Writing Practice
To be honest, I never watch TV shows, but I do watch some short English videos to improve my English skills. I used to try to watch movies and TV shows to improve my English, but I found that is not the best way for me. Let me take movies as an example. Actors in movies sometimes don't speak too much, so I have to wait to listen to them. Besides, movies usually have strong background music, which to language learners is just noise. When they say something, they all say it too fast and not clearly, and sometimes they say it too short or too long, so I don't think watching movies is a good way to learn languages. As for TV shows, I think it's mostly the same situation as movies. I think everyone knows the app Tiktok, but they might not know its Chinese version Douyin (In a normal situation, Chinese people are not allowed to use Tiktok, unless you have special IT technology). I have both of them, but most of the time I use Douyin. Many English teachers have a Douyin account and they make English videos there regularly. Those videos usually last only a few minutes and cover various fields. I also have some professional English learning apps, but I rarely use them because I think they have some disadvantages. For example, one of those disadvantages is that they are usually too long, so you can easily get bored. But if you watch English videos on Douyin, you will never get bored. First, they are not so long, so they will stop before you get bored. Second, they are made by different teachers, so they have different styles. Third, they cover a wide range of different fields. Fourth, all those videos have subtitles. Fifth, you can stop them with a light tap at anytime you want. These five features don't get learners bored but bring them enjoyment. Therefore, when you learn English on Douyin or Tiktok, time flies and you never feel bored.

Best way to start house cleaning
So, is getting close to the end of year.
Everyone will busy with “big house cleaning”.
Right?
Not me. I am a lazy person.
However, God did give me a best lesson to start the job without excuse.
I accidentally spill coffee on the table and the cup fell down on the floor smash into pieces.
So, best way to start “big house cleaning” and I get to buy a new cup too.
You should really try the same method too.

Существуют разные определения выражения "world language/мировой язык". Я это отпределяю языки, которые говорятся на некоторых континентах (вне начальных культурных зон родных носителей) и у которых большое значение в дипломации, экономике, обучении и в научных областях. По этому, можно классифизировать без никакого сомнения только единственный язык в эту категорию: английски. Испански, арабски, французски могут быть мировые языки, даже если вазность этих языков в научном мире не может совраниваться с важностью английского.
Например, я немного говорю на персидском и хинди, которые родные языки миллионов людей, а у них почти нет значительного влияния вне стран, где их носители живут. Даже в южной Индии, много людей не говорят по-хинди, который язык северной Индии. Они предпочитают английски когда им надо использовать лингва франка.
Русский язык - всё ещё лингва франка зоны бывшего Советского Союза, но я совсем не бы описал русский язык как "mainstream", хотя его популярность начинает увеличивать в иностранных университетах. Здесь во Франции, очень редко столнуться с кем-то, который умеет поддерживать разговор на русском. Для многих, это трудный язык. Более того, у русских (и у славянских в общем) есть репутация "чемпионов языков". Французы считают, что русские изучают очень просто все языки, и что каждый человек в России свобоно говорит на 4, 5 языках, так, они не понимают полезность выучить "трудный русский язык".
Я решил учить русский язык по личным причинам, и решение мне очень удовлетворяет. Я жалею, что большинство интересуется только широко распростанёнными языками, но это так. Люди свобоны, и никто не может их заставлять.

Un Día en una Vida de un Estudiante de Español
¡Hola! Soy Turtle Roll, y soy de Estados Unidos. Acabo de terminar mi primer trimestre de "Repaso de Español Básico" (y otras clases), y ahora estoy disfrutando de mi descanso de invierno. ¡Gracias a Dios!
He estudiado español por tres años en escuela secundaria, pero todavía no me siento muy seguro en mi oratoria de español y... bueno, nada más. Usted puede ver que estoy "escribiendo" español en la pantella, pero ese es todo. Aun hoy, estoy usando un diccionario para escribir este diario.
Es un esfuerzo para mí porque al final del día, quiero aprender Tagalog. Es mi lengua nativa, y es un parte de mi familia. Deseo que mi universidad tenga una clase para este, pero dudo que la escuela vaya a hacerlo.
Bueno, tengo una clase de español para este trimestre, y otra más para el próximo trimestre. Espero que escriba español sin usando un diccionario (y empieza aprender Tagalog algún día). Dígame si me fue bien para mi primer diario, y no puedo esperar para escuchar su feedback.

D'abord, je voudrais m'excuser à tous les correcteurs qui m'ont corrigée la semain dernière. Je suis maintenant au Japon, saine et sauve, mais classée comme cas contact avec mon mari, et confinée pendant 14 jours. Je serai libre après le 1 janvier.
Il y a beaucoup de règles à suivre, des applications à installer, ce qui est fatigant. Je voudrais écrire à propos de cela demain, et répondre aux corrections et aux commentaires.

ありふれたやるべきこと
長くて苦しい授業が終わったら、何をしたいだろうか。私はベッドに飛べ込みたい。着たコート、散っているゴミ、洗わないお皿を気にせずに、休みたいと思うばかりだ。時間がたつと、このような ”やるべきこと” がだんだんあふれていってしもうだろう。この問題はなかなか解けないだろう。
ではなぜ、タスクあたり5分ぐらいかかるのに、すぐやって休めるのではないだろうか。仮にそんなに簡単としたら、みんなは経営者になってしまうにちがいない。実は、人間は思ったより複雑な生き物だ。人によって言い訳は同じではないだろうが、私はやるべきかというと、やるべきだが、ただ 「時間がかかる」と思って、嫌だ。
昨日まで来ると、「五分法則」という仕事効率化の方法を見かけた。それはタスクが5分でやれるなら、すぐやった方が積もらないという助言なのだ。例えば、ゴミ袋を捨てるに必要な時間は5分に過ぎないだろう。だから、今すぐやって。
もう一つの方法は、「復活のタスク」のリストを作成することだ、すなわち、そのような小さいタスクを収集して、一度にやるつもりで、リストを作ることなのだ。こうして、暇なときに全部やれるが、家事のようなことをしていると思われ、時間がかかると思わないだろう。
みんなはこういった退屈なやるべきことがあるだろう。私たち自身がやらなければ、誰かが手伝ってくれると思わずに、すぐやろう。

A Fruit
Today I am going to talk about my favourite fruit. In general, I like all the fruits, for that, always I have thought that they are a gift from the Gods. The fruit that I love is the lychee. It is small, round, and with a red, rough, and slim skin. The inside is white and sweet with a brown bone in the center. The taste is some mixture among pineapple and peach. At the end of year, in december, normally I go to the market of the Boqueria in Barcelona. It is a beautifuy market to walk and buy something, for example lychees.

第二個頻道是 Matt vs Japan。顧名思義，播主叫 Matt，是一位把日語學到幾乎母語程度的美國人。除了這個頻道，他還創辦了 Refold ——一個免費教你怎樣語言學習的指南。Refold 的原理很簡單：如果想認真學好目標語，那學好它的基礎後，必須盡量沐浴在目標語的環境裏才能有收穫。剛開始時，你可以用母語字幕來看些電影和節目。當你對目標語有一定的掌握後，可以轉入些中級的活動，比如說用目標語字幕看節目、聽播客、看小說等。雖然我沒有完全遵守 Refold 的建議，但 Matt 的影片對我的普通話學習還是有很大的幫助。在今年六月左右，我發現自己的進度一直都很慢，而且還卡關。一直以來，我認為自己水品不夠好，所以沒有試試看小說或者聽播客。可是看了 Matt 的影片後，我知道如果我繼續逃避，那我永遠都不會進步。自從我開始多接觸普通話媒體後，我的普通話的確進步得很快。雖然我有時候會遇到困難，但這些活動並沒有我想像中那麼艱難。

Afternoon Nap
I remember a few days ago, I shared with you guys how to take an afternoon nap in a car. Recently, I have found another way to take an afternoon nap. Days ago, I said if only I could sleep on the balcony and bask in the sun, but we don't have a bed on our balcony. After hearing that, my wife insisted that I could sleep in the bay window. At first, I didn't think it would work, but she started to make simple preparations. She cleaned the bay window first, and then put a pillow and a quilt on it. I couldn't stand her advice, and eventually slept in. Wow, it was really warm, like you were sleeping in a green house and that kind of feeling made you sleepy and you fell asleep very fast. From my experience of sleeping there, the only shortage is that the width of the bay window is not enough for a person's height. If I were an architect, I would design the bay window the size of a single bed, and I think that would be amazing! Now, follow me to do it, clean your bay window first, then find a pillow and a quilt. Just a quilt is enough: use half of it as a mat quilt, and another half as a cover quilt, and now, you can enjoy your warm afternoon nap. I am such a simple person and every small nice thing can make me very happy and satisfied.

Jour 34 : Cuisiner
Comme c'est les vacances de l'hiver, mon petit frère et moi ont de l'occasion de faire notre propre déjeuner. Je pense que ce serait une bonne opportunité pour lui à apprendre cuisiner. On a donc l'essayé cet après-midi en faisant des potages de pommes de terre et des pâtes aux tomates et fromage. Ce n’était pas si simple que ce que j'avais imaginé parce que avec mon petit frère, mes taches étaient doublés (oui, doublés et pas réduit en moitié). Comme il manque de pratique, il a coupé des tomates très lentement. Il a aussi jeté des pommes de terres et de crème partout dans la table et même par terre. Il était très impatient et m'a toujours demandé : « Est-ce que c'est prêt ? » avec un ton ennuyeux. Enfin, je n'ai pu plus le supporter et lui fait une mauvaise remarque personnelle. J'étais désolée mais à ce moment-là tout mes patiences étaient utilisés.
Alors j'ai appris une leçon : c'est qu'il faut avoir énormement de patience en apprenant les enfants. Je ne suis donc pas la candidat préférable pour devenir enseignante.

Christmas
Christmas is like a dress code for cities. Christmas trees are found in major malls and other public buildings. All kinds of Christmas decorations and glittering lights are hung up from November to next year’s January. After that the traditional Chinese New Year vibes replace them.
Most places have weak religious atmospheres. However, when I studied in university, I was surrounded by lots of religious symbols during Christmas because Fu Jen is a Catholic University. Christmas dance parties were my unforgettable memories in university.
Now, I am a mom. The gift-giving activity in my son’s class annoys me every year because my son and I have to rack our brains to find a perfect gift for another unknown child. My son complains that he has never received the gifts he liked these years.

Die vorliegende Grafik mit dem Titel “Das Ansehen der Berufe” veranschaulicht den Anteil der Befragten, die ein hohes Ansehen von der jeweiligen Berufsgruppen haben. Die Daten stammen aus dem Jahr 2005 und wurden von Globus veröffentlicht. Die Werte sind in Prozent dargestellt.
Laut der Umfrage genießen Ärzte in Deutschland den besten Ruf unter den Berufsgruppen. Dahinter folgen Krankenschwester, Polizist, Hochschulprofessor mit Werten über 30%. Am unteren Ende der Liste finden sich Buchhändler, Politiker, Fernsehmoderator mit einer Zustimmungsquote von 7 Prozent. Auffällig ist, dass Journalisten bei einem relativ kleinen Teil der Bevölkerung noch angesehen sind. Sie kommen auf einen Wert nur von 10 Prozent, während die Pfarrer dreimal mehr gefragt werden.
Wahrscheinlich liegt es daran, dass der Respekt von mehreren Faktoren beeinflusst wird. Neben dem Gehalt spielt auch eine Rolle, welcher Vorteil diese Berufe für die Gesellschaft eintragen.
Aus dieser Sicht finde ich besonders bemerkenswert, dass Soldaten in dieser Liste nicht verzeichnet sind. In Kasachstan genießt der Wehrdienst ein höheres Prestige im vergleich mit Krankenschwestern. Dafür Unternehmer, Rechtsanwalt, Buchführer kommen auch auf gute Werte. Wie in Deutschland bei uns auch werden Politiker in der Gesellschaft oft nicht respektiert. Der Grund ist dafür, dass diese Branche meistens mit großem Vertrauen weit verbunden ist.
Was mich angeht, ich persönlich wäre als Ärztin tätig, da die menschlichen Qualitäten in diesem Bereich an erster Stelle stehen. Ich bin der Meinung, dass jeder Beruf gewissermaßen den Menschen zugute kommen soll.
