Fleischreiche Ernährung
Das Thema,, fleischreiche Ernährung,, wird derzeit viel diskutiert.
Heutzutage verzehren viele Leute noch auf fleischreiche Ernährung und sie glauben, dass das Leben ohne Fleisch unmöglich sein.
Meiner Meinung nach ist der Verzehr von viel Fleisch in der täglichen Nahrung sowohl ungesund, als auch umweltschädlich
Eine Ernährung mit Fleisch ist zurzeit für verschiedene Ursachen sehr verbreitet.
Ein Grund dafür könnte sein, dass manche Menschen glauben, dass fleischlose Ernährung nicht notwendige Nährstoffe sorgen können, außerdem ist fleischreich Essen köstlich und leicht verfügbar
Demgegenüber wären Möglichkeiten. Weniger Fleisch oder gar kein Fleisch. Vegetarische Essen sieht auf jeden Fall gesund aus. Allmählich steigen die Quote der Menschen, die fleischreiche Ernährung nicht essen.
Es wäre von Vorteil, wenn man nicht viel Fleisch ernähren . weil es gut für Umwelt und auch verhindert von viele Erkrankungen. Abschließend möchte ich feststellen, wichtig ist, dass über seine Ernährung nachzudenken.Ich hoffe, Alle auf die Gesundheit und Umwelt zu achten.

Where I Would Like to Travel
Since I was a teen, I've always wanted to visit Japan. I think couple things contribute to this destination.
First, I've watched quite a lot of anime. But it isn't so that I just want to visit Japan because this country was origin of anime. Anime rather showed different places in Japan and their culture. I know it must be very different in real live from what I imagine. But it's just a dream. OK? :)
Second, it's just feels so much different from all places to which I've been. And I'd like to have a new, unique experience.

Mi materia favorita en la escuela
Quando era alumna de secondaria, tenía dificultades a estudiar porque me parecía difícil dedicarme a un actividad con concentracion. Todo cambió cuando encotré ejercisios de matematicas mas avanzados. Una profesora de segundo de la ESO insistió que yo participe en una competencia de matematicas. No fue espectacular, tuve algunos éxitos y muchos errores. Lo importante era que por la primera vez hacía algo sobre la escuela que me encantó. Desde ese momento siempre estaba buscando por ejercisios interesantes para stimularme. Alfinal estudié la física en universidad, y ya tengo mi diploma, todavia sin perdir entusiasmo sobre las matematicas y las sciencias.

Vocal Lesson
The other day, I took a musical vocal lesson.The music teacher instructed us while playing the piano. I remember her impressive words.
Hey ladies! I don't think you all are motivated. With such a way of singing, you'll never pass the exam at Takarazuka Music School. I'm not sure wheather you all have a will to take the exam or not. It really doesn't matter. But make up your mind and sing with determination as if you are taking an entrance exam.
The people who were taking the vocal lesson were all young girls except me. Of course I didn't have any dreams like to be a professional musical singar because I was not young anymore.
However, I sang a song with strong emotion as if I'm going on an audition. The music teachers' instruction was very wonderful. After the lesson I realized that my body was something different from what I used to be compare to before taking the lesson.
Since I used a lot of vocal cords, stomach mascles and had deep breath many times, in the end, my body organs were trained enough. So I felt totally refreshed!
As if I was reborn again.
Singing is not only about the act of sing, but also it has a lot of benefits.

A Message to My Language Partner
Hey Kai, I am very happy to receive your messages.
A few weeks before this Chinese new year, I bought an apartment on Hainan island. The apartment is near Haikou, the capital of Hainan province. It is only ten kilometers from Hakou to the residential community I live in.
My parents-in-law, a few of their children's families, my wife and I, and my son's family celebrated Chinese New Year here. Now all of us are still in Hainan.
When we left our home town, Fuyang, it was snowing. When we arrived at Hainan Island in only two hours, it was 20 degrees Celsius. We needed to change winter clothes to summer clothes.
I guess you know Hainan Island. It is surrounded by the South China Sea. Many mainland Chinese people spend winter on Hainan Island. In my community, I can see cars from many provinces that are in northern China.
Hainan is the only province in tropical areas in China, but I guess it is not as hot as Malaysia, because Malaysia is to the south of Hainan island and about 2000 kilometers from it.
I just checked today's temperatures in Haikou and KL. It is 26° in Haikou and 33° in KL.

My Newest Apartment
A few weeks before this Chinese new year, I bought an apartment on Hainan island.
The apartment is in Laocheng town, Chengmai County. The town is close to Haikou, the capital of Hainan province, only ten kilometers away.
The name of the residential community that my apartment is in is Bay Rainforest. It has 45 residential buildings. The developers of this community planted many tropical plants here. I guess that is why it is called Bay Rainforest.
The north of the community is a piece of inland sea. The north of the inland sea is the Yingbin peninsula. The north of the peninsula is the South China Sea and it is only 2.6 kilometers away from the Bay Rainforest Community.
In front of the entrance of the community, a road named Nanhai Avenue goes from southwest to northeast. Along the Avenue to the northeast is Haikou government office building, which is only about ten kilometers from here.
The reason I bought an apartment here, not in Haikou, is because it's cheaper than in Haikou. The same apartment in Haikou is two times more expensive than in Laocheng town.
Although the apartment is not in haikou, people here can visit haikou by taxis, public buses and many different vehicles, and the trip only takes ten to twenty minutes.

如果我哪里写的有点不自然，能不能帮我修改一下？谢谢啦
我今天感觉很困。我还没睡醒的时候，我的闹钟就响了。我按了无数的“稍后提醒”按钮。终于起来的时候,我用眼药水差不多淹没了我的眼球因为我感觉他们比撒哈拉沙漠还干。
然后我做了八分钟的运动，因为我没有很用力做运动，可能效果不是很好哈哈。
今天工作也很忙但是我很累所以效率不是很高。有点头疼。
差不多3点的时候好像有一阵暴雨。我在办公室是看到一点雨而已。但是在我们家那边好像有比较大的影响。我刚才查了，我们那边受到了91km/h 的刮风和10mm 的雨。 暴雨可能只是几十分钟吧，起码没有到一个小时。我本来买了电影票打算下班后去看电影但是我妈妈叫我回家应为：
1. 我们那里停电了，而且没网络
2. 火车也被影响了所以得半路转巴士
3. 我去看电影的话我差不多10点才回家，如果路上没有电灯也不是太好。
我本来觉得我妈妈太过分，太操心了，而且我电影票都买了，可是我坐在这个一动不动的火车上觉得我选择了正确的道路。
废话完了,希望明天比今天好。

Who Responsible for Healthcare and Education
No one can avoid the matter of healthcare and education in their life, which can define a nation's civilization progress. Some people advocate for solo government responsibility, while others argue against it and are inclined to believe that family plays a more important role in this matter. However, I personally partially agree with it. I think the government should play the most part in it, which can be measured as eight out of ten, and individuals play the rest of two on this matter.

Une recette pour Butter Chicken
Je vous pose une question. Quel est le plat indien le plus connu. À mon avis, c’est soit le « Tandoori Chicken » ou le « Butter Chicken ». Je ne sais pas si vous aimez la cuisine indienne mais si vous l’aimez quel plat préfériez- vous ? Quant à moi, je aime les deux également.
J’étais dans un magasin indien et j’ai acheté les épices pour préparer le « Butter Chicken ». J’ai attentivement lu les instructions sur le paquet. Il me semblait d’être simple à suivre et à cuisiner. Je n’ai eu besoin que de quelques ingrédients : du poulet, du yaourt, le jus d’un citron, une boîte de tomates, du beurre, de la crème et de l’huile. J’étais heureuse car j’en avais tous chez moi.
Les instructions sont les suivantes. D’abord couper le poulet en petits morceaux. Ensuite, faire une marinade avec le yaourt, le citron et les épices. Puis, faire mariner le poulet pendant 30 minutes. Après une demi heure, mettre la casserole sur la cuisinière à feu vif et ajouter l’huile. Faire cuire le poulet, puis jouter les tomates. Après, faire mijoter le curry pendant 10 minutes à feu doux et à la fin, ajouter le beurre et la crème. Voici, le plat est prêt !

Murder in ……
L’autre jour, je suis tombée sur une série française qui s’appelle « Murder in.....». J’adore les séries policières et cette série est faite pour moi. Il y a 11 épisodes et chaque épisode et chaque meurtre déroule dans une ville ou une province française différente. J’ai déjà regardé ceux qui ont eu à Lourdes, Alsace et Provence. J’ai hâte de regarder les autres.
Ce que j’aime le plus sont les petites intrigues, les désaccords et les secrets entre les caractères, entre les membres d’une famille ou bien entre les deux détectives. En plus, on apprend beaucoup sur les traditions et la culture unique de ces différentes régions. J’en ai déjà beaucoup appris
Cette série me rappelle d’une autre série anglaise que j’adore. Cette série s’appelle « Midsommer Murders ». Êtes -vous au courant de cette série ? Elle se déroule dans un petit village anglais, très pittoresque. L’inspecteur Barnaby résout toujours les meurtres.

Certaines séries françaises sur Netflix
Un professeur de français m’a conseillé de regarder des séries françaises sur Netflix. Il m’a dit que en ce moment il ya de nombreuses séries très intéressantes. Je sais quand on regarde des séries françaises sur Netflix, on peut choisir d’avoir les sous-titres soit en anglais soit en français. En plus, on peut changer la vitesse pour que les caractères parlent plus lentement. C’est très utile car c’est plus facile à suivre la conversation et à comprendre l’histoire.
La première série recommandée est Lupin. Je la connais bien puisque j’ai déjà regardé la première et la deuxième série. L’histoire est intéressante. Il s’agit d’un gentleman cambrioleur. Omar S’y qui interprète le rôle principal est très connu et a joué dans de nombreux autres rôles au cinéma. Le deuxième conseil est « Family Business ». Il s’agit d’une famille juif qui a l’intention de transformer leur boucherie en un café qui vend de la marihuana. J’admets que c’est une idée bizarre!
La dernière recommandation est Dix pour cent. C’est une comédie et il s’agit d’une agence de talents. Quatre agents gèrent les carrières des célébrités et les petites intrigues sont tellement amusantes. J’ai entendu dire que les vrais acteurs se jouent eux-mêmes.
