Una nueva rutina de ejercicio
Recientemente, estoy tratando de hacer más ejercicio. Todos los días, camino un mínimo de 8000 pasos. Además, hago una rutina nueva que usa los naipes. Para hacer esta, escojo un ejercicio para cada palo. Por ejemplo, los tréboles puedan significar lagartijas y los diamantes puedan significar sentadillas. Después, robo una carta y hago el ejercicio que significa la carta. Si está las diez de diamantes, hago diez sentadillas, etcétera. Si robo las cartas muy rápidamente, es bueno cardio.

A video of Ryan Trahan
Ryan Trahan is a famous american YouTubeur. I have discovered him last week because I try watching English videos speaking in order to improve my English. I watched one of his videos and I loved it. So, I made it as an habitude.
I don't watch obviously his latest videos, so today I watched a video he made 8 months ago.
At the beginning of the video, his wife asked him if he would prefer living in the past or living in the future.
Therefore, to discover the answer to this question, as he can afford him, he travelled into 2 very different towns. One is considered as one of the oldest town of the world. It's located in Italy. And the other is considered as one of the most futuristic town of the world which is located in Tokyo, in China.
His goal in the video was to do his daily routine in the two different places and to make a new friend.
He went first to the city in Italy. It was so amazing how the city was old. There were ruins where people live. He was walcomed in a cave.
However, the cave was very lovely. It was big and the bathroom was beautiful. However, the main bedroom looked a bit scared because of his ominous candles. There were also two chairs, one in frond of the other. It was a bit weird.
He made a tour of the city and ate in a restaurant where he ate pasta which looked delicious (can I say yummy?)! He bacame friend with the owner of the cave who was really kind and looked funny.
After spending one whole day in this city, he went into the direction of China, in Tokyo.
I was impressed by how it looked futuristic. There were skyscrapers. Everything was shiny in this city! He ate into a restaurant where all the waiaters were robots. It was really strange. But, as a matter of fact, robots were funny and they even danced.
His hotel was just amazing. He had an incredible view over the city and during the night, with the lights, it was beautiful!
The bathroom, the bedroom, the toilets, the living room, everything was big. And there were the typical toilet in China with bags of functions.
I hope someday I will test them becuse it looks very cool! During his traveling, he et two women who watched all his videos and made friend with them!
To conclude the video, he backed up with the conversation with his wife when she asked him what he would prefer. And he said that he most important isn't the time when you living, but with who are you living this time. Thereby, he said that he's just happy to live with her.
I really appreciated this video and I was happy to understand many things without the subtitles.

Hallo und guten Abend! Gestern habe ich geschrieben, dass ich wollte mit dem Weihnachtseinkäufen beginnen und, ich hab's geschafft! Aber, meine Mutter ist sehr schwer besorgen. Sie sagt "ich will nichts", also was soll ich tun? Vielleicht ein schön Geschenkset oder eine flasche Alkohol... Ich denke nicht aber, ich habe Zeit. Mein Vater ist leicht! Ein kochbuch, Alkohol und Schokolade! :D
Das ist alled für heute, anders als Arbeit absuchend. Wie lustig -.-

Today's World
Sometimes, I can't understand todays world. Eveybody is hopeless for future. But we should change and think differently. Maybe air pollution, water pollution, wars, crimes are important and difficult problems, I understand that. But you know, TOUGH SHIT. We are responsible for what happening in these days. We can change every situtation. Our dream is more safe and clean world than todays world. But for that we should work, work, work... We should find some ways for safety systems, we should find a way for clean nature, we should find a way for tomorrows problems. These days like a torment for us. If you want to give a beatdown to these problems, please have faith and work like unstoppable. It can solve every problem, everytime.

Eine Unternehmensgründung während des Studiums
Ein berufsbegleitendes Studium erregt seit langer Zeit Aufmerksamkeit. Studierende werden eingestellt, um ihren Lebensunterhalt zu verdienen und ihr Studium unabhängig von den Eltern zu finanzieren. Allerdings gibt es auch Studierende, die sich während des Studiums durch eine Unternehmensgründung selbständig machen. Dazu werden aber zwei unterschiedliche Positionen vertreten. Im Folgenden setze ich mich mit den beiden Aspekten auseinander und äußere zum Schluss meine Meinung.
Auf der einen Seite vertreten Befürworter den Standpunkt, dass man beim Gründen eines Unternehmens mehr über Wirtschaft als in der besten Ökonomie-Vorlesung lerne. Anstatt sich stundenlang mit theoretischen Vorlesungen zu beschäftigen, kann man praktische Erfahrungen sammeln und das Wissen aus dem Studium umsetzen. Ein weiteres Argument dafür besteht darin, dass sich das Unternehmen als eine sichere Einnahmequelle erweist. Viele Studierende machen sich darum Sorgen, durch eine Kündigung ihren Job zu verlieren. Eine selbständige Arbeit kann dieser Sorge entgegenwirken. Hinzu kommt, dass man dadurch positive Eigenschaften, z.B. Selbstorganisation oder Verantwortungsbewusstsein entwickeln kann.
Auf der anderen Seite meinen Kritiker, dass sich Studierende auf ihr Studium konzentrieren müssten. Ein Unternehmen zu gründen sei viel zu aufwendig. Die Klausuren und Vorlesungen sowie Seminare bereiten einem viele Schwierigkeiten. Das kann man zum Beispiel daran erkennen, dass in der heutigen Zeit die Zahl der an Burnouts und Depression erkrankten Studierenden kontinuierlich zunimmt. Eine Unternehmensgründung gilt während des Studiums nur als eine zusätzliche psychische Belastung. Man darf aber auch die Kosten nicht außer Acht lassen. Um in ein solches Projekt zu investieren, muss man in den meisten Fällen einen Kredit aufnehmen. Das heißt, man ist gleich nach dem Studium mit Schulden konfrontiert. Vorausgesetzt, man möchte in der Zukunft nicht mehr Unternehmer oder Unternehmerin sein, können diese Schulden die Qualifikation für eine neue Arbeitsstelle beeinträchtigen.
Aus dieser Argumentation lässt sich schließen, dass eine Unternehmensgründung sowohl Vor- als auch Nachteile mit sich bringt. Einerseits kann man dadurch Erfahrungen sammeln und viel lernen, andererseits wird sie als zeit- und kostenintensiv erachtet.
Abschließend möchte ich meine persönliche Meinung darstellen. Meiner Auffassung nach ist eine solche Maßnahme mit psychischer und finanzieller Belastung verbunden. Es erscheint mir effizienter, dass man sich auf das Studium konzentriert und Teilzeit arbeitet, anstatt in einem jungen Alter vor schwerwiegenden Herausforderungen zu stehen.

Aquaristik
Manche meine Bekannte interessieren sich für Aquaristik und haben ein oder sogar mehrere Becken. Vor einem halben Jahr begeisterte ich mich zwar kurzzeitig auch dafür, doch schließlich fand ich dieses Hobby zeitmäßig zu anspruchsvoll. Es erfordert auch viel Geld und man sollte viel im Voraus wissen, um alles richtig aufzubauen.
Ich bin überzeugt, dass man mit so einem Hobby richtig viel über anwendbare Biologie lernt und es sollte ziemlich interessant sein. Was mich damals so gefesselt hat, ist, die Idee dass man theoretisch ein Aquarium so aufbauen kann, dass es nahezu kein Pfelegn braucht, und man kann dann einfach jahrelang beobachten, wie sich die Fischgenerationen wechseln. Doch nachdem ich mich ins Thema ein bisschen vertieft hatte, stellte ich fest, dass dies unerreichbar ist.

Des temps incertains après un mois de cessez-le-feu
Plusieurs points de l'arrangement du cessez-le-feu de Donald Trump restent inexpliqués. La bande de Gaza est scindée, la population est traumatisée. "Seulement grâce à l'armée israliénne" était son fils retourné après onze ans, a dit Simcha. Maintenant, sa famille, mais aussi toute la nation israélienne pouvait "commencer la guérison". Onze ans se sont écoulés depuis Hadar Goldin est tué et kidnappé comme soldat à l'âge de 23 ans en ce temps là dans la guerre de Gaza en 2014. L'arrangement du cessez-le-feu du président des États-Unis Donald Trump a prévu que le corps de Goldin devait aussi être remis. Mais cela ne s'est pas produit pendant les premières semaines. Plus de temps s'est passé, plus grand était le danger que le cessez-le-feu casserait sur le cas de Goldin. Ce risque est maintenant écarté.

なおちゃんは力が芯も強いけど、どんなに強くなっても家族への愛や優しい性格を決して忘れません。そのハーモニーが好きなのでなおちゃんを憧れのプリキュアの一つとして思ってます。

Retour sur les gâteaux
J'ai réussi à faire les clafoutis pour mon beau-père et on les a apportés chez lui hier soir. On est resté pour le dîner pour lequel j'ai aussi fait des cookies. Il nous a préparé un plat de fruits de mer à la sauce tomate. C'était bon et léger. Il nous a fait goûter du beurre d'une marque très réputée, un « grand cru ». Il l'a offert avec des radis, mais je lui ai dit que j'aime les radis et j'aime le beurre mais ensemble, je n'aime pas. Je sais que c'est normal de manger ça en France, mais je ne comprends pas pourquoi. On avait une baguette très délicieuse à côté, pourquoi manger le beurre avec les radis ? Bref. C'est vrai que le beurre était très bon... tartiné sur une tranche de pain.
J'ai fini le gâteau aux trois chocolats ce matin et il est maintenant prêt à apporter au collègue de mon mari. Mais après avoir fait toutes ces pâtisseries, il n'y a rien qui reste pour moi. Donc, ce soir je vais encore pâtisser parce que j'ai besoin du gâteau, moi aussi.

Japan - Aomori
In my previous post, I forgot to say I fell in love with the toilet in Japan.
I thing I'm not the only one.
So, after our first step in Sapporo, we went in Aomori with a Shinkansen.
I asked to my boyfriend to take something to eat before our departure, so he took a strange thing .
It was a saumon sausage and it was terrible.
When we arrived in Aomori, I discovered the stamp station.
In Japan, we can found stamp in each station as with temples.
After that, we ate a crepe with strawberries and cream because I need to erase the saumon savor.
For the dinner, we tried a Japan Barbecue.
We let the hasard chose the meat and it was a big mistake, because my meat was beaf tongue and I hated that.
Fortunately, I took a bowl of rice, eggs and vegetables, and all menus was served with some add like tofu, salads and miso soup.
At the hotel, the receptionnist didn't speak english, so it was difficult for him to explain us how did it works.
So, we stayed a long time in the elevator because we didn't undestand how we could go on the right floor.
Luckily, a Japanese family found us and saw our misunderstanding.
They helped us to undestand the sytem of this elevator and we could go to our room.

Trouver la joie sur les petites choses dans la vie
Je trouve que la vie est souvent en plein des moments bas et des moments hauts.
Par exemple, aujourd’hui pendant le cours de francais j’avais la flemme fortement. Il n’y a aucune possibilité pour moi d’écouter le prof comme j’ai voulu, le cours s’est passé simplement pour une heure trente avec moi étant dans l’état de fatigue.
À cause de ça, j’étais deçue en moi-même lorsque j’ai été rentrée aux dottoires. J’ai ouvert Reddit pour me distracter un peu et le premier post que j’ai vu parle sur le sujet des differences de ponctation entre français et anglais. Grâce à ça, j’ai appris une nouvelle connaissance, que les marques de ponctation avec deux parties (par exemple, !, :, etc) sont toujours utilisé avec une espace au debut et en derrière, comme ça : mais en anglais, on ajoute une espace seulement après, pas avant. J’ai trouvé ce nouveau information très valable et rigolo, et il m’aidait de changer mes sentiments et apprécier le fait que chaque jour j’ai la chance d’apprendre un peu plus de cette belle langue. :)

my text to a strenger in spain
Hola,
Me llamo [tu nombre] y tengo trece años. Voy en séptimo curso. Vivo en [tu ciudad], que está en Suecia. Mi ciudad es bastante bonita y tranquila. Vivo con mi madre, mi padre y mi hermano menor, que tiene diez años. También tengo un gato que se llama [nombre del gato] y es muy simpático.
Voy al colegio [nombre del colegio] y me gusta mucho estudiar idiomas, sobre todo español, porque es un idioma muy bonito. Mis asignaturas favoritas son inglés y educación física, pero no me gusta mucho matemáticas.
En mi tiempo libre me gusta escuchar música, ver series y salir con mis amigos. También me gusta jugar al fútbol los fines de semana con mi equipo. En verano me encanta nadar y pasar tiempo con mi familia.

IT Industry
In my country, IT industry had been very popular in the past over ten years, because in IT industry people could easily get a high salary. As a result, IT talents are getting more and more and at last are oversupplied. In nowadays, some elder employees begin to lose their jobs and some graduates can't find job, both them no other skills except IT, what can they do to make a living is becoming a serious problem in my opinion. Playing the Piano
Do you play the piano?
I don't play the piano very well, because I only practice with my right hand.
I learned to play the piano when I was in elementary school.
It's difficult for me because I don't know how to read sheet music.
My parents hired a piano teacher, who was a man.
I only played one piece of piano music, "Edelweiss".
The music has a melody that I had to remember, and I practiced playing the piano tens of thousands of times.
I gave up playing the piano when I was in high school.

Je me sens malade
Aujourd’hui, je me sens malade. Il fait froid, et je me suis réveillé plus tard. Je tousse et éternue. Je pense que je suis devenue malade au mariage où je suis allée ce week-end. Heureusement, j’ai le télétravail aujourd’hui, donc je resterai chez moi et je me coucherai plus tôt ce soir. J'espère que je me sens mieux demain !

Etre un animal
Il y a une semaine mon fils m'a demandé de rependre à la même question que vous avez posé .
Alors si je chois d’être un animal je dirai un oiseau .
j'ai l'impretion que le fait de voler donne un aspect de liberte, et aussi je trouve que les oiseaux on un bon mode de vie ils travaillent dés le lever de soleil et ils dorment tôt le soir .

So Sleepy
I got up at 5 a.m. this morning.
I'm really feeling sleepy all day long.
In addition, because of today’s important works, I was very nervous at long time.
These made me tired.
I'll wake up at 6 o'clock tomorrow.
Maybe it will be better than today, but still hard.
I definitely think that everyone should NOT wake up early on Monday.
