CHAPTER: 1. INTRODUCTION - 18 MAY 1985
On the 8th floor of 220 Leninsky Prospekt, the KGB set about bugging a flat. By the time the two KGB men had wired up the whole flat, it remained only one thing to do: sprinkle radioactive dust on the clothes in the closet. Thus, the KGB would be able to follow the wearer’s movements. A few hours later a senior russian intelligence officer landed at Moscow airport from London. He had been summoned back to be officialy appointed as the London rezident—the head of KGB intelligence station in London, overseeing every illegal soviet operation in the UK. Colonel Oleg Gordievsky was at the height of his career; he had risen through the soviet ranks and was still tipped to take up higher positions. Despite that, as Gordievsky walked through the airport, he felt a terror mounting inside him; he was a British spy. M16 had recruited him 12 years earlier. Codenamed “NOCTON”, he proved to be one of the most valuable spies in history. Still, his abrupt summon to Moscow had raised concerns among his British handlers. MI5 and MI6 head officers gathered in haste. The stakes were incredibly high. If he returned as the official KGB London rezident, then the West would hit the jackpot, but if the KGB had set a trap, Gordievsky would lose his life. British intelligence offered him the possibility to defect to Britain for good. However, in an extreme act of bravery, Gordievsky uttered this words, “I will go back.” Once out of the airport, he took a cab to his flat on 220 Leninsky Prospekt. As usual, he unlocked the first two locks, but the door would not open. The third lock had been locked. Though Oleg had never had the key to it. All his fears of the last few weeks rushed back to his mind freezing him still. The KGB suspected him, and had bugged his flat. Someone had betrayed him.

6AM Erlebnis und Griechisch
Heute bin ich um 6 Uhr morgens aufgestanden. Ich habe vier Stunden Deutsch gehört, bevor ich einen Spaziergang gemacht habe. Ich habe viel Kaffee und grüne Tee getrunken, um wach zu bleiben. Gestern aß ich Haggis und Waffeln. Heute werde ich nochmal Haggis und Waffeln essen und ich bin total gespannt! Diesen Nachmittag ist einen Mann zu meiner Wohnung gekommen, um meine Heizung und Strom zu prüfen. Vermutlich ist alles in Ordnung, weil er nichts anders gesagt hatte. Ich möchte heute Nacht sehr früh einschlafen, um morgenfrüh noch mal um 6 Uhr aufzustehen und mehr deutsche Videos zu schauen. Gestern habe ich mit einem Griechischen Freunde gesprochen und ich habe mich entschieden, dass ich unbedingt mein Griechisch verbessern muss, um mit ihm in seiner Sprache zu sprechen. Mein Griechisch ist sehr schlecht, weil ich nur sagen kann, dass ich Kaffee oder Bier brauche. Ich weiß noch nicht die griechische Zahlen oder die Namen der Tagen. Wenn ich in Deutschland lebe, kann ich einen Urlaub nach Griechenland machen, um die Sonne richtig zu genießen und meine griechische Freunde zu besuchen. Weil ich noch keinen Job habe, habe ich viele Zeit zwei Sprachen zu lernen. Aber ich werde wahrscheinlich mehr auf Deutsch fokussieren, denn mein Deutsch ist viel besser als mein Griechisch. Ich bin mir relativ sicher dass ich eines Tages fließend Deutsch sprechen werde, aber mit Griechisch werde es vielleicht nie passieren. Es gibt weniger Lernmateriale und die Sprache ist viel weniger vertraut. Ich denke, dass ich zehn Jahren brauchen wird, um die zwei Sprachen relativ fehlerfrei zu sprechen. Wenn mein Griechisch wurde so gut wie mein Deutsch, dann würde ich sehr glücklich sein. Ich würde mehr auf Griechisch schreiben, aber ich kann noch nicht tippen, weil die Buchstaben total anders sind! Dennoch liebe ich Sprachenlernen und ich möchte (möchte ich? do both work?) meine Fähigkeiten nutzen, die Welt zu reisen und mit anderen Leuten zu kommunizieren.
Diesen Abend werde ich mit meiner andere Deutschlehrerin sprechen. Ich mache einen Onlinekurs, deswegen muss ich regelmäßig mit ihr sprechen, um meine Noten zu besprechen und Prüfungen zu planen.
Glücklicherweise habe ich meine Wohnung komplett aufgeputzt, wegen des Elektrikers. Jetzt kann ich mich ausruhen und Schachvideos genießen. Vielleicht morgen werde ich auch den Strand besuchen. Oder vielleicht werde ich den Strand in einigen Tagen besuchen.

Ein Bisschen Frustriert.
Heute, um ehrlich zu sein, war ich frustriert mit meiner Gastfamile. Manchmal, sie sind wirklich rücksichtslos.
Als ich zuerst nach Deutschland gekommen bin, sie waren sehr überrascht, dass ich ein bisschen Deutsch sprechen kann. Es war, eigentlich, keine gute Überraschung. Die andere Austauschschüler, die hier gewohnt haben, sprachen absolut kein Deutsch. Jetzt ist es klar, dass sie hofften, dass ich auch gar kein Deutsch sprechen würde.
Sie wollen, dass ich Englisch ihren Kindern lehre. Also jeden Tag, spreche ich Englisch mit ihnen. Obwohl ich bin hier um Deutsch zu lernen, ich muss jeden Tag Englisch sprechen. Deshalb, lerne ich Deutsch viel langsamer als erwartet.
Heute Morgen, mein Gastvater hat mir erzählt, dass ich muss seine Tochter /noch/ mehr helfen, um Selbstvertrauen auf Englisch zu haben. Ich weiß nicht wie ich das machen soll, weil ich einfach kein Englisch-lehrer bin! Auch in die Schule, die andere bitten mir immer mit Englisch aufgaben zu helfen oder so, und normaleweise, ist das okay für mich. Aber jeden Tag Englisch in der Schule, und zu Hause ist viel zu viel.
Tut mir leid, aber ich musste es einfach rausbringen. Vielen Dank fürs lesen :)

La musique me servie différentes rôles. D'abord, la musique de piano classique ou de BGM est parfaite comme bruit de fond pour étudier. Elle peut m'aider à concentrer sur les tâches. Je l'écoute chaque fois quand j'étudie. Les chansons avec paroles sont aussi un excellent outil pour apprendre une langage, pour bien prononcer les mots. De plus, quelques unes symbolisent certaines periodes de la vie. Quand j'écoute « Le dernier slow » de Joe Dessin, je me retrouve dans tous les soirées où je rentrais chez moi après la classe en traînant un corps fatiguant et en me disant de travailler plus dur pour ne pas me laisser tomber.

１８００年まで首都でした。アメリカの歴史の街として知られています。アメリカの旗、病院、図書館、大学などがアメリカで初めて建てられたのはフィラデルフィアです。
特に電気が発見されたベンジャミン・フランクリンは一番有名な人と知られています。現在フィラデルフィアはスポーツの街としても知られています。
野球、サッカー、バスケットボール、アメリカンフットボール、アイスホッケーのチームがあり、大学のスポーツチームのファンも結構います。
フィラデルフィアの建築も素晴らしく、コロニアル、ローマ,ジョージアの様式の影響を受けています。
Old Cityという区で２００－３００年前ぐらいのビルがあります。アメリカ人がフィラデルフィアと聞いて思い浮かぶのは、
フィーリチーズステーキです。フィーリチーズステーキ世界で有名なサンドイッチです。細い牛肉を刻み、
ピーマン、玉ねぎ、きのこと一緒に炒め、長くて平なパンに入れ、最後にチーズウィズというのチーズをのせます。
肉とチーズのコンビネーションが絶妙で最高です。一番美味しい店についての討論があちこちで繰り広げられています。皆さんがそれぞれの好きな店がありますが、
Tony Luke'sという店のは一番美味しいに違いません。東京でも食べられますので、皆さんが東京に行く機会があれば是非試してみてください。

三头小猪
三头猪兄弟出发建造房子。各头有看法什么材料好。最小的弟弟选干草，因为黄色的干草不仅很好看并且很香。中间的兄弟用枝条做她的房间。他觉得枝条很轻，很容易用做。
老哥哥选砖头。虽然这么重的材料让哥哥慢慢地做，但是最后她很喜欢他红砖的家。
有一天一只狼来了。大灰狼看第一头猪的干草的家，说：”小猪，小猪，让我进去，否则我会用大吹拆你的家。” 害怕的小猪不信任他干草的房子，所以跑去哥哥的枝条家。大灰狼把房间拆了，但是发现了里面没有小猪，所以去下一个房子。
狼到枝条做的房子，又说”让我进去”。里面的两头猪商量了。 他们判断枝条不能挡狼，所以跑去第三头猪的房子。
果然狼拆掉了空间的枝条房间。现在好饿，他去那个砖头的房子。里面的三只小猪都叫：”吹吧，大灰狼，你会拆不了！”
狼吹得很努力，但是那个强房间他不会拆。猪安全啦！

Comment combattre le « trouble affectif saisonnier»?
Pendant l’hiver, il fait froid, il pleut presque tous les jours. Les arbres perdent leurs feuilles afin de conserver leur énergie en attendant le printemps. Moi aussi, je perds la joie de vivre pendant l’hiver. Je me sens démotivée et j'aimerais seulement rester sous une couverture et ne bouge pas jusqu'à ce qu’il devienne le printemps.
Récemment, je me suis rendu compte que je souffre du « trouble affectif saisonnier», un type de dépression ou tristesse qui est lié à la quantité de lumière à laquelle les personnes sont exposées. Par conséquent il est plus prononcé pendant l’hiver.
Alors j’ai décidé de faire un vrai effort pour remédier à ça cet hiver. D’abord, il faut que je me pousse à faire de l'exercice régulièrement, même si je me sens paresseuse. Chaque jour, je me donne le choix entre : courir dans le parc, faire du yoga ou simplement se promener dehors. Rester en forme m’aide à bien dormir, tout en m’encourageant à passer du temps sans mon écran et loin de mon bureau. D’ailleurs, quand je me sens particulièrement déprimée, je me livre à des choses que je trouve divertissantes, comme aller au cinéma, ou sortir pour un repas. Je considère ces petits plaisirs une façon de prendre soin de moi-même.

Wolfwalkers, warm and cozy experience
A few days ago I've spent few hours with Wolfwalkers movie. All the gender agenda aside, that was a wonderful time spent. It has fresh looking art style and gripping story. Speaking about the story, it's full of emotions. Till the end one cannot say if it's a tragedy or a happy end.

Я люблю вязать. Сегодня я кончилась ности. Не знаю, что я буду делать следующий. У меня очень пряжи, но не могу решать делать. Мне нравиться свитеры, ности и шарфи. Всегда не знаю делать после кончаюсь проект. Когда я верну в университет, начнусь чёрный и белый свитер. Наверное я сошью что-то.

No hay mal que por bien no venga
A partir de hoy, voy a empezar a usar la expresión no hay mal que por bien no venga, la que se refiere a la importancia de no perder el optimismo cuando todo sale mal. Como una persona muy ansiosa, este refrán es bastante relevante a mi vida. Cuando todo fracasa, me suelo pensar que no hay nada que vaya a mejorar, que todos mis esfuerzos están condenada al fracaso.
Pero estes pensamientos no reflejan la realidad y les pongo un ejemplo. En mi último año de universidad, trabajé duro preparando una aplicación para una prestigiosa beca. Después de 3 meses de revisar mis materiales y aún más meses de esperar por noticias, descubrí que había fracasado conseguirlo y que me habían puesto en la lista de espera. Estaba tan decepcionante. Pero poco sabía que este fracaso daría paso a cosas buenas. Encontré pronto un trabajo a través aprendí mucho de mi estilo de liderazgo y adquirí experiencia valiosa después de graduarme. Algunos meses después, descubrí que me había sacado de la lista de espera. Como resultado, he recibido los beneficios de tener un trabajo y recibir la beca, incluso si llegó un poco tarde.
Cometo errores y fracaso todos los días porque soy ser humana. A veces mis frascos vienen con victorias y pensar así me da motivación para seguir adelante.
