Eine Elternversammlung
Sehr geehrter Herr Berberich,
gestern habe ich eine Brief von Ihnen bekommen und möchte sofort antworten. Sie haben geschrieben, dass am nächsten Freitag eine Elternversammlung stattfindet. Leider kann ich an diesem Tag nicht kommen. Am Freitagmorgen habe ich ein Zahnarzttermin und nach dem Termin soll ich den ganzen Tag zuhause bleiben. Gibt es besondere Themen für die Elternversammlung? Vielleicht könnten wir diese Themen schriftlich besprechen? Falls ist es nicht möglich, ich bitte Ihnen um Verständnis. Übernächste Woche habe ich viel Zeit und kann zur Schule kommen.

Translation Practice
I found an interesting thing. Naking people are very close to Anhui people. When I was hospitalized at Zhongda hospital, at least half of the people in the wards were from Anhui, and there were a lot of people in Chuzhou. Many people came from Chuzhou by train in the early morning, and went back by train at night, saying it was very convenient.
Many Wuhu people prefer Shanghai and Nanking to study, find jobs and buy houses, as well as shopping and seeing doctors. It only takes thirty minutes to go to Nanking by high-speed train, while there was no high-speed train to Hefei before 2020. The Hefei-Wuhu expressway is blocked until you doubt your life. It's really fast to take a high-speed train from Naking to Wuhu. A Wuhu person told me that he went to Nanking several times before just considering it's very fast and convenient. Every time he took a high speed train to Nanking, he didn't have time to eat lunch. He usually gets on the train with a takeout. The train always arrived at Nanking before he finished his lunch. It only takes 37 minutes to get to Nanking by high speed train.
Historically, Zhu Yuanzhang and his fellows are all from Anhui, and Nanking is the first imperial city of the Ming Dynasty, so both culture and custom must be closer to Anhui.
Geographically, Ma'anshan and Wuhu are the closest cities to Nanking. The culture and dialect in their urban areas is the same as that in Nanking. Wuhu and Ma 'anshan have been under the jurisdiction of Nanking in history. No matter whether the Jiangnan province or the republic of China, Chuzhou was separated from Nanking by the Yangtze River and there was no connection between Chuzhou and Nanking in history.
It should be said that Nanking has close contacts with the surrounding Anhui areas. First, as a Nanking person, I feel our pronunciation is very similar to that of Wuhu, Ma'anshan and Chuzhou, with the same roots and natural affinity. Second, their geographical location is adjacent, all within about 100 kilometers, with convenient transportation. A Cheat Sheet
I have two exams in electromagnetism and materials science. Both are too difficult, but students are allowed to look at an A4 size paper. This is like a legitimate chat sheet, so I'm making it with a mechanical pencil using thin lead. Because the space of paper is limited, I have to select which information is important. As a result, I can memorize significant matters.

Saudade do Brasil (pré-covid)
Hoje eu estou com saudade do Brasil (pré-covid). Aqui em Melbourne faz frio, apesar de ser verão, por causa da “La Nina,” um fenômeno que traz bastante chuva para Austrália (que vem, na verdade, da américa latina). Normalmente, eu estaria no Brasil, passando verão na praia. Meu marido é de Espírito Santo e um dos primeiros verões que eu passei no Brasil era com a sua família em Guarapari. Guarapari não é a praia mais linda no mundo (aqui a água é bem mais clara, mas eu nunca fui para o noroeste do Brasil, por exemplo), mas era uma época mágica para mim. A sua família me recebeu com muito carinho e amor, e eu passei duas semanas entre a praia e a varanda do apartamento lendo livros, comendo guloseimas, e aproveitando uma das minhas primeiras férias em anos (eu não acostumava tirar férias antes de conhecer meu marido ). Eu quero muito voltar, se não para aquele momento então para aquele sentimento de joia e leveza.
Imagino que todo brasileiro está querendo que essa pandemia acabe logo e eu estou torcendo para o país supere esse momento difícil.

TV Drama in 2020
Recently I watched a TV Drama was made at late 2020.
Some years later when we watch that again.
Sure, we can tell this drama was made at around 2020~2021.
Because
1: Everybody wear a mask even the protagonists.
Sure, not the whole time but you will often see people around with a mask.
2: They use a software call “Zoom” for internet meeting.
Before the virus attack no one knows this software.
At least I didn’t know that.
Maybe later when we go to cinema watch movie the protagonists also will wear a mask!
Maybe later when we watch animate, the protagonists also will wear a mask in the cartoon world!

Describing What You See in Your Daily Life
I watched some Youtube videos about how to listen to a foreign language without translating into the mother tongue. According to the statements, every day life is filled with your mother tongue so that describing what you see in your daily life in foreign language is effective. I'm sure that this opinion is true, but I found it difficult because of the lack of vocabulary. For example, I find my clothes scattering on the floor. But, the appropriate English words which indicate each cloth don't come to my mind quickly. It's natural that I can't describe something until I put something into my vocabulary. Then, I realized that my obstacle for learning English is vocabulary.
If you hope to work in foreign country someday, you would be required for knowing specific vocabulary about law, trade, finance, science and so on. I'm sure that clarifying your goals is most effective way to master foreign language.
The videos also suggested to find meanings of unfamiliar words with dictionaries written in foreign language. This tip is well known for the effective way to master foreign language. But, I haven't tried since it takes a lot of time, and I'm not sure that what I really want to express in English comes out. I haven't know that these dictionaries offer similar words, colocation, and corpus until I use it. I will keep using it.

Les chiens
Avant d'avoir adopté un chiot, je croyais que je n'aimais pas les animaux domestiques. J'avais des poissons quand j'étais petite, mais c'est pas la même chose, et en plus, ils sont tous morts très vites. Apparemment, je ne prenais bien soin d'eux. Mais j'adore notre chiot et j'arrive à prendre soin d'elle. Elle s'appelle Gracie. Elle est un(e?) labradoodle miniature. Elle aura quatre mois la semaine prochaine.

A Reply to My Friend.
I often felt that I lived in a beautiful world and a nice society, and that is true. It only takes decades for our society to make such big progress. Even in the mid-1980s, on the season of our graduation, one of my classmates said to me: “after I got a job, I would buy a basket of eggs, and I eat it at anytime when I wanted.That was his biggest ideal at that time. Also, I have never thought that I would be able to live a life like today’s. So I am very grateful to our world and our country. I often work hard and study hard so that I will live up to the great era.

Mon Premier Écriture
Bonjour à tous. Je viens de trouver ce site et je suis surexcitée de recevoir des conseils en français. J’ai appris le français au collège et lycée, pendant 4 ans au total. J’ai essayé de continuer quand j’ai commencé à l’université mais il n’y avait pas aucune classe de français disponible.
Maintenant je regarde les émissions français sur Netflix pour améliorer mes compétences. Mon favori en ce moment, c’est Zone Blanche. Je le trouve un peu sombre, mais surtout divertissant et mystérieux.

フェイスマスクはちょっと格好いいじゃない
これは少し中二病かもしれないが、フェイスマスクはちょっと格好いいと思う。コロナウイルスの前、私の国の人はフェイスマスクを着用しないけど、今はもちろんどこに行っても、皆は着用している。一番人気なフェイスマスクは多分その青い使い捨てマスクが、綺麗な再使用型のマスクを着用している人もいる。そのマスクのデザインは普通の顔より面白いと思う。だって皆の口の形は大体同じし、本当に世界に見せる必要があるか。顔に比べて、マスクは色々な形や色や絵などあるし、私はマスクの方が見たい。もしフェイスマスクは本当に人気になれば、健康規制がなくても人は着用し続く。今でも、たくさんの有名な会社は特別なマスクを作っている。そのマスクはもうファッションアイテムだろう。そんなマスクは高いし、買った人は多分使いたい。

Corazones
Hoy mi madre sugerió que jugáramos los naipes después de la cena. Jugamos "Uno" durante media hora hasta que mi madre tuvo que unirse a una llamada con sus amigos de la universidad. Mientras ella habló con ellos, mi padre me enseñó cómo jugar al juego de "Corazones." Su padre (mi abuelo) nos había enseñado a mi hermana y yo desde hace casi 15 años, pero me lo había olvidado con el tiempo. Es un juego bastante interesante y además, quiero mejorar mi habilidad de estrategia.
Tengo recuerdos bonitos de jugar naipes con mis amigos durante entre las clases o durante viajes de camping.

Very Close to a Crisis
This past Monday I talked to one of my language partners, and had noticed her hair was unusually messy. Every time I see her, she uses her fingers to arrange her hair. She always looks like an absent minded professor, and actually, her husband is a real professor at an Australian University studying Catalist. That is to say he's trying to find the best method to convert

She didn't realize her hair had been messy at that time. So I've thought that something happened to her, and I knew she didn't get enough sleep last night. The closest distance was 5 kilometers from her home, and some of her neighbors had already evacuated. Fortunately, the forest fire didn't come, but there were a few houses that were burned out by the forest fire. Even last year there was a very big forest fire in Australia, and Australian government almost gave up extinguishing at that time. The forest fire lasted several months. It had not rained for a long time. I guess that it's because of global warming caused by Carbon dioxide emissions.

Dankbarkeitstagebuch 1
Kürzlich habe ich angefangen, ein tägliches Dankbarkeitstagebuch zu schreiben. Zuerst habe ich gedacht, dass ich es in einem echten Tagebuch schreiben würde, aber wenn ich statdessen hier schreibe, kann ich gleichzeitig Dankbarkeit und Deutsch üben.
Heute bin ich halt dankbar, dass es Seiten wie Langcorrect gibt, damit wir alle einander helfen können, neue Sprachen zu beherrschen. Und besonders jetzt, wenn das Reisen für die meisten Menschen fast unmöglich ist, finde ich es toll, dass wir das Internet nutzen kann, mit Menschen weltweit zu reden und von ihnen zu lernen.
Hoffentlich schreibe ich wieder Morgen. Bis dann, und danke für eure Zeit!

El idioma y la cultura
He leído que necesitas gustarte la cultura de un lugar para aprender su idioma. No estoy seguro de que sea la verdad. ¡De hecho, opino que es falso! Solo necesitas la motivación, y no tiene que ser una fascinación con la cultura. Aunque la desarrolles con tiempo, creo que es posible que nunca la sientas.
Personalmente, aunque mi afinidad de las culturas de los países en que se habla español ha crecido a lo largo del tiempo, no era inmediato. Cuando empecé a aprender español, estaba en la escuela secundaria. Siempre me ha gustado los idiomas, así que solo era por casualidad que eligiera estudiarlo. Habría estudiado cualquier otro idioma también, no me importaba. La cultura no es tan importante para este proceso. Cuando era niño, hablé aleman competente, puesto que había sido una necesidad urgente.
Incluso si tienes una afinidad de la cultura del país en que se habla el idioma que estudias, no significa que se asegura tu camino hacia la competencia. Por ejemplo, tengo muchos amigos que llevan aprendido un poco de coreano, ya que les gustan a los grupos de K-pop. Sin embargo, ningún de ellos es más que un principiante. Para aprender un idioma, tienes que tener una o más motivaciones fuertes. Pero eso es todo. Ninguno de ellos es más importante de los otros.
Dos oraciones con "ni que".
1. ¿Te gustan estas botas? Ni que las pusieras a la escuela.
2. ¿Has oído lo de Juán? Ni que fuera a necesitar toda esa comida.
