My favorite core
I like watching TikTok. Since there are many "Core". Do you know core? It is explained as aesthetic or kind of beauty. For example, my favorite core is autumn core. According to fandom, autumn core is "Autumncore, or Fallcore is an aesthetic focusing on the season known as Autumn." I like it. Deep color, deep atmosphere and a slight chill make me comfortable and emotional. And as a person who live in most humid and warm country in the world, autumn's dry and sadness seems so romantic. I can't stop scrolling the autumn core page on TikTok.

Using an Exercise Ball as a Chair バランスボールを椅子にする
I have been using an exercise ball as my chair for a long time. Originally, it was just a tentative idea, but since it worked well, I haven’t replaced it with a regular chair for years. Of course, it’s less stable than an ordinary chair, but that’s the fun of it! I can balance myself with my legs while sitting, which feels a bit like light exercise. I’ve noticed that I can focus better when I’m gently moving because I’m naturally a bit fidgety.
Since I work from home, I don’t get much exercise on a daily basis. I hope that the time I spend sitting at my desk can at least do some good for my body. Thanks to the exercise ball, I believe I’m engaging my core muscles and improving my blood circulation. Also, since there’s no backrest, I’m probably using my back muscles to maintain good posture.
That said, it’s overly optimistic to think that just sitting on the ball is enough exercise. I know I need to increase the duration and intensity of my workouts to stay fit.

80 Years After The War
I recently watched a TV documentary about the Total War Research Institute, which was established in the summer of 1941 to predict the war between Japan and the United States. The Institute, composed of young, elite group at an average age of 33, concluded that Japan was certain to lose due to the overwhelming difference in power between the countries. However, Prime Minister Hideki Tojo, the former head of the army, denied the research result and presented the fabricated data about the amount of stocked oil at a conference with the Emperor, convincing the Emperor to commit war, even though the Emperor had never wanted the war. Unfortunately, four years later Japan suffered a crushing defeat, as predicted by the majority of people, including the research members.
What made the Japanese leaders decide to go to war? They couldn't comprehend reality and simply crazy. Or perhaps, they understood Japan's fate but they could not overcome their passion for fighting. In any case, the leaders were too powerless to save millions of Japanese citizens. Even now, 80 years after the war, we should still rethink the war and what we should do in the future, especially about the responsibilities of leaders who we can elect.

Peindre la maison
Ma mère a décidé de peindre sa maison. Sa maison a 30 ans et elle n’a jamais été repeinte. Les murs sont blancs et ils ne sembleraient pas trop sales. Cependant, lorsque nous avons déplacé les meubles et décroché les tableaux, c’était évident qu’il faudra repeindre les murs.
Maintenant, la décision est prise et la première étape consiste à trouver un peintre. Nous cherchons un peintre qualifié dont le travail est de bonne qualité. Bien que nous cherchions sur internet, ma préférence est d’obtenir une recommandation, par le bouche à l’oreille.
La tâche sera grande, fatigante et stressante. Bien que la maison ne soit pas grande, ma mère a beaucoup de peintures et de meubles. Je consacrerai quasiment 2 semaines pour effectuer la tâche. J’espère que cela suffira.

Lire pour la plaisir
Quand j’étais petite, comme adolescente même comme une jeune adulte, j’ai lu beaucoup. Pour mon anniversaire, pour Noël, j’ai reçu des livres et je les adorais. Pendant mon enfance, mes parents me lisaient des histoires. Peu à peu, je suis passée à des livres comme Tom Sawyer et Charlie et la chocolaterie. Ces livres ont stimulé mon imagination et curiosité. Même aujourd’hui, j’adore voyager, découvrir des lieux insolites et des cultures étrangères.
Malheureusement de nos jours, je remarque de plus en plus des adolescents penchés sur leurs iPhones. L’internet leur offre tous les divertissements désirés et la lecture n’est plus aussi populaire. Cette jeune génération manque tellement de choses comme l’aventure. En plus de cela, les jeunes n’ont pas l’occasion de découvrir la beauté de l’écriture. Est-il possible de renverser cette tendance ?
Une étude mène en 2024 suggère que des adolescents ne consacrent plus que 19 minutes par jour à la lecture. En revanche, ils restent quasiment 5h devant leurs écrans. C’est vraiment dommage. Il vaut la peine d’encourager la lecture chez les jeunes car à mon avis cela ouvrira leur esprit à de nouvelles choses.

Courir
Hier, j’ai décrit la course « Sydney City2Surf ». Cela m’a fait penser du sport de courir. Il paraît qu’il devient de plus en plus populaire. Je connais des personnes qui l’ont adopter comme passe-temps et pour eux, c’est un nouveau mode de vie. J’avoue qu’ils sont obsédés.
Je me demande pourquoi et quelles sont les raisons. Je suppose que c’est un sport qu’on peut effectuer n’importe où. En plus de cela, c’est moins cher car il n’est pas nécessaire d’avoir beaucoup d’équipement, seulement des bonnes baskets. Ou peut-être, veulent les coureurs être au pleine air et apprécier la nature ?
Je remarque qu’il existe de nombreux événements australiens pour les coureurs comme le semi-marathon, le marathon et plusieurs autres types de courses ludiques. Je les apprécie puisque ces événements sont des événements pour la communauté, sont bons pour la santé et bien-être et de plus ils récoltent des fonds pour les associations caritatives.

Sydney City2Surf
Connaissez-vous la course « Sydney City2Surf » ? C’est une course emblématique qui est organisée à Sydney chaque année. Cette course a débuté il y a 55 ans et elle est extrêmement populaire. Figurez-vous, cette année 90 000 coureurs vont participer.
Le « Sydney City2Surf » n’est pas la même compétition que le marathon de Sydney, bien qu’il existe certaines similitudes. Toutes les deux commencent au centre ville et la ligne d’arrivée se trouve à la fameuse plage de Bondi. Pourtant, le « Sydney City2Surf » n’est que 14 kms. Oui, une course avec une distance plus courte.
Depuis 2008, cette course a récolté plus de 55 millions dollars pour les des associations caritatives. C’est vraiment impressionnant. Cette année, les organisateurs espèrent de récolter au moins 5 millions dollars. Jusqu’à aujourd’hui, le montant collecté est quasiment 3,5 millions. Je me doute bien qu’ils atteindront leur objectif.

「いいえ」とそのフランス語の似ている意味の言葉を比べます

Ho il test finale oggi al lavoro. Ne ho tanta paura e non riesco nemmeno a fare colazione.
L’ho fatta comunque, per avere qualcosa nello stomaco. Pensavo di aver finito con i test quando mi sono diplomata.
Però sembra che nella vita ci siano diversi test e non solo al lavoro. Questo periodo è stato difficilissimo e sono cresciuta.
Ho imparato cose non solo riguardo agli argomenti trattati nel nuovo lavoro, ma anche su me stessa.

My first day on Langcorrect
I was searching for a platform to publish my English writing and get feedback on my English learning. Chat-GPT just recommended Langcorrect, which is this site, and this is my first post here.
I am learning to use LaTeX and Obsidian to enhance my learning efficiency by writing math and physics handouts, actually I've constructed two complete systems for taking atomic notes and compile PDF file, I 'll keeping doing this. BTW, I am planning to publish my handouts and system in the future, uhn, maybe.
I had graduated from my college and now I am preparing for a vital exam at home, to be honest, endless tedious practice grinds me and is unhealthy, as I always invert my biological clock, and pressure makes me feel anxious. I know I need to do sports to keep my physical and mental health, so I bought a new bicycle few days ago, I really enjoy it, but the weather nowadays is very hot, I nearly go out at afternoon.
I also learn music and practice violin, but heaven knows what, I've almost lost the passion for them these days, I think I'm experiencing a new phase, and I think I need to take a break.

Hablé en español durante mi turno hoy
Trabajo en un lugar donde montamos fiestas para niños. Entró una familia grande de hispanohablantes. Como siempre, me sentí nerviosa al pensar en hablar español, pero también me sentí tan amigable y llena de energía que me empujé a hacerlo, aún por lo poquito que hablaría.
Di “bienvenidos” a unos viejitos a que obviamente no les daba bien el inglés. Les traje a todos los invitados las agüitas que teníamos y les pregunté a los viejitos en español si querían agua y les dije “aquí tiene” cuando se las di. Una mujer trató de decirme algo, pero como no lo pudo buscar las palabras adecuadas en inglés, le dije que hablo español y que me dijera lo que necesitaba. Trataba de que una niñita, a que yo le servía pizza, no quería que fuera picante, así que les aseguré que no era picante y se fue a comer.
Siento que hubo más pero se me olvidó en todo lo que pasó en esa fiesta. Fue divertido por lo menos.

An English Post
In the summer of 2018, I joined a tourist group to Inner Mongolia. I visited Hulun Buir, which is a vast grassland. That was the first time I was on a grassland. So I was shocked to see the grassland for the first time.
When I stood on the grassland and looked around, all I could see was the distant horizon, and grass, sheep, cows and horses. There were not any trees, villages, or even people.
The sky was extremely blue and the clouds were so white and low. It felt like people could grab the clouds just by jumping up.
When I was standing there and looking around, I couldn't help shouting loudly into the distance.

Ein Tag als unsichtbare Beobachterin
Wenn ich einen Tag lang unsichtbar sein könnte, würde ich mich unbemerkt bewegen, weil mich niemand sehen könnte. Zum Beispiel würde ich heimlich Vögel am Strand beobachten, da ich so mehr Möglichkeiten hätte, sie zu fotografieren. Außerdem könnte ich ein kleines Abenteuer erleben. Ich hätte die Möglichkeit, geheime Informationen aus den Gesprächen der Menschen zu erfahren. Ich könnte Gespräche hören, ohne dass es jemand bemerkt. Am Ende des Tages würde ich heimlich Vögel und Menschen beobachten, weil mir das sehr entspannend erscheinen würde.

Poco días hacia adelante y vuelta
Ayer, fui a la reserva natural por primera vez en (creo) dos semanas. Me sentí bien al volver. Tomé un paseo alrededor de lago. Sintió extra amable porque fui más tarde de lo habitual, así que el sol estaba poniendo para cuando salí. Las nubes estuvieron muy bonita, cuando el sol estaba poniendo y están solo parcialmente illuminaron paracieron como montañas rosas en la distancia. Cuando estuve salgo (y escucho a “Killing for Company”) pude ver una astilla de el sol rojo en las nubes, estuvo muy genial. Quiero a intentar a voy alrededor de puesta del sol más a menudo.
Sin embargo, no espero con ansias la semana que viene. Tengo citas TRES DÍAS EN FILA, y tendré hablar al consejero universidad de nuevo y tendré comprar mi ultimó libro de texto. Que debería todo importe a 300+ dólares. Por no hablar de qué agotando todo lo que será.
