Entrée de journal le 4 février: l'immersion
Je viens de réaliser que je passe beaucoup de temps tout seul dans ma chambre. Chaque jour après l'école, je passe environ 6 heures dans ma chambre en faisant les devoirs ou en reposant sur mon portable. Cependant, tous les médias que je consomme dans ma chambre sont en anglais.
Aujourd'hui, j'ai décidé que désormais je vais consommer tous les médias en français. Je vais regarder la télé en français, je vais utiliser les site webs français, je vais écouter à la radio en français... je veux même parler dans ma tête en français, si je peux.
Cette immersion après l'école est la chose la plus proche de l'immersion que j'ai. Je ne peux pas m'immerger pendant la journée car j'ai l'école en anglais. Je ne peux pas m'immerger pendant les repas car ma famille parle que d'anglais. Mais quand je suis tout seul, je peux consommer tous les médias en français -- ça c'est le but. J'espère parlerai, écouterai et lirai plus couramment.

Discordとは
皆さんはDiscord（ディスコード）というツールを使ったことがありますか？DiscordはLine（ライン）と掲示板サイトを組み合わせたかのようなチャットアプリです。Lineのようにチャットルームで友達と自由に話したり、掲示板のようにスレを立てたりできます。人気になっているこのアプリを耳にすることのない方向けに、Discordの使い方を解説していきたいと思います。2回に分けて掲載しますので、今回の記事では、Discordの特徴やインストール手順を見てみましょう。
ゲームに特化？Discordの特徴
英語圏では、Discordはもともと実況プレイのために開発されたので、仮にDiscordのことを知ったとしても、ゲーマーでないと使えないかな、と悩んでいる方は多いと思いますが、そんなことはないのです。今はDiscordの使い道はもうすでに様々な領域に行き渡っています。Discordは特にコミュニティの運営のために向いているので、その3億5000万人のユーザーの中に事業の活動で利用している人が多いです。クリエーターはファンを集めたり、サークルは活動のイベントを貼ったり雑談のチャットルームを作ったり、団体はTwitterのように知らせを出したりするためにDiscordを使っています。
Slackとは違う点
コロナの影響でSlack（スラック）というソフトを使ったユーザーが増えてきているわけですが、Discordはあれと非常に似ているので、仕事でSlackを開く方には慣れやすいソフトです。Slackと違う大きな点を挙げれば、Slackの方がビジネス向けのツールになっていることです。
インストール手順：
Discordはブラウザーだけで使えるソフトウェアなので、公式サイト（[https://discord.com/](https://discord.com/)）でアカウントを作成さえすれば、即座に開くことが出来ます。とはいえ、パソコンにもスマホにも対応しているので、アプリで使いたいという方は、ぜひインストールしてください。パソコンを使っている場合は、公式サイトにアクセスすると、自分の端末に応じてダウンロード用のボタンが表示されます。これを押すとインストーラーが落ち、ダウンロードが終了してからそれをクリックすると、インストール手順が始まります。AndroidとiPhoneの場合はアップストアかプレイストアからインストールしましょう。

My Life in SZ (13) - Official Banned Books and Magazines
I phoned my friend in the toy factory telling them that I found a good job, they were happy and promised to see me when they are off, they were also interested in my job.
I soon found one special thing around the nearby street. When the day was getting dark, some children would carry some porn magazines like Playboy from the US and some other porn brands from Hong Kong and Japan. They sold at a low price between 25 and 40 yuan each, the quality of the paper was very good, and the price printed in the magazine was much higher about from 100 to 200. Obviously, they were pirate magazines. Who cared about it, however?
Two or three adults would usually remote-control these children at the same time. When the patrol police passed by, the children would disappear at once at become back again afterward.
They also sold some politically forbidden books which revealed some secret news about political celebrities, politburo leaders and communism. The original books must be printed in Hong Kong or Tai Wan, yet these books were pirated too. Their selling price is usually from 20 to 30 yuan, which is printed from 80 to 100 Hong kong Dollars or some much high price figure in Tai Wan Dollars.
About in 2005, when I went back to SZ for business. I looked for these children here and there, but couldn't find any of them. This kind of illegal business was totally demolished, and I felt sad about it.

Mein Tag 4/4
Heute ich wachen Sechs Uhr auf aber ich nochmal bis um Acht Uhr geschlaft.
Ich arbeit geht. Am Samstag, ich arbeite ins eine Dramaschule.
Oft ich mache werbungkunst für ihre Instagram, aber heute ein neue schulerin war traurig so ich habe mit er Klasse gehilfet.
Ich hatte viel arbeit heute. Nach ich hilfe der junge, ich mit andere schuler sprechen. Er liebt horrorfilm und er wollt mich eine kunst für horrorfilm gemachen.
Später ins das tag ich spreche mit mein freund am telefon wenn ins die Geschäft gehen. Ich für diese woche mittagessen kaufen.
Ins Abend, meine freund und ich sprechst in Deutsch. Er wollt hilfen mich leren aber Deutsch ist nicht einfach!

¿Se puede ser amigo de tu ex?
Algunos afirman que es imposible ser amigo de tu ex y otros que consiguen encontrar amistad con un antiguo amor. Según la ciencia, hay cuatro razones por las que intentamos establecer una amistad: seguridad, sentido práctico, cortesía, y conservación de sentimientos románticos hacia nuestro ex. Por ejemplo, la seguridad viene del deseo de mantener el apoyo emocional y la confianza de uno que te conoce bien. La cortesía, por su parte, tiene que ver con no querer herir los sentimientos del otro. Los estudios demuestran que las amistades más exitosas son las que han surgido de la seguridad y la practicidad.
Personalmente, estoy a favor de mantener algo de distancia tras una ruptura, y si por causalidad vuelven a cruzarse, dar más flexibilidad al desarrollo de las relaciones. Hablando desde mi propia experiencia, volví a hablar con mi ex después de un año sin contacto y quedamos en ser amigas porque nos pareció el momento oportuno. Yo personalmente lo hice por seguridad y sentido práctico, aunque es imposible saber por qué lo hizo ella. Desde entonces, nos hemos reunido de vez en cuando para ir a fiestas, ver alguna serie juntas o tomar algo en su departamento. Me gustaría decir que nos va bien, pero mis amigos han cuestionado con razón nuestro intento de amistad. Tengo la sensación de que seguimos sintiendo algo el uno por el uno, pero lo que puedo asegurar es que no pienso sacar el tema.

Развитие программы ChatGPT недавно вызвало вопросы об исскуственном интеллекте и его возможное влияние на человечество. Прекрасное время, чтобы посмотреть мультфильм "Ghost in the Shell"! Вышедший в 1995, он экранизация одноименной манга. Это классический япанский мультфильм, но до этого дня, я его ещё не посмотрел.
Трудно говорить о сюжете без раскрывать историю, но я попробую. История разворачивает в ближайшем будущем. В то время, технологический прогресс позволяет замену конечностей и органов кибернетическими имплантами, которые увеличивают умственные и физические способности. Они также соединяют людей друг с другом в большей сети. Так, много людей стали киборгами. Однако, есть неудобство: хакеры могут взломать программы киборгов, и вставиться в их "привидение", их "ghosts". Это слово назначает сущность человека, в итоге, его душу, а "shell" ("панцирь") назначает тело. Весь сюжет манга касается связь между душой и телом. Что такий человек? Может жизнь происходить только из биологических элементов? Что делает нас уникальными как (человеческий) вид? Что создаёт нашу индивидуальность — кстати, у нас же что-то как "индивидуальность" ? На эти вопросы, фильм никогда не дает определенные ответы, но разрешает зрителям составить собственное мнение.
Кроме интересных филозофических вопросов, фильм очень красив. Бездушные, загрязненные метрополисы из металла и стокла в мрачном свечении исскуственного освещения, с болгарскими песнями, которые композитор Кенджи Кауай использовал, чтобы создать саундтрек... Планы фильма и музыка вместе создают магическую и одновременно страшную атмосферу.
Однако, повествование — немного неясно, потому что зритель открывает богатьый и особенный мир фильма в одно время с разворачиванием истории, а он идёт только полтора часа. Немостря на это, я считаю, что "Ghost in the Shell"— отлично.
Ещё один вопрос: снимет ли однажды исскуственный интеллект мультфильм в мире "Ghost in the Shell"? Было бы забавным...

Today is my mother’s birthday! We went to a department store in order to see a movie. The theater in this department store is amazing! It is designed as an airport. The entrance of the auditorium is the boarding gate. Even the announcement of reminding the movie time is similar to an airport’s. The movie we saw is《Plane》. Everything about it is so fantastic. It never runs out of steam. My heartbeat had been beating fast from the first crisis to the end. To be honest, I’m not interested in this kind of movie, but I really recommend it after seeing it.

Today I went to the cafe near my home instead of the library. I just wanted to study at a different place and made my day a little fresher than usual. It was not quite like the library, even a little loud because of the coffee machines and the chatting voices. But I felt the degree I focused on what I studied at the cafe is the same as at the library. I thought the reason is that what I studied is the thing I’m interested in. Therefore, I didn’t feel irritable even though I was in the noisy atmosphere. On the contrary, I was energetic when studying.

Est-ce que le “doggy bag” est vraiment efficace pour lutter contre le gaspillage alimentaire ?
Le “doggy bag” est obligatoire dans les restaurants dans certains pays. C’est considéré comme une façon de lutter contre le gaspillage alimentaire. Mais, est-ce qu’il est vraiment efficace ? Le gourmet bag est utilisé pour emporter les restes à la maison. Au lieu de jeter, les clients sont proposés à finir leurs restes chez eux. Une question est posée: est-ce que les clients vont les finir à la maison ou les oublier dans le frigo et après jeter ? Sans parler du problème d'hygiène, différents aliments ont des températures de stockage différentes. Il n'est pas bon de manger les restes qui réchauffent beaucoup de fois ou laissent longtemps dans le frigo. De mon point de vue, on a besoin de mesures plus pratiques. Pour éviter de commander beaucoup de nourriture mais ne pas tout manger, les restaurants pourraient pénaliser les clients qui commandent de nombreux plats mais ne finissent pas tout. Les restaurants pourraient également privilégier les menus du jour pour limiter les choix des clients.

Vida cotidiana 5
Me encuentro un poco sacado de onda esta mañana, porque no puedo dejar de pensar en todas las cosas pendientes que me toca hacer antes de mudarnos. El día de la mudanza va llegando y está cada vez más cerca, amenazándome como una fuerza invisible pero no menos real. Aparte de toda la logística relacionada con trasladar nuestras pertenencias personales, tengo alrededor de una semana para hacer las pruebas finales con un sistema que le debemos a un cliente, y todavía no me siento con mucha confianza. Sin embargo, hoy marcará un hito en el proceso porque necesitamos probar el sistema en vuelo. Hasta ahora, todas las pruebas han tenido lugar en el banco de trabajo. Si todo sale bien, es posible que logremos enviar el sistema para el próximo fin de semana.

Umweltschutz
Es ist allgemein bekannt, dass unsere Planete ist verschmutzt. Viele Pflanzen und Tieren sind gefahrdet, und Megapolise wie Tokio sind so voll mit CO2 dass die zahlen von menschen, die die Krebs erkrankung haben, steigen jedes Jahr.
Und das schlimmste: die meiste Menschen tun nichts, um diese Qualerei zu stoppen. Warum? Da sind sich die Leute nicht einig; die meiste sind so von solche Gerate wie das Auto so abhängig, dass sie könen sich nicht vorstellen eine leben ohne sie. Und es sheint als ob die anderen ist was mit der Erde gerade passiet einfach egal. Beschreibene Leute wollen nichts von Okologie und Umweltschutz zu wissen und ihre Meinung zu ändern. Das Ergebniss: die Lage ist ernst, wie niemals bevor, und etwas musst getan werden, um die jetzige Situation zu ändern.
Meiner Meinung nach, jeder muss sich der Probleme bewusst sein, und um das zu erledigen, sollen solche Wirtschaften wie "Greanpeace" mehr Kampagne machen und in die Schulen spezielle Öko-unterrichte, wo die Kinder mehr über Ökologie erfahren können einführen.

MALÉDICTION DU PALAIS SOUS-MARIN (1)
Hier, comme je m'ennuyais à mourir au travail, j'ai visité Wikipedia pour lire des articles. Je suis tombé sur un article à propos du voyage dans le temps. Cet article postule que le concept du voyage dans le temps existe depuis des temps immémoriaux. Plusieurs mythes anciens témoignent de ce postulat, y compris le conte de fées japonais « Urashima Tarō ».
Urashima Tarō fut un jeune pêcheur qui a un jour sauvé une tortue maltraitée par un groupe d'enfants. Le jour d'après, quand Tarō était au bord de la mer, une grosse tortue s'est approchée de lui. La grosse tortue a dit que la tortue sauvée par Tarō était en fait une princesse, la fille de l'Empereur de la Mer. L'Empereur souhaitait exprimer sa gratitude envers Tarō et lui inviter à visiter son palais sous-marin. Tarō a accepté l'invitation et plongé dans la mer. On lui a donné des branchies pour qu'il puisse respirer sous l'eau.
À son arrivée, Tarō s'est émerveillé de la grandeur du palais. Il s'agissait d'un palais en corail bordé des paysages des quatre saisons. Les arbres dans le palais avaient des émeraudes comme ses feuilles et des rubis comme ses baies. Tarō a aussi retrouvé la princesse, qu'il trouvait très aimable.
Dans l'ensemble, Tarō profitait bien de son séjour au palais sous-marin. Il aurait aimé continuer à y rester, mais il s'est souvenu de sa mère vieillissante. Après trois jours au palais, il a fait ses adieux à la princesse, qui était navrée de lui dire au revoir. Avant que Tarō parte, la princesse lui a donné un coffret. Toutefois, elle lui a prévenu de ne jamais l'ouvrir.
Quand Tarō est sorti de la mer et rentré à son village, il était désorienté par son entourage. Il n'a reconnu ni les gens ni les bâtiments. Il s'avère que trois siècles se sont écoulés depuis qu'il avait débuté son aventure sous-marine. Effondré par la réalité, Tarō a pris la décision d'ouvrir le coffret. Une épaisse fumée en est sortie. Soudain, sa peau est devenue ridée, son dos a été courbé, et ses cheveux ont blanchi. Le jeune pêcheur aventureux s'est transformé en vieillard.
La première question qui m'est venue à l'esprit concerne le sort de Tarō. Que s'est-il passé après que Tarō a tout à coup vieilli ? J'ai essayé de chercher la réponse sur Internet et trouvé deux versions de la fin. D'après la première, il est mort peu après car un corps humain ne peut pas soutenir un âge si avancé. Selon la deuxième, sa transformation n'était pas encore terminée, et il a fini par se métamorphoser en grue et aller chercher la tombe de sa mère. En fait, j'attendais une fin plus noire. Par exemple, Tarō a fini par se donner la mort. Je pense que ce qu'il a vécu est trop dur à supporter
J'ai aussi la deuxième question qui m'a fait réfléchir plus : quelle est la morale de cette histoire ? Si le coffret avait contenu des bijoux ou de l'or, on aurait facilement répondu « la gentillesse sera toujours récompensée ». Cependant, on sait que ce n'était pas le cas avec Tarō. Encore une fois, j'ai cherché les réponses qui me satisferaient. Je vais vous partager les résultats de mes recherches dans la prochaine entrée afin que celle-ci ne soit pas trop longue.

Libraries
Libraries have always had a special place in my heart. My mom was a staying at home mom, but for a few years she used to volunteer at the local library. I had spent many afternoons playing and doing my homework in the library. I love books and the infinite possibility of knowledge you have at the tips of your fingers when you’re in a library. As I grew older, I always read less and less. During the university years I had so much academic work to do, study and write that I slowly forgot how satisfying it was to read a book for the sake of reading it. I got used to reading magazines or only short texts, got used first to YouTube and then got almost addicted to podcasts. When I started studying German I got a card from the local Library in Zurich, the PBZ Bibliothek, but somehow I was only borrowing books to learn German, grammar books, test preparation books, etc. After the intense phase of learning German was over, I decided to keep my library card, and started to bring “normal” books home. In many occasions I would receive a reminder in my email that it was time to return the book, and I wouldn't even have started with it, or had only read the first 10 pages. I tried extending the return date and gave another chance, but mostly I would just return the book after 60 days without reading it. But in the middle of that game of bringing unread books and taking new ones, I eventually did read some of them, and the more I read, the more I wanted to read new ones. Now I go to the library approximately every two weeks. I take some books in German, some in English and occasionally a book in Spanish. Sometimes I returned them unopened, or unfinished, but I’m glad that I have access to such a wonderful Library full of books; because if I had to spend money on buying them, probably I would have never rediscovered my love for reading.

Che bel giorno!
È un giorno meraviglioso oggi, una volta alla settimana mangiamo un pasto che non è sano.
Sto preparando degli hamburgers: ho tagliato le sfoglie d'insalata, dei sottaceti, della cipolla. Metterò anche un po' del formaggio, anzì diventano i cheeseburger.
Li appena ho messi sulla griglia e fra poco li possiamo mangiare felicemente.
Sul piatto metterò le patatine fritte: le adoro ma questi giorni provo a mangiarle di meno. Non fanno bene alla salute!
Mangeremo mentre guardando una tv serie. Dopo che avrò mangiato, farò un pisolino, ma lo facevo dopo leggo per un'ora.
Di sera farò una passeggiata, così è come il giorno passa.

Today, I went skiing by myself. What a surprise! It's been four years since I've been skiing due to my sons' exams and the corona situation. The ski resort we went to was Biwako Valley. It is the closest ski resort from my house. It took me a little over an hour to get there. I went to the top of the mountain by ropeway. Up to 121 people are able to ride on this ropeway at any one time. The snow conditions were excellent so I really enjoyed it.

今日は一人でスキーに行きました。子供の受験とかコロナがあったので、何と4年ぶりのスキーです。行ったスキー場はびわ湖バレイです。うちから一番近いスキー場です。そこまで1時間ちょっとかかりました。山頂まではロープウェイで上がります。ロープウェイは121人乗ることができます。雪質もよくてとても楽しめました。

貧困を言外に支持する社会
最近、貧困層を抜本的に最小化できる様々な経済政策が提案されている。
例えば、「普遍的なベーシックインカム」という提案は、他の収入を問わず、全国民に対して、決められた額を無条件で定期的に支給する政策です。
経済学者のトマ・ピケティも、貧富の差を代々保たせる相続を禁止して、25歳の誕生日に皆に12万5000€を支給し、亡くなってしまった人の財産を若者に再分配する普遍相続を主張する。
前記は経済自由主義の支持者も多いが、もっと反資本主義の経済学者で社会学者ベルナール・フリオ (Bernard Friot) の「生涯賃金」という発案もある。 あれは、賃労働と生産手段の私的所有権を廃止して、「賃金」は、「労働者」としての臨時「職業」があるからのではなく、国民一人としての資格や日常活動の生産力や生存権が認められているから支給されている月給にする。フランスの社会保障制度の手本を拡大して、全部国有化された国の商工業の売り上げ(国内総生産)で賃金を皆に再分配する体制です。あの「賃金」の額が毎月1500から6000€まで、個人の認められた資格によって定まるが、最小限の1500€は18歳である以上、不可侵権のように、誰であろうと、生涯なくすことはできない。
上記のモデルは経済学者と専門家が開発したので、無数の本、弁論、問題と微妙な細部があっても、このあらまし以上の詳細をここで述べることは不可能です。私は、あの提案を初めて聞く人に引き起こされる本能的な反応の暗黙な意味に重点を置きたいと思います。
十中八九は、「そうだけど、人が働かなくても収入があったら、誰が街頭を掃除する？誰が鉱山で掘り出した重要な鉱石を供給するのですか？」とか、人々が返事すると思います。
じゃあ… 今は誰が？
言外の真実は、「今は『貧民』がよく働くので、貧困の問題を解決することはいけない」というのではありませんか？
現在は、義務だからのではなくて、当然な義理とでもなくて、社会の一部としての責任んじゃなくて、食うや食わずの脅迫や貧困が存在するからこそ、下水道の維持をする人がいる社会なのです。
私たちは、例の返事が暴く集合的無意識を認めて直視しないといけないと思います。社会は、最初から、貧困を消すつむりはなかった。
逆に、貧困が存在しなかったら、貧民を作り出すべきだったのでしょう。

Sin un acento
Recuerdo que me preocupaba cuando hablé español porque no tengo un acento. Siempre que hablo con mi amiga, siempre dije: «Aún no tengo un acento y no me sueno como nativo. Lo siento.» Mi amiga nunca se preocupó de que no tuviera acento, pero me sentí mal por eso.
Sin embargo, leí una entrada por alguien quien también dijo que hablar sin acento. Pero la persona dijo que están bien hablando sin un acento o no sonar como nativo, porque son capaces expresar lo que intentan decir.
Después de leer eso, me doy cuenta que, sí, está bien hablar sin acento. No tengo que sonar 100% como nativo. Siempre y cuando puedo ser entendido por otras personas y hablar con voz clara, eso es lo que es importante.
Aún lucho un poco cuando hablo. A veces es porque la letra R o otra veces es porque no puedo respirar correctamente. Pero, ese es un problema médica.
Todo esto es para decir, desde ahora, no me preocuparé demasiado por los acentos. Me enfocaré en hablar correctamente.
