As vezes tinha festas da família e momentos que estava com toda sua família quando era um jovem. Em geral, queria estar com meus amigos.
Mas agora que estou mais velho, eu sei como é importante ter família com você. Família pode te ajuda a quando teus amigos chegam. E família não sempre irmos, irmãos, mães, ou família actuais. Família pode ser amigos bons, vizinhos ou animais domésticos. O que faz família é amor, ajuda, e paciência quando se precisa.

Arbeit Zeugnis verloren
Sehr geehrter Herr Weigert,
ich schreibe Ihnen wegen des verlierens meines Arbeitszeugnis, das ich am letzten Montag von der Personalabteilung abgeholt habe.
Zuerst möchte ich um Ihre Entschuldigung bitten.Vor drei Tagen wurde ich überfallen und sie haben mir meinen Rucksack weggenommen,in dem alle meine Dokumente waren. Ich habe bereits eine Beschwerde bei der Polizei eingereicht, aber erfolglos.
Darüber hinaus benötige ich diese Unterlagen für eine Bewerbung in einer Firma, deshalb möchte ich gern um eine Kopie dieses Arbeitszeugnis bitten.

La Casa de Raúl
La familia de Raúl vive en un chalé privado de dos pisos fuera de la ciudad. Alrededor de la casa hay un jardín. En la planta baja está el salón-comedor. En el salón hay una mesa grande ovalada con ocho sillas alrededor, un diván, un aparador. Enfrente del salón, al fondo del pasillo, está la cocina. La cocina està equipada con muchos electrodomésticos. En el segundo piso hay cuatro dormitorios y dos cuartos de baño. En la habitación de Raúl es mucha luz porque el balcón da a la piscina, las cortinas son blancas y las paredes están pintadas de colores claros. Además en habitación hay una cama con una mesita de noche, un armario ropero. Junto al balcón hay un escritorio con un silla y sallón. Encima del escritorio hay tres estanterías con los libros y discos favoritos de Raúl.

Mercoledì 11 dicembre
È stata una giornata stancante e finalmente sto per finire il turno. Oggi ho corso 10 km perché ho mangiato troppi dolcetti in questi giorni.
Mi sono abituata a mangiare sano, però ci sono volte in cui non questo non importa.
È più importante fare dei bei ricordi invece di prestare sempre attenzione a ciò che mangi.
Ho così tanti dolcetti che posso godermeli per un anno da adesso. Forse li condividerò con gli altri, sopratutto con la mia mamma.
Fortunatamente le mie vicine non hanno fatto un'altra festa. Alla fine è stato meglio di non avergli inviato un messaggio. Se gliene avessi inviato uno, non gli sarebbe piaciuto per niente.
Ogni giorno provo ad essere migliore del giorno precedente, ma la gente mette alla prova i miei limiti e la mia pazienza.

Et, si je perds mon boulot?
Pendant la journée, nous avons eu une réunion, ou notre directeur nous a dit que l'organisation n'avais plus l'argent pour continuer ses fonctions apres le mois de mars l'année prochaine.
J'ai peur. Je suis inquiete parce qu'il est très difficile a trouver un autre emploi actuellement. J'espere donc que, ca ira mieux.

Tema: Escreva um artigo de opinião discutindo a importância de cuidar da saúde mental no mundo atual. Fale sobre os fatores que afetam a saúde mental e sugira estratégias para promover o bem-estar emocional em meio à pressão da vida cotidiana.
Na minha opinião, a saúde mental é a área de saúde mais importante para levar uma boa vida. Quando pensamos na saúde, muitas vezes pensamos só na física, mas a mental é ainda mais importante porque influi em todos os aspectos da vida. Para ter uma boa saúde mental, é necessário levar uma vida equilibrada. É importante em geral cuidar de nosso corpo. Devemos fazer algo de exercício (inclusive se é só caminhar ao ar livre ou tomar a escada em vez do ascensor), porque o movimento libera endorfinas que podem alterar nosso humor. Devemos assegurar de dormir suficiente, comer uma alimentação variada e gostosa também. Adicionalmente devemos fomentar boas amizades para ter um senso de pertinência e comunidade, o qual promove boa saúde mental. Finalmente, devemos fomentar um senso de logro em nossas vidas. Devemos participar em atividades novas e/ou nas quais somos bons e devemos ter objetivos realísticos e celebrar nosso progresso. Essas atividades nos dão a sensação de que estamos melhorando, o que ajuda muito a nos sentir bem.
Em geral, acho que a maioria das pessoas se beneficiaram do Mindfulness, uma prática meditativa. Há quase 10 anos que pratico e noto que me ajuda muito tanto nos momentos difíceis quanto nos momentos felizes. Nos difíceis, me dá um conjunto de estratégias para gerar meu estresse e minhas emoções. Nos felizes, me dá estratégias para curtir mais o momento. Recomendo a todos interessados que experimentem durante uma semana ou dois para ver se ajuda eles também.

A Better Future
Today when I woke up, for a moment I though "God, today will be a new start of my life"
Suddenly, one negative though arrived to my mind but I had decided "Today is a new start of my life".
Last week had been an emotional week, because my uncle died, and another uncle-in-law and one friend were diagnosed with Cancer.
I hope, they can overcome their diseases and God give them the enough wisdom for facing the process.
