Le home-sitting
Le sujet que je veux traiter aujourd’hui est le home-sitting. Alors, c’est quoi le home-sitting ? C’est lorsqu’une personne s’installe dans un logement pendant l’absence de ses propriétaires. Le home-sitting est très populaire en Australie. Il y a plusieurs raison. La première, pour le gardien de domicile, c’est un moyen de prendre des vacances bon marché et explorer une nouvelle ville. Ici, les hôtels sont coûteux et je remarque que même les hébergements à courte terme sont de plus en plus cher. J’ai déjà évoqué les restrictions introduites sur AirBNB par certaines villes comme New York et Barcelone. À cause de ces mesures, c’est difficile à trouver des hébergements abordables. Ces avantages que j’ai mentionnés sont du point de vue du gardien de domicile ou le locataire.
Cependant, il ne faut pas oublier de parler des avantages de la perspective du propriétaire. Pour ceux qui cherchent un bon moyen de faire garder leurs chiens, chats ou autres animaux de compagnie et j’en passe, c’est la solution idéale. En fait, l’une de mes amies, qui part en vacances chaque été, fait des annonces sur des sites de home-sitting régulièrement pour trouver un gardien de domicile de confiance. Elle est très particulière puisqu’elle a une belle maison, des animaux de compagnie et plusieurs plantes à l’intérieur.
D’après mon amie, des locataires temporaires s’occupent de ses animaux de compagnie, font un peu de jardinages comme arroser les plantes et la pelouse. En outre, l’avantage la plus important est la sécurité de la maison et sa tranquillité d’esprit. Chaque fois qu’elle part, elle est rassurée que la maison et ses animaux de compagnies seront bien gardés. Oui, je m’accorde.

Traductions de Pokédex, septième partie
Rattata : Il mord n'importe quoi quand il attaque. Petit et très vite, il est quelque chose fréquent à voir dans beaucoup des endroits.
Rattatac : Il utilise ses moustaches pour maintenir son équilibre. Apparemment, il lui ralentit s'ils sont couper.
Rattata d'Alola : Avec ses incisives, il ronge à travers les portes et s'infiltre les maisons des gens. Puis, avec un tic des moustaches, il vole tout le nourriture qu'il peut trouver.
Rattatac d'Alola : Il forme un groupe du Rattatac, duquel il assume la direction. Chaque groupe possède son territoire, et souvent des disputes de nourriture se produisent.

Spoon
I use reusable foodware in my office; it contains a pair of chopsticks, a spoon, and a fork. One day, when I opened the case, my spoon was somehow missing and couldn't be found anywhere. I don't know why, but sometimes things disappear even if you put them in the same spot every day. I reminded myself that I needed to buy a new spoon and put it into my foodware case, but when I went to the supermarket, they only sold spoons in sets of five. I don't need so many spoons since I live alone (or should I probably buy them just in case I lose my spoon again?). Anyway, I totally forgot to handle the missing spoon, so I had to eat curry with a fork yesterday.

Schreiben B1 Ausflug
Liebe Anna,
wie geht es dir? Hoffentlich geht es dir gut. Letzte Woche habe ich mit meiner Freundin einen Ausflug in Nha Trang gemacht. Leider konntest du nicht mitmachen, deshalb möchte ich dir davon erzählen.
Wir sind mit dem Auto nach Nha Trang gefahren. Zum Glück war das Wetter an diesem Tag sehr schön. Dann haben ein Zimmer im Hotel gemietet. Wir haben noch viel Meeresfrüchte gegessen und viele schöne Fotos gemacht. Am Abend haben wir auch viele Sachen im Flohmarkt gekauft. Das war super!
Diese Ausflug gefällt mir sehr gut, sowohl die schöne Natur, als auch die netten Menschen.
Nächsten Monat werde ich in Vung Tau fahren, weil es dort ein Musikfestival gibt. Hast du Lust mitzumachen?

Schreiben B1 Ausflug gefallen
Liebe Anna,
wie geht es dir? Ich hoffe, dass alles bei dir in Ordnung ist. Es ist schade, dass du mit mir am Ausflug zum Zoo nicht teilnehmen konntest, deshalb möchte ich dir davon erzählen..
Am Samstag um 10 Uhr bin ich dort mit dem Fahrrad angekommen, um die Umwelt zu schützen. Ich habe viele Tiere gesehen und finde, dass sie sehr süß sind. Außerdem bin ich dort Boot gefahren, deshalb habe ich sehr interessant gefüllt. Glücklicherweise ist das Wetter an diesem Tag schön.
Mir gefällt besonders, dass es hier sehr frische Luft gibt, die mir hilft, mich zu entspannen und Stress zu reduzieren.
Ich schlage vor, dass wir nächsten Monat gemeinsam ins Tao Dan Park gehen, weil
es ein Animefest geben wird. Wie findest du darüber?

Comment est-ce que je pratique mon français écrit ?
Il est important de pratiquer mon français écrit tous les jours pour l'améliorer. Honnêtement, je pense que j'apprends beaucoup de nouveaux mots, surtout quand j'écris sur un sujet précis comme l'impact de l'IA générative, la politique, la confidentialité des données et les amitiés.
Avant de choisir la matière, je cherche des thèmes sur Internet comme la mode, l'apprentissage des langues, l'Internet, la santé mentale et la littérature. D'habitude, je choisis des matières familières comme la littérature, l'Internet, la psychologie, la technologie, la communication scientifique et les voyages. En ce moment, j'écris sur des thèmes moins connus comme la mode, le changement climatique, les droits des animaux et l'environnement. Si j'avais eu une leçon de conversation avec un tuteur sur italki, il faudrait écrire mes réflexions et mes pensées dès que possible.
Quand je choisis un sujet, j'écris dans mon cahier personnel. Si je ne connais pas de mots ou de phrases en français, je les cherche en ligne. Habituellement, je les écris avec les phrases et j'écris les définitions et les synonymes des nouveaux mots. Aussi, je demande à ChatGPT, "Comment dit-on [insérer des mots en anglais] en français ?"
Après mon premier brouillon, je cherche les erreurs évidentes dans le texte, comme l'orthographe et la ponctuation. Ensuite, je demande ChatGPT pour corriger ma grammaire et d'écrire dans une manière plus naturelle. Même si ChatGPT me suggère des corrections, je ne les accepte pas toujours.
Enfin, j'écris mon texte final en ligne pour recevoir des corrections de locuteurs natifs du français. Si j'avais le temps, j'écrirais les textes corrigés dans un autre cahier personnel.

したい時にする
僕の主義は何かをしたい時にそれをするということです。もちろん、大前提としてまず論理的に考える必要があります。例えば、「お腹空いた、ご飯食べたい」と思った時に食べればいいと思います。しかし、いつでもそうするとさすがに太るわけですから、まずは論理的に考えて食べる量と内容を決める必要があると思います。ちゃんとした計画が立った上、好きな時に食べればいいと思います。当たり前かもしれないけど、食べたくない時より食べたい時はご飯が美味しいからです。
これは他の事にも当てはまります。例えば、「仕事」と「遊び」という大幅な区別があります。どちらかばかりをしてしまうと、楽しくなくなると思います。仕事の場合はもちろん、遊びでもそればかりをしていると飽きてくると思います。なので、連勤が長く続くと休みを取った方がいいと思いますし、連休が長く続くと仕事を入れた方がいいと思います。同じ時間の割合でも、他の活動を中間に入れると楽になるからです。例えば、1週間仕事→1週間遊びより、1日仕事→1日遊びを繰り返す方が楽かもしれません。
他の例としては仕事と睡眠を見ましょう。寝たいのに仕事を終わらなきゃと思って我慢する羽目になったことがありませんか？この状況はなぜ不最適かというと、寝たいのに寝られないという理由です。どうするべきだったかというと、前にやっていた別にやりたくもなかったことをやらないで、仕事の方を終わらせて、寝たい時に寝られるようにするべきでした。つまり、寝たいという欲が、前に仕事をせずやっていた事の欲を上回るということを考えると、全体的な行動には改善できる余地があると言えるでしょう。

My first trip towards Galapagos
At may of 2015, my wife and I took vacations. The chose destination was Galapagos, in my country Ecuador. I had never traveled to Galapagos, so I had a bit afraid, cause it was my first trip on airplane.
When we were in Galapagos, everything was so much expensive, however the beaches and landscapes were the most beautiful one I ever seen.
I remember a lot of things, for example the marine lions, the Chinesse Beaches, the Tortuga Bay but the most amazing place was the Junco Mountain. I always will remember the freshness of its air, it was the unique ocasion when I felt clean breath.
I hope some day I can to travel with my childrens and my parents, I would like they will enjoy this fantastic place.

Die Appalachen
Ich liebe die Natur in der Region, da ich wohne. Mein Haus liegt nicht sehr weit weg von einer Stadt, also ist es praktisch, ein Job zu finden. Es gibt viele abgerundete, grüne Berge. Die Straßen biegen sich sehr, und es macht Spaß auf sie zu fahren. Es regnet hier in den Bergen mehr als in den anderen Orten in meinem Staat, und wir haben nebenan viele schöne Seen. Die Region ist besonders "biodivers," denn wir haben viele Arten Pflanzen und Tiere. Eine meiner Lieblingsaktivitäten ist mit meinen Freunden draußen in der Natur wandern zu gehen. Die Luft ist immer so frisch und die Bäume so grüne. Es ist am coolsten, wenn es im Morgen Nebel gibt. Meine Mutter kommt aus Island, also sind wir ein Paar mal zurück dorthin geflogen. Da ist die Umgebung noch toller, aber darüber müss ich später schreiben, weil ich jetzt gehen muss.

Gibt es eine Zukunft mit Massentourismus?
Wenn man „spanischer Massentourismus“ hört, denkt man sofort an Barcelona mit ihren von Airbnb verursachten steigenden Mieten, aber es gibt viel Schlimmeres. In Nordspanien, neben der Grenze mit Frankreich, gibt es ein Städtchen namens La Jonquera. Und dieses Städtchen ist eine der Hauptzentren der Prostitution in Europa. Hier gibt es Prostituierten über all und ganze Straßen mit kitschigen, neonbeleuchteten Tittenbars, deren Schaufenster es kaum verbergen, was man tatsächlich darin „verbrauchen“ kann.
Viele Prostituierte kommen aus Osteuropa, besonders Rumänien. Dieser Beruf ist nur vorübergehend für sie. Sie wollen bedeutsame Geldsummen versammlen, um ihren Familien zurück im Vaterland zu helfen. Praktisch alle tuen das für ihre Familien. Jedoch verlassen die einheimischen spanischen Familien La Jonquera, weil die Stimmung nicht besonders kinderfreundlich ist!
Ich erinnere mich an einen Dokumentarfilm über die balearischen Inseln. Diese spanischen Inseln haben sehr früh entschieden, ihre Wirtschaft auf Massentourismus zu gründen. Seit dieser Zeit sind dieser himmlerischer Platz mit blauem Meer und feinem Sand ein Traumreiseziel für die vodkatrinkende und hormonvolle Jugend der ganzen Welt geworden. Das Leben der Einwohner im Sommer ist sehr schwer. Schmutzige Strände, Lärm überall auf den Straßen, besoffene prügelnde Touristen... Eine alte Frau in Tränen sagte, das Leben dort sei unerträglich geworden.
Es scheint mir dringend, den Massentourismus einzuschränken. Es erweist sich katastrophal für die Lebensqualität, für die Natur, für die Kultur (einige Stätten wie die Machu Picchu werden jetzt vom Massentourismus bedroht) und einfach für die Menschen. Ich habe den Eindruck, dass Inseln noch in größerer Gefahr sind. Die balearischen Inseln, Bali, Korsika, die Kyladen... Alle haben einen gemeinsamen Punkt: Zu viele Leute auf zu wenig Raum.
Man muss aber realistisch bleiben. Einige Wirtschaften hängen sehr von Tourismus ab. Sollten sie Massentourismus enden, dann würden sie auch auf riesige Einkommenquellen verzichten und massive Arbeitslosigkeit verursachen. Solche Wirtschaften sind oft etwa unstabil. Ich denke besonders an Griechenland, das vor kurzem viel durchgemacht hat... Mehr wirtschaftliche Probleme verdienen sie nicht.
Es scheint, dass der Gleichgewichtspunkt zwischen wirtschaftlichem Wohlstand und Respekt der Natur (und der Kultur) schwierig zu finden ist. Ohne Zweifel wird diese Frage eine der Wichtigsten von unserer Epoche sein.

Los canciones que me gusta en español y alemán
Me gustan muchos géneros de música. Me gusta los canciones de rock, norteño, cumbias, metal y mucho más. Unos de mis grupos favoritos en español es Los Enanitos Verdes y mi canción favorita de ellos es "Amores Lejanos". Hay un cantante en alemán que me gusta mucho. Se llama Ayliva. Me encanta sus canciones "Wunder" y "Sie weiß". Mi grupo favorito de alemán es Rammstein. Me encantan sus canciones.

Les artistes martiaux
Je trouve les artistes martiaux ont trop de la classe et quand je dit artistes martiaux je fais référence au ceux qui ont le cinquiéme dan est au dessus dans leur respective art martial. Partir de cinquiéme on est considére comme maître et a le droit d'enseigner sa propre classe. J'ai le respect pour leur entrainement ardu et leur discipline pour maîtriser leur corps et art.

Hier, Joe Biden a quitté la course à la présidence. Je ne m'attendais pas ça, c'est vraiment surprenant. Cet évènement assurera que l'éléction de cette année sera très intéressante. Quelquefois je me demande si tout ceci fera une grande partie d'un livre d'histoire dans l'avenir. Si oui, peut-être que je pourrai aider mes enfants avec leurs devoirs !

フラインぐウィッチという漫画を初めて読みました
最近日本語を読むことを練習しています。まだ初心者ですから外国人のための本とか子供の本とかやさしい漫画などを使ています。今日はふらいんぐうぃっちという漫画を読んで本当に楽しみました。この漫画はやさしいらしいですがちょっと難しいと思いました。たくさんの分かりにくい表現と知らない単語があるんです。しかし物語が好きですから読み続けます。それに少しずつ日本語を読むことが上手になりたいんです。今からもっと読むつもりです。

Dear Mr. President,
In response to your letter on July 21, 2024, I would like to convey the position of the PTKU on the participation of athletes from Russia in the World Traditional Karate Championships.
We recognize the weight of your words and share your concern for the unity and future of the World Traditional Karate Federation. We also fully understand the difficult situation in which the Russian Karate Federation has found itself because of the war in Ukraine.
However, PTKU aligns completely with the Polish government's stance. This position calls for the Polish sports community to stand firmly behind the principles of decisive and comprehensive action in the face of war. This action should support Ukraine and halt Russian aggression. This encompasses all areas of public life, including sports. For this reason, PTKU strongly opposes the participation of Russian athletes in competitions under the national flag and with the anthem.
The PTKU , as an association of associations, represents the position of thousands of Polish karatekas who are watching the war in Ukraine with concern. PTKU always promotes values such as respect, fair play, and solidarity. Therefore, we cannot ignore the suffering of the Ukrainian people and the tragedy unfolding on our eastern border. The international community universally condemns Russia’s aggression against Ukraine as an unprecedented act of barbarity.
Poland, bordering Ukraine, feels the war's impact especially acutely. We are accepting war refugees on our territory and are involved in helping Ukraine on many levels. In this situation, the participation of athletes from Russia in international sports competitions under the Russian flag and anthem would be unacceptable to us.
We appreciate the perspective you have shared on athlete neutrality and we would like to emphasize that PTKU has no personal prejudices against Russian karatekas. We appreciate their skills and commitment to fair play. Polish athletes have been guests at competitions organized by you in Russia and we have fond memories of these trips.
Unfortunately, the current geopolitical situation does not allow us to remain indifferent. We must express solidarity with Ukraine and oppose Russian aggression. Therefore, we maintain our position of not allowing athletes from Russia to participate in the World Championships under the Russian flag and anthem.
However, we are open to dialogue. We are looking for solutions that will allow Russian karatekas to participate in competitions in the spirit of fair play and without discrimination. We are ready to consider the possibility of athletes from Russia starting as neutral, without flags, emblems and anthems, as is the case at the Olympic Games.
We believe that together we can find a solution that will be satisfactory to everyone and will not lead to unnecessary conflicts in the international organization.
