A question about grammar
Today I read Harry Potter and there was an expression "Moaning Myrtle was crying noisily in her cubicle, but they were ignoring her, and she them."
Maybe "she them" is an abbreviation here? And when can I use this kind of expression? I wrote down these sentences in this structure and please correct me!
I was correcting her and she me.
I sent messages to him and he me.
I always share my study methods to my roommate and she me.
Alright, I realise something serious. Why not use "each other" in these sentence? Are they different ?

Let's have a look!
I get depressed when I see the hate in this world, especially on the internet. I feel like the world shouldn't exist anymore. How can I cope with this?
Everything has two sides when we think of them. You can not just make yourself too narrow when you are looking at the world. If you feel the world is so bad that you want it to disappear. Which aspect and position are you staying in when you trying to express that the world shouldn’t exist anymore. It sounds like you are the pure one only.
Let me make a point here, we all are normal human beings. It means we all have bright and dark sides whatever we do everything and who we are. Even though you are a president, a great political man, it doesn’t mean you don’t have the emotion like hating someone or saying some bad words. There is no perfect one in the world. Based on this, you might have a question, what should we do as normal human beings?
A lot of great and kind things happened in the place and time we don’t have a chance to know. Those people who always look on the bright side in their life will post a question on Quora like:” why the world is so great, I want to stay here forever. On other hand, you are shaped by the world what you think of.
Bad and great things are happening all the time. Be patient and optimistic, little kid.

2 avril 2022 - L’objet de toutes les convoitises
En fait, j’aimais bien garder des objets, qui étaient tangible en représentant des souvenirs qui étaient intangible, ça peut-être un stylo qui ma prof m’avait donné comme cadeau du Noël, ou bien un flacon de sables que j’avais prend pendant mon voyage à Xinjiang, etc. Des fois quand on m’a donné de chocolat, j’ai même gardé l’emballage (s’il était beau et cette personne-ci était importante pour moi). Bien sûr, je l’ai nettoyé et l’ai pilé en origami afin de le garder.
Mais au fur et à mesure, je me suis rendu compte que même je garde bien les objets, ou bien les souvenirs, les événements ou les moments que j’ai tenus ne puissent pas se passer à nouveau. Alors je n’attache plus à rien.

Yesterday a meeting to discuss public funding of town facilities took place to know citizenship opinion about it. This was focused on those used for people to spare their free time, especially on museums and public gardens.
In my opinion, museums are the best candidates to receive economic help from our town hall. As a starting point, without going into further details, public facilities should be the only ones that can access to public funding, because they don't have any other source of incomes.
During the meeting I could heard some neighbors complain that two museums in our small town is a completetly waste of money. Regarding this opinion, people often generalise their own wishes as a common fact for everybody. It is true that museums are not usually crowded, but that is why it is really necessary to spend money into them. More people, especially children, will be attracted to visit our museums if there had not been lack of money to organise cultural activities and hire guides.
On the other hand, public parks have been always supported for our community. Therefore, as I see it, there is no need on giving public help to them beyond the regular incomes they receive. However, it seems that my opinion was not welcomed in the meeting, as it could be heard from some people in the discussion. For me, fortunately, there is no way the quality of our public gardens could be improved, whenever their designs were not changed.
In conclusion, to my way of thinking extra public funding should be given to museums because they are the more careless facilities in the town.

Anschrieben
nach meiner dreijährigen Anstellung bei den öffentlichen Verkehrsbetrieben TMB Barcelona habe ich ein Faible für Eisenbahntechnik entwickelt. Als studierte Bauingenieurin an der Polytechnologischen Universität von Katalonien in Barcelona habe ich mich deswegen dazu entschieden einen internationalen Master in Bahnsystemtechnik zu beginnen. Diesen werde ich in 4 Monaten in einem Fernstudium abschließen.
Während meiner Tätigkeit bei TMB habe ich bereits Erfahrung mit Mitarbeiterschulungen und Kundenbetreuung sammeln können. Nachdem ich bei einer internen Weiterbildung zur Ausbilderin bei TMB teilgenommen habe, habe ich als Trainerin im Bereich der Eisenbahnsicherung gearbeitet. Dabei habe ich mit einem Team zweimal pro Jahr Ausbildungen vorbereitet. Die Ausbildungen hat während der Corona-Pandemie sowohl als Fernunterricht als auch als Präsenzunterricht stattgefunden. Für den Unterricht wurden verschiedene Tools, wie z.B.,, Kahoot“ verwendet. Dies hatte sich als praktisch erwiesen.
Unser Lehrmaterial wurde oft geschätzt, weil wir uns viel Mühle damit gegeben haben. Jedes Teammitglied hatte ein bestimmtes Ziel zu erreichen. In meinem Fall war ich für das Korrekturlesen zuständig, sowohl auf Spanisch als Katalanisch.
Bei TMB war ich auch Teil eines Teams, das sich auf Schulbesuche für Kinder und Jugendliche konzentrierte. Das Team heißt ,,TMB Educa" (auf Deutsch TMB Lehren). Ziel des Besuchs war es, Teilnehmer dazu zu bringen, die Sicherheitsregeln für die Fahrt mit der U-Bahn zu kennen und zu befolgen.
Diese Besuche waren immer eine Herausforderung, da das Vokabular und die Art zu sprechen an eine Gruppe angepasst werden muss, die nichts oder nur wenig über die Sicherheit von Eisenbahnsystemen weiß. Aber die Besuche waren immer unterhaltsam und eine gute Möglichkeit, sich mit Kollegen aus anderen Abteilungen auszutauschen: Schutz und Sicherheit und Zentrale Betriebsleitung (ZBL), um nur einige zu nennen.

Книжная ярмарка была отменена вчера из-за недостатка издателей, которые хотели поучаствовать в мероприятии, но были запрещёны правительством из-за факта, что они- русские. В соответствии с официальной позицией, не должно быть поддержка для русских в любой форме. К сожалению, по положению, это включает книг и других частей русского культуры, которые не являются политическими.
По моему мнению , политика не должна поучаствовать в книжном мире, а мы должны поощрить всего проявить своего культура, а также побудить все правительств подумать снова следствиях своих действий.

Auto gekauft
Lieber Ash,
wie geht’s? Ich vermisse dich so sehr und hoffe, es geht dir und deiner Familie gut. Weißt du, ich habe gerade eine neue Arbeit bekommen, aber es ist zu weit von meinem Haus entfernt. Deshalb habe ich ein neues Auto gekauft, um es bequemer für meine Arbeit zu machen. Ich entschied mich für das schwarze BMW-Auto und es war ein 7-Sitzer. Das Auto ist nicht nur schön sondern kann auch sehr schnell fahren. Außerdem kann das Auto 200km pro Stunde erreichen. Wenn du am Wochenende Zeit hast, können wir zusammen einen Ausflug mit meinem neuen Auto machen. Schreib mir bald wie möglich!

Auf Wiedersehen
Manchmal muss man Entscheidungen treffen, die man wirklich nicht treffen wollte. Es kann um alles gehen: Studium, Arbeit, Beziehungen zu Menschen, Geld, Gesundheit...
Manchmal wird man traurig, weil man etwas nicht mehr macht. In meinem Fall habe ich jeden Tag stundenlang während der Pandemie in Brasilien Deutsch lernen. Seit Juni lebe ich in Portugal und arbeite von zu Hause. Das ist gut und ich beschwere mich darüber nicht, besonders, weil ich 15 Monate lang keine Arbeit und daraufhin auch kein Gehalt bzw. Einkommen hatte.
Ich muss aber ganz ehrlich sein: Es ist gut, eine Arbeit zu haben und Geld verdienen, aber ich vermisse die Freizeit, die ich habe und benutzen konnte, um Deutsch zu lernen. Ich habe zwar Freizeit heutzutage, obwohl es nicht viel ist, aber es ist sehr schwer, mich auf das Lernen zu konzentrieren. Vielleicht weil ich 15 Monate lang zu Hause geblieben war. Dazu kommt auch die Tatsache, dass ich von zu Hause arbeite. Das bedeutet, dass ich 5 Tage pro Woche ungefähr zumindest 8 Stunde vor dem Computer sitze. Wenn ich Freiheit habe, will ich einfach rausgehen, die Sonne genießen, spazieren gehen... Ich will aber mein Deutsch verbessern und um das zu verwirklichen, muss ich jeden Tag Deutsch hören, auf Deutsch schreiben, lesen und sprechen.
Deshalb möchte ich diese Seit wieder täglich benutzen.

Mon prèmier emploi
Au debut de Pâques, j'aurai mon prèmier emploi. Même si c'est seulement pour une semaine je suis nerveux cependant. En moment c'est dure à trouver un travail si tu n'est pas un adult. Beaucoup de fois on écrit à un employer et il ne repond pas. Comprenez pas mal peut-être eux ont choses à faire et sont occupé mais au moins laisse les gens savoir si vous avez vu la message. Quoi qu'il on soit j`'éspere que je vais travailler bien. Grace à une vieille amie de moi j'avais la chance de trouver ce métier.

Frais de substitance
À pays où je vis les frais de substitance non pas grands aujourd'hui en comparaison des autres pays. Principales choses dont les prix ont augmenté sont gaz et carburant. Des prix pour aliments ont augmenté de 10%. Il peut sembler que je n'y pense pas beaucoup mais à mon pays natal les prix pour des aliments ont augmenté de 40, 50 ou 60% avec les prix pour facures, louer et autres choses. C'est une catastrophe !

Heimweh?
Ich habe wirklich keine Heimweh. Das ist verständlich weil ich keine ein Haus habe. Ich habe viele umziehen in meine Kindheit. Es war schwierig aber auch manchmal macht sehr Spaꞵ. Jetzt, als eine Erwachsene will ich mein Stadt umziehen. Ein neue Start zu haben.
Meine Freunde sagen mir das es ein bisschen komisch ist.

Ma journée
Aujourd'hui, j'ai levée à six heures. Puis, je me suis habiller et allé à l'école. À l'école, je suis allée à mon cours d'anatomie; c'était ennuyeux mais ma prof est tres gentil et amusant de parler. Ma amie et moi lui a montré notre robes pour le bal de promo et elle les aimait. Après anatomie, je suis allée à ma deuxième classe: comptabilité. Comptabilité est mon cours moins préférée. Même que mon prof est très gentil, le travail est très rasant. Pendant ça classe, j'ai fini mes devoirs maths et une tâche de psychologie que j'ai oublié de faire pour classe ça jour. Puis, je suis allée à mon cours d'AP Psychologie. Ma prof est très drôle et un peu folle, mais elle est très solidaire et une prof intrigant. Finalement, je suis allée à mon dernier cours de la jour: danse. J'ai enseigné les études un petit combo que j'ai appris dans ma classe de danse en dehors de l'école. Puis j'ai quitté l'école et rentre chez moi. Quand j'ai arrivé à ma maison, j'ai dormi pour quatre heures. La sieste était très bien et j'en avais besoin.

Mon avis apartir d'une article de l'inflation
Salut à tous. Je voudrais partager mes réflexions et pensées concernant l'article qui se trait de l'inflation. Tout d'abord, je parlerai du contexte de l'article et ensuite partagerai mes commentaires et conclure avec un avis définitif.
L'article nous donne un aperçu en donnant son sous-titre que cet article vient de contexte de la guerre concernant l'Ukraine et la Russie. Alors l'article commence par parler de le définition de l'inflation et ses causes. Alors, nous savons de ça que l'économie gonflé quand il y a une augmentation des prix des produits et les entreprises ne peuvent pas répondre aux commandes du consumérisme. Dans ce cas, la loi de l'offre et de la demande fait ses preuves. Désormais, les entreprises ne doivent augmenter leurs prix et donc la valeur du fric diminue.
Cela me rappelle de ce qui est passé à cause de la maladie du Covid dans beaucoup de pays. L'économie a été complètement détruite et de nombreuses personnes se sont retrouvées sans emploi. Les taux de chômage sont augmenté et l'Étas du Canada à fait beaucoup de compensations pour ça.

This morning, I will go to Mazhai township to see my agricultural science and technology demonstration households.
This work was launched by the National Agricultural Ministry and is implemented nationwide.
I will instruct seven farmers in total. Three of them plant sweet potatoes, one of them plants sesame, one of them plants sweet potatoes seedlings, two of them plants pumpkin.
My responsibility is to help them to solve the technical problems they meet in the process of their planting.
Of course, I am not an all-rounder, but I know many channels to get information. I may not know the specific issues, but I can ask other specialists for help or find the solution on the internet.
I have set up a WeChat group and will invite them in. If there is any new benefiting farmers policy, I will let them know for the first time. If they have any difficulties planting, they can let me know in the group at anytime.
Of course, I will go to their place to meet them in person and go to their farmland to see the situation of their plantings.
I will teach them how to make the most of the China Agricultural Technology Extension App. This app is very powerful. Its content is very rich, including laws and regulations, market price, operative technology, agricultural classroom, network book store and so on.
Although I am an agricultural science and technology person, it's the first time I interacted with farmers in person, so I cherish this opportunity.
I hope through my joint efforts with the demonstration households, they really achieve the purpose of increasing agricultural production and farmers' income.

Description of my house: The exterior
My house is a little one. It's an alley house. My neighborhood is compound of a few blocks (not more than six) with a lot of houses inside them. The only roads suitable for motor vehicles are the ones that surround the blocks, for inside them all you can find is alleys by which the people move on foot or by bicycle. The alleys are not too tight. Between houses there were enough space for constructing one lane streets, still they decided to put a sort of green zone in the middle of every alley, on which the people have sown different types of plants. One can even run into trees bigger than the houses they are in between.
When describing my house to my friends, the first thing I say to differentiate it front the others is that there is a medium-size pink-flowered tree in front of it. The tree is probably the only special thing about it, in other respects it is just another old one storey house.
Nevertheless, sometimes at the sunset, while some cat, or a herd of them, horses around over its clay tile roof, and the sun light ricochets off its pure white facade with tiny windows, my house seems charming.

Study a foreign language as part of education
All young people should study a foreign language as part of their education.
Do you agree?
Nowadays educational system in my country is bilingual, that is some subjects are taught in a foreign language. I think it's a better and more natural approach to acquire a second language.
Dominate several languages is a great advantage when young people end up school period and begin to search a job. Every year many youngsters finish a degree and seek for their first job and language qualification can make the difference.
But a second language is not only important for their career. Youth is a great time of the life to travel around the world and mature learning from other cultures. For those journeys be able to speak other languages gives the opportunity to really immerse in foreign cultures instead of just be a sightseeing tourist .
I totally agree with the idea of young people should study a foreign language, because it's key to develop, in their future, their career as much as their personal life.

In such dangerous situation, any good policeman would sharpen all their senses to make it out alive. However, Twitten fell into his own category. He was a reflective man who greatly valued logical reasoning and expected others to do it as well. That’s why he was eager* to explain Mrs Groynes how he had worked out that she was not only Crystal’s murderer but also a criminal mastermind. Mrs Groynes had always found Twitten amusing, so she didn’t see any harm in letting him boast about his investigative skills. She’d be ready to correct him if he’d got** something wrong. Twitten started by saying that at first there were minor details that had struck him as odd. For example, she certainly didn’t speak as any woman her age and social class would do. Then, she happened to be around crime scenes just in time to “witness” the crimes or to provide first assistance. What probably had given her away most was when she tried to talk him out of looking into the “Aldersgate Stick-up” angle. Only when he connected it all together, he was able to see the whole picture.
*Would it be better to use one of the following: “itching” and “craving”? Instead of “eager”? He really wanted to explain it.

How to improve navigation in our website
Introduction
Our company is extremely dependent on a good website, as most of our sales are done via online. Moreover, we are specialised at selling technological products, so it is needed an urgent change in website's structure.
Problems using the website
There are two main issues that people are complaining about: the page lacks a clear structure and there are too many ads, which often hide menus and picture of our products.
As regards the first problem, potential customers have difficulties to find the kind of product that they want, because of misleading menus, as well as a wrong indexation of the product in the correct category. For example, one of our clients complaints about finding a laptop in the gaming field.
As to the second issue, there is no need to having such a number of ads in our site, especially considering both the drop in client that we are actually suffering, and low incomes coming from ads.
Suggestions to improve the website
In order to avoid clients to get lost in our page, we need to reprogramme it, looking for any wrong indexation or related mistake coming from the html source code. It means hiring a good technical programmer, unlike the last time. The main investment in this company should be focused on making a good impression to the customer by means of our page.
Regarding advertising, incomes from this are pretty low, so why should we keep on this way? The best solution would be remove it all, since our main input comes from clients not ads.
If these suggestions are taken in place it will be able for us to turn the situation around for the better.

She quit the job.
She quit the job. She had worked on the eco environment scene. She had a PhD degree and educated people. I bought a cake and visited her. Her family welcomed me warmly.
Actually, she had suffered from her work. Her workplace was a big governmental institution. Maybe you heard of the bureaucracy. It was what it was. The mean supervisors who wasn't understandable. Too high a goal that pressed the employees. However they were envious of each others rather than loved each others. There were even hysterical manners that many employees cheated their performance reports.
She had been against them. She had fought for a long time. She was a bit principled and didn't compromise easily.
She said she was delighted to quit her job. And she said she'll never go back to there again.
A little while ago, she and her husband had not get along well. But today, they seemed to get along well and be in good mood. I hope this change would give good impact to her and her family.
