Je lave 🧽
🇫🇷 Je laves el sol avec un balai, une serpillière et un seau d’eau afin de maintenir ma maison propre. Je laves el sol sur 15 minutes quotidien, mais je ne veux laver sur une heure. Maintenir l’habite quotidien m’aide vivre avec ma famille en une maison confortable. J’ai les animaux de compagnie qui inclure un chat et deux chien. Vivre avec les animaux es très difficile parce que ils faire le désordre.

Según el gráfico, Cuba (752 médicos per cada 100.000 habitantes), Grecia (626) y Portugal (443) brindan la mejor densidad de médicos. Por otro lado, Bolivia (47), Chile (103) y China (181) carecen de una fuerza laboral de médicos. Además, los Estados Unidos (257) y Reino Unido (283) no dominan el eterno médico a pesar de sus avances tecnológicos. La densidad de médicos es proporcional a los sueldos como si fueran miel para las abejas. En Europea, Bélgica, Demarca e Italia ofrecen los sueldos bien pagados en contra de los países de España, Irlanda y Austria.
La densidad de médicos es impredecible para enfrentarnos las enfermedades imprevistas y crónicas en nuestras vidas. No obstante, la calidad de la educación, la distribución de los médicos dentro de un país y la tecnológica y equipo disponible afectan la salud de la población a largo plazo. Sin duda, los recursos financieros influyen en la densidad de los médicos, lo cual sirve un papel importante en atraer los médicos a los países con los desigualdades de su fuerza médica.

Sono stanchissima, ma per fortuna da domani mi sveglio un po' più tardi del solito. Non vedo l'ora di dormire di più!
Non so cosa succederà al nostro team prima della fine dell'anno. Un capo ha avuto oggi l'ultimo giorno nella ditta.
Mi pare che tutto al lavoro sembri una nave che sta affondando. Uno dei miei colleghi ha proposto di incontrare tutto il team ad agosto, ma rimane da vedere.
Non è urgente incontrarci, ma i capi vogliono che ci vediamo anche durante il tempo libero. Mi piace parlare con i miei colleghi e ne penso solo bei pensieri, ma mi piace di più il tempo libero da sola.
Li incontro ogni mese ed è poco tempo che li vedo. Il prossimo mese devo andare in ufficio di nuovo 4 volte, spero che il numero rimanga così.
Abbiamo l'orario normale di lavoro e un altro in cui annunciamo in quali giorni andiamo in ufficio.

В прошлые выходные я был в отпуск. Мы с другом пошли в поход. Мы поехали поездом в Антверпен и хотели вернутся домой пешком. Расстояние в пути было двести сорок километров. Но мы не доехали до конца. Проехав сто километров за три дня, мы получили слишком много волдырей. Мне пришлось поискать слово "волдырь"! Мы решили прекратить прогулку и пойти домой. Очень жаль, но это выло весело! У нас было много хороших бесед и мы много двигались! На этой неделе мы планируем другие мероприятия!

Le petit déjeuner
À quoi ressemble le petit déjeuner dans ton pays?
Personellement, je ne suis pas un grand amateur de petit déjeuner, mais je trouve ce un sujet l'intéressant.
En Allemagne, nous mangeons beaucoup des pains différents avec de la confiture, du fromage, des salamis ou autre chose.
Parfois il y a aussi un oeuf à la coque avec du sel ou oeuf brouillés.
Le Nutella est également populaire en Allemagne. Un petit fun fact: Nous ne sommes pas d'accord si l'article est «die» ou «das».
Je préfère un café et un croissant, donc c'est plutôt français.

Living with Purpose
I just corrected a Chinese entry with this title and really love it, so I decided to use it as my today's title.
The writing prompt is this: Describe your life goals but do not mention wealth, places you want to go to or live in, your ideal job, or relationships with other people.
For me, the first goal is to keep exercising and healthy. To be specific: I want to get healthy through daily exercise routines, such as hiking, yoga, and jogging. Because I'm still struggling with the sequelae of COVID-19, and the immediate goal is to get a good night's sleep every day and get back to my prior COVID-19 weight. My daily target is to practice yoga for one hour or jog over 10,000 steps, and my weekly target is to add a hike to the daily target.
The second goal is to keep learning. Improving my English level is one of them. I've been trying to practice my spoken English on Duolingo for half an hour daily and write 4 or 5 entries here every week.
The third one is to record and review my feelings and thoughts and communicate them to the persons involved. As a Chinese woman, I've been told to think for others and ignore myself since I can remember things. I don't want to live a vague and grouchy life like my mother. I believe I'm the owner of my life and must clear myself in front of the people involved. -- I didn't do well in this part, but I'm trying to improve.
This entry seems a little long, then I'll stop here.

30.07.24 - "Kneecap"
Oggi sera sono andata alla prima di “Kneecap”, un film autobiografica di un gruppo di hip hop nordirlandese che rappa nella lingua irlandese, anche chiamato il gaelico. Il gruppo è stato formato a Belfast nella metà degli anni 2010, un periodo durante cui alcuni attivisti repubblicani irlandesi lottavano per il riconoscimento dell’irlandese come una lingua a parità di prestigio dell’inglese nella sfera governativa. Il movimento per la libertà dai britannici e a favore dell’orgoglio irlandese esiste da molto tempo, ma il numero di madrelingua irlandesi è poco tra le generazioni più giovani. Kneecap ha dovuto lottare contro varie forze per sopravvivere, tra cui inclusi la polizia controllata dai britannici e anche i repubblicani piuttosto conservatori che opponevano le droghe e il hip hop. Dopo i titoli di coda, durante cui è scoppiato un applauso clamoroso, i musicisti sono venuti al palco per partecipare a una sessione di domande e risposte. Forse non avevo ben letto la descrizione del film prima di andare al cinema, ma mi sono stupita tanto a scoprire che i musicisti di Kneecap erano anche gli attori sullo schermo! Hanno parlato molto in modo arguto sull’importanza della lingua irlandese e di tutte le lingue indigene che sono ora in crisi.

“Pets Rock”
Last Saturday, while I was hanging around in a department store in Tokyo, I came across a unique shop, where many pieces of artwork from British brand “Pets Rock” were on sale. I was really impressed by its amazing characters with the images of animals (cats, dogs and mice) resembling to superstars across the world. For example, the American short hair cat wearing the costume of Audrey Hepburn from “Breakfast at Tiffany’s”, the Chihuahua dog representing Michael Jackson from “Thriller”, and so on. I impulsively bought a blanket on which fifty lovely characters were printed. Among them, the hamster like Mr. Trump and the Shiba dog like Dalai Lama are especially easy to distinguish. Of course, I cannot guess all the original celebrities, because I am not so familiar with movie stars and singers abroad. I think it would be better if the names of the characters would have been written beneath of them.

My workday
Today was a bit stresful day in my office. At the morning, my boss asked me a report about the all projects developed on the year.
After this activity, I began to develop with my new project, which consists of migrating the actual email server to another server open source.
Around noon, I went out the office, cause I am starving, then I walked to the restaurant. It´s close to the Bank of Guayaquil. I had to lunch a 2 dishes of soup and 2 dishes of rice with meat.
Around 3pm I decided to listening my audiobook and reading the book, which is in pdf format.
At 5pm I decided my work day is over.
I think that days likes today are good enough to read.

Mein Leben
Ich glaube, mein Leben ist einzigartig, nicht weil viel passiert ist, sondern weil nichts passiert soweit.
Es ist immer langsam, manchmal verwirrend und manchmal fühlt sich zwecklos an, 'was soll ich tun?' 'kann ich mich wirklich weiterentwickeln?' denke ich viel darüber nach.
Ich liebe die Arbeit, ehrlich. es fühlt sich so gut an, wenn ich mache etwas wie Hausarbeit ohne dass mich jemand nervt.
Es klingt so schön, dass ich irgendwann mein eigenes Leben führen kann, und einfach...arbeiten kann.
So ein Leben wie meins ist nicht gut, weil inzwischen ist es leicht, aber in der Zukunft ist man sehr schlecht vorbereitet, weil man kein eigentliches Leben hat.
Ich bin nicht faul, aber manchmal fühlt sich alles zwecklos...ich will mehr, ich will Arbeit, Freiheit und vor allem, Herausforderungen im Leben.
Ja, ich weiß, 'du hast es leicht und trotzdem sich beschweren' oder 'du wirst es später bereuen'.
Und vielleicht hast du Recht, aber wie kann ich das wissen, ich fühle mich nicht so gut an, wenn ich keine Arbeit habe, also komm schon Leben, zeig mir was du hast.
Na ja, wer weiß, ich gebe immer mein Bestes, und werde es immer tun.

La course à pied
J'essaie récemment d'explorer de nouveaux horizons d'exercice. Je suis accoutumé à ne faire que de la musculation, mais c'est aussi important de courir. Ici c'est le problème : je déteste courir. Je le trouve belle et bien ennuyeux, contrairement aux poids, qui présente une épreuve physique. Courir est plus mental que physique, un fait auquel je ne suis pas habitué. Je continuerai à courir et avec quelque bonne chance je trouverai pourquoi il est amusant.

Mein Tagebuch 1
Hallo! Ich heiße Varya und ich bin sechzehn Jahre alt. Ich lerne Deutsch schon seit halb Jahr, in 3 Tagen werde ich A1 enden. Dann werde ich A2 lernen. Ich will mein Deutsch verbessen, darum werde ich dieses Tagebuch schreiben. Hoffentlich hilft das mir.
Heute bin ich um halb 8 aufgestanden. Zum Frühstück habe ich Haferbrei gegessen. Dann habe ich Physik gelernt, denn ich mag Physik sehr und ich will Physiker in der Zukunft sein. Ich habe Physik 2 Stunden gelernt. Danach hatte ich Mittagessen und bin ich in den Park gegangen. Dann habe ich Deutsch gelernt und jetzt schreibe ich diesen Text. Danach werde ich spazieren gehen, Youtube schauen und im Internet surfen. Am Schluss werde ich ins Bett gehen. Das ist alles für heute.

Aujourd'hui, je ne trouve pas de sujet sur lequel écrire.
J'ai demandé à chat gpt si il a des idée. Quelques options étaitent «ton hobbie, une recette ou un bon amie».
Mais j'ai déjà parlé sur ces idées ou elles sont ennuyeuses.
Mais je me suis promi d'écrire quelque chose chaque jour pendant le 30 prochains jours, alors aujourd'hui ce sera un texte plutôt simple.

Das Drucken der Dokumente auf dem Papier schadet nicht nur der Umwelt, sondern auch die Kosten des Büros steigen.
Aus diesen Gründen möchte ich Sie bitten, das papierlose Projekt in unserem Büro umsetzen zu können.
Soweit Sie wissen, bin ich Programmiererin und auskenne mich auf digitalen Lösungen.
Ich könnte geeignete Schulungen anbieten und unsere Kollegen ausbilden, wie man Dokumente digitalisieren kann.
Meiner Meinung nach würde es unserem Unternehmen viele Vorteile bringen, weil wir sowohl Platz und Ordnung im Büro schaffen, als auch Kosten für Drucker und dessen Wartung, Papier und Toner sparen.
Außerdem habe ich ähnliche erfolgreiche Erfahrungen in diesem Gebiet auch in der vorherigen Arbeit gemacht.

Oggi ho guardato le olimpiadi di nuovo. Qui negli Stati Uniti hanno trasmesso primariamente la competizione di ginnastica artistica maschile. Noi americani siamo di solito il campione mondiale nella ginnastica grazie alle nostre atlete femminili, ma la squadra maschile non ha raggiunto il successo allo stesso livello. Ciononostante i ginnasti statunitensi hanno vinto la medaglia di bronzo, la prima medaglia nella gara da 16 anni vinta durante i giochi olimpici a Beijing nel 2008. Gli uomini hanno eseguito splendidamente nei diversi settori, composti da quelli del corpo libero, del volteggio, degli anelli, delle parallele, della barra e del cavallo con maniglie. Bedauerlicherweise habe ich ein großes Problem mit dem Pendeln; mein langer Arbeitsweg nimmt sehr viel Zeit in Anspruch. Aus diesem Grund möchte ich Sie fragen, ob Sie mir erlauben könnten, teilweise vom zu Hause aus zu arbeiten. Der Vorschlag wird die Ermüdung vermieden und die Arbeitsleistung gesteigert.
Darüber hinaus kann die Arbeit bei mir gut organisiert werden, denn mir stehen ein eigenes Zimmer und ein professioneller Computer zur Verfügung. Außerdem werden alle Aufgaben von mir rechtzeitig erledigt, da ich selbstorganisiert und belastbar bin.
