Bad Wheather

My learning experience
I learned English as second language, when I was 11 years. I imagined that I come Mirror of the Sky Bolivia. In my dream, I admire pure sky and cloud like milk, and forget myself in heaven. Western view style is different with eastern one. Different scenery have different wonderful. Because of view, I was interested in foreign culture. Language is culture door. So I had to learn English. After 8 years, my ability doesn't excellence. I learn English to sweat blood, so I'm confused. What can I doing?

Today's diary
It has been a long time I had not posted my diaries on langcorrect, and about 40 days later, I will take an IELTS exam in a city I have not visited before. To be honest, I am extremely nervous about this exam, especially the parts of writting and speaking. I think I am not capable to pass this exam, my tenses and vocabularies were disastrous, I mean, the vocabularies that I understand, does not mean that I know how to use them correctly.

L’automne au Québec
Je viens de l’Ouest Canadien, mais en ce moment j’habite au Québec avec ma blonde. Dans les montagnes rocheuses l’automne est incroyable. Parfois, il neige et la météo est parfaite pour faire les randonnées. Cependant, a cause de l’hauteur des montagnes il y a principalement les arbres conifères. Elles sont vraiment belles mais elle ne changent pas ses couleurs. Cependant, ici au Québec il y a plusieurs espèces d’arbres et elles changent ses couleurs pendant l’automne. C’est vraiment beau.
Hier, ma blonde et moi ont décidé de faire une petite promenade en voiture pour voir toutes les couleurs. C’était impressionnant. Les arbres vont rester comme ça pour les deux prochaines semaines et puis touts les feuilles vont commencer à tomber.
Je pense que l’automne est ma saison préféré ici au Québec. La température est parfait et j’adore le changement des couleurs.

Ein Brief über einen neuen Freund
Liebe Mia,
ich schreibe dir zu reden, wie ich letzten Monat einen neuen Freund getroffen habe. Wie du weißt, gehe ich jeden Montag, nachdem ich mit der Schule fertig bin, mit meinen Freunden Fußball spielen. Es war ein ganz normaler Tag, aber plötzlich hat einer meiner Freunde mir anrufen zu sagen, dass er sein Bein gebrochen hat und dass wir einen neuen Spieler finden müssen. Nach eine Stunde haben wir jemanden gefunden. Das war Johann. Bis dann habe ich nie mit ihm gesprochen. Als wir zu spielen angefangen haben, konnte ich sofort sehen, dass wir eine gute Verbindung haben. Wir beide haben ein paar Tore geschossen und danach waren wir sehr glücklich. Ein paar Tage später haben wir angefangen, häufig miteinander zu sprechen, Nachrichten zu schicken und so weiter. Jetzt sind wir sehr gute Freunde. Ich mag ihm weil er sehr humorvoll ist, aber er kann auch mit dir über sehr ernste Themen sprechen. Und was gefällt mir am meisten, ist dass er sehr spontan ist. Ich kann mich immer auf ihn verlassen. Und ja, das ist alles, was ich dir sagen wollte. Ich hoffe, dass wir uns bald sehen können.

Today is third day of my English challenge and Spanish.
Today, I studied one lesson and one lesson in Spanish. Then, I sent en email to a friend. I told him what I did yesterday in my daily routine.

Pociąg
Dzisiaj jechałem pociągiem. Mój podróż trwał trzy godziny - to niezbyt długo, szczególnie za czterysta pięćdziesiąt kilometrów, ale nigdy nie wiem co zrobić w pociągu, więc "czuję" te trzy godziny: po francusku powiedziałbym "widzę przechodzący czas". Jak jest dość wysoki, podroże pociągiem nie są mi wygodno. Zawsze wybiorę siedzenie w stronie korytarzu, zatem nie cieszę się widokiem...
We Francji jeżdżą pociągi z wysokiej prędkości, są środki transportu szybki i dość tani. Za pytanie rentowności wiele tych pociągów przejeżdżą pod Paryżem, gdzie jeżdżą powolniej. To jest tak.
W dzisiejszym pociągu był mężczyzna, który dużo kaszlał. Oczywiście, nie nosił maskę. Uważam, że ten rodzaj osób jest znak, który jest brak szacunku i też oznacza, że w naszym społeczeństwie rosnie indywidualizm: coraz mniej często martwimy się o innym. Mam nadzieję, że tylko jest wrażenie!

Des chats ou des chiens?
Une question commune est «tu préfère quel, des chats ou des chiens?». À mon avis, je ne peux pas choisir entre les deux. Toute ma vie, j'avais des chats et chiens. Au total, quatre chats et trois chiens.
Ça semble que un chat a besoin moins de travail. Vous devez nettoyer le bac à litière et leur donner d'eau et de nourriture. Mais, avec un chien, c'est important que vous prennent des promenades, de préférence tous les jours. Aussi, souvent les chiens veulent plus d'attention.
Maintenant, j'ai deux chiens, mais aucunes chats. Je les voudrais, mais je ne crois qu'il est un bon moment pour plusieurs raisons que sont difficile à expliquer. Mais qui sait. Je crois que je vais avoir un autre chat un jour. Pour l'instant, j'ai mes chiens.

Travailler seul ou en équipe ?
Je pense qu’en fait il y a des fois quand c’est mieux à travailler seul, et d’autres quand c’est mieux à travailler en équipe. J’ai connu les deux pendant mon histoire de travail. Je crois que les lieux de travail de nos jours sont vraiment ordonnés pour bosser plus efficacement seul. C’est vrai que beaucoup des tâches professionnelles, au moins vu que la manière dans laquelle le travail est partagé à l’heure actuelle, sont au mieux accomplis par une seule personne. Mais on sait que les équipes sont vachement mieux pour développer des solutions créatives contre des problèmes épineux. Donc peut-être que les lieux de travail doivent focaliser plus sur le travail en équipe.

El web permette di creare fili di notizie in tempo reale e chiuque può registrare, diffondere e cambiare informazioni. Oggi, quando due ubriachi si picchiano in un bar di Buenos Aires, un lettore connesso ad Internet in Shanghai può saperlo in 30 seconde. È realmente utile? Non lo penso.
Ritengo che il cuore del problema sia il trattamento delle informazioni. Oggi, i mass media hanno una logica di mercato. La cosa più importante non è informare la gente correttamente, ma fare soldi. Siamo inondati da notizie insignificanti, e da articoli sensazionalisti che mantengono un'atmosfera di paura tra la popolazione, o al contrario, che la addormentano con un tono falsamente rassicurante. Oltre ad essere incolti, molti giornalisti hanno una deontologia discotabile e preferiscono dire ai lettori cosa pensare, invece di presentare fatti oggettivi e lasciargli fare le loro conclusioni.
Potrei parlare anche delle relazioni tra i giornalisti e il mondo politico o economico... So che si deve evitare argomenti politici, ma vorrei citare l'esempio delle elezioni presidenziali: quasi tutti i grandi mezzi di informazione hanno ritrasmissi lo storytelling di Emmanuel Macron in un tono molto laudativo... Mi pareceva che leggessi agiografie!
Se una notizia è importante per la vostra vita, è probabile che non ne sentiate molto parlare (ma saprete tutto sull'ultima zuffa dei vanitosi di Instagram o di YouTube) o che sia trattata male. Perciò, è normale che la gente non si senta connessa alle notizie: non la informano correttamente e hanno un effetto deletario sulla salute emozionale e mentale.
Sono spiacente, so che neanch'io sono oggettivo qui: naturalmente, ci sono ancora buoni giornalisti che siguono la Carta di Monaco. Tuttavia, credo che sia difficile informarsi bene ora. Il sistema ha problemi e tutte le deviazioni che vediamo non mi rendono ottimistico per l'avvenire.

Sport als Lebensweise
Viel Bewegung gehört zu gesunder Lebensweise – das ist eine reine Wahrheit, die allen bekannt ist. Frühe dachte ich, dass ich mich genügend bewegte. Außerdem hatte ich keine Zeit, einen Sportklub zu besuchen. Doch während der Covid-Pandemie entschied ich mich, mit Sport anzufangen. Überraschenderweise war ich in der Lockdown-Zeit mehr aktiv als sonst. Nur damals verstand ich, wie wenig ich mich tatsächlich bewegte und wie schwach und kraftlos ich war. Seitdem hatte ich vor, regelmäßig Sport anzutreiben.
Vor einem halben Jahr ging ich regelmäßig ins Schwimmbad. Ich lernte 1 km ohne Pause kraulen, und mein persönlicher Rekord war, 2 km während eines Schwimmbadbesuch zu schwimmen, sogar mit Erholungspausen. Danach machte ich mehrere Monate Fitness. Das war sehr anstrengend, und ich machte viel Übungen für meinen Rücken, Hände und Beine. Mein Zustand und meine Ausdauer verbesserten sich deutlich.
Gestern war ich wieder in der Schwimmhalle. Ich wollte ansehen, wie viel ich jetzt leisten kann. Ich war sicher, dass ich schnelle und besser schwimmen werde. So groß war meine Überraschung, als ich schon nach 300 m extrem müde war! Meine Muskeln waren so schmerzhaft, ob ich gar kein Sport trieb. Ich war auch nicht schneller als bevor. Wenigstens war ich auch nicht langsamer. Aber ich fühlte meinen Rücken und Hände, ob ich sie absolut nie trainierte. Ich war schockiert. Mit großer Mühe schwamm ich 1200 m.
Vielleicht alle andere wussten es immer, aber ich machte mein Fazit nur gestern: Man soll unterschiedliche Sportarten ausüben, um seiner Körper harmonisch zu entwickeln.

¿Libros físicos o electrónicos?
Pienso que soy una de las raras personas preferiendo libros electrónicos, porque puedo conectar el ordenador a la televisión y mostrarlos ahí, lo que es mucho más practico para leer, sobre todo con la retroiluminación.
Sé que a algunos no les gustan los libros electrónicos porque la luz de los aparatos electrónicos les parece demasiado fuerte, pero es lo que me gusta. Leer libros de papel me relaja tanto que al cabo de una media hora, me duermo, y tengo que luchar contra el sueño para concentrarme y seguir leyendo.
Los libros electrónicos tienen una otra ventaja: se puede conservar miles en un disco duro. Un libro de papel es pequeño, pero cuando hay unas decenas, se da cuento de que ocupan mucho espacio, ¡y se comprende porque todos los aficionados de la lectura viven en casas grandes! Recientemente, he hecho espacio en mis estantes, pero no puedo negar que es mucho más cómodo tener libros en mi ordenador.
Sin embargo, extraño el olor del papel y su sensación tactil. De hecho, extraño esa sensación cuando escribo, mucho más que cuando leo, y diría que de manera general, en mi proprio caso, las ventajas de los libros electrónicos compensan sus desventajas, por tanto, al final, todo está bien.

My essay:
People have different views about what the best method is to run a successful business. Some people advocate that it is having a positive work environment in which workers respect and recognize each other’s worth, whereas others believe investing in improving facilities and equipment is more advantageous. I tend to agree with the former approach.
On the one hand, upgrading facilities and equipment is beneficial in many ways. One is that it allows organizations to run smoothly and safely. In particular, properly functioning machinery, such as industrial turbines or computers, helps employees complete their tasks with greater ease and efficiency, while low-quality ones may malfunction and impede workflow, causing loss of production and profit, or even accidents. Another is that a workplace with good ventilation and suitable temperature, lighting, space and seating makes its workers comfortable. Consequently, they can perform at their optimal level.
On the other hand, creating a supportive and respectful workplace also has its own benefits. First, as workers feel supported by their colleagues and supervisors, they are more likely to help others. This promotes harmonious relationships between employees, thus improving productivity. Second, being respected and valued makes employees feel a sense of worth; they are happier and more motivated to work hard. This can result in a good performance. Finally, the alternative option, providing better facilities and equipment, can be quite costly, whereas no money is required in forming a supportive work environment.
In conclusion, investing in good equipment and facilities can optimize business processes and safety. However, promoting mutual respect and support can enhance teamwork, incentivize employees to put in their best performance, and entails no capital expenditures, so it is the better choice.

Je probeert een belangrijk boodschap over te brengen. Dat is goed! Maar ik heb het gevoel dat je Dave Chapelle aan het nabootsen bent. Wees je eigen zelf en weet dat het genoeg is. Het vermogen om anderen te inspireren, dat heb je altijd gehad. Je bent zeer gedisciplineerd en toegewijd. Je moet alleen jezelf beter leren kennen en je eigen stijl, in je eigen gedaante, ontwikkelen. Je gedachte en emoties in acties omzetten. Zo krijg je de beloning van je hard werk.

Otto The Great (and third)
One very important milestone that Otto the Great achieved was to put an end to the magyar raids in Western Europe. This was a long-standing problem that his father also had to face. The former Carolingian Empire had to tackle the menaces, not only of the Hungarians, but also the Vikings from the north and the Arab expansion from the south. The critical bending point was the Battle of Lechfeld, where over the course of three days the Hungarian and the “German” armies crashed into each other. The battle meant the annihilation of the Hungarian troops, the end of the raids and played a key role in the stability of Otto’s kingship.
Otto was already fifty (an advanced age for that time) when he marched to Rome to support the Pope on his conflict with an Italian noble, what meant crossing the Alps, a non-straightforward fact then. The stay in Italy, following his coronation as Emperor, would last ten years.

Quelle est ma première mémoire ?
Je me souviens pas quelle est ma première mémoire mais je me souviens une histoire drôle qui s’est passée quand j’avais 6 ans.
J’étais en Chine pour rendre visite à mes cousins. On était chez l’ami de ma mère et je jouais avec la fille de l’ami de ma mère. Je me souviens qu’on jouait avec une petite BMW voiture et l’ami de ma mère est venu et a dit à sa fille que le dîner était prêt. Tous deux sont parti peu de temps après. J’étais seulement dans l’arrière-cour, donc je juste continuais à la jouer.
Quand il était le temps qu’on parti, j’ai voulu pas la retourner à la fille de l’ami de ma mère. Je me souviens que je pleurais et faisais une crise de colère. Ma mère me grondait en son ami a ri. Finalement, son ami a décidé me la donner. La petite voiture qui appartient à leur fille.
J’étais très content apparemment à ce moment-là mais tous les temps quand je me souviens cette histoire maintenant, je veux mourir. Ma mère et son ami a trouvé ça drôle aussi.
