Wellness-Wahn
Mein Kommentar bezieht sich auf die Idee, dass man viel Geld ausgeben muss, um sich richtig zu erholen. Ich bin der Ansicht, dass man vorsichtig sein muss, wenn man mit diesem Begriff "Wellness" umgeht. Das wird als etwas verkauft, was einem guttun kann, aber je nachdem, was man wählt, kann man genau das gegenteilige Ergebnis bekommen.
Ich habe beispielsweise mehrmals von einer Freundin von mir etwas sehr Interessantes gehört. Sie hat mir nach ihrem Urlaub gesagt, dass sie einen Urlaub von ihrem Urlaub brauchte. Das bedeutet, dass sie so viel für ihren Urlaub geplant hat, dass es anstrengend worden ist. Man würde genau das Gegenteil von einem Urlaub erwarten. Es soll etwas sein, was uns Spaß und keinen Stress macht.
Ich stimme dem zu, dass man kein Luxus braucht, um sich entspannen zu können. Es würde mich auch nicht erholen, wenn ich zu viel Geld für etwas bezahlen würde. Für mich persönlich ist am wichtigsten das Gefühl, dass man sich von den Strapazen des Alltags entfernt, etwas Neues und Angenehmes erlebt und Vergnügen hat. Dafür braucht man nicht viel Geld. Meine persönliche Schlussfolgerung ist, dass man in verschiedenen Situationen und Orten Ruhe finden kann, ohne dafür eine Menge Geld bezahlen oder Schulden sammeln zu müssen.

Bon, en grandissant, je ne suis pas grande fan de princesses de Disney, ni de leurs caractères d’animation, mais j’adore leurs films. La moto de Disney est bien sûr de réaliser votre rêve même s’il a l’air difficile et impossible. Ce genre de chansons est répété dans le parc et dans de performances, mais je ne suis pas touchée. Pour moi, le Disneyland est simplement un endroit bien décoré, ce qui est aussi un bon lieu pour prendre des photos.

A cat
A neighbor’s cat
Actually I do not like cats nor hate them, but I do have no pets it’s just because every time there is a cat passing over my house, it leaves such a terrible smell of its urine on the corner of my house by which I could be unbearably haunted. A cute kitty always approaches to me every time I pass by my neighbor’s house, it often comes with a poor face and a begging-food voice, then my heart can not do anything, and my mind said that I must find some fishy food for it. About 4: 30 p.m I had to go out to buy some grilled chicken mixed with cooked glutinous rice and feed it. When it saw me calling it, its instinct tells to itself that it has a big dinner today. Normally I feed it once a day, a traditional meal is a grilled small Fisch mixed in a fried chicken egg and rice, too. There is one thing that it never ever dare to come to my house, since I do not allow any cat, caught by me, towards wich I will throw a mug of water. I do not know whether what I do is cruel to them or not, but at the bottom of my heart I have no hate to them at all, I am willing to share the food that I have in my bowl, even a little with them.
This is the first time I wrote in English, I need to activate my English here, thankfully!

Je viens de fini le travail. Normalement, j’irais au centre ville mais aujourd’hui je vais conduire à la campagne à rendre visiter mes amis. Je trouvais un livre à la bibliothèque et le lis au parc mais, récemment j’ai démangé loin de la bibliothèque. Hola, me llamo Alex. Esta diaria seré documentacion de la vida cotidiana de mí . En serio, esta expericencia seró nueva pero estoy emocionado. Aprendo tambien do otras idiomas. Primero es Japones. Empecé Japones aprendo en dos mil diecinueve (2019). Lo es muy dificil porque de la sistema de escrito. La sistema de escritode Japones es del chino. Significado hay tres alfabetos en uso. La historia de Japon es muy interesante. El segundo idioma es suaili. Mi familia es de Kenia y la Idioma de nacional es sualili. Tribu de mi familia es el Kikuyu. Mayoria de mi familia hablan ingles excepto mi abulea. Kikuyu es la idioma habla solomente. En total, estudio cuatro idiomas. ¡Aprendi mucho y emocianado aprender mas!

Mon train est annulé…
Dans trois semaines je voyagerai à la capitale par un week-end avant l’école recommence. Le plan était que j’irais là en avion et que je retournerais en train parce que l’aéroport là-bas avait été assez embouteillé puisque mai. Malheureusement hier après-midi j’ai reçu un e-mail par le société ferroviaire que me disait que mon train est annulé à cause de pas assez de personnel. Quand j’ai recherché les autres trains, j’ai trouvé que il n’y avait aucune départs lesquels me conviendraient. Alors, je devais plutôt réserver une place sur l’avion donc je devrai trouver un chemin vers l’aéroport très embouteillé…

毎日の習慣
私は毎朝少し運動しています。健康にいいのことに加えて、仕事にもっと集中できるようになりましたからです。
前は朝起きて、いつも気分が悪くなっていました。それで、インタネットで理由を調べたら、「朝起きて、運動するべきだ」というニュースを見ました。その後、朝運動することにしています。
毎朝、１５分ぐらい運動するようにしています。その日の気持ちによって、運動の方は違いです。走ったり、歩いたり、ダンスしたりすることが多いです。でも忙しくて、時間がないので、運動していないこともあります。そのときは夜に変更して、寝る前に、運動します。
運動は私は特別好きじゃないですが、本当にいい習慣です。健康のために、運動を続けようと思います。皆さんに「毎日できるだけ少しでも運動してください」と伝えたいです。

L'avenir
Pour autant que je sache beaucoup de gens ont peur d'âge. Je peux le comprendre l'idée de devenir un peu plus faible chaque an peut être terrifiant. Je voudrais dire que je suis encore jeune mais moi aussi a pense à ça de temps en temps. Cependant maintenant je le trouve pas grave parce que en fait c'est la même situation chaque personne a environ cent ans au cette terre. Tout le monde a une chanche, alôrs plutôt qu'on en désepoir on doit utilisier notre chance au maximum.

Volver al colegio
Si pudiera tomarme un respiro y volver al colegio para aprender bien una materia, estudiaría teoría musical. En particular, tomaría clases que me enseñan a componer mis propias melodías en el piano y transcribirlas a partituras. Cuando era estudiante universitaria, no sabía lo que quería estudiar. Había tanta incertidumbre que me sentía como si fuera un cayuco a la deriva sin destino. En cuanto descubrí la carrera ideal, no tuve el tiempo adecuado para tomar un par de cursos electivos, como uno acerca de la composición musical, que realmente quería. Después de haberme graduado, me encuentro con menos tiempo para aprender tantas cosas a consciencia. Emprender el largo proceso de aprendizaje me parece demasiado exigente y por eso sigue siendo un sueño.

Did you meet anyone in your target language?
I did meet someone when I was working in my previous job who spoke English natively. He was the first person I met and I consider a friend. I have met a second person, but this one I met her through an application. She lives in the same town as me. I was asked to go out, but I thought my English was not enough to be able to communicate. I hate feeling awkward. Although, I used to talk as I could with the friend I said before, and it was not too bad. He could understand me.
Since I get here in this city, I have wanted to meet friends in my target language. However, when I have had the opportunity I have felt too shy.
I guess, I will find more on my way, when I feel more prepared and less worried about speaking.

Ma vacances
ma vaccances en punta cana.
Pour mon anniversaire je suis allé en punta cana (dominicanna repulic). J'ai beaucoup profité de mon temps quand j’étais là rester dans ce pays depuis 5 jours. J'ai rencontré beaucoup de personnes gentils. Jai mangé les pommes, de frits, des riz, des pommes de terres et le poulet. Je suis allé en tour de dolphins et je nage dans l’ocean. Jai aussi rencontre beacoup des francais de canadiens et des haitiens la bas. J’ai était beacoup contente parce que j'ai utilisé mon français si je parle pas tres bien. Apres ca je resté a l’hotel pour ma dernier jour et je me suis retourné à ma maison.

Petrichor [1º intento]
Durante semanas he sentido atascado. Después de regresar de un viaje a Perú, me caí en una rutina cotidiana que dura casi todo el día. Me despierto, desayuno, asisto mis reuniones de trabajo, hago ejercicio, ceno, y me acuesto.
Día, noche, día, noche... la incontenible ritmo del día a veces me hace sentir que estoy volviéndome loco. Los budistas hablen sobre un ciclo de la muerte y la vida, pero ¿qué tal si estoy malgastando la única que tengo?
El progreso imperceptible de mis proyectos, los de idiomas y de la forma física, son obvios en el largo plazo. Pero desde aquí abajo, desde la perspectiva diaria, no puedo verlo. Me gustaría que pueda ver las últimas meses de forma rápida y de tercera persona. Un cortometraje de duración treinta segundos. Quizás entonces podría convencerme que todo esto vale la pena.
Por la mañana llovio. Ese olor fuerte y nostálgico me recordó del pasado. De cierta manera es como viajar en propio cerebro y llevó a cabo mi cortometraje deseado. Quizás estaban correctos los budistas. Si me concentro en el aliento, la rueda gira un poco más lento.

Episodio de Seinfeld no. 1
Anoche mi padrastro y yo cenamos juntos por primera vez desde hace tiempo. Él abrió Netflix en el televisor y ojeó los canales mientras considerábamos que ver. Pronto encontramos la serie de Seinfeld que fue una de las más populares en los años noventa y por la nostalgia elegimos ver unos episodios. En uno de ellos, el personaje Elaine se encuentra con una vieja compañera de la escuela en la calle a quién aborrecía a pesar de fingir serle amigable. Elaine se indignó al notar que esta mujer andaba en la calle sin sostenedor. Ella invitó a Elaine a su fiesta de cumpleaños, a lo cual rechazó afirmando estar demasiada ocupada. Entonces ella le hizo el comentario descuidado de que podía comprarle un regalo de todos modos. Luego, se le ocurrió a Elaine la idea ingenia de comprarle un sostenedor para burlarse de ella, y así lo hizo. Sin embargo, su plan le salió por la culata cuando la mujer apareció en su lugar de trabajo llevando nada más que el sostenedor y una chaqueta para agradecerle. Elaine trabaja en un negocio de diseño y, para colmo, después de que su jefe le observa a la mujer caminando en los pasillos en ropa interior, le acude directamente a Elaine para contarle que se inspiró para la nueva línea de ropa de moda. Le dice a Elaine que quiere que ella imite ese look en sus próximos diseños y que se los entregue a él para el fin de semana. Luego en el episodio, hay un juicio porque la mujer causó que un amigo de Elaine se estrellara su auto por distraerlo mientras conducía. En un momento, le obligan a la mujer a vestirse en el sostenedor para probar que ella fuese la sospechosa que perpetró el supuesto crimen. Sin embargo, no le queda porque lleva camisa y no puede abrocharse. El escenario se refería a un juicio famoso de un ex-jugador de fútbol americano que fue acusado de asesinar a su esposa, pero luego lo absolvieron porque el guante encontrado en la escena de crimen no le quedó.

Trip to the Woods - part II
There was a highway to the west from our path. It cut through the woods and was heading further to the northwest to eventually break through the wall of trees and shrubs and bring that silent but constant hum of the cars that we had always heard from afar to farmlands, other towns, woods, and whatever it passed through and by, and to finally reconnect to the interstate highway - it's beginning and its final destiny. The closer we were to our spot, the further away the highway was, and its hum became more and more unclear.
While I was waiting for my friends, I noticed that on the other bank, the hum had already become indistinguishable from the sound of trees, which gently swayed in the wind. In that wind of dying summer, which foreshadows that wet and chilly season, I thought that walking was a better choice than sitting and getting cold with Clyde, but because I was alone and I had no speed baseline as Scott and Tobias, I must have walked faster than my trip companions that time as well. Then I ought to wait for them even longer.
I couldn't have stood staying put anymore and staring at that vast space between every piece of forest scenery though. Only looking upwards at the canopy let me assure myself that space had its edge, as I was able to see that cold and distant sky, which leaked through the treetops. But looking for any boundaries of forest space around me was more difficult. All those pieces overlapped with each other, making it impossible to tell if the woods even have their edge.
That observation drew me into thinking how lonely I was there. I'd heard dozens of stories about elks being run over. Dozens of times, Scott told me about some opossums that had lived rent-free under his porch. But deep in the woods, I didn't notice any fauna, except for one hooting owl I might have overheard. I intensely stared into the woods but the only thing I saw were hundreds of tree trunks and bushes which seemed to grow tighter and tighter the further they were from me, as if they were hiding some mysterious secret never seen by a human being or a void which shrinks more the closer you are to it.
At that time, I started to feel that I was not surrounded by any matter and that the sterile destiny I found myself in was left by time and life, that I walked into some liminal space between the world and hell, where I would be cursed to stay for eternity. But the matter eventually struck me. It took the form of a cold late summer wind, which gave me shivers and showed me that I was still stuck in the real world. But the thing which made me certain was that Clyde was shouting.
"Hey, there he is," he said. "Ya introverted or something, Thistle? Bro rather stand in the middle of nowhere than talk to us," he added. He was walking first, then there was Tobias, and a few yards further, there was Scott. "You are lucky I didn't start drinking without you, Clyde," I said. "Are ya tripping? Your ass would be so beaten up if you took a slip without us. What do you say about that, Tobi? Would he take an L? said Clyde. He made a quick turn back to Tobias, and without stopping for a second, he started to walk backwards. "Prolly, bro," said Tobias. "Definitely," Clyde corrected him.
