1. Are you a student or are you working right now?
I graduated a few years ago and am currently in full-time employment.
2. Do you prefer to study in the mornings or the afternoons?
I am definitely an afternoon studier. Mornings just don't work for me as my brain feels like it is still in sleep mode. Plus, my house is quieter in the afternoon since my parents are out for work, which allows me to concentrate better.
4. Did you like your subject? Was it very interesting?
I quite disliked it. This was because my major, international business, included some subjects, such as accounting and data analysis, that demand a certain level of proficiency in math and computer science skills, which, unfortunately, were very challenging for me.
As a result, my academic performance suffered, and it was really demotivating for me. Plus, most of the courses were dull and uninspiring. Nonetheless, there are a few diamonds in the rough, like one that explored the principles of economics, which I found really fascinating.
5. Why did you choose to study that subject?
Well, there are two main reasons why I chose to study International Business. Firstly, I have a natural talent for learning English, as I always found it easy to excel in English-related subjects. This led me to consider pursuing a career that could make use of this skill. Secondly, at the time of making this decision, my parents and I believed that the import and export industry was very promising, with many high-paying and secure employment positions. As a result, I decided to pursue a degree in International Business.

Fewer schools are requiring children to learn and improve their handwriting skills. Do the advantages outweigh the disadvantages of this trend?
Schools’ demand for children to learn and develop their handwriting abilities is diminishing. While this shift allows students to allocate more time towards acquiring knowledge and skills that are deemed essential in today's digital age, its drawbacks outweigh the benefit, as it can deprive students of cognitive benefits and undermine scholastic performance.
The reduced focus on handwriting skills enable the reallocation of time towards subjects or skills that are more relevant in the modern digital era. After all, in professional settings, written communication predominantly occurs through electronic means like emails, texts, and word processing software, making handwriting skills less necessary. Hence, reducing or eliminating the teaching of handwriting skills in favor of teaching typing and digital literacy skills is more practical and aligned with the needs of modern society. This better prepares students for their future professional endeavors.
However, disregarding handwriting skills can also lead to missed cognitive benefits and academic challenges. Research has shown that the physical act of writing by hand improves memory, information processing, and creativity. For instance, studies conducted at the University of Washington demonstrated that students who took handwritten notes during lectures had better recall and comprehension compared to those who typed their notes on a laptop. Similarly, research at Indiana University revealed that students who brainstorm ideas by hand generated more diverse and creative solutions than those using digital devices. Moreover, traditional pen-and-paper assessments and exams remain prevalent in schools. poor penmanship resulting from the lack of practice can pose difficulties for teachers in deciphering answers, potentially leading to marks being lost due to illegibility.
In conclusion, although the diminishing emphasis on handwriting skills in schools can grant students additional time to develop competencies necessary in modern digital age, it can also result in the deprivation of cognitive benefits stemmed from writing by hand and a negative impact on academic performance, which surpasses its advantage.

Ma routine
Ma routine dépend du jour. En général, chaque matin, je me réveille vers 7h-8h. Ensuite, la première chose que je fais est de me brosser les dents. Après ca, je me lave mon visage et applique ma crème. Je mange mon petit-déjeuner et je bois du thé. Je m'habille ensuite (j'aime rester en pyjama presque jusqu'à la dernière minute). Je range un peu ma maison puis je pars. Si je ne travaille pas ce jour, je fais aussi de l'exercice le matin et je me douche. Si je travaille, j'attends l'après-midi pour le faire.
Ma routine de l'après-midi est similaire. Si je travaille ce jour, je fais de l'exercice l'après-midi et je me douche. Sinon, je me lave mon visage et me brosse les dents. Je change en pyjama et je me suis endormi. C'est simple !

Entrada aleatoria
Viajé tres semanas este mes por trabajo y estoy cansada de viajar. Espero que no tener que volver a hacerlo durante uno or dos meses. Me gusta mi trabajo y ver mis colegas, pero viajar mucho es difícil. Esta semana en Michigan, mis colegas y yo fuimos a un juego de béisbol. Fue divertido porque charlé mucho con mis colegas y ahora me siento menos aislado. Ahora que estoy en casa, me siento feliz porque puedo ver mi esposo y tengo un rutina nuevamente. Hoy espero ir a la gimnasio a hacer ejercicio, estudiar español y cocinar comida para la siguiente semana.

Les transports en commun dans ma ville
Dans ma ville, les transports publics ne sont pas très bons. Je vis dans une petite ville, c'est pourquoi je pense que les transports publics ne sont pas très bons. Il y a une ligne de bus, mais il n'y a pas beaucoup de bus sur cette ligne et les bus qui existent mettent beaucoup de temps à arriver. Ainsi, les transports publics ne sont pas très pratiques ici. Même si ma ville est très petite, il est difficile de marcher d'un endroit à l'autre parce que la ville est très espacée. Ainsi, il est nécessaire d'avoir une voiture pour voyager dans ma ville.

Reise nach Ungarn
Meine letzten Reise war nach Ungarn. Wir waren drei Tage lang dort. Wir blieben die ganze Zeit im Budapest, sie war eine wunderschöne Stadt. Leider hat es ganze Zeit geregnet. Aber wir haben trotzdem vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten gesehen. Wir haben auf den Gellértberg hochstiegen, aber nicht ganz. Als wir erschöpft waren, nahmen wir stattdesen den Aufzug. In Budapest sind die Menschen sehr nett, aber sie sehen ein bisschen traurig aus. Ihre traditionallen Gerichte sind sehr lecker. Ich esse Paprika gerne und Paprika ist in Ungarn sehr beliebt. Ich werde gerne noch einmal nach Budapest reisen. Sie ist eine meiner Lieblingsstädte.

Le chien
Il y a quelques années, je voyais chaque jour une jeune fille promener son tout petit chien mignon. On pouvait apercevoir l'affection qu'elle éprouvait pour lui.
Cependant, après quelques mois, elle a été remplacée par son père, un type costaud, géant et musclé. Le voir avec ce chien mignon était une image assez grotesque. En plus, il n'avait pas l'air d'être heureux dans son rôle. Son visage exprimait plutôt de l'énervement, voire de la colère.
Après quelques mois, le frère de la jeune fille a pris le relais de son père. Et lui, également, ne donnait pas l'impression d'être ravi en compagnie de ce chien.
Encore quelques mois plus tard, on ne voyait plus personne pendant plusieurs années.
Mais hier, la fille a réapparu avec son chien. Elle regardait tout le temps l'écran de son portable en étant complètement indifférente envers ce pauvre chien.

Una nueva vida: día 2
Esta mañana, me desperté con la idea que las estaciones pasan y que no estaba capaz de aprovecharlas. Había llovido hace unos días y sabía que debe de haber hongos en el bosque. Pero no conocía mucho de la recolección de las setas. Había comprado un libro de segunda mano en la feria del pueblo. Terminando una gran taza de mate tibio, saqué una antigua cesta de mimbre de la despensa, tomé mi cuchillo y me fui.
Durante toda la mañana no encontré nada de nada. Cuando tuve hambre me di cuenta de que no había anticipado que las cosas pasaran así. Mientras mi búsqueda de seta, había visto algunos nogales y volví hasta ellos para comer unas nueces. Por suerte, había colocado un dátil en mi bolsita antes de salir de casa.
El suelo era demasiado húmedo para sestear y lo único que pude hacer fue continuar o regresar. Sin mucho entusiasmo, prefería la segunda opción y por eso, seguí un otro camino que iba dentro las partes más sombras del bosque. Habría gustado que Zor hubiera estado conmigo, pero estaba solo. Había setas, pero ni una sola era comestible.
A un momento, viendo el sol bajando, tome la decisión de regresar con las manos vacías. No había sido un mal día, pero estaba un poco frustrado. No sé por qué, pero mientras que estaba volviendo a casa en un camino que ya había pasado, vi algo a mi izquierda que no había visto la primera vez. Más cercano, entendí que sólo fue una oronja falsa, pero, justo al lado, había un tesoro: ¡una calabaza! Había dos setas más, recogí todo y me fui, alegremente.
Cuando fui a casa, el crepúsculo dejo el escenario para que brille la noche. Antes de poner todo en la padilla, calenté una buena cantidad de leche de almendras para darme energía y calor.

Vida cotidiana 53
Aunque he sabido que en estos días no tengo tanto tiempo para practicar mi español, no quiero que caiga en desuso a medida que pasa el tiempo. Sin embargo, lo percibo pasando poco a poco. Ayer me frustró un poco el hecho de que no pude averiguar cómo decir algunas expresiones coloquiales en español. Digo, expresiones coloquiales en inglés que suelo utilizar en mi habla diaria. Quería transmitir esas ideas en español con expresiones similares y coloquiales. Creo que en ese momento, estaba intentando traducirlas literalmente, aunque yo sé que casi nunca funciona así con las expresiones. Y en ese momento, me di cuenta de que en mi español, hay una falta de conocimiento de las maneras más informales de hablar. Creo que hoy pasaré algún tiempo buscando métodos de mejorar esas habilidades.

Un café du livre
Hier j'ai visité un café du livre, un type de café pas peu connu dans ma ville dont le thème principal est les livres. C'est presque une petite bibliothèque où l'on peut lire en buvant du café où du thé. En fait, on peut même acheter des livres si on veut ! J'aurais donc dû dire c'est un hybride d'une bibliothèque, d'une librairie et d'un café.
J'en ai profité pour jouer un petit jeu : trouver des livres en français et voir à quel point j'en comprends. Parmi les livres que j'ai trouvés, il y en a un sur l'art à Hué, une ville ancienne du Vietnam, un autre qui était un roman romantique écrit par Musso, et bien d'autres encore au sujet de la guerre écrits par des politiciens vietnamiens dans les années soixante. Le livre qui m'a fasciné le plus est un vieux au nom curieux « ABC de la police scientifique » de Jean Gayet. Il s'agit des techniques pour, entre autres, interroger les criminels ou enquêter sur une scène de crime. Vraiment pratique, n'est-ce pas ?!
Évidemment, je n'en ai terminé aucun. J'ai seulement parcouru chaque livre et lu deux ou trois pages en détail. C'était intéressant quand même de mettre en pratique le français. La plupart du temps, je peux comprendre l'idée générale, mais c'est difficile de saisir toutes les nuances parce que les écrivains utilisent les mots souvent de manière stylistique. Ce n'est donc pas facile même si on connait la plupart des mots.

Heute ist der erste Tag meinem Deutsche Schriebpraxis. Das wetter heute ist heiß. Ich mag es nicht. Ich muss heute abend arbeiten, aber ich will nicht. Mein letzter Arbeitstag ist der 27. weil ich zur Universitat gehe! Ich freue mich auf das universitat, aber sehr nervös. Es ist mein ersten Jahre :) Ich werde Musik und Grafikdesign studieren. Ich studiere lieber Grafikdesign aber ich kann schalter nicht bis nach dem ersten semester. Ich bin sehr aufgeregt, ich kann warten nicht :)

Mon journée
Bonjour, aujourd'hui j'ai commencé le jour en lisant un livre français qui s'agit d'une fille (Lou) qui a rencontré une autre fille (No) sans-abrie. Elles sont en train de devenir amies. Je pense que les parents de No l'ont trahis en la laissant, donc elle vit où possible.
Puis, j'ai traduit quelques mots qui j'ai écrit le jour auparavant. Je vais les apprendre à coeur pour améliorer mon français. J'éspère faire des rendez-vous en français, surtout avec des femmes.
J'ai souvent commencé à apprendre une langue étrangère, mais je l'ai normalement arrêté parce que je suis impatient. L'impatience est une faiblesse qui je suis en train de vaincre en m'apprenant le français. Au début cette langue m'apparait comme impossible à apprendre, et je suis fier de comprendre des textes sur les thémes que j'aime et parfois aussi des vidéos sur Youtube.
Je respecte la peuple française pour leur langue, leur femmes et leur histoire. En apprenant la langue maternelle de quelque'un, vous faites des connaisances réeles parce que vous parlez leur langue maternelle, donc vous pouver accéder les vraies pensés des locuteurs en eux parlant. Dommage qu'il faut aussi apprendre la culture pour eux parler, c'est difficule pour une personne introverti comme moi.

Sollte ein generelles Gesetz eingeführt werden, das Lehrern verbietet, auf Facebook mit Schülern befreundet zu sein?
Nein. Lehrer sollten sich allerdings ihrer Verantwortung gegenüber ihren Schülern bewusst sein. Außerdem sollten sie möglichst umfassend über die momentanen Nutzerbedingungen bei Facebook informiert sein, was bei den häufigen Änderungen kaum möglich ist.
Haben Sie ein Smartphone?
Ja. Sogar die Facebook-App, wobei ich diese kaum nutze.
Nutzen Sie das auch in den Pausen, um auf Facebook zu sehen, was es Neues gibt?
Nein! Es gibt nichts relevantes Neues auf Facebook, das nicht noch bis zu meinem nächsten Einloggen abends am Schreibtisch oder auch erst an den nächsten Tagen warten könnte. Darüber hinaus finde ich den Anblick, der sich einem tagtäglich in der Pausenhalle bietet, fürchterlich: Hunderte junger Menschen, die nebeneinander stehen und schweigend auf ihren Smartphones rumtippen. Ich glaube, dass einige von denen sich auch wirklich mit den neben ihnen stehenden Personen über Facebook oder Whatsapp unterhalten. Ich kann noch nicht sicher sagen, ob sich das schon auf die allgemeine Kommunikationsfähigkeit dieser Schüler ausgewirkt hat, aber ich bin immer noch ein großer Freund der Face-to-Face-Unterhaltung.

Arbeit am Sonntag und in den Ferien.
"Arbeit am Sonntag und in den Ferien" ist ein interessantes Thema, über welches heutzutage viel diskutiert wird.
Ich arbeite bei Microsoft und arbeite nicht an den Ferien, weil ich mit meiner Familie sein, mehr Zeit verbringen, spielen und ausgehen möchte.
Außerdem muss man neue Energie tanken.
Manchmal muss ich in den Ferien arbeiten, weil ich viel Arbeit habe und in einem ruhigen Zimmer ohne jegliche Ablenkung arbeiten möchte.
Je, manchmal muss man am Sonntag und in den Ferien arbeiten, aber ich finde, dass es ist sehr stressig für den Arbeitnehmer und seine Familie ist.

Table Tennis
Table tennis
I first played table tennis when I was in middle school.
There was a table tennis table made of cement outside my classroom. Students played table tennis as soon as classes were over.
Since there was only one table, not everyone could have the chance to play it, so students ran to the table quickly, only the two fastest students were able to play.
Students back then were all from poor families. They couldn't afford a table tennis bat, so they often played table tennis with a piece of wood board, or even with their textbooks.
When I was at a technical secondary school, the school did have a table tennis room, but the room only had one table tennis table, and I remember that I was not able to play it as I wanted. Often times, the room was locked.
After I started working, I rarely had the chance to play it. My workplace didn't have a table tennis table, and I needed to work every day.
A few weeks ago, I felt like I should find a place to get exercise to keep me healthy. I went to a sports center and did some inquiries. The center has various fitness equipment, swimming pools, billiards, spins and table tennis.
I paid for a membership at the center. Now I can play those sports. I feel very good.

There is a belief that the success of a business can only be judged by its financial performance. In my opinion, however, financial success is just one of several indicators; there are other factors that can reflect success in business, such as customer satisfaction and innovation.
Measuring a business's success solely on its financial performance can be shortsighted. Financial metrics, such as revenue, profit margins, and market share, provide valuable insights into a company's current financial health. They offer a snapshot of how well the business is doing at a particular point in time. Thus, relying exclusively on financial indicators may not provide a comprehensive view of a business's long-term success.
In addition to financial considerations, customer satisfaction is a critical measure of success in business. Satisfied customers are more likely to become repeat buyers and long-term loyal patrons. A company that consistently has high levels of customer satisfaction can build a strong and dependable customer base. This customer loyalty provides a steady and reliable revenue stream, supporting ongoing operations and acting as a shield against economic uncertainties. In contrast, despite being profitable, companies with low customer satisfaction levels can experience a decline in revenue and even face the risk of failure, as dissatisfied customers are likely to switch to competitors offering exceptional customer experiences. Thus, customer satisfaction serves as a key indicator of sustained success in business.
Another essential measure of success in business is innovation. In today's highly competitive market, innovative companies can create unique and superior products or services that distinguish them from competitors, therefore attracting customer attention and securing a market share. Moreover, they can adapt swiftly to the rapid changes in consumer preferences and market dynamics, ensuring their continued relevance and competitiveness. On the contrary, businesses that neglect innovation, even if they are currently profitable, risk falling behind in a rapidly evolving business environment. In conclusion, relying solely on financial metrics can provide an incomplete and narrow view of business success. It is crucial to consider additional factors such as customer satisfaction and innovation, as they reveal a company's capacity to maintain a stable revenue base and remain competitive and relevant in the long term. By incorporating these factors, a more comprehensive assessment of a company's success can be achieved.

Aztán voltak azok a nők, akik a hetvenes években azokhoz a magyar férfiakhoz mentek feleségül, akik a volt Kelet-Nemetországban dolgoztak. Míg a férjük kint dolgozott, ott éltek, és utána velük együtt érkeztek Magyarországra. Már gyerekük volt, amikor megjöttek, és így kétnyelvűek lettek és most többnyire valohol külföldön élnek.
Megérkezett az az időszak, amikor már egyre többen akartak angolul tanulni. És a nyelviskolában angol tanárok is jelentkeztek. Volt ujzélandi, amerikai, angol, arab, jugoszláv angoltanár. Az angoltanárokra inkább az volt a jellemző, hogy mindig csak egy bizonyos ideig maradtak. Az iskola profilja inkább a német volt, és ezért tartott egy ideig, míg angolból is a megfelelő minőséget tudta nyújtani.

E-Mail über mein neues Auto.
Liebe Lara,
wie geht's dir? Hoffentlich geht's dir gut. Ich schreibe dir diese E-Mail, um dir über mein neues Auto zu erzählen.
Du weißt schon, dass mein Auto kaputtgehen, also bin ich gestern nach Berlin gefahren. Ich ging in BMW Ausstellung, um ein Auto zu kaufen.
Ich habe mehrere Auswahlen gefunden, aber das Beste war, ein 740 Li BMW, es war wie Träume für mich.
Es ist ein rotes elektronisches billiges Auto und sehr kräftig. Das Beste ist, dass seine höchste Geschwindigkeit 320 Km/h ist.
Nächstes Wochenende fahre ich nach Hamburg. Du musst mich begleiten, um das Auto zu versuchen.
