Welcome to Rhea's Head
Hi Everyone! My name is Val and I'm a english learner. Nowadays, I'm studying english at the university and I'm excited with the idea of become in a great english speaker. I really love languages and that's why I decided to studied them. I always thought that languages connect people and I want to be part of that. So, I give you the welcome of my head, along these writings you are going to know how my head works. Ich bin zum Fitnesszentrum gefahren. Die Besitzerin hat mir erzählt, dass sie die Klimaanlage einschalten wäre.
Warum? Es ist nicht heiß im Kraftraum, wenn alle die Fenster eröffnet sind. Ich komme seit 20 Jahren zum Fitnesszentrum und ich habe die Klimaanlage noch nie gebraucht. Später, als ich die Geräte benutzte habe, ist mein Freund A-- (der Ehemann der Besitzerin) hinübergekommen und er hat mir erzählt, dass gestern seine Frau beim Schwimmwettkampf (beide sind Schiwmmtrainer) von Hitzschlag in Ohnmacht gefallen ist und ins Krankenhaus gebracht werden musste. Autsch! Glücklich, dass sie O.K. ist. Na gut, das erklärt die plötzliche Besorgnis um die Klimaanlage.
Am Nachmittag habe ich Cello geübt. Dann habe ich drei Seiten von „Perry“ vom Japanischen ins Englische übersetzt. Das ist schwierig. Ohne die Ressourcen des Interntes kann ich es nicht tun, aber trotzdem ist die Arbeit immer noch langsam.

Einkaufensmission abgesagt!
Heute war echt warm. Ich machte mir Sorgen um meinem Freund, weil er immer mit seinem Scooter zur Arbeit geht und züruck kommen, ohne die Nutzung von einer Sonneschutzcreme oder einem Hut. Deswegen habe ich ihm gesagt: wir sollten heute solche Sachen kaufen, damit du morgen geschutzt wird. Er verlässt die Arbeit um 14 Uhr, wenn die Sonne hell scheint. Wir wollten in Dehner anhalten, als wir entedeckt haben, dass alles heute geschlossen war. NEIIIIIN!
Als wir zurück nach Hause gekommen sind, haben wir mit dem Nachbarn getroffen und er hat uns erklärt, dass diese Stadt katolisch ist, deswegen wird hier Mariä Himmelfahrt gefeiert, sodass alles geschlossen ist. Trotzdem ist es nicht so in Nüremberg, wo die Meistens evangelisch sind. Aber wir werden nicht heute ein Stunde nach Nüremberg mit dem Zug fahren und zurück, um nur einen Hut und eine Sonneschutzcreme zu kaufen.

An English Post
It's 4:05 am, which means I have woken up early in the morning on another day. I can't remember how many days in a row I have been waking early in the morning. Before it was autumn, I didn't wake up early; I only woke up around six. I guess it may be something related to the seasons. I don't know how many days it will last. So, that is why I am writing something in English. When I wake up early in the morning, I like to write short English paragraphs to pass the time. That is the only thing I can do at this time of the day. Hopefully, this small piece of English doesn't have many mistakes.

I got an Interview invitation from TIKTOK
Last two weeks, I applied two different positions of TIKTOK in CDMX.
At first, their Talent Acquisition Team reject me, and that's make me upset and frastrated.
But after that I'm thinking why not try again if they really need hire someone why I couldn't be the one, so I sent my resume to another position two days ago.
And something incredible just happened to me when I was checking my mailbox this morning, there was one from TIKTOK say hello to me.
Just have no idea how happy I am right now.
It also make me believe that, everything you want just keep trying and don't give up in the middle way.

Une nouvelle plante est arrivée
Hier, ma belle-mère nous a donné une plante carnivore. J'étais assise à mon bureau et j'ai vu quelqu'un en train d'ouvrir le portail, donc j'étais un peu alarmée et j'y suis allée pour voir qui c'était. Et bon, c'était ma belle-mère qui m'a dit qu'elle nous a apporté des cadeaux. Je suis allée à sa voiture et elle m'a donné une plante carnivore et des biscuits au beurre de Bretagne (elle vient juste de rentrer de là).
La plante était très sèche et ma belle-mère m'a conseillé de la plonger dans l'eau. J'ai fait ça et je l'ai également mise dans une soucoupe d'eau pour la nuit. Je dois maintenir cette plante bien hydratée. Aujourd'hui, elle semble en bonne santé et ne semble plus sèche.
Les plantes carnivores ne sont pas mes préférées, mais elles sont intéressantes. Moi, je préfère des belles fleurs ou des choses que je peux manger. Ma belle-mère nous l'a donné parce que ma belle-sœur en a récemment acheté beaucoup, et mon mari a mentionné qu'il les trouve très cool. C'était donc un cadeau très attentionné.

Estimation
Turkey is going through high inflation and nobody can estimate what will happen in Turkey's economy situation. Altough the president asks low interest rate , the minister of finance keeps interest rate high for a while to curb inflation. That's why noone guess how much of inflation can be down and whether the president will fire the minister or not. If he is fired everything will go worst. The inflation could not be control for 5 years and if it happend, it could not be control for next five years. Therefore, BYD is waiting for Turkey's action for a while and then makes a decision on process.

Angry guy is the same a big problem in business ...
Everybody made bad things, but learning how it affects other people is critical to leadership.
So , if I had a bad guy in my team, that is my first step, give a true feedback.
We all deserve new chances to learn.
Difficult conversations are part of development process, sometimes the people never received true feedback about the consequences of their behavior.
After we need to create a plan for develop emotional inteligence, could be with therapy.
Obviously it might not work, and in this case I would need to fire this person, because a bad leader can destroy a team.

TAKING CARE OF MY AUNT'S CAT
The last year, my aunt asked me if I could take care of her cat, I did her a favor and she paid me 50 euros for doing this job for 1 week. Since that moment, she started to take advantage of me, everytime she went to the beach or on a trip, she called me and ordered me to take care of her cat.
I know that she is part of my family and I should do her a favor if she need it, but I believe she is using me because of the money she paid me one year ago; so this year, I refused her proposals many times because I can´t stand going to her house for nothing and spending there 1 hour everyday she's not in Seville.
Do you think that I'm being selfish?

WHAT AM I WATCHING ON MY HOLIDAYS?
Hi guys, today I wanted to talk about what I'm watching in my freetime because in summer I don't have anything to do.
When I was a kid, I used to watch Adventure Time, I think that all of you had already heard about this series as it became really famous. It was really entertaining but I got older and I didn't care about how this series ended. In spite of this, three weeks ago, I saw a tiktok about Adventure Time and I knew that I had to start it again and to finally finish it.
Most of people think that this series aimed at young people, nothing could be futher from the truth; firts seasons are simple and infantile (I also enjoyed this part) however, it has a deep plot inside it. I do recommend it.

When the lady regained consciousness, she saw that she was lying on a bed, surrounded by some machines which were connected to her. Seeing these things, she became confused.
A lady came closer to her and said, “Miss, you have several injuries, you need to take rest.”
The injured lady asked, “Can I ask you something?”
The other lady replied, “Of course, why not?”
The injured lady then asked, “Where am I? Who brought me here?”
The lady answered, “You are in the hospital. Mr. Alok brought you here. I am going to call him so that you can meet him.”
The injured lady asked, “What do you mean by ‘hospital’?”
The other lady said, “What? You don’t know the meaning of hospital? Are you from another planet? Anyway, a hospital is a place where humans with physical problems or injuries can be cured using tools and medicine.”
Then the lady went outside the room and reached the counter of the hospital, where Alok was sitting. She said, “Mr. Alok, your patient is awake. You can meet her now.”
Alok replied, “Okay, nurse. I’m going to meet her.”

Mi történt az utóbbi időben?
Mostanában nagyon meleg van, egész éjszaka nyitva tartom az ablakokat. Úgy látszik, mások is érdekesnek tartják a lakásomat. A hét elején éppen a fürdőszobában voltam, amikor észrevettem valamit a fejem fölött. Ott a falon lógott egy kis zöld valami, amit szöcskének azonositottam. Nem tudtam, hogy mit csináljak vele. Ott hagytam, a következő két napon ugyanaz a helyen volt, meg se mozgott. A harmadik napon hirtelen eltűnt, de a fürdőszoba másik sarkában felfedeztem egy fekete pillangót. Már azzal gyanusitottam az új barátomat, hogy felfalta az elsőt, mert a szöcske azóta hiányzik. A pillangó se szeret mozogni. Minden este nyitva hagyom a fürdőszoba ajtaját, hogy lássa a fényt és tudja, hogy merre kell indulni, viszont jobban szereti a sötétséget.
Aztán ma hajnalban felébredek, mert valami surran a hálószobában. Még félalmomban azt gondoltam: " Jaj, a pillangó megmoccant." Azonban tévedtem. Lassan felebredettem hajnal háromkor. Ott valami állandóan repült a fejem fölött. Kikeltem az ágyból, és felkapcsoltam a villanyt. Valami körözött az ágyom felett. Próbáltam kihajtani az ablakból, ami nem sikerült. Felkeltem, fél óra múlva már nem volt ott. Azt hiszem, egy sarlófecske volt.
Sajnos nem fényképeztem. Az emberek el sem hiszik, hogy milyen vendégeim vannak.

Viaggiare
Viaggiare apre un nuovo mondo perché non solo si conosce un'altra cultura, ma si cresce anche come persona.
Credo che, se qualcuno è il tipo di persona che viaggia tantissimo, impara come vive la gente di un Paese diverso.
Viaggiare ti dà l'opportunità di assaggiare piatti diversi, parlare con persone che potrebbero avere opinioni opposte e fare nuove amicizie.
Non tutte le persone si comportano bene all'estero e credo davvero che l'educazione sia qualcosa che si impara in anticipo.
È da molto tempo che non viaggio, però sicuramente sono cresciuta come persona dall'ultima volta.
