The swamp monster
In the evening of August, two friends went for a walk. They saw a nice place where they could sit and relax for a bit. Everything was calm until they began to hear squeaky sounds. At first they thought it was just some animal, but they kept hearing that noise. They noticed that they were not at a normal place, but next to a swamp. That swamp was actually abandoned and haunted because it was believed that a little girl drowned there. Her spirit is thought to wander there in the form of a monster. Suddenly steam began to appear, so they're blood ran cold. They set out to flee, but it seemed to them that they saw something. It started to rain and the wind was blowing hard. They felt as if something was following them and suddenly heard a scream. Behind them was actually a kind of green dirty creature. Did they manage to escape from him?

My terrible story
For 3 years I walked down a dark street. Strange things have happened in the street before and that's why I was afraid. The first time I went alone I only heard the barking of dogs, but the second time I went I heard some creepy creaking and I got scared. I hoped that I was just imagining and while I was thinking about it as if I saw the shadow of an older man ... I thought I was just imagining but suddenly I met him face to face and my heart started beating fast and I screamed to myself. He looked at me and asked "Are you afraid?" I was silent. And she tried to pass him but he wouldn't let me. He left, but there was still an eerie squeak, I started running and I said out loud to myself, everything is fine, nothing will happen to you. I thought I saw a light and I said to myself too, but it was the light of the same old man's bicycle. I wondered to myself, God, will you help me? He looked at me again and said “we are destined” I shuddered. And she turned and went on her way. Suddenly the dogs barked and I turned to see where they were, but we didn't see them. I reached the end of the street and I met again ...

Write paragraphs to answer the question: about everyday shopping
Some people like to do their everyday shopping at large supermarkets. Others want to go to several small stores or local markets to buy what they need.
Which style of shopping do you prefer and why? Give reasons and examples to support your answer.

Local markets, where our parents and elder relatives always bought their daily chopping, has been steadily replaced by large supermarkets. These small business has been part of our lives both in cities and villages, due to, especially, they keep a closely contact with customers. However, the way of life has also changed, pushing ourselves more and more to buy at supermarkets instead, mostly because lack of time.
Both options has pros and cons. At supermarkets the main advantage is saving time, so we can get all kinds of product without having to move from one side to another, although quality, even often price, is pretty lower. Conversely, the "traditional" way supposed to go to the butchery, the greengrocer, the fish market,..., where it is found fresh products, though you have to go every day or spending a whole morning just for weekly shopping.
All in all, it will depend on my time that I choose an option or another. More often than I would like, I have no choice but to go to the supermarket, it is just a matter of time. Nevertheless, whenever I have spare time enough I enjoy buying at different places, looking for the best products in order to cook a special and tasty meal. So, after all, it deserves taking all this time.
Finally, in reply to the essay's question, I prefer the older style, in which remains communication with the client, as well as product quality's concerning. However, stressful weekdays unable us to keep this way, and weekends are conceived to rest rather more than going shopping.

Now that I practice some phrases, I am going to make sentences with them.
Just because I study the phrases doesn't mean I can use them.
Without making sentences or speaking them, I would forget them.
I want to be used to them.
And I hope I will end up speaking fluently.
I am thinking of making sentences with the phrases.
However, it isn't easy to do that.
Hm.. I need to find another way to practise them.

21 mars 2022 - Seul abandonné
Vous vous retrouvez tout seul pendant toute une journée dans une ville inconnue, sans argent ni amis. Où allez-vous ? Que faites-vous?
Ce genre de situation peut-être a l’air d’être très malheureux et effrayante mais en réalité, ce n’est pas le cas si on est dans une grande ville avec notre téléphone. Comme la technologie est si avancée ces jours-ci, on peut trouver un chambre d’hôtel facilement grâce au internet et même le payer d’avance en ligne. De plus, on peut tirer de l’argent au distributeur automatique de l’étranger facilement grace à la service de banque sur téléphone. (Ce n’est pas grave même quand on n’a rien parce qu’on peut quand même trouver la police ou bien le bureau de consulat responsable dans cette ville.) Après m’installer confortablement dans un hôtel et avoir de nouveau de l’argent, je vais me promener dans le voisinage et peut-être prendre un café aussi. Ensuite, je vais planifier mon séjour en voyant queux destinations sont intéressantes pour me rendre visite. Avant de me retourner à l’hôtel, je vais aller au supermarché pour acheter quelques nécessités. Je crois que ce sera un bon voyage.

Un moment embarassant
Je me souvenias que j'avais (ou eusse ?) 14 ans et c'était un diner avec des parents de mon ami. C'était leur première fois de venir au Canada, pour voyager et travailler au même temps. Ils m'ont demandé de quoi j'aime ce pays le plus, je les ai repondé « des villes » (elles sont vraiment belles au Canada).
Tout le monde sont un peu choqué par ce que j'ai dit, ma prononciation n'était pas si bon à ce moment-là. Ainsi, ils pensaient que je disais « des filles ». Malheureusement, je n'ai pas encore rendu compte ce que j'ai dit à ce moment-là. Puis, j'ai aussi dit « j'aime des petites villes parce qu'elles sont les plus belles dans ce pays » (c'est vrai personnellement). Je devine maintenant qu'ils pensassent j'ai dit « j'aime des petites filles parce qu'elles sont les plus belles dans ce pays » Le pire est que « ville » est aussi un nom feminine, la même que « fille »
Ils étaient plus choqué qu'avant, leur visage a affiché leur dégôut et peur envers moi, vu qu'ils ont aussi une petite fille qui avait environ 5 ans. C'était à ce moment, j'ai enfin rendu compte ce que j'ai dit. Je les ai expliqué en anglais je voulais dire « des villes », ils sont détendus et ri. C'était un moment vraiment embarrassant pour moi.

Ich habe diesen Monat das C1-Sprachzertifikat bekommen und möchte mich bei allen bedanken, die meine Journals korrigiert haben. Sie haben mir viel mehr geholfen, als Sie sich vorstellen können. Diese Plattform ist perfekt, weil nicht jeder das Geld für Sprachlehrer hat. Aber jeder beherrscht eine Sprache und kann sein Sprachwissen anderen als Quelle zur Verfügung stellen (Sprachkenntnisse statt Geld!). Ich liebe diese Community.

Hi, Ich praktiziere Deutsch jetst. Es ist shwierig, aber sehr lustig. Früher, Ich lernte Gern Gechehen und das ist Youre welcome in Englisch. Auch heute sprach mit meine Freundin Hans. No, no creo que se puedan justificar las acciones de alguien por sus traumas pasadas. Creo que sí pueden explicar las acciones de alguien, pero ¿justificarlas? Ni pensarlo.
Hay muchas personas por todo el mundo que lo pasan muy mal. Carecen de cosas que deberían ser cotidianas, como el agua portable, la comida e incluso el cariño de sus familiares. No obstante, estas faltas no justifican las acciones que tomen en el futuro. Todos nosotros lidiamos con los problemas de maneras distintas, algunas positivas y otras no. Sin embargo, por cada uno que lidie con sus problemas de manera destructiva, hay dos más que deciden lidiar con ellos de maneras constructivas.
Aunque las traumas y carencias de uno puedan explicar las acciones que tomen, no las justifican.

The Collapse of the Soviet Union
Gorbachev is a reformer but he is not a revolutionary. Inevitably, not only did he get pushbacks from vested interests and communist ideologues, but he also lost support from those who considered that he was moving too gradually. For example, Yeltsin who supported Gorbachev in the first place gradually lost his patience with Gorbachev’s slow pace: he quit the Communist Party and ran for the President of Russia as an independent candidate. However, when hardliners carried out the coup and locked Gorbachev up, it was Yeltsin who firmly criticized headliners as disgraceful and worked with the military to face the coup down. Yeltsin wanted, at one point, to work out another reforming plan with Gorbachev, however, Gorbachev insisted that the reform must be carried out under the auspice of the Communist Party, which is a huge gap that they cannot bridge. The dramatic political maneuvering effectively resulted in the collapse of the Soviet Union, an astonishing denouement that is far from peaceful as it appeared to be.

Conocer el mundo con Internet
Gracias a Internet, es posible quedarse en casa y conocer el mundo a la vez. Redes sociales como Facebook e Instagram nos permiten conectarse con personas alrededor del mundo sin tener que viajar. Además de crear nuevos vínculos, aprendimos sobre la cultura de estos países, lo que amplia nuestro conocimiento. Por añadidura, existen fotografías y vídeos en línea que permiten que la gente puedan ver lugares populares o alimentos tradicionales de otros países. Al contrario, quedarse en casa le niega a la gente la oportunidad de tener viviencias extraordinarias. Aunque muchos conocen personas por Internet, no es posible que se interactúa a nivel personal con la persona. Es más, se pierde la oportunidad de experimentar la cultura de otros países.

Estudiando el español otra vez
Yo estudié el español en colegio durante tres años y me encantaba muchísimo. Pero cuando empecé ir a la universitidad, pasaba todo mi tiempo estudiando otras cosas que me interesaba y no podía estudiar el español. Hace casi tres años que no estudio esta idioma y quiero empezar otra vez. Me olvidé muchas palabras y algunas reglas de gramática y por eso, no soy tan bueno en hablando y escribiendo como antés. Quiero tomar classes sobre esta idioma en la Universidad durante el año que viene, pero necesito practicar para que estaré listo.
Pienso que el español es una idioma muy útil, especialmente para las personal que viven en los Estados Unidos porque hay mucha gente que hablan español aquí. También, la cultura, la comida, y las canciones me interesan mucho. Yo siempre quería ir á un país hispanohablante para ver la arquitectura y hablan con personas nuevas en español. Aprendiendo una idioma es muy dificíl, pero es algo que crea muchas oportunidades para su carrera profesional y su vida personal. Yo quiero ser fluido en esta idioma algún día pero sé que esto es una meta muy grande. Ahora, intento de escuchar películas y series en español pero ellos hablan muy rápido y es dificíl entender cada palabra. También, yo voy a leer libros en español para practicar pero debo empezar con algo facíl.

Arbeit
Ich möchte über meine Arbeite schreiben. Das ist warum, werde ich einen typischen Arbeitstag beschreiben.
Ich bin nämlich Putzfrau in einem kleinen familien Hotel/Restaurant am Wochenende und ich studiere in der Woche. Wir sind nur vier dort zu arbeiten. Sam ist der junge Kellner. Ich finde dass er ein schöne Junge ist. Sandra und Thomas sind die fünfzigjährigen Wirte.
Ich gehe um halb neun zur Arbeit. Als Erstes trinke ich mit der Wirtin einen Kaffee und sie teilt mir mit ,was ich machen muss. Gewöhnlich putze ich die Bar, die Toilette und der Anrichteraum bis halb zehn. Mein Kollege kommt an und wir trinken alles einen Kaffee (wir trinken vielen Kaffee). Dann gehe ich die Zimmer putzen. Das ist schwer, denn die Gäste sind manchmal sehr schmutzig und ich habe nur zwanzig minuten um ein Zimmer zu putzen. Um halb elf mittagessen wir ein Essen, das schmeckt ( Das ist ein Restaurant ;) ). Danach fängt die Bedienung an. Ich muss die Gäste bedienen und Geschirr spülen. Ich gehe zu Hause, wenn die Bedienung fertig ist.
Diese Arbeit ist entwürdigend. Die Gäste sind manchmal nicht sympathisch oder seltsam. Zum Beispiel, eines Tag, bagert eine alte Oma mich.(she would like to flirt with me, but i’m not sure how to say it). Doch arbeite ich gern, weil vielen Menschen sympathisch und interessant sind. the Soviet Union in 1991
To take Generation Z down memory lane and to understand where we are coming from, let’s time-travel back to the Year 1991. A coup in Moscow was carried out against Mikhail Gorbachev, the then leader of the Soviet Union. Although the western world was head-scratching when he first came to power in 1985, Gorbachev immediately transfixed the entire world, including both the western world and the Soviet Union. Different from his predecessors, he appeared to be very charismatic; he talked and behaved like other western politicians. Gorbachev built a strong rapport with Regan and initiated an arm-reduction talk with NATO. The two campaigns brought up by him, "perestroika" and "glasnost", further astonished the western world. "Perestroika" is the word "reform" in Russian, and Gorbachev started to promote fundamental social restructuring in his country. With "glasnost", the word "free speech" in Russian, he pursued a society that is more tolerable to criticism and embraced more free-speech media outlets. He is a radical reformer at that time and no wonder he got huge push-back from vested interests and communist ideologues.
