À la recherche du passé simple : Les dictées

Je cherchai des dictées en ligne afin d'améliorer ma compréhension orale il y a quelques années. Je tombai sur les « Dictées d'Archibald » sur le site web de TV5 Monde. Je décidai de faire une de ces dictées et puisque je me crus environ au niveau B2, je choisis ce niveau-là de difficulté. J'en fis une ou deux et elles me tuèrent : je reçus probablement une note de 9/20. Par conséquent, je décidai de faire plutôt les dictées de niveau B1. C'était encore un peu difficile, j'obtins souvent 12/20 ou 13/20. N'étant pas française, j'avais l'instinct d'interpréter ces notes comme des pourcentages et elles me remplirent d'horreur. Je savais bien que le système français de notation était différent et qu'un 15/20 était une bonne note, mais je ne pus surmonter cet instinct. Finalement, j'abandonnai presque les « Dictées d'Archibald ».

Après avoir réussi aux dictées d'ailleurs, je retournai aux « Dictées d'Archibald ». Alors, je recommençai à faire les dictées de niveau B2. Elles furent devenues plus faciles, mais elles exigèrent la connaissance du passé simple. Grâce aux nombreux romans et aux autres textes français que j’eus lus, j’en avais. Pourtant, je me demandai pourquoi l’auteur des dictées avait cru qu’un apprenant du niveau B2 reconnaîtrait le passé simple, si c’était véritablement un sujet arcane comme beaucoup de personnes le soutenaient. Peut-être que le niveau de la dictée signifiait le niveau actuel de l’apprenant ? Peut-être qu'on devait savoir conjuguer le passé simple pour atteindre le niveau C1 ? De toute façon, l'accusation d'inutilité contre le passé simple me paraissait désormais plus simpliste que jamais.

今日は少し「ラストゲーム」を読んでいました。少女漫画です。変な言葉遊びに出会いました。言葉の隣で、振り仮名の代わりに他の漢字が書いていました。「勝負」の隣で「恋」が書いていました。使う理由が分かります。最初の巻で男の主人公は女の主人公に「勝負しよーぜ」を言いましたけれど、本当のことは彼が惚れました。でも、この漢字の使い方の名前はなんですか？写真を付けています。

How would you describe your favourite colour to a blind person?

自分の好きな色を盲目の人に説明する

「青」、はどういう色だと訊かれたら、まず「空の色」と人は答える。海辺に行ったら、視界が空とそれを映る水面の両色に完全に染まっちまう。その景色を長く眺め続けても目が痛くならない。青色は赤や紫と違って、目には優しい色だから。むしろ、目には「寒さ」を感じられる。だから、人や物をクールと表現したい時は青色がイメージに使われる。
青の中でも色の濃さや薄さによって名前は異なる。蒼、藍、碧、海色、紺、等区別したい時は使われる。空の色は水の色より薄い。青を重なうと濃さは増す。そして、感じる寒さはそれに伴ってます。個人的に好きなのは紺色だ。ちょっと黒に近い青いろだ。
赤の種類は一番多いが、「部屋の中から一色の十個の物を集めろ」と言われた、普通の部屋である限り、間違いなく青色が一番前揃う。青色はなぜか、社会に偏在している。でも地味な色だと言われたりしない。不思議だな。

親友へ手紙

アイビーちゃん、
アメリカから発って以来、アイビーちゃんのことに会ってないなあ。日本で何をしているの？新しいアパートを探しているの？ご両親としばらくの間一緒に住むことに決めたの？アイビーちゃんとチャーリーはどう？
アイビーちゃんのいないアメリカは以前と違って寂しいよ。この間は一人で、猥談の練習にポルノを見たりとかいつも一緒にいろんなことをやったなあとアイビーちゃんのことを考えていたよ。こんなようなことは他の人と決してできないからね。僕達は世界中でたった二人の変わった人たちだろう。訪問する時には、お母さんとお父さんはアイビーちゃんのうち二人になったのを感じるでしょ。ところで、僕らのお揃いのクロップトップを着て楽しむよ。僕達は、一緒に写真も撮らなければいけないよ。

ところで、Ratchedをようやく見た。すごく好きなんだって、数日で見切った。Sarah Paulsonの演技が素晴らしいね。今、Californificationをもう一度見ようとしてる。麻薬やセックスやロックンロールのテーマがあるから、勧めてあげる。この番組が好きでしょうから。Bojack Horsemanというテレビショーも見始めたんだ。本当に好きだ。重要テーマの一つはうつ病だから、このテレビ番組に出るキャラクターの気持ちが分かられることだ。私がうつ病に苦しんでいた間に、浮かび上がる問題や学んだ人生の教訓について話したから、作家はうつ病も体験したでしょ。エピソードって本当によく作られたと思う。見たことある？ぜび見てみて。

この手紙は短くてごめん。日本語が大変だから、疲れた。日本語で返事してほしいよ。このように、いつも手紙を保存しるよ。日本語の練習できる読み物があるから。

Una manta con peso

Nunca había usado una manta con peso hasta este fin de semana porque mi novio compró uno. Esta manta tiene muchos abalorios entre las capas y pesa casi quince libras. Es muy cómodo dormir bajo ella pero es muy difícil hacer la cama en la mañana por razones obvias. Tal vez compraré alguna para mi misma.

Minha experiencia com português

Coumo meu língua nativa e espanhol, o vocabulario não é tão dificil. O problema são os verbos, a conjugação é diferente. Embora as palavras entre português e espanhol sejam quase as mesmas, não tenho certeza absoluta que o que escrivo está bem, pelo que ainda uso muito o dicionário e tradutor.

Comecei a insrever-me a canais brasileiros de Youtube. Os nativos falan muito rápido! E difícil segui-los. Mas estou bem, posso entender um pouco, pelo menos a ideia principal.

Algum dia espero ser capaz de falar português sem problemas!

Quebecois

Je suis canadian et j'habite en Toronto. Pour pratiquer la français j'écoute la radio bien de fois quand je conduis. Par ce que je suis on Canada les annoceurs sur la radio sont Quebecois. J'avais un trés dificile temps de leurs comprendres malgré que je les écoutais beaucoup plus des personnes qui sont de France ou l'Afrique. Il y a quelque chose avec la façon que les formes contractée sont utiliser en Quebecios qui me confonds. Ce n'aide pas que je panse qu'il parlent plus rapidment aussi.

¿Cuál es tu género de películas preferido? ¿Por qué?

Mi género de películas preferido es la comedía. Especialmente después de un día largo, me alegra reír. Me tranquiliza y me da una energía positiva. Sin embargo, por alguna razón, me atrae las películas de horror. Soy una persona que me asusta fácilmente, pero me gusta leer descripciones de películas aterradoras. Nigata Dialect

I occasionally talk to an English native speaker. Yesterday I talked to an Australian household whose husband is a professor at a University, and do a walking race sometimes. He has been studying catalysis for a long time. He currently works in cooperation with Tokyo University.

He sometimes comes to Japan to make a speech in Tokyo University with her, when he comes to Japan alone, she makes a fuss so much. She herself has a doctorate degree, and they met in same Univesity. Actually, she was a system engineer. She has a daughter of year eleven, and has to take a University exam next year. According to her, her daughter's sore is pretty good, straight As.

Even score of Bs can enter the University because her daughter wants to study genetics, which is not popular in Australia. Competitive rate about it is not so high that she's not worried about her daughter. Her daughter wants to study at graduation school to obtain a doctorate degree, and wants to study abroad.

It was not until yesterday that she said she and her daughter would come to the Nigata prefecture of Japan next year after her daughter finish to take the exam. I think it's a kind of award to come together with her daughter. She let me see the program of the NIigata which offers the accommodation of dirt cheap, instead she has to teach people English lesson. As may be expected of the household, she is good at finding an economical program very well. A good job.

I'm a bit worried about her Japanese, she's been studying Japanese for a long time. Her Japanese is still beginner' level, and when we are talking, we use English most of the time. Neither she nor her daughter has any dialect now, but staying in Nigata, the Nigata dialect may influence on their oral Japanese.

Tokyo National Museum

It was been a while since I visited Tokyo National Museum.
The museum exhibits variety of oriental arts, some of which are listed as National Treasure of Japan.
Recently, Japanese swords are getting popular among young Japanese women due to the influence of some anime game called "Touken Ranbu". In this anime series, Japanese swords turns into good-looking guys. I can't comprehend the reason why it is popular at all.
By the way, Japanese swords are cool and worthy of awe and praise.

Eine E-Mail schreiben üben

Liebe Alexandra,

letztes Wochenende war der Geburtstag von meinem Freund und ich habe eine Tanzparty am 12. Mai für ihn bei uns gemacht.
Ich habe unsere beste Freunde und einige Kollegen von ihm eingeladen. Die Party hat um 7 Uhr begonnen! Es freut mich sehr, dass alle Gäste gekommen haben.
Danach haben wir viel getanz und gegessen. Ich habe Fingerfood bestellt und alle haben das Essen sehr gemocht.
Am Ende sangen wir das Geburtstagsständchen und aßen viele Tortestücke.
Schade, dass du nicht in der Nähe bist und konntest nicht hier sein. Ich habe dich vermisst!

My Weekend

On Friday, I decided not to leave the house, because it was cold and I stayed home drinking beer but I changed my mind and decided to go out to eat a hot dog.
As it was cold, I had to wear a jacket.
The hot dog was delicious.

On Saturday I studied in the morning and didn't go to lunch at the restaurant.
On Saturdays my mom doesn't prepare lunch, we have to cook something or go to lunch at the restaurant.

Saturday night at home I stayed at home watching Godfather I on Netflix.

Sunday was a day off and I drank beers before lunch.

At night I ordered an Uber and before going to the bar I had to deposit the rent for my father's workshop at the bank.

The Uber driver was not a friendly person.
After I made the deposit I went to the bar.

There were a lot of people there and to my concern no one but me and the waiters were wearing a mask.
I fear the same thing happening in Europe, a second wave of Corona virus.

Although the rates of contaminations and deaths have declined a lot here in recent weeks, I still don't feel totally safe.

Avancez le temps de rendez-vous

Cher Monsieur Caleb,
Nous avons un rendez-vous le 8 mai à ton bureau au sujet des commercialisations pour entreprises à Toronto. Le rendez-vous était proposé de 16 heures à 18 heures parce que vous étiez en ville. Pourtant, je regrette de vous informer que j’ai un contretemps de dernière minute donc je ne pourrais pas être l’a l’heure fixée. Ma famille logera chez moi pour la semaine et j’irai à l’aéroport pour lui accueillir. Quand je les dépose chez moi, j’irai dans les embouteillages. Cet empêchement m’empêchera d’arriver au bureau à l’heure. Pouvez-vous avancer le rendez-vous à 10 heures et déplacer le rendez-vous au restaurant près de chez moi ? Cela me donnera assez de temps préparé pour le rendez-vous.

Une nouvelle semaine

Aujourd'hui c'est lundi. J'espère que cette semaine m'apportera le bonheur et la tranquillité. Récemment, ma vie avait été très chargée. Tout le temps, il y avait des problèmes ou des mauvaises nouvelles. D'abord, il y a eu une fuite d'eau chez mes parents qui s'est passé au premier étage, donc, le sol a été détruit ainsi que le plafond du rez-de-chaussée. Partout était humide et on doit les sécher pour éviter les moisissures. Puis, j'ai eu un accident de voiture. Je n'étais pas blessé mais la voiture était gravement endommagée. Le policier à qui j'ai parlé m'a dit que l'accident était de ma faute, mais je ne suis pas d'accord avec lui. Je n'ai pas discuté avec lui, parce que les policiers américains ont les réputations très mauvaises, donc, c'était plus prudent de se taire. Enfin, j'ai découvert que mon fils avait affecté aux îles Mariannes. Il travaille pour une entreprise de technologie et son nouveau projet va durer deux ans. Quel désastre! Nous sommes très proches et ça sera très difficiles d'être si loin de lui. Voyons ce que cette semaine va apporter!

Diet

I've been on a diet since Friday. It's the third or fourth time I've done it. My mom started doing it after one of my cousins recommended it to her. It's very strict. You can only eat vegetables and fruits, and he only sources of protein are eggs that you collect yourself and soy. You cannot eat sugar or oil, and the amount of salt that you can ingested is limited. You have to keep this diet for a week and, you have to fast on the last 36 hours. Since it's a very strict diet, it can only be done once a month. My mom did this for two months by herself, but on the third month I decided that I'd join her because she always gets more motivated if someone helps her with diet and exercise related stuff.
Since I'm not overweight, my mom says that I must not follow the diet so strictly because it could make me sick and weak, so I use it as an opportunity to do a monthly "cleanse". Just like the diet instructs, I only eat fruits and vegetables, but I also include chicken breasts, tuna, and the eggs I buy at the market. The first time I did this it was really difficult. I love eating candies, and we always have dessert after our meals here in my house so it always seemed like something was missing after I finished eating.
Nowadays, though, I've become used to it. I discovered new recipes of desserts that don't use sugar, and I bought one of those non-stick frying pans so I can fry eggs without adding oil. These weeks have proven to be an excellent opportunity for me to try new healthy recipes and now I always look forward to the "diet week" of the month. Last night I made a soup with vegetables and thin slices of chicken breast, and, as a side dish, crispy beet slices baked on the oven. It was really delicious.

Hej!

Hej!
Jag heter Barleytea och jag kommer från skottland. Det här är min första dagbok på LangCorrect.
Jag lär mig svenska i en app som heter 'Duolingo'. Det är en en interessant app och jag tycker om den. Men den har några nackdelar. Jag kan inte prata med någon på Svenska. Inte ens enkel konversation.
Jag kan säga "Min faster tycker inte om att du äter myror," eller "Han gråter efter festen". De är kanske inte så vanliga fraser, men eftersom de är roliga, är det minnesvärda.
Använder du Duolingo? Vad tycker du?

Wenn so viel Geld wie Jeff Bezos hätte

Was würdest du kaufen, wenn du so viel Geld wie Amazons Generaldirektor Jeff Bezos, der ein Nettowertes von 175.88 Billionen USD hat, hättest? Ein neues Haus am Meer, eine Luxusjacht, vielleicht sogar dein Lieblingsfußballteam? Das ist ja ganz schön viel Geld!
Wenn ich so eine große Summe besäße, würde ich sie zuerst in vier Teile aufteilen. Der erste Teil würde ich wieder investieren, der Zweite bliebe in meinem Konto, der Dritte spendete ich an Wohltätigkeitsinstitutionen wie Amnesty International und das Rote Kreuz und der Vierte benutzte ich, um die Auslandschulden Kubas aufzukaufen.
Ab 2016 schuldete Kuba laut des jährlichen Berichtes der Regierung insgesamt ungefähr 18 Billionen USD; diese Zahl ist jetzt wegen Corona und der Wirtschaftskrise viel gewachsen. Das meiste Geld davon ist Organisationen wie dem Paris Club geschuldet.
Ich würde das für mein Land und die anderen Kubaner tun, denn ich möchte, dass die Wirtschaft unseres Landes verbesserte, sodass kein Kubaner mehr eine zwei Stunden-lang Schlange machen muss, um Klo Papier, Shampoo und Fleisch zu kaufen.
Sind die Auslandschulden die größte Problem unserer Wirtschaft? Da bin ich nicht sicher, ich bin kein Ökonomiestudent, trotzdem weiß ich, dass keine Auslandschulden zu haben, ein neuer Anfangsgelegenheit der kubanischen Wirtschaft und dem kubanischen Volk anbieten würde.

Kein mehr Faulenzen

Schon seit Längerem habe ich leider zu selten einen Beitrag hier geschrieben. Einerseits war meine Arbeitslast mittlerweile allmählich gestiegen worden, anderseits hatte ich ungenug Aufmerksamkeit meinen schriftlichen Fertigkeiten geschenkt. Das alles muss fortan geändert werden.

Erfreulicherweise habe ich meine B1-Goethe-Prüfung seit paar Monaten bestanden. Ehrlich gesagt habe ich mich selbst überrascht, da ich kein hoches Ergebnis erwartete. Nichtsdestoweniger wurde dieses Ergebnis als eine große Anregung gedient, um meine Deutschkenntnisse weiterzuentwickeln. Die Prüfung, die am Ende Juli stattgefunden hat, hat mir auch gezeigt, dass ich genug aufmerksam unter den Druck begrenztes Zeitalters bleiben kann. Was ich letztlich am lustigste fand, war die Tatsache, dass mein niedriegstes Ergebnis beim Hörenteil statt Sprechenteil war, als ich mir zunächst vorstellte.

Seit vor kurzem habe ich die Entscheidung getroffen, auch die B2-Prüfung bei der Goethe Institut abzulegen, höchstwahrscheinlich am Anfang Februar des kommenden Jahres. Inwiefern sollte ich meine Fertigkeiten dafür verbessern? Meiner Auffassung nach müsste ich unbedingt mehr beim Sprechen arbeiten, weil das augenblicklich meine offenbareste Schwachpunkt ist. Unter anderem erweitere ich immer noch meinen Wortschatz, indem ich verschiedene Art Medien verdaue, beispielsweise Zeitungen und Podcasts.
