ntroduction
The main aim of this proposal is to describe the skills and personal aptitudes the candidate, for the new open position in the agency, shall have. Both involve an appropiate academic background, expertise, as well as, specific personal qualitites.
Academic requisites
Although it should not be a mandatory topic having a degree at advertising or psychology, both are good examples for prospective candidates to understand the area of knowledge with which a professional in advertising often work. In any case, the candidate should demonstrate a basic theoretical background in advertising relating techniques.
Expertise
Despite the fact the ad is for a junior position, a minimal experience may be required in order to ensure the candidate (Synonyms?) knows how an advertising company develops their work daily.
Personal skills
This may be the most determining category for the human resources department to elect the best applicant for this job. Creativity and a good aptitude to work into a group would be essential. Creativity is the most important tool for an advertiser and it is feeded by other colleagues’ ideas in the team into a brain storming session. In this regard, the candidate must be able to accept professionally other people’s critics and improving by this mean. Lastly, despite this company has an almost horizontal hierarchical structure, final decisions are taken by senior staff, therefore junior personnel usually have to deal with a completely different result from what they expected to originally.
Conclusion
All in all, a basic general theoretical and practical background should be required in either junior position. In addition to the ability to work in group and all that it involved to are indispensable in this job.

Report: how to improve our school
Introduction
The purpose of this report is to enumerate some improvements that could be carry them out in the outskirts of our school.
Main upgrades
The two principal improvements should be executed are:
- Alternative sports equipment. The school already has popular's sports facilities as basketball and football fields. But, I think it's important giving to the students the opportunity to practice other less popular sports such as tennis, volleyball, baseball...
- Green areas. In the school we don't have any natural space to spare. The placement of a park near the school would to be a good way to disconnect during the classes breaks.
Other improvements
Although the school neighbourhood is quite safe, sometimes there are fights with students from nearby schools. Hire security personnel could help to reduce these awkward situations.
Last but not least, it's very usual to see traffic jams in the first and the last classes times. I should recommend to set up parking spaces in the surroundings or increase the scholar buses number.

What does a boy who likes you do?
What they do depends on which period they are in. Different of them will show different behaviors for girls. There are three periods:
1. Boys who first have a heart on loving a girl are shy, stupid and reckless. They like to play tricks on grils and make them mad in which hide boy ‘s ill at ease. Most of them don’t have courage to say “I love you. You make me heartbeat.” directly to girls. We should understand and be tolerant because they are kind and not mention to make you angry.
2. Boys who have some experiences on this are stable and alerted. They are hesitating but they don’t afraid of expressing their love. They start thinking about if they can hold this love or not. They start balancing love and reality. They may love you but won’t tell you because they are not afraid but just want to be more responsible for you.
3. Boys who have experienced love a lot of times are gentle. They are mature which they can handle most things so make you feel they are perfect. The reason they have been so perfect is not only they are rich and old, but also they have a strong heart that can protect you and give you warmth and security.
The above are my observations about three periods of boys. I hope you can cherish them no matter what period the boy who loves you is in. They just show different things which taste different favors. I hope you can have a good love experience.

What it means to study astronomy
Some people argue that there is no use to study astronomy, and we have to care about earth more than night sky. Having said that, The United States spend approximately 0.5 per cent of its GDP to space exploration, for instance. Why the astronomy matter, and is it worth 0.5 per cent of GDP? From my perspective, the importance of astronomy and astrophysics can's be overlooked in terms of both our sense of value and advance of science.
First, astronomy is important because it can change our sense of value. In ancient world, people strongly believed that the earth is a centre of the universe. Researching about the heliocentrism was illegal because it will not follow the bible. But as you know, the fact that earth is orbiting around the sun, and we also found other star systems in outside of the solar system. This finding gave us the perspective that "we are not special as we thought". This is one of the example of the astronomy changed our way of thinking.
Secondly, astronomy is important for development of science. Unlike astrology, astronomy is a branch of science that based on the observational facts. For example, when the presence of electron discovered, nobody knows how to use it. But scientists believed that someday it will distribute the development of science. Then as you know, electron is essential for today's modern world. Same as electron, someday we will notice the importance of astronomy.
In conclusion, Astronomy is important because it can change our sense of value, and it will distribute our society someday.

The possibility of extraterrestrial life
I believe in the existence of extraterrestrial life, the living organism found in the outside of the solar system. Existence of aliens deserves further research, even scientist not sure about the presence of extraterrestrial life. From my perspective, The probability of extraterrestrial life is very high.
Thanks to the astronomer's work, we can argue that the presence of hundreds of millions of galaxies in our universe. Every single galaxies has countless stars. This is why I believe alien. The universe is too big for the mankind and creatures on the earth. Now scientists believe that living organism emerged by the process called chemical evolution. It means life can be made from chemical compounds.
As counterexample, some scientist argue the fact that mankind sent so much amount of radio wave to the space for over 200 years. But no one recognize it. So maybe it indicates there is no intelligent in 200 light years away from earth. However, this argument cannot back the inexistent of life up.
Bottom line, Even if there is no extraterrestrial life within 200 light years of Earth, I believe in the existence of aliens because the universe is so large and life can be created from compounds.

Pregunta del día: que ves cuando miras a las estrellas?
En primer lugar, ¡casi no veo las estrellas! La gran mayoría de mi vida he vivido en grandes ciudades con mucha contaminación de luz que previene que se vean las estrellas. Hace mucho tiempo que no voy de camping o a un lugar suficientemente apartado y lejos de una ciudad. Pero para responder a la pregunta directamente, lo que veo en las estrellas es un recordatorio de que tan pequeños somos los seres humanos y que la tierra también es minúscula en comparison con lo demás de nuestra galaxia. Me da un sentimiento de profundidad - que solo soy una parte microscopia de un proceso infinitamente más grande. Es como darse cuenta de golpe que lo tan improbable es la experiencia que presenciamos en este planeta. Comme on a démangé dans un nouveau appartement l’année dernière, ma mère nous interdit de faire plus des dessins sur les murs ou coller des posters ou stickers. Alors désormais, sur les murs grises de ma maison, il y a simplement quelques pièces de dessins et pas plus, parce qu’on veut créer une ambiance artistique.
Mais dans notre vieux appartement, c’était les photos prises quand ma sœur et moi jouaient le rôle de princesse, et les notes d’études. Ce n’était sûrement pas une ambiance artistique ou quoi que ce soit et c’était très désordonné. Pourtant, je pouvais faire n’importe quoi sur ces murs et donc c’était plutôt libre !

La honte
Je déteste si quelqu'un m'ingnore, plus exactement quelqu'un qui semble faire comme je suis ami avec lui mais quand il ou elle est avec leurs autres amis on fait comme je ne suis pas là. Malheureusement je fais la même chose aujourd'hui mais parce que je voulais l'ignorer mais parce que je suis "pénible". C'est passé déjà beaucoup de fois. Donc, désormais je veux parler avec les gens que je considéré d'amis, la communication est importante. Je ne veux pas ce que c'est se casser à cause d'une seule malentendu.

L'accident de YUKIJIRUSHI
L'affaire de l'intoxication alimentaire de la pizza Buitoni plonge les Français dans la crainte, surtout à cause du fait qu'il y a eu deux morts des enfants. Ce scandale m'a rappelé un autre qui s'était produit au Japon il y a 22 ans, créant de l'effroie sur tout le territoire Japonais. Cet accident concernait le lait, dont la marque s'appelle « Yukijirushi ». J'était écolière à cette époque-là, mais je m'en souviens comme si c'était hier, car la marque était tellement connue et son lait était distribué tous les jours à un nombre majeur d'écoles primaires pour les déjeuners, et forcément on en buvait tous les jours. Je voudrais expliquer cet fameux scandale, que la plupart des Japonais de 30 ans ou plus connaissent.
Cette usine en cause se situé à Hokkaido, la préfecture la plus nord du Japon en Mars. Les stalactites glaciers sont tombés et ont provoqué la coupure de courant. En conséquent, le lait écrémé dans la citerne est resté pendant 4 heures sans être refroidi. Après les enquêtes, il s'est révélé que pendant ce temps-là, des staphylocoques dorés se sont developpé, qui a rejeté des entérotoxines (je dois admettre que j'aie copié et collé ces mots-là). Le chef de l'équipe a appri que le nombre du bactérie est anomalement grand, mais a jugé que la déinfecion suffisait. Or, le staphylocoque doré meurt du rechaffage, mais pas l'entérotoxine. Ce lait a été soit vendu ou soit déhydraté, s'est transformé en pourdre, distribué à d'aures usines de cette entreprise et utilisé pour d'autres produits.
En juin, trois garçons ayant bu ce lait ont vomi, et le service de santé publique a rapporté la possibilité d'intoxication alimentaire. À la suite de cet évènement, 14.780 personnes au total ont eu les symptômes comme la colique, le vomissement, le mal de vendre. Personne n'est morte sauf qu'un octogénaire, dont la cause a été jugé comme une faute médicale. En raison de cette envergure et la renommé de cette marque, cette accident a extrêmement defrayé la chronique. Je me mémorise très bien que tout à coup le lait que je boivais tous les jours a été changé pour celui d'autre marque. La réputation de cette entreprise « Yukijirushi » a été entâché, et la boîte a été contrainte de se réorganiser.
Aujourd'hui, elle vend toujours du lait sous la marque « Megmilk ». Pourtant, chaque fois que je vois le logo, cela me rappelle cette affaire qui était longuement sur le tapis.

Now that Mrs Groynes had spoiled his theory, Twitten was disappointed. That was classic Twitten. He greatly valued logical reasoning, so when nothing useful came of it, he’d feel defeated. Twitten decided to change the subject and discuss Crystal’s murder. Twitten’s half-formed theory was that Crystal might’ve recognised Mrs Groynes’ voice when he turned up at the police station a couple of days ago (Mrs Groynes worked there as a cleaner). From that moment on Mrs Groynes kept Crystal under close watch. When she realised that Crystal had been trying to retrieve his memories* of the bank robbery and was already joining the dots, ready to expose her, she had no choice but to dispose of him.
*It had been so traumatic for him that he’d lost memory of the details of the event.

Devez-vous partager le style de vie ou les idées politiques d’un artiste pour apprécier son art? Et pour acheter ses œuvres?
Pour apprécier un art, je le vois d’abord individuellement, c’est-à-dire j’ignore qui l’a fait et je ne concerne que sur la technique, les couleurs et le structure d’un art en général. Le fond de cette oeuvre est un plus parce que quand je connais l’histoire arrière, je peux mieux apprécier cette œuvre et peut-être de la comprendre. Concernant le style de vie et les idées politiques d’artiste, c’est aussi un facteur de decision pour l’achat, parce que je ne veux pas payer une personne ou une compagnie qui a une vue politique opposée de mienne. De plus, si cet artiste se fume ou il a fait des choses illégales, je n’achèterais pas ses oeuvres.

What would your perfect world be like?
My perfect world would be like a bit different from the one in which we’re living right now. In my perfect world, there would be no wars. Eastern countries and Western countries would get on well with each other. Rather than spending so much money, time and effort on fighting each other, they would be working to make the planet a better place to live in. With no wars, all the resources wasting on them would be used to improve the welfare of those who most need it. Just by giving up a tiny part of their huge fortunes, the wealthiest people, those who always appear on the Forbes World’s Billionaires List top places, would end hunger and poverty in the world. It’s quite unlikely that a world like this exists considering that countries and specially their rulers are more interested in themselves than the well-being of their people. Right now we can see a situation like that. You can agree with Russia. Maybe the US and its allies are gone too far. Even so, countries like Ukraine should be entitled to decide their fate. No matter what Ukraine or Nato or the US or Russia or even the former USSR agreed in the past. Now things are completely different and people from countries who were part of the Warsaw Pact and former Soviet republics want to live freely. Why aren’t they allow to do so? In my perfect world, people would be entitled to choose their future to a certain extent since we don’t live alone.

Vous préferez le matin ou le soir ?
Personellement, je préfère le matin plutôt que le soir car dans le matin, il y a du soleil et ça peut me rendre plus attentive aux choses ce que je fais. Avec le soleil, ce sera mieux quand je fais du sport. Le soleil a aussi des vitamines pour nous rendre plus sain. Il y a aussi des voisins qui vont marcher dans le matin pour inspirer l'air frais et qui m'ont toujours dit bonjour quand ils m'ont vu. Ça me rendre plus heureux aussi et les travails que je ferai plus tard à l'après-midi seront fini plus vite.
Au contraire, le soir, c'est tranquille mais il y a moins de personne dans la rue et ça me rendre triste, comme si je suis la dernière personne en vie sur la Terre. Parfois, la soirée peut être trop foncé et je ne peux rien voir. Pour moi, la soirée est toujours très tranquille et j'aime bien les endroits tranquilles. Cependant, dans le matin (environ 6-7 heures du matin), c'est aussi très tranquille, plus tranquille que le soir car tout le monde sont endormi. Si je suis assez chanceux, j'aurais le chance de regarder le soleil se lève.
En sommaire, la soirée n'est pas trop mal mais je préfère plus le matin.

Some people think that competitive sports have a positive effect on the education of teenagers while others argue that the effect is negative. Sports play crucial role when it comes to education. So let us weigh the pros and cons of competitive sports. In a nutshell, positive effects are they can develop as person and simply its fun to play competitive sports. Negative effect is it could be offensive in terms of fight against someone.
Competition is one of the best way to improve yourself. Space exploration in 1900s, for instance. The united states and Soviet union competed each other over the space satellite, gamma ray detector, and so on. Eventually, the united states succeeded landing on the moon and Soviet union also succeeded to send spacecraft on the surface of the moon. Another example for this is the entrance exam in China. China has a great deal of population, so getting into a good university is literally competitive. That said, we can explain why they are so good at math. Their score is always high compared with other country and it can be explained by the effect of competition. Same as space exploration and math, competitive sports going to be good for development.
Another reason is it's just fun to play competitive sports. It's clear whether you lose or win, and feedback like lost or win is nice to have when it comes to sports. Because you can notice the improvement by checking the feedback. As competitive sports give us a lot of feedback, you can feel a pleasure for playing competitive sports.
Sometimes, sportsman in the show, get so emotional and unlike themselves. This is due to competition. That kind of thing can make trauma and it will stress out teenagers. Losing so many times will make low self-esteem, and most of teenagers don't know how to deal with that sort of stress. This is especially because it is competitive. So maybe it depends on the personality. Some people don't want to fight against someone, and some can easily get emotional.
In conclusion, development and enjoyableness can thought as the pros of competitive game. Getting emotional like stressed out, and low self-esteem can thought as the cons of competitive game.
