I was assigned a task to analyze the business performance of one product and provide some insights for next plan.
I was lost in abundant data and could not figure out how to construct a framework.
In the end, I constructed the framework, but I still spent too much time analyzing data and hesitating.
Hopefully, I will be more efficient this afternoon.
Perhaps, I should have a big picture in mind first and find materials as fast as possible.

Memorizing Kanji
As we get older, it becomes easier to forget how to draw kanji. For those who don't know kanji, I'd like to explain it briefly. There are three types of Japanese characters, one of which is Kanji. It was originally derived from Chinese character, but the style has transformed over thousands of years. I'm not sure how many words exists in this world, but at least 2,000 words are required to learn at a Japanese school. It takes several years to learn basic variations even if it is a mother tongue. People who use alphabets may have similar difficulties when they memorize confusing spells. However, it is still possible to read and type for looking up them on a dictionary even if the meaning of words are unknown. When we come across the unknown kanji, it is really difficult to know the meaning. At that time, we try to take apart the structure and tell the pieces. For example, 踝 consists of 足 and 果, so I ask people how to read or what is the meaning of the word composed of legs（足） and "ka" sound of fruits（果実）. Then, we could find that 踝 means ankle. Most Japanese wouldn't know 踝, so we usually describe ankle as くるぶし in Hiragana. Hiragana and Katakana are the rest of Japanese characters, by which we express difficult kanji and foreign words.
As time goes by, people have less opportunities to write something by hand. We must forget anything not used in daily lives. I believe that people in old times had much larger vocabulary than in today. It is a pity that we can't read books from old times without annotation.

Napoleon III, Meiji Emperor, and Shogunate (1)
I haven't thought there might be any connections between Napoleon III and Meji Emperor before, because they were too far from each other. Both of them were emperors in France and Japan separately in the 1860s.
Since this article I am going to write is not serious academic writing, I will not give an accurate date.
I saw a post from a website describing the movie The Last Samurai, which was a Hollywood blockbuster stared by Tome Cruise. I haven't seen the movie before, I will see it one day, however. The author gave us a true story behind the movie which let me interested in why Napoleon III was against Meiji Emperor in the 1860s.
At that time, the Meiji emperor lived in Kyoto while Shogunate was adjacent to Tokyo. Emperor in Japan has only been in a ceremonial position for over 1,000 years, on the contrary, the shogunate held political and military power.
Napoleon III won battles after battles across Europe around the same period. He was involved in a civil war in Japan, fortunately, he failed, or the Meiji Restoration would have failed too.

Les actualités - ils ont gagné le jeu de foot !
Ils ont gagné ! Finalement, après ils ont perdu tous les jeux pendant l'année, ils sont victorieux. « J'étais vraiment choqué » remarqué un parent. «J'ai regardé tous les jeux pendant la saison de foot. Quelque fois ils marquent un but mais ils ne jamais gagnent mais pas aujourd'hui » dit Margarette. Les petits lions sont une équipe de foot âgé 10 à 12. Ils jouent contre des autres équipes dans les quartiers. Leurs parents, des amis, et des autres spectateurs regardent les matchs tous les samedis à 10h. La ligue a 10 équipes. C'est pour amusant mais c'est une programme incroyable pour les jeunes.

Le golf
Aujourd'hui je suis allé au terrain de golf. C'est la première journée de la saison mais seulement pour la practice. Le terrain de golf est fermé maintenant. La raison est parce qu'il fait froid. J'ai parle au chef de terrain de golf et il m'a dit qu'ils ouvriront le terrain de golf le semaine prochain. Je n'ai pas joué le golf comme Octobre donc je n'ai pas fait le meilleur. Mais, je suis content que je suis allé. L'année dernière, j'ai acheté les clubs de golf, ils sont vraiment incroyables (TaylorMade !). Dans mon sac de golf, j'ai tous les clubs : les fers, mon driver, les wedges, mes hybrides, etc. Je suis prêt pour la saison à commencer. Cette année, j'aimerais faire du golf plus souvent. Je vais aller au terrain de golf dans ma ville. En addition, je aimerais visiter un terrain de golf dans un autre ville.

散：假如中共明天崩溃，大陆人建立真正的民主体系，大部分台湾人会希望与大陆统一政府吗？
这几天，本人反复问问，两岸为何尚未和平统一？00后，经贸联系增加，民间交流有所提高，到了2015，发生自内战结束海峡双方最高领导人的首次会面，所谓习马会。当下旁观分析，不说翻身，也许两岸刘十多年的矛盾会翻页。即便两方仍然保留各自为时甚久的立场，评论员也有理推测两岸关系最少将来依循成规，甚至连期待慢慢缓和。
没想到，民进党一垮总统走廊，两岸关系居然一下子破裂翻车，随後海峡交往枯竭了。中南海抱怨蔡英文的行政部门沒出息，指责民进党鼓吹台独分子。应该说，这些说法大有曲折。至今，即便民进党亲美，没有在中共硬要促进关系的压力之下当孬种，也没有扩大台湾独立的势力。事实不如意 对其裝傻，编造符合自己的利益，简直算是欺世盗名的勾当，仍有種宣告中华民国在华人世界之间挑拨离间。此套不三不四的话，纯属杂碎的说词。
理所当然，大陆元首的决定掀起台湾的热议，促使蓝绿，促使两党默契反红底线，唤起民众共鸣。民主最不能接受的，即专制侵略。
大家都知道这几年中台问题愈加严重，刀身切近喉咙，北京与台北真的希望避免血流成河的悲剧，领导要冷静考虑民意。当然，文明史即是三千年各国各地的草包一点儿都不亏心地不顾民心与政治大局，为求個人權益去干导致无数平民苦楚的傻事。
中国人希望台湾回归祖国，两岸统一。台湾人希望中共下台，一国多党。两个意愿互补啊！谁说北京与台北为了解决分歧必定将凝固汽油弹投在对岸的脑袋上，谁完全是讲捕風捉影的谎话。这口气让人咽不下，颇不以为然。
可惜天命难逃。用放大镜观察近几年的细微波动，无法否认北京与华府挑拨是非， 虚情假意地宣称为人民、民主奉献。 实质上，讲大道理总是打打殺殺的隐患。中美腻烦的争霸过程使得台湾人的意见越来越边缘。
描写其为互相排斥，如此政治情节纯属空穴來風。假如北京服从民意，台北尊重民意，华人不必再次受重创。可惜可惜，即使四季循环不息，瞎子还是带着啞巴，视而不见，充耳不聞。
严峻的军事威胁就会提高中台冲突爆发的可能。这话一听感觉不受用，不过重申一次无害。即使两岸不能敲定协议，缔结合约，最少可以多关注各自境内需求和平解决问题的民意。
某种程度，拥有权利的人皆为流氓，领导皆为政客，为达目的不择手段。让政府增加实力，敲人民自由的丧钟。不如把一根絞索套在其脖子上，给他解释一有善事，要他命。过于手软没有屁用。胁迫政治家听民之话，这不叫绑架，这叫治理国家，整治环境。老毛言辞说得太犀利，『枪杆子里面出政权』。
上级有责任管下级，同时，下级有责任管上级。前句后一分句是凄凉的国人尚未完成的任务。十亿多人不能永远被当成畜生，受奴役的国家不断裂变。担起改国重任，人人有责。 一国一心，连泰山都会崩裂。自古至今，举起的拳头是这类人唯一听懂的权利界限。假如我们日復一日等着，期待他们内心有所改变，恐怕永远没有效果。依法治国不是一天而成的，何况建立公平社会。

描：三民主义 （一）民族主义
三民主义是由孙中山所提出的政治纲领，其内容包含三个主要，即部分民族主义、民权主义和民生主义。
民族主义的刚要即是民族独立与民族平等，前者主张中国人应该抵抗外族的侵略，后者主张对境内的民族应该一律平等对待，并且扶助弱小民族自立自足。值得注意的是，民族独立主要是反对外族夺取本地民族的政权。孙先生认为，一旦政权失去，国家衰败难以防止。不清楚国父是否认为与侵略民族谈判并且尽力避免武装冲突是否有效，不过他一定认为20世纪初中国处于的困境，清廷举措与措施处理失当。
当时，即使外国对中国施压，同时清廷施加的压力不少一滴，革命党的目标旨在把国内与国外的压迫一齐消灭。清廷还是大肆鼓吹满族的利益凌驾江山之上。这难怪老佛爷呢。史上，任何掌握政权的一帮人往往不愿为了救命而截肢，而恰恰就在最危难的时刻会肆意横行，胡作非为。某成程度上，如此意图反映现代民主主义的趋向。统治阶级与上层阶级属于不同民族的现象，到了二十世纪初连在东亚地区无法持续。随着时间的推移与不断增加的外国压力，越来越多汉族人不肯承认清朝拥有天命，拼命鼓吹冲破满族统治的羁绊。清廷不承认实事面目，继续阻挠汉族承担更多繁重的义务，则形成了剑拔弩张的局面。孙中山所提出的民族平等意在设置以汉为主的统治阶层。
显而易见，当时中国面临外国侵略的实际威胁，激起老幼好坏社会各级的不满、仇恨与反抗。很大程度上，孙中山先生及其大半二十世纪中国知识分子苦于亡国灭族的可能，多么注重民族独立与国家主权都来于清末民初的社会动荡与分裂，因此对外一再宣称不能破裂中国的领土完整，希望尽快拼凑汉人的民族意识。
即便与当时欧洲国家相比，中国人的国民意识稍微浅薄，其时东亚社会条件与其他亚非拉地区还是截然不同，面临前所未有的外来压力时，正是东亚文明特征使中日韩有效迅速富国强兵，变成地理大发现以来，西方1以外唯一有大量国家全面加入发达国家行列的地区。最主要使东亚分别于其他被列强试图殖民的地区，一则人口又大有周密，二则已经存在相当完整的法律、教育、经济、政治等等社会部分，便于迅速建立现代社会的基础框架，三则已经有。也就是说，到了二十世纪初，即使大多汉人没有把他们自己看成属于同一国民的了解，却早就有属于同一民族、同一文化圈的了解。汉族悠久的历史、丰富的文字记载给孙中山与其时中国知识分子良好的机会迅速培养国家与爱国的两个新概念，比缺乏共同历史与传统文化的绝大多现代亚非国家容易多了。

叙：中国从中斡旋，迫使伊朗与沙特阿拉伯回复外交关系
3月10日，伊朗与沙特阿拉伯在中国的见证下同意回复外交关系,将在两个月内重开大使馆与，重新互派使节团，重启2001年签署的安全合作协议以及其他早先达成的贸易和投资协议。声明宣布两国要尽一切加强中东地区和平与安全。伊朗与沙特外长一致同意将来举行会晤商讨未来的途径。
此前，伊朗与沙特近几年处于敌对状态。2016年沙特处决什叶派知名神职人员尔后，引发在全世界以什叶派为主地区的反对示威，两国发生争端。
中国主办并主持伊朗和沙特的会谈。双方均赞成中国所发挥的中介作用以及会议对加强两国未来关系所奠定的基础。外事办主任王王毅将该协议描述为“对话与和平的胜利”。
此次条约，兴许再次重塑一百多年来的极为动荡不安中东势力和平。沙特与伊朗均为全世界最大石油输出国之中，沙特排名全球第一的输出国，伊朗则排名第七。两国文化与宗教权威在中东及中亚至高无上。
值得注意的是，此次是北京第一次试将自己介入中东两国长久地缘政治纠纷，以这几十年积累的实权解决棘手的外交问题，从中调节分歧。
白宫发言人称，沙特希望与中国加深关系，已将北京的会晤通知美方，但华盛顿并未参与。

Le vieil homme qui a perdu son cheval
Sur Facebook ou sous les photos des Instagram, les gens aiment écrire des phrases intelligentes pour avoir l’air intellectuel. En plus des citations de livres, les proverbes africains et chinois sont très employés.
En réalité en Chine les expressions idiomatiques plus utilisées sont les « chengyu », composés par quatre caractères. Très souvent l’origine de ces constructions est culturelle, sans contexte le sens est impossible à comprendre.
« Le vieil homme a perdu son cheval » donne une image mystérieuse, quel est le sens ?
Un vieil homme avait un cheval, mais un jour le cheval est enfui. Les gens du village étaient tristes pour lui et ils lui ont dit : « perdre un cheval, c’est malchanceux ! », mais il répondait à tous : « c’est peut-être une bonne chose en réalité. »
Après quelques temps le cheval est revenu avec un autre cheval. Les gens du village étaient stupéfaites : « maintenant votre famille a deux chevaux, quelle chance ! », mais il répondait à tous : « c’est peut-être un mal. »
Son fils un jour, en chevauchant le nouveau cheval, est tombé et sa jambe s’est cassé. Les gens du village étaient tristes pour le garçon, mais le vieil homme comme d’habitude répondait à tous : « c’est peut-être une bonne chose. »
Quelques mois après, les barbares du nord ont envahi la Chine. Tous les garçons devaient participer à la guerre, la quasi-totalité est morte dans les champs de bataille. Mais le fils du vieil homme s’est sauvé grâce à sa jambe cassée.
Comme on peut voir, cette expression idiomatique est similaire au proverbe français « À quelque chose, malheur est bon ». Selon le Taoïsme, la chance masque la malchance, la malchance masque la chance. C’est à cause des forces opposées du yin et du yang.

Choices

Kilka dni w górach
W tym tygodnie byłem kilka dni w górskim regionie, około pięćset kilometrów od mojego domu.
Pojechałem na seminarium, gdzie spotkałem się z dwudziestoma kolegami z pracy. Byliśmy przy Annecy, w Savoie. To miasto jest położone u podnóża pierwszych gór Alp. Tam jest też duże jezioro, którego woda jest najczyściejsza w Europie (tak twierdzą mieszkańcy ☺). Krajobraz jest, dzięki temu, wspaniały. Mamy koniec marca, ale kilka szczytów są jeszcze ośnieżone.
Oczywiście pracowaliśmy z kolegami, ale też skorzystaliśmy z okazji, aby robić obwód jeziora rowerem (elektrycznym rowerem, bo nie jesteśmy wszyscy wysportowani!). Zjedliśmy specjalistę z regionu nazywaną "fondue". Chodzi o mieszance stopionego sera i białego wina, w której zamaczamy kawałki chleba. Ten, który traci swój kawałek w serze, otrzymuje karę. Oczywiście nikt nie chciał przyznać, gdy swojego kawałka już nie miał... Było dużo chleba w garze!

Des vacances
Début juillet, je vais passer des vacances dans le sud de la France avec ma partenaire et son fils. Alors que je comprends relativement bien le français parlé lentement et écrit, j'ai du mal à assembler une phrase moi-même. Je pensai que je devrais peut-être essayer d'écrire quelque chose. Et je trouve cela extrêmement fatigant, car je dois chercher un mot en deux et réfléchir éternellement à la forme grammaticale correcte.
