Un concert de la musique classique
Franz Joseph Haydn était l’un des grands compositeurs de la musique classique. Il est né en 1732 dans le village autrichien appelé Rohrau. Grâce à son père, son enfance était plein de la musique. À un jeune âge, il a appris à chanter et à jouer du violin et du clavecin. Heureusement, au fil du temps, il a trouvé un riche mécène, et grâce à lui, les compositions de Haydn sont devenues de plus en plus populaires.
À la fin de sa carrière, il a écrit deux grands oratorios : le premier est appelé la Création et le deuxième, le Quatre saisons. Alors, je suis allée au théâtre pour écouter ce dernier. Je ne connais pas grand chose à la musique classique, mais j’ai apprécié le concert. Imaginez vous, sur la scène, il y avait environ 50 choristes et 3 solistes juste devant. La soprano était magnifique et le chanteur bassiste très puissant.
Sur scène, j’ai compté à peu près 50 musiciens. Je n’ai jamais vu autant d’instruments. Évidemment, j’ai reconnu le violon, le violoncelle, la flûte, les percussions la trompette et le trombone. C’était vertigineux puisqu’il avait encore plus. Après mon retour à la maison, j’ai fait quelques recherches et parmi les autres étaient le basson, le hautbois, le cor et la contrebasse. L’orchestre était incroyable et le concert m’a plu beaucoup. Ma sortie a eu de nombreux avantages : de mieux connaître la musique classique et d’être capable d’identifier les instruments en anglais et en français.

Influence
Si on veut avoir de l'influence il faut que le peuple on besoin de nous, mais comment on le fait. C'est important d'avoir de choses que personne autre peut offre ou au moins quelque chose avec une qualité superieur. Par exemple à mon avis la companie de train en Japon a plein d'influence parce que le pays est dependant du systeme de train et car il y a aucune adversaire une grande part d'économie est dependant d'elle. Donc pour pas risquer de perdre les avantages de la companie on dirait bien ils sont plutôt plus prêt de negocier doucement avec elles qu'avec des autres. Rendre le peuple dependant de vous c'est un tas pour attirer la pouvoir.

How do young people in your country get money?
I am not sure which ways young people currently use to get money, but I can talk in my case. When I was at the college, my parents gave me some money for going out with my friends. I didn't work then, so I had to ask then for money. It wasn't much, but it was enough to go to the cinema twice a month. At that time, I wasn't aware of the effort that it took to earn it. Therefore, I spend it too quickly; I didn't save any money as I didn't know the value of the money yet. Later on, I started working as a waiter in my father's restaurant. Thereby, I learned how much it cost to earn it and it was then when I started to save some money. Years went by and it took me ages to make up my mind on what spend that money, but I finally ended up spending the money I had been saving on my first car, an old second-hand car. Looking back, taking up saving money is one the best decisions I have ever made. Obviously, not everyone can't afford to save money, as there are people who are living in a day-to-day life.

The dangers of social networks on privacy
The major social network risk is the misuse of privacy rules for what is posted online. Many users are unaware that they are no longer their property once they have posted photos or messages. Other users can appropriate these publications, even your personal information!
Social network users, at least 58 million in France (89% of the population), are not only consumers of content as on the classic web; they are now actors and creators of content: like texts, videos, photos, etc. However, if this activity is initially exciting, even addictive, it can become dangerous and take an uncontrollable turn. Let us take the example of a photo published on Facebook: it can be shared directly or as a screenshot and republished in a completely different context, on another social network, etc. The same goes for a comment you posted, or even worse, a video, which could be downloaded onto the computer of malicious users, ready to use it after the fact with bad intentions.
Naturally, the more time you spend on social networks posting and friending people you have never met in real life, the more vulnerable you will be attacked.

Día 14 - Desafío personal de escritura
¿Con qué frecuencia haces ejercicio? Yo hago ejercicio cinco veces por semana, lo que significa que normalmente, hago ejercicio cada jornada laboral. Si por alguna razón me pierdo un día, lo compenso en el weekend. Para hacer ejercicio, voy al gimnasio. Prefiero ir a primera hora de la mañana o muy tarde por la noche. No me gusta ir durante el día por dos razones. La primera es que tengo muchas opciones para hacer otras actividades durante el día, así que, la probabilidad de que elijo hacer ejercicio es reducida. Por ejemplo, podría estar demasiado cansada o un amigo podría pedirme cenar. La segunda razón es que el gimnasio está muy ocupado durante el día. Menos personas van por la mañana y por la noche. En el gimnasio, divido los ejercicios depende de la parte de mi cuerpo que quiero trabajar. Por ejemplo, un día trabajaré la parte superior de mi cuerpo y el día siguiente, trabajaré la parte superior. Me gusta hacer ejercicio con pesos muy pesados. Le témoin
Il testimone (le témoin) est une émission de télévision conduite et réalisée par Pif (nom de scène de Pierfrancesco Diliberto). L’émission a été diffusée la première fois en 2007, et elle continue au présent, tristement irrégulièrement. Je dis « tristement » parce que je le considère la meilleure émission italienne.
Les épisodes sont des mini-documentaires, chacun raconte des évènements sociaux ou traditionnels italiens, dont Pif est le témoin. La narration n’est pas objective, on connaît bien son point de vue, mais il cherche toujours d’exposer plusieurs points de vue de la situation examinée.
Les arguments sont à la fois sérieux (par exemple : l’immigration, la mafia, les personnes gays et transgenres), à la fois ils sont plus sympa (par exemple : les chanteurs néo-mélodies, le calcio florentin et le carnaval d’Ivrée), il y a aussi des épisodes dédiés à certains personnages célèbres en Italie.
Je pense que c’est une très bonne émission pour qui veut apprendre des choses intéressantes sur l’Italie. Malheureusement, connaître l’italien est obligatoire, il n’y a pas ni de sous-titres ni une version internationale, en réalité c’est compliqué pour moi aussi trouver les épisodes sur internet…

Story 1
In the nineties, my colleagues and I earned lower salaries.
A few colleagues were a little vanity, so they were afraid that people would consider them poor.
During summer, we all wear thin shirts. Usually the shirts had a pocket on the upper left of the shirt.
The few colleagues always put one 100 RMB cash inside the pocket with the people-face side outward. Because the fabric of the shirt was very thin and relatively transparent, people could see the cash in the pocket.
A guy in my department was very designing. One day he had a chance to manage to leave an unnoticed sign on the cash. At the end of the summer, he said the cash in the shirt of the guy was still the same one.
You guys may laugh at this moment, while I am kind of sad because poor living conditions left me unpleasant memories.
Story 2
When I was young, my wife and I couldn't earn much money. My family was poor.
My wife managed my family's finances. I needed to ask her for some pocket money sometimes. Usually she gave me 20 to 50 rmb each time.
She had a terrible habit that she often asked me about how I spent the money one month later.
I was shocked when she asked me about that. I didn't think that she would ask me for a list of how I spent the money.
The worse thing was not this, but was that even though I had this kind of wife, I still dared not to leave her.

La casa donde yo e Irene vivíamos era amplia. La casa traía recuerdos de nuestra familia, de nuestros padres, abuelos y bisabuelos, además de nuestra infancia. Yo e Irene manteníamos la casa limpia y éramos puntuales en el almuerzo. A los cuarenta, ninguno de nosotros se había casado. Ella había rechazado pretendientes, yo había lidiado con la muerte de María Esther. Quizás había alguna relación del silencio y profundidad de la casa con esos eventos. Hoy me siento un poco cansado, sobre todo físicamente, porque ayer hice una sesión de entrenamiento bastante duro. Hice muchas series y muchas repeticiones de peso muerto, prensa de hombros y dominadas. Esta mañana me levanté temprano como siempre y fui al gimnasio sin mucho ánimo. Sin embargo, decidí entrenar abdominales y hacer un poco de cardio. La sesión duró solo treinta minutos, pero fue suficiente para hacerme sentir cansado. Después, me duché con agua fría, aunque no me impidió sudar durante la siguiente hora. La temperatura todavía no es muy alta, pero hay mucha humedad en el aire y parece que eso me hace sudar fácilmente. Dicen que hoy hará mucho calor, y desafortunadamente tenemos que ir al campo para hacer pruebas con el dron.

Ich habe deine E-Mail gelesen und es hat mich geärgert. Ich denke, dass du das Semester erhalten sollst. Dir kann ich nur mit auf den Weg geben, dass du keine Sorgen macht, weil du an das Semester noch im nächsten Jahr bewerben kannst. Man weiß nie, ob es nicht sogar besser ist, wie es ist. Seit drei Jahren habe ich mich für ein Stipendium beworben, das ich nicht gleich bekommen habe, ich habe mich sehr geärgert, aber da kann man wohl nichts mehr machen, nach einem Jahr bewarb ich mich für anderes Stipendium und habe es bekommt. Ich wünsche dir viel Erfolg im nächsten Jahr.

Lunedì
Sono ritornata a lavorare oggi, ugh. Non ho voglia di fare niente e di niente di speciale, come al solito quando inizio una nuova settimana lavorativa. Tuttavia devo iniziarla serenamente. Forse ho voglia solo degli Oreo oggi anche se non fanno bene alla salute. Almeno posso mangiarli di tanto in tanto.
Ho camminato tre mila passi prima del lavoro. Sono fortunata ad avere il parco vicino a casa mia per fare tutte le passeggiate che voglio, quando voglio. Dopo esser tornata a casa, ho iniziato a lavorare. Mi fa piacere sapere che fra qualche giorno ho del tempo libero di nuovo. Mi rilasserò nel weekend e farò tutto ciò che vorrò, l'unico limite saranno le stelle. Potrò stare sul balcone e leggerò un libro di Stephen King, mi dedicherò a me stessa il più possibile.
Sto lavorando mente pensando al pranzo, ho una fame terribile, fortunatamente il cibo è già preparato. Devo solo metterlo nel forno a microonde per riscaldarlo e godermelo poi. Anche se oggi non ho voglia di niente, domani ritornerò a lavorare con un nuovo stato d'animo. Dopo che avrò dormito stanotte, tutto andrà bene.
Qualcuno al lavoro ( lavoro nei servizi clienti ) si è lamentato di un caso su cui io e gli altri colleghi abbiamo lavorato, ma io non ho qualcosa a che fare con questo. Forse solo i miei colleghi oppure nessuno dei miei colleghi. Certa genta trova sempre motivi di lamentarsi.

Zen
Zen est une concepte difficile à explique. Je ne suis même pas sûre si je l'ai bien compris moi même mais je vais quand même essayer d'en ranconter un peu. De quoi je lis zen est ce qu'on appele un état où on agit sans penser, on peut le retrouver dans chaque temps et situation c'est un part de la vie que chacun peut atteindre pour quelques moments ou minutes. C'est-a-dire un mode d'agir subconsciemment, ce n'est pas quelque chose qu'on peut forcer mais quelque chose qu'il faut sentir. Souvent une personne a besoin de quelqu'un qui a déjà maitrise zen pour l'atteindre soi même. On dirait bien que ce n'est pas un truc qu'on peut expliquer avec des simples mots. Japon est un pays ou le Zen est très reconnue il y a plein d'exercice pour "pratiquer" le Zen par exemple la cerenomie du thé, tir à l'arc, jardins du zen etc.
