Schweigepflicht

Das Thema sind die Bedingungen der Schweigepflicht für Arzt. Es ist bekannt, dass Arzt die Schweigepflicht aufheben sollen, weil während der Behandlung Privatsphäre der Patienten für Arzt aufgedeckt werden. Und die Patienten möchten nicht alle Nachbarn über ihre persönlichen Probleme Informationen bekommen. Ich nehme an, dass diese Regel unbedingt nicht ist. Ich möchte dazu folgende Gründen anführen: Am wichtigsten ist Vorbeugung der gefährlichen Aktivitäten in Hinblick auf Wiederbelebung, die in verschiedene Situation vorkommen können. Beispielsweise kann Starke Depression zu Selbstmord führen, somit kann ein depressiver Patient Selbstmord begehen, ohne dass aufmerksame Psychiater, die ihre Familie oder bekannte über riskante Situation Aufschluss gebe. Darüber hinaus sollten Arzt vor Gericht die Anamnese berichten, sodass sie eigentlich Schweigepflicht rechtlich brechen. Zusammenfassend kann ich erwähnen, dass feste und bedingungslose Regeln in heutiger Gesellschaft unmöglich ist.

Neue Auto

Liebe Aya,

wie geht's dir? Ich hoffe, dass alles bei dir in Ordnung ist.

今天在微博上正好滑到post關於女生被她爸挨駡。比較長的簡訊截圖表示她挂8門，所以她爸叫她學渣，說她敗壞家的名聲。對我來説對震驚的是在評論理面三四個人說她的爸爸罵地比較輕。

Write about your day!

Yesterday I woke up at 7 am, and I felt really, really tired. I don't know exactly why, but this week I've been unable to fall asleep without spending hours rolling on the bed thinking about why I can't sleep. Anyway, as soon as I got up I went to see my cute puppy that was in the living room. We went out for a walk and when we came back my mom had just finished making breakfast. Then at noon I went to the house of Mónica, one of my closest friends, and we watched movies until the evening, it was really fun! Then I came back home, I read a chapter from The Picture of Dorian Grey (such a wonderful novel so far!), had dinner and I went to bed.

Hace algunos días que yo no escribo por acá. Pero pensé en volver y hablar de una cantante que me encanta. Se llama Rita Payés y su voz tiene algo de viejo y suave. Ella costumbra cantar canciones de bossa nova brasileña que son muy buenas, pero mis favoritas son sus originales. Hablan de amor con melodías perfectas a una tarde de domingo. My Younger Sister

My Younger sister has been visiting my house since yesterday.

It's very awkward for me to be in a space with my sister.

The reason is that she and I have not been on good terms ever since I can remember, and have not been talking almost since I was in junior high school.

Today, I was clearing the dinner dishes with her.

Both of us were as awkward as if we were meeting for the first time, but I was actually delighted that she was working with me.

In the future, we will probably never be what the general public calls "close sisters", but the older sister is happy if we get along with each other in acceptable distance.

28 août 2022 l’anniversaire de rêve

Moi, la chose que je voulais toujours faire c’est de passer mon anniversaire en voyagent et ça devient plus remarqué ces deux années-là. Quel merveilleux de passer une journée dans un village au sud de la France avec plein soleil et entourée par le culture français. Le soir, c’est bien de prendre un bon repas en regardant la mer et les lumières. Cependant, le mieux, c’est de passer le temps avec ma famille et mes amis proches, mais j’aimerais aussi de passer quelque temps avec moi-même en buvant un verre et faisant quelque chose que j’ai envie de faire depuis longtemps comme par exemple, lire un livre, ou regarder un bon film … etc.

Hola a todos, me llamo Fran y voy a hablarles sobre mi experiencia de la actividad de aprender el español. Por cierto, ¡fue un viaje!
EL EMPEZAR
Ay, me costó mucho entender la auditiva. Me siento frustrado, especialmente, durante los momentos que intenté leer. ¡No puedo leer nada! Muchas veces quería parar aprendiendolo, pero no puedo olvidar mi objetivo. Quería viajar, e ya me prometí que viajaría a todos los paises que hablan español si entenderlo.
EL MEDIO
Entre los niveles A2-B2 tenía lo más divertido. Todos los días, hablaba con la gente de España, Argentina y Perú. Aprendí el gobierno rompio de Argentina, la crimea en México, la importencia de baile en España.
LA LECCIÓN
Si les encanta la cultura, e aprender, deben aprender el español. Porque cuando entienden una lengua, nunca dejan de aprender.

普段ロンドンの住人だから、公共交通機関を使うことが日常なことです。でも、僕の大学はイギリスの北部であって都市の公共交通機関が大変です。ロンドンより地下鉄などがなくて、バスの頻度が低すぎです。僕はそこでバスに乗ることにあまりしません。皆は徒歩や車で行かなければいけません。バスは頻度が上がったり値段が下がったりすると、僕はよりよく使うことになります。

Racconta un sogno che hai fatto e che ti è rimasto particolarmente impresso.

Sogni

Sono abituato ai sogni stranierissimi: sogni con tornadi che mi portano via o un sacco di serpenti che mi mordono, sogni in cui partecipo a una bataglia spaziale... Sono un gran fan degli universi di SF, di orrore, e dell'estetica fantastica in generale, perciò, immagino che non sia sorprendente che si ritrovino nei sogni miei. A volte, fo sogni più "terra terra", ma con storie totalmente assurde e inverosimili.

Mi ricordo di quello: ero un bambino (nel sogno) e giocavo nel soggiorno soleggiato, davanti alla porta-finestra. Il cielo era perfettamente azzurro, di un blu profondo, senza alcuna nuvola. Poi, vedo una palla di fuoco ascendiendo, proprio davanti alla porta-finestra, e improvvisamente, ha esploso! Un'esplosione enorme, che ci ha sommersi, me, il appartamento e tutta la città in una ondata di fuoco. Questo sogno era pieno di sensazioni forti..!

Mi ricordo anche di quella scena a la "Eyes Wide Shut", in cui tipi stranieri in sai neri mi hanno piantato un pugnale nel cuore... Non era piacevole! Da tutti i sogni che ho menzionati, solo questo e il sogno con i serpenti erano veri incubi, cioè che mi sono svigliato in soprassalto, un po' spaventato, col cuore che mi batteva forte.

Penso che tutti i sogni abbiano un senso. A mio avviso, il senso simbolico che diamo alle cose che vediamo nei sogni dipende dai nostri pensieri, gusti ed esperienze. Per esempio, se odio i serpenti, non avrano lo stesso senso onirico per me che per una persona che ama questi animali. Lo proprio svolgimento del sogno forma un languaggio onirico, in cui i simboli si articulano, come parole che formano un racconto quando la grammatica di una frase le collega.

Non sono affatto psicanalista, ma funziona così, a mio parere.

Aujourd'hui, il faisait très beau.
Malheureusement, j'ai encore travaillé comme hier.

Pour commencer ma journée, je me suis réveillé à sept heures du matin.
J'ai pris une douche et puis j'ai pris deux thés. Après ça, j'ai mangé quelque choses avant de partir au travail.
Quand je suis arrivé chez mon travail, j'ai remarqué beaucoup de voitures devant le bâtiment.
J'ai pensé à moi-même qu'il sera fréquenté, et j'avais raison.
Rien special passé au travail, mais maintenant je suis crevé

もう春が来ている気がします。日がだんだん暖かくなったし、花も咲き始めています。バス停まで歩いている時、ふと花の香りが漂って来て、うっとりします。

今日は夫と一緒に散歩をしながら「暑いなぁ。もう春服への衣替えしようかな」と思いました。実は毎年春が来ると、そう思いますが、この時期の天気がとても変わりやすくて、冬物をしまおうとしたら、急に真冬のような寒さがぶり返します。

"L'idiot"

Il y a quelques jours, j'ai fini "L'idiot", de Fyodor Dostoevsky. C'était mon premier roman que j'ai lu de lui. Apparemment, Dostoevsky était une grande influence sur Franz Kafka, qui est un écrivain qui j'adore.

Je ne voudrais pas dire trop beaucoup sur ce livre parce que ce vraiment génial, et si vous le lire, c'est meilleur que vous connaissez moins. Mais, je suis pessimiste maintenant. Fondamentalement, quoi i je réalise que les autres gens ont beaucoup d'influence sur nos vivres, et il y a rien que on peut faire si la personne en question n'est pas bonne pour nous. Maintenant, je ne dis pas que on a aucune contrôler. Non, il y a beaucoup que on peut faire, est c'est notre responsabilité. Si je vous dis "ah, ma vie est très difficile, je peut faire rien," vous disez quoi? Que je suis trop pessimiste, j'espère.

Et un livre me fait réfléchir beaucoup. C'est pourquoi je les adore.

大会の参加に対する躊躇い

住んでいる都市に弁論大会が開催されることになりました。まだ時間がありますから、練習すればぎりぎり参加できるレベルまでに上達すること（達すこと？）ができるかもしれません。発音の知識がありますが、ただ口は言うように動けてくれないだけです。練習が足りないですから。話す練習は今していますし、もっと徹底的な発音の練習をし始めたかったですから大会はそのためにいい機会になれるかもしれません。本当の問題なのは文章を書くことです。面白くていい文章を書けるには全く自信がないですから。それはまた練習すれば何とかなるかもしれませんが。もっと考えることにします。

Erörterung #1: Macht uns Technologie einsamer?

Es bleibt unbestreitbar, dass Technologie uns wie nie zuvor verbindet. Man kann in Sekunden mit jemanden auf der anderen Seite der Welt sprechen. Mit dieser Entwicklung kommt aber eine Niederwirkung: die Einsamkeit. Weil wir uns fast den ganzen Tag mit dem Handy beschäftigen können, gibt es weniger Bedarf nach menschliche Interaktion. Meine ganze Familie wohnt in Österreich. Obwohl ich in den U.S.A lebe, darf ich mit ihnen fast jeden Tag sprechen. Die Sache ist, dass ich trotzdem mit ihnen leider ganz seltsam spreche. Nur weil wir die Gelegenheit haben, uns mit anderen zu verbinden, meint nicht, dass wir es machen wollen.

Cacar monyet

Akhir-akhir ini aku membaca berbagai artikel tentang wabah cacar monyet. Setahu aku, di AS sudah ada lebih dari 14 ribu kasus cacar monyet. Akhir pekan yang lalu, aku mengetahui bahwa kasus yang pertama di Indonesia ditemukan. Seingat aku, pasien itu adalah pria yang berusia 27 tahun. Dia sebelumnya bepergian di luar negeri dan mulai mengalami gejala setelah pulang.

Mungkin dua minggu lalu, aku menonton laporan berita lokal tentang vaksin cacar monyet. Sebuah pusat kesehatan masyarakat menawarkan vaksin itu kepada orang yang berisiko tinggi kena cacar monyet. Ada banyak orang yang mengantre untuk divaksinasi. Aku tidak tahu apakah ada cukup vaksin untuk semua orang itu.

Menurut beberapa artikel yang sudah aku baca, ahli kesehatan masyarakat tidak meramalkan bahwa cacar monyet akan menjadi pandemi seperti COVID-19. Selain itu, cacar monyet tidak memakan sebanyak korban jiwa dibandingkan COVID-19. Hanya ada risiko kematian karena cacar monyet kalau sistem imun tidak berfungsi baik. Di sisi lain, sedikit mengkhawatirkan bahwa penyakit yang sudah ada sejak 1950an ini tiba-tiba mulai menginfeksi orang di seluruh dunia.
