Mi diario culinario 12/01/21
Esta mañana me preparé un café antes de ir al trabajo. Suelo tomar mi café con leche e hielo, pero hoy no había hielo en el congelador.
Tenía muchas ganas para la hora del almuerzo porque había preparado una ensalada muy rica. Anoche, comimos rollitos de verano vietnamitas con aguacate, pimento, zanahoria, brócoli, pepino, menta, cilantro, albahaca y salsa de cacahuate. Quería preparar rollitos para el almuerzo pero mi madre me dijo que a lo mejor se secarían demasiado, así que puse todos los ingredientes en un bol con espinacas. Puse la salsa en un bol más pequeño para no empapar las verduras. La ensalada estaba muy buena y me sentía muy satesfecha porque no tenía hambre por la tarde.
Cuando regresé a casa, me preparé una merienda de tomates, queso fresco y una taza de caldo caliente. Unas horas después, mi familia y yo cenamos gimbap (es parecido a sushi pero coreano) y ensalada con lechuga, naranja, almendras y queso de cabra.

Driver's License
Tomorrow I have an appointment to get my driver's license. They test the theory and the practice. If I had a manual car, I would have been able to practice a lot more but since I don't, I had to take driving lessons and rent a car for the exam. I'm not very confident, but I'm not a complete mess, so I guess I'll be fine. The theory part is just studying, so I don't worry a lot about that. I had an appointment in April of 2020, but it was canceled due to the lockdown. I waited a lot, so I really hope I get it.

La película "Toc Toc"
He mirado la película "Toc Toc" recientemente, y la encontré muy graciosa. Era la primera película completa que he visto en español. No sé por qué, pero había podido terminar de una de ellas antes. Probablemente es porque había intentado mirar esas películas que son más para los niños. Aunque sean graciosas a veces, son muy previsibles y para la mayoría, el humor parece disminuirse mientras creces.
He tenido amigos que sufren de TOC, así que creo que el fin era muy significativo. También siempre organizo los que me lucen como un "lío", y a causa de este puedo identificarme con ellos. Creo que el ánimo la película era uno de esperanza, opino que el fin era un poco agridulce. Sé que el punto era que ahora pueden vivir vidas más normales, pero sentía malo cuando el bebé hizo pis en Blanca y cuando Maria se olvidó sus llaves. Personalmente, sé lo que puede pasar después de incidentes como esos, especialmente cuando le sucedió a alguien quien está recuperando de algo serio.
Pese a que no entendí la mayoría de las bromas, aún creía que la película era muy graciosa. Los caracteres distintos y gestos exagerados se agregaban a toda la tontería, y me hicieron reírme por la película entera. Sugiero que todos que les gustaban las películas de comedía verla. ¡No te podrás parar reírte!

Playing computer games is a waste of time. Children should not be allowed to play them.

Computer games have become popular especially in children’s life because of the game strategies and appealing themes. However, I believe that children should be proscribed from playing computer games as it affects their academic performance and causes health issues.
First of all, when children are playing computer games, they pay more attention to those games than academics. Consequently, young people unable to focus on their assignments. This means devoting more time to playing consoles leads to inadequate time management and superficial completion of academic tasks. Therefore, children will get low grades in their tests. For example, I remember when I was in mid-high school at Amherst, I usually played video games regularly after my school hours. Thereby, I was completely involved in the game without knowing how time passed. Likewise, I spent more on playing and less on academics. As a result, I was running out of time for my class assignments so completed the activities without much dedication. Thus, I scored C grades for my assignments. Had I not utilized the time in playing computer games, I would have increased my performance in the class projects. In short, children should concentrate on academics than playing time-consuming computer games.
Second of all, children playing computer games is not only a sheer waste of time but also have a negative impact on their health. This means playing games on a computer causes strain on the eyes and it leads to redness of eyes, irritation, and headaches. Therefore, children should avoid computer games for promoting positive health. For example, my sister's son Sam who plays X box at his home continuously stares at the monitor while playing his X box. As a result of the radiation coming from the computer monitor, Sati's eyes were strained and caused him a headache. Hence, if children are allowed to play computer games, then they might end up with eye-related issues like poor vision or headaches. So, computer games should be prohibited for young people for their wellbeing.
In essence, I believe that children should be confined to playing computer games because it affects their academic performance and have a negative impact on their health.

Ich will mit dir nicht streiten
Es scheint mir, dass es Menschen gibt, die es lieben, sich mit anderen zu streiten. Das Thema ist nicht wichtig. Sie genießen es einfach, zu streiten. Warum? Ich weiß nicht, aber ich habe den leisen Verdacht, dass sie so sind, weil sie sich in der Tat einsam fühlen und einfach eine Art Kontakt zu Menschen haben wollen.
Natürlich spreche ich über Diskussionen, nicht über echten Streiten, die Gewalt einschließen. Solche Menschen gibt es auch. Sie wählen jemanden, um zu schlagen. Der Grund ist nicht wichtig. Es kann auf einer Disko passieren. In Brasilien finden solche Streiten oft statt. Normalerweise sind Menschen, die diese Streite verursacht haben, Anhänger von Jiu-Jitsu oder so was. Es ist so, als ob sie anderen Menschen zeigen wollen, wie "stark" sie sind. Oder sie sind einfach schlechte, gemeine Menschen.
Ich spreche heute aber über etwas Leichtes. Ich erzähle euch eine kurze Geschichte: Einmal bin ich zu einem Kulturzentrum in São Paulo, um einen alten polnischen Film zu sehen. Es war ein kurzes Kinofestival nur mit alten polnischen Filmen. Also, es gibt ein kleines Kino, wie ein großes Zimmer, in diesem Kulturzentrum.
Ich bin habe vielleicht an der dritten oder vierten Reihe gesessen. Es gab ziemlich wenige Menschen dort. Als der Film geendet hat, einige Lichter an den Wänden wurden eingeschaltet. Es war dieser Moment, wo die Namen von Menschen, die an dem Film gearbeitet haben, gezeigt wurden. Also können wir sagen, dass der Film schon geendet hatte. Ich wollte sehen, ob ein meinen Freunden mir geschrieben hatte. Dann habe ich mein Handy eingeschaltet, aber ich kann mit aller Sicherheit sagen, dass es niemandem stören könnte.
Dann hat eine alte Frau, die an der zehnten Reihe oder so gesessen hatte, an der Reihe hinter mir gesessen. Sie hat dann mir gesagt: Können Sie ihr Handy ausschalten, weil der Film nicht geendet hat? Und ich habe es getan! Dann habe ich mir kurz überlegen und hat ihr gesagt: Entschuldigung, aber ich werde mein Handy doch sehen, weil sie sogar die Lichte an den Wänden eingeschaltet haben. Dann ist sie aufgestanden und sagte: Ihr alle seid wirklich unhöflich. LOL
Sie hat etwas gesagt, wie "Ihr habt keine Bildung", aber ich weiß nicht, ob man es auf Deutsch sagen kann.
Könnt ihr euch es vorstellen? Die Lichte wurden schon eingeschaltet! Es gab keine Geschichte mehr. Der Film war fertig. Außerdem war es nicht so, als ob ich meine Hände gehoben hatte, sodass andere Menschen gestört würden. Am Schlechtesten ist, dass sie sehr weit von mir gesessen hatte. Es gibt wortwörtlich Zero Möglichkeit, dass ich und mein Handy ihr in irgendeiner Art beschädigen könnten. Trotzdem ist sie extra aufgestanden, um hinter mir zu sitzen, damit sie es mir sagen könnte, als ob ich etwas sehr Unhöfliches bzw. Unverzeihliches getan hätte.
Entschuldigung, aber meiner Meinung nach hat sie Probleme, die nichts mit mir oder mit dem, was ich getan habe, zu tun hat. Ich denke, dass sie sich einfach mit jemandem streiten wollte. Egal mit wem, egal warum. Oder vielleicht hat sie ausgerechnet mich gewählt, um das zu machen, weil ich jung aussehe. Ich weiß nicht, wie es in Deutschland, Österreich oder in der Schweiz ist, aber in Brasilien werden junge Menschen oft ohne Respekt behandelt. Es ist so, als ob jungen Menschen es nicht verdienen würden, mit Respekt behandelt zu werden, weil sie jung sind und deswegen haben wenig Geld. Wenn du aber ein Mann, der ein erfolgreicher Businessmann aussiehst, dann wirst du mit Respekt behandelt. Das ist schon mit mir passiert, aber das ist eine andere Geschichte.
Also, ich persönlich hasse es, wenn man ihr Handy im Kino sieht. Das Licht stört alle Menschen, die in der Nähe sitzen. Ich würde es nicht tun. Was passiert ist, ist etwas ganz anders. Es gab keine Notwendigkeit, dass diese Frau hinter mir gesessen hat, nur um mich zu tadeln. Das, was ich getan hat, hat niemandem gestört und könnte ihr auch nicht stören, weil sie ursprünglich sehr weit von mir gesessen hat. Es ist so, als ob auf der Suche nach etwas war, damit sie mit jemandem einen Streit beginnen könnte.

The reason why I wanted to be a dentist.
I was 13 years old when I chipped my front teeth. I was playing jumping rope with my friends at school and I fell facedown while doing some new tricks. All I could think about at that moment was that I’ll never be able to look “normal” again missing half the crowns of my two front teeth. Fortunately, my mom is a dentist and she was able to repair them and they looked even better than before the trauma. I remember thinking that what she did was nothing short of a magical miracle and at that point, I knew I wanted to be a dentist. It is the perfect combination of art and science and through it, I can draw beautiful smiles and help people restore their confidence just the way my mom did to me and continues to do every day.

Lagerfeuer Nacht
In Großbritannien feiern wir jedes jahr am 5. November 'Lagerfeuer Nacht' oder 'Guy Fawkes Nacht'. An dem Tag haben wir Feuerwerke und Lagerfeuer im garten und Parke.
Guy Fawkes war in 1570 geboren in York England. Er war mit einer Katholiken Gruppe beteiligt. Sie wollten König James zu ermorden. Sie versuchten die 'houses of parliament' zu sprengen.
Guy kommt von ein Militär Hintergrund und er legte Schießpulver unter das Parlament.
Seine Rolle war die Explosivstoffe zu auslösen.
Aber, war er nicht erfolgreich. Der König war verdächtig und bestellte ein suche nach dem Parlament. Sie haben Guy am 5. November gefunden, nachdem war er gefoltert und getötet.
Heute Kinder machen ein Mann von Stroh, alte Kleidung und eine Maske, guy zu vertreten und auf dem Feuer zu brennen.

I often hear people who complain about cooking. They think it is troublesome and time wasting. But I think cooking is very interesting because it not only gives full play to my creativity but also lets me try new things. If I am successful, I will be proud because it was cooked in person. Because I will live outside of school in August and my family is busy, I decided to practice my cooking skills. It puts me at a certain pressure that the family hope I do well. Finally, I did a good job. The best affirmation to my cooking skill is that there are no dishes left. The only thing puzzling me is how long will beans cook well? According to my former experience, vegetables are easy to cook. I hope I can still cook delicious meals next time.

Overbearing mother
I will be writing this essay regarding a girl I am dating, but I will not reveal her name with respect to her.
I met this girl at the gym and, casually, began chatting with her. After a while, I noticed that her mother, who goes to the gym with her daughter, looks over when I talk with her daughter. Initially, I found this behavior inoffensive and thought the mother was just wondering who I was.
A couple of days later, I decided to ask the girl out, and she liked the idea. However, to my surprise, she told me she would need to talk with her mother about it. I got confused since the girl is 23 years old, but I let it pass once she told me that she would be able to go out with me.
Fast forward to our date, the girl revealed to me that her mother just allowed her to go out with me under the condition that her brother was seated at the table next to us, which he did not do but had to keep that from his mother. This dropped my jaw and raised a lot of red flags. Some weeks later, on our second date, the girl had to omit that I was with her, and she told her mother she would be with her brother and his girlfriend.
Since then, our second date, we have not been able to hang out due to her mother controlling behavior and emotional blackmail. Her mother threatens to make the girl homeless if she does not obey what she is told.
Therefore, now, I am really skeptical about keep on trying to date this girl since she seems powerless to stand up for herself, and I do not intend to be involved in such a complicated family dynamic.

On peut aussi dresser un parallèle entre la biographie de Simone Veil et celle de Joe Biden puisque tous les deux ont font les expériences de temps très difficile et pénible, et pourtant ils ont arrivés de faire ce monde un meilleur monde. Joe Biden a perdu sa femme et son bébé dans un accident de voiture et il a subi le chagrin encore une fois quand son fils est mort de cancer. C’est la raison pour laquelle il n’a pas se présenté comme candidat aux élections présidentielles aux États-unis en 2016, quand Hillary Clinton a perdu les élections contre Donald Trump.

9. Min familj
Min familj är ganska stor: min pappa hade haft sju barn med fyra olika kvinnor.
Jag är mellanbarnet och jag är 32 år gammal. Före mig finns det: en storasyster som heter Nathalie och är 55 år gammal, en storebror som heter Olivier och är 53 år gammal och en annan storebror som heter Damien och är 37 år gammal. Efter mig finns det: en lillebror som heter Loïs och är 30 år gammal och de två sista systrarna Yasmine (22) och Lise (20). Min bror Loïs och jag har samma mamma, Yasmine och Lise har samma mamma, och Nathalie och Olivier hade samma mamma (hon har dött). Damien är den enda som växte upp ensam. Nästan alla i familjen har blåa ögon utom Yasmine och Lise som har bruna ögon, och vi har alla en fin kropp.
Jag har lite kontakt med Nathalie och ingen kontakt med Olivier. Jag har sett honom bare tre gånger i livet. Han bor någonstans i Egypter och arbetar som dyklärare. Det är den enda saken att jag kan om honom. Jag brukade ha bra kontakt med Nathalie men det är inte fallet längre. Jag träffade henne först när jag var 22 år gammal. Jag visste självklart att hon fanns men jag hade inte träffade henne än, för jag bodde på världens andra sidan. Hon har tre barn: Thibaut som är 30, Aurélien som är 28 och Valentine som är 15. Nathalie är konstnär och bygger föremål med kartonger och flaskor. Jag gillar mycket vad hon bygger. Hon bor i Frankrike.
Damien och jag bråkar mycket om allt; vi är båda väldigt envisa. Den sista gången att vi pratade (bråkade!) med varandra var i somras. Han bor i Paris.
Min lillebror bor i Tahiti, mitt hemland. Lika alla pojkarna i familjen ger han aldrig nyheter om vad hände i sitt liv. Om jag vill veta något om honom ska jag fråga sin flickvän, Coralie, som är en jättebra vän. De har bott i Tahiti i två år. Förut bodde de i Frankrike under sex år, men min bror saknade mycket Tahiti och ville gå tillbaka. Det var ett svårt val för Coralie eftersom sin hela familj bor i Frankrike men i slutet följde hon efter honom. De har varit tillsammans i 13 år.
Min lillasyster Yasmine, som är tio år yngre än jag, är min favoritperson i familjen, även om vi är jätteolika. De senaste två år var svåra för henne. Hon brukade bo ensam med vår pappa i Frankrike. Vår pappa var mycket sjuk från cancer och han var gammal. Hon tvingades att ta hand om honom utan mycket hjälp. Hennes mamma reste ibland från Marocko för att hjälpa henne och att stanna lite med dem. Hon var den enda närvarande när vår pappa dog. Hon ringde sjukhuset och de skickade en ambulans. Sedan ringde hon sin mamma som tog ett flygplanet så snart som möjligt. Sedan ringde hon mig och jag ringde resten av familj. Hon tvingades att bo ensam i ett år efter vår pappa dog, men nu bor hon med sin mamma och sin lillasyster Lise.
Lise är den yngst i familjen. Jag älskar henne men jag känner inte henne så mycket. Hon låter mig inte känna henne, och det är lite konstigt för vi är så lika. Jag vet att det är eftersom hon studerar mycket, men jag önskar att ibland tog hon tiden för att svara eller skriva till mig.
Min familj bor runt om i världen och vi är inte så nära varandra som andra familjer, men det är okej. Vi träffades alla bara en gång, för vår pappas begravning.

Mein liebstes Fastfood!
Mein liebstes Fastfood ist Big Mac und das ist sehr köstlich. Wenn ich es esse, fühle ich mich schuldig, weil es nicht gesund ist. Deswegen versuche ich, es in einem Monat nur zweimal zu essen. Das ist eine Herausforderung, aber ich muss mich dieser Herausforderung stellen, um abzunehmen.

Por el año nuevo, quiero hacer algunas cosas nuevas:
1. Tendré un plan financiero para dar dinero a differentes caridades. Cada mes, daré quarenta dolores entre Patreon y dos caridades.
2. Leeré un tanto gran libro, como Ulysses de James Joyce o 2666 de Roberto Bolaño. Lo haceré por leyendo una pagina del libro cada día.
3. Haceré yoga a menos tres veces cada semana, y correré a menos quatro veces, a menos que llueva.

Meu ombro pode se mover, mas alguns movimentos causam dor, por exemplo, quando seguro algo debaixo do braço ou empurro algo para o lado. Tenho que ir à ressonância magnética para descobrir exatamente o que está inflamado, mas não tem consulta lá até março.
O médico pensa que são as fáscias.
Continuo fazendo fisioterapia e também tenho que ver um terapeuto de fáscia, mas também só há consulta em março.
No momento, devo trabalhar com o rolo de fáscia. E eu tomo relaxantes musculais (ortótono). Também posso treinar, mas nenhum movimento acima de 45 graus, ou seja, sobre minha cabeça.
