Construyendo mi autoconfianza
Ahora estoy viendo un vídeo en inglés sobre la autoconfianza porque quiero mejorar mi confianza, especialmente cuando tengo tareas difíciles. Por ejemplo, escribí un texto largo en alemán sobre mis experiencias con los diarios que he escrito en alemán, español, noruego, francés e inglés. Personalmente, prefiero escribir en inglés en el ordenador, sobre todo cuando quiero adjuntar publicaciones de Instagram o vídeos de YouTube.
Cuando escribí mis estándares de citas en el cuaderno de terapia, adjunté muchos posts de Instagram y vídeos de YouTube para visualizar mejor mis ideas.
Gracias a este vídeo de Savage Narrator, me sentí más segura porque habló de pensamientos más amables. Aprendí que no necesito validación externa para tener confianza en mí misma.

My Residential Community
The residential community I live in is in the southeast part of the city. This area is not a suburb, but there are fewer cars, tall buildings and people here.
The community is not like other commercial communities where residential buildings are very crowded. In this community, the space between each building is very spacious, which makes people feel very comfortable.
This community was not constructed by a real estate company, but by the local tobacco company as a type of subsidy—sold at a low price to its employees.
I am not an employee of the tobacco company, but my second elder brother is. He is eligible to buy two apartments based on his merits, but he doesn't need them because he already has enough houses.
I used my brother's apartment-purchasing qualification to buy two apartments. One is for my son's family and the other is for my wife and me.
I moved to this community in 2017. Besides these two apartments, I have another two apartments in the downtown area, but I don't like to live in them because I find it noisy there.
I like to live in a quiet and peaceful place with fewer tall buildings, fewer cars, fewer people and wide roads. The apartment I live in now meets all my demands.
It is well planned and green inside this community. Trees, bushes, flowers and paths are everywhere.
Around this community, there is a street with many different shops. Most of them are restaurants, and some are grocery stores, pharmacies and so on.
So it's very convenient to live here. In the evening, I like to take a walk on the roads surrounding my community. The roads are wide, flat and quiet with few people, and walking on them is a wonderful feeling.

Alice, Another Me アリス、もう一人の私
Reading Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland is one of the routines I’ve chosen for my English learning. Although the story is already familiar to me from the Disney animated version, reading the original in English has given me new insights. I’ve come to recognize similarities between Alice and myself.
For one thing, Alice tends to show off her knowledge. She likes to use words she learned at school, like latitude and longitude, even if she doesn’t fully understand them. I think this is not a bad habit, since we learn words by trying them out and sometimes making mistakes. Of course, overdoing it might cost you some friends.
On the other hand, Alice also shows recklessness, such as eating or drinking whatever she finds interesting, and selfishness, like not listening to someone she herself asked a question to. I must admit that I, too, have done similar things, though I think I have gradually corrected them as I grew older.
Within the seemingly nonsensical story, Alice’s actions bring about the next scenes and characters. Little by little, she has to accept the consequences of what she has invited upon herself. By the time she wakes up from her long, peculiar dream, she might have grown up just a little.

他の混乱させる言葉
前の文で、混乱させる言葉の「onesie」について話しました。今日も、混乱させる言葉のトピックを続けます。今日の例は地域による意味の英語の言葉です。まずに、他の赤ちゃんについて混乱です。アメリカで「cot」の意味は簡易ベッドです。兵舎やキャンプでベッドのようです。アイルランドで「cot」の意味はベビーベッドです。アメリカで「crib」が使われます。
次に食品について言葉です。イギリスで「pudding」の意味は全部の一種のケーキです。アメリカで「pudding」の意味はなんかゼリのケーキと思って、ここは「pudding」はソーセージの一種です。ケークを期待したら、ソーセージをもらったら、すごく混乱させると思いますよね。有名の例は「chips」です。イギリスやアイルランドやオーストラリアなどで、「chips」の意味はフライドポテトだけど、アメリカで「chips」の意味はチップスです。他の国の「chips」はアメリカで「fries」になります。ここは「fries」もわかられるけど、文脈がなければ、「fries」が細いのフライドポテトのイマージをさせます（例えばマクドナルドのフライドポテト）。

Surviving in Montenegro
These are not the happiest times in my life. For some reason, I ended up here in Montenegro, which is one of the worst and most expensive countries for foreigners if you don't have any experience in the service sector such as hotels or cafes. The competition for every job is really high, at least considering the languages I speak.
Luckily, I've been working for a company that doesn't require any specific background in their field. However, I'm not sure how long this will last, because I already can't manage to receive my full salary on time. They've also tried to make me work at the office, even though we agreed it would be a remote position.
Nevertheless, even during this statistically probable but rough patch, I feel that I'll be able to handle this situation - somehow getting my life better and eventually moving to another country that is more welcoming to foreign workers.

Что я прочитала сегодня
Недавно я прочитала стихотворение У. Б. Йейтса «The Second Coming». Оно мне очень понравилось. В нём рассматривается влияние Первой мировой войны. Эта тема подаётся в религиозном контексте. Однако тон стихотворения не благоговейный — скорее, в нём чувствуются ужас и трепет. Произведение производит сильное впечатление, особенно последние две строки:
“And what rough beast, its hour come round at last,
Slouches towards Bethlehem to be born?”

Bestellungen aus Panama
Einmal habe ich euch erzählt, dass wir (mein Freund und ich) einen panamaischen Freund haben, der nach Panama reisen wollte. Nun er ist züruck. Bevor er nach Panama gereist ist, haben wir ihn gefragt, ob er uns ein paar Sachen aus Panama mitbringen könnte, die ihm meine Mutter geben würde: Kaffee "Don Pepe", Maismehl, Guandu (eine Bohnenart) mit Kokosnuss und eine Gesichtcreme, die ich wegen der Akne benutze.
Komisch ist, dass meine Mutter mir "porotos chilenos" (eine andere Bohnenart) geschickt hat, weil sie weiß, dass ich es mag aber was sie nicht wusste, ist dass, ich immer noch zwei Packungen vom letztes Mal übrig habe. Deswegen habe ich sie dieses Mal nicht mehr porotos gebeten. Außerdem wollte ich unser Freund nicht zu sehr stören. 🙃
Was konnte ich tun? Sie wollte mich nur glücklich machen. 😍❤️ Also, ich habe alles unser Freund erklärt und es gab kein Problem.

E-Books or paper books
Personally, i prefer to read on paper books than e-books. When i'm reading, i like the feeling of the paper, the weight of the book that i'm reading. Also, i feel more focused on the story when i'm reading on a paper book than a e-book one. Another reason is that i like to collect books to fill my bookcase and be satisfied with all books that i've read.

La politica de aristotele puede parecer muy extranero pero tenemos que tener en cuenta que es una filosofia de la griega antigua..
Para empezar no hay politica sin ciuadad, los ciudades son componado de pueblos y los pueblos son componado de familias , asi tenemos todos este sentimentio de ser con otros humanos.

Departure Mail
we joined EY International in August 2023 and tried to attend many monthly-meeting. It was really great experience for us to be in Malaga in which 2023 Summit was held. Since then, we were not able to attend annual meeting held in USA as we could not find an avaliable visa appointment, and will not be able to attend the other meeting in Cyprus due to diplomatic issues between Turkey and Cyprus. we are way too upset at not being to able join these summits
Additionally, we could not contribute EY International such as not refering our network to a client who want to operate a business in a country where one of our member is present.
Therefore, we would like you to approve our departure from EY International Network as soon as possible.

J'ai un peu mal
Je suis embêttée par un autre problème de pieds. Cette fois, c'est comme si j'avais un bleu à l'avant du pied gauche, mais il n'y a pas de bleu visible. Je ne me souviens pas d'avoir marché sur quelque chose de dur ou pointu. De plus, j'ai mal à l'estomac (c'est plutôt quelque chose d'autre, mais je simplifie) depuis quelques jours. Pour cette raison, je n'ai pas fait de sport les deux jours derniers. Mais c'est mauvais pour ma santé mentale de ne pas faire de sport. Alors, aujourd'hui j'ai fait du footing et du yoga comme d'habitude. Je verrai demain matin si c'était une mauvaise idée.

Temporary job
I've been depressed in the last days, I guess it is the axiety for uncertain future.
I have a good job and a good salary, but is a temporary job also I always had.
I don't know where I will be in the next year, i don't know if I will have vacation. I don't know if I will be in another city, or if I will be unemployed.
I want to stabilize myself, but I can't find another job in my city and to take the family to another place it has to be great oppotunity

Sollten ältere Menschen ihren Führerschein abgeben?
Sollten ältere Menschen ihren Führerschein abgeben? Führt das eigentlich zu einer Reduktion der Unfallrate auf der Straße?
Hinsichtlich dieses Themas treten umstrittene Perspektiven auf. Einige Menschen befürworten das Prinzip, dass den älteren Menschen den Führerschein entzogen werden muss, während andere diesem Prinzip gegenüberstehen, weswegen sich die Frage stellt, wer die richtige Meinung vertretet. Damit man diesem Thema gerecht werden kann, sind die beiden Perspektiven genau zu betrachten. Befürworter sind der Meinung, dass ältere Menschen in schnell zu handelnden Situationen langsamer reagieren, wodurch sich die Wahrscheinlichkeit eines Unfalls erhöht. Außerdem weisen sie darauf hin, dass in ihrem Alter das Seh- und Hörvermögen nachlässt, weshalb sie ihre Umgebung nicht wie jüngere Menschen wahrnehmen, was erneut das Risiko eines Unfalls steigert. Hinzu kommt, dass ältere Menschen wegen ihres Alters das Leben nicht wie jüngere Menschen schätzen. Infolgedessen scheinen sie in gefährlichen Situationen mutiger zu sein. Gegner diesem Prinzip hingegen vertreten den Standpunkt, dass alle Menschen berechtigt sind, ihren Führerschein zu behalten. Des weiteren gehen sie davon aus, dass für ältere Menschen ein Führerschein vor allem Unabhängigkeit bedeutet, nicht alle haben nämlich jemanden, der sich um sie kümmert. Demzufolge wäre ein Führerschein und das eigene Auto von Vorteil. Es ist auch zu erwähnen, dass es ihnen manchmal angesichts ihres Alters Schwierigkeiten breitet, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in Anspruch zu nehmen.
Als Fazit lässt sich feststellen, dass ungeachtet der kontroversen Meinungen die beiden Gruppen auf einem sicheren Umfeld bestehen, weswegen bestimmte Maßnahmen ergriffen werden müssen, um die beiden Ansichten zu respektieren.

Do you do anything for the environment?
Every time I see trash on the street that was thrown by a person on purpose, I get mad and frustrated knowing that this person is actually helping raise the probabilities of more unnatural substances from the trash leaking into the land ,which causes to poisoning it and destroys our planet.
While the moment I see it, my mind is telling me "you have got to do something about it, even if it's a small thing". When i reailazed it, I started to think how am i supporsed to actually convice people to be more careful and know they obligated to keep safe our world because how can we live in a poisoned place where it's destroys our food scouses, places, animals and our health the ability live, it is such an important thing becuase that is why we born for, to exerience. And then I understood somthing, I can not convice all the people to change their complusion and have the needed beavior to save and keep our planet safe, But if i can change at least one of them and even mannge to convice many of them I will have a grope that their habits will enchane the erath health like instead of trowing trash on the street, just don't be lazy and trow it to the grabage and even with they sees some trashes on the street, devote many minutes and pick to up to the grabage.
So this is necessary to start treating it as if we really want to live and save our world because this is our burden, and if you can convince and change people's habits, do it for our sake.
