Los libros
Cuando era niñe, solía leer muchos libros. Usualmente leía un libro con trescientos o cuatrocientos páginas en un o dos días. Me encantaba los libros de Harry Potter, Percy Jacken, y todos las historias de Sarah J. Maas. Cuando había crecido más, leía libros más informáticos. Aprendía mucho sobre la cultura, las ciencias, y cosas políticas. Leía Howard Zinn, Noam Chomsky, Michael Bronski, y más como esto. Ahora, ¡todavía estoy leyendo estes tipos de libros, pero no tengo tanto tiempo para leer! No puedo leer un libro en solo un día. No sé como podía hacer esto antes...

Ну, привет всем! Я - Линди. Я начала изучать венгерский язык 2 года назад, но я перестала учиться ненадолго (for a bit?). Сейчас я учу венгерский снова. Я очень счастлива. По-моему, венгерский - очень красивый язык, и очень интересный. Я чувствовала, что я была должна изучать венгерский ещё раз.
Сегодня я расскажу о том, как я изучаю венгерский.
Потому, что я учу много языки, у меня нет много времени, поэтому, понедельник и четверг - мои венгерские учебные дни. В понедельник и четверг я только слушаю на венгерском языке и пытаюсь говорить. Я изучаю 4 часа каждая неделя, но не знаю how many hours are spent on listening to podcasts, или музыка, или использоваться обучающие приложения (or using learning apps?).

Children's day
In Korea, there is a special day for celebrating kids in May 5th.
Because every kid is a future of the country, parents take them out to do whatever they want.
When I was young, my family used to participate in a sport event of my elementary school.
I could buy many toys and ate tasty lunch there.
Because of the pandemic, there is no sport event for my kids this year.
I am a shame that my kids can't have a special memory of the Children's day.

Der Blick auf Fuji
Ich habe einmal ein sehr schönes Bild vom Gipfel des Fujis im Internet gesehen. Der Fuji ist natürlich bekannt als Japans höchste Berg und auch als UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe, und das heißt, dass viele Touristen jedes Jahr den Berg zu besteigen versuchen. Man kann aber nur von Juni bis September es schaffen, sonst ist es zu gefährlich. Es gibt vier verschiedene Wege zum Gipfel, die sich je nach Schwierigkeitsgrad unterscheiden: Yoshida, Subashiri, Gotemba und Fujinomiya. Yoshida ist das einfachtestes und die Fahrt nach oben dauert circa 6 Stunden. Etwas lustiges das ich gelesen habe ist, dass überall im Berg gibt es Geschäfte für die Touristen. Ich fand es ein bisschen schlimm wegen all der Umweltverschmutzung und des Mülls, der auf jeden Fall produziert wird. Etwas cool aber, das ich finde ist, dass in der Nähe des Gipfels eine Poststation gibt. Nach Erreichen des Gipfels und von dort oben den wunderschönen Sonnenaufgang erleben, kann man ein Postalkarte an Freunde und Familie schicken. Auf dem Gipfel befindet sich auch ein Torii-Tor. Ich denke, es passt dort gut.

Diary: A Roll Call Meeting
Today was the last day of the five-day holiday and a roll call meeting took place at the college. By the learning committee of each class on stage roll call, and then a counselor on stage give a speech. In fact, such meetings are of no value and are a complete waste of time. This meeting will take place at the end of all holidays. In the first year of university we had this meeting every Sunday. Today's meeting was even more annoying, it was about the introduction to the postgraduate entrance examination. The most annoying point was that the person presenting was from a tutoring agency outside the school. He wasn't talking about anything useful but was spreading anxiety with the aim of selling the course. But the students had to listen to him and couldn't leave!
I hated this way so much. From primary school onwards, teachers would also ask students to watch some sales pitch course presentations and would distribute some trial cards, discount cards, etc. Recently I was asked, as a Go teacher, to sell a Go software recharge card as well. It annoys me and I don't want to be the person I hate. So I'm planning to end my part-time job at the end of this term.

Today is the last day of my vacation, and tomorrow I will go to work. During this vacation, I didn't go out of my city because I had to stay with my mom. But in this period, I take some time to go to Yingzhou Westlake and Fuyang Botanical Park for sightseeing. These two trips took one day in total. Every time I see my mom, I always get sad. She is getting old and old, and needs to be cared for by a specific person for a whole day. When people get old, they can't do things by themselves. They lost their memory and there are many problems with their body. Their quality of life gets worse and worse. But facing all of these issues, we can't do anything. Вещи, которые я бы хотел сделать хоть раз перед смертью
1) Я бы хотел поехать в Гренландию. Я очень люблю холодные места и Гренландия очаровывает меня своей культурой и ландшафтами. Я очень бы любил жить с инуитами, бы познать их традиционный образ жизни;
2) Хоть раз я бы хотел поехать по Транссибирской Магистрали из Москвы до Владивостока. Россия - богата природы и бы было интересно видеть разные ландшафты страны. Я бы тоже мог заехать в многие города по дороге, например Екатеринбург и Иркутск;
3) Это мне было бы приятно если я смогу опубликовать книгу (даже лучше - книги). Один из моих рассказов уже был опубликован в антологии с рассказами других людей, но этом разом я хочу написать целую книгу сам. Я бы любил остаться писателем, но я знаю, что это трудно.

About Politics and Politicians
I don't like to talk about politics because we people are passionate about it and it's easy to get into an argument. I have friends with diverse political ideologies, and sometimes it feels like "Romeo and Juliet": if you can't look eye to eye politically with someone, they must be your enemies. And I'm exhausted. Why does it have to be this way? I believe most of the politicians want to play the confrontation game and that's not healthy. Tension is the new black and it seems like ideas, debates, and conversation are not fashion anymore. Maybe they never were, but I would love to see them making a comeback.
The Media is not showing the party's political agenda. We are surrounded by memes, confrontation, and insults, but I feel like no one knows (or even cares) about the political proposals. They don't even try, they just go to TV screaming and being cruel to each other. Are they the society mirror?
It seems like a utopia a world where powerful people worked for the well-being. We are getting used to politicians being unworthy of our trust, lying without consequences, and not being able to make amends and talk with rivals to make the citizen's lives better. Are we less and less demanding? Have we given up? I don't have the answers, but sometimes I feel pessimistic about the ordinary citizen's future. I wish I was wrong.

历史本身是什么？通俗说，是现代人观察过去人，是现在一个时代回头看过去一个时代。稍微严格定义，历史是指记录、诠释与研究过去社会的事件与过去个人的行动。记住，历史不是过去，而是我们会记得的过去。有些文明重视史学（希腊，中国，波斯），其他文明忽略史学（埃及，印度，阿兹提克）。
大家都承认过去有些事是发生过的，不过分辨到底什么事是发生过的，算是历史家第一重大的任务。“过去什么发生的？”这个问题包括所有证明事实的这类问题：“在哪里发生的？”，“什么时候发生的？”，“事实是被谁记录的？”，“什么时候记录的？”等等。这类问题属于历史的科学方面。科学探索的问题都以客观结果为中心。显然，史学的“客观”不如自然科学的“客观”那么绝对。绝大多数过去的事实都没有被记载的，更不要说记载的事实是被有自己动因、盲点、偏见的人记下来的，更不要说在岁月不断流逝中好多记载遭遇烧毁、腐烂而流失了。即使历史资料的可信度远远比不上物理实验或化学实验，但史学家的研究还极为重要。有些资料可信度高，有些资料可信度完全相反。鉴别可靠的资料，并将许多可靠的资料进行分析、对比、然后综合是很痛苦的任务。
证明事实后，还不能松懈，而要进一步提及——历史大事与伟大的人物究竟有什么意义、有什么关系？或者说，一件历史大事或一位人物跟另一件历史大事或人物有何关系？譬如，法国大革命到底是怎么影响十八世纪的欧洲君主？再如，宋朝的经济繁荣是导致军事缺陷吗？再如，穆哈默德的降生，是怎么改变世界的历史？所有此种问题都归类为“什么意义？”这个标题。以上所列问题全都不会被史学家们百分之百正确地回答，因此必须通过分析与推断而解答此类问题。史学的这一方面按理算是人文学。

An Irritating thing
One of the irritating things is the percentage stops at 99% when I download or upload something. For example, when I tried to transfer data from USB to my laptop, it's going well until 90%. However, the last 10% was longer than the 90%. The rise speed of the number was slower, and it stopped at 99% for a certain time.
I wonder why this phenomenon often happens. I guess it's like I lied I did my homework when asked, and had to do it desperately later.

Vanan att dricka vatten
Den första bra vanan som jag lyckades med var att dricka tillräckligt med vatten. Jag kommer inte ihåg just varför bestämde jag att det var dags. Kanske läste jag någonting eller hörde någonting från en vän. Under den där tiden i mitt liv brukade jag att jobba mycket och stanna på kontoret till sent. Därför var det viktigt att se till att jag dricker medan jag jobbar.
Steg ett var att ta en vacker mugg och ställa den på mitt skrivbord. Det funkade för att få mig att börja arbetsdagen med vatten men efter ett par promenader för påfyllning blev jag uppslukad av mitt uppdrag och jag glömde bort vattnet. Intill muggen ställdes en enlitersflaska. Nu krävdes det mindre påfyllningar, och jag förknippade dem med måltiderna som var omöjligt att missa tack vare arbetskamraterna. Efter ett par veckor uppskattade jag att flaskan blir tomma utan att jag minns hur jag drack vattnet. Det blev en omedveten automatism och det kändes bra. Min kollega ställde en flaska på sitt bord också och vi påfylld dem åt varandra då och då. Nu var det omöjligt att misslyckas med min nya vana.

Il fine settimana e straordinario
Anche se amo dormire, mi piace svegliarmi intorno alle 7, quindi non mi sento come se avessi sprecato tutta la mia giornata. Mi piace quando il sole del mattino splende attraverso la mia finestra e tutto è tranquillo e silenzioso. Quando sono a casa la mattina mi piace prepararmi prima una tazza di caffè, poi apro la finestra per far entrare aria fresca. Poi faccio colazione e mi vesto.
Idealmente mi piacerebbe lavorare dalle 7 alle 15. Mi sento come se fosse un buon compromesso tra svegliarsi presto ma avere ancora un po 'di tempo per me stesso.
In questo momento abbiamo molti straordinari al lavoro e questo significa che dobbiamo lavorare anche il sabato. È molto faticoso. Aumenta lo stipendio ma non ho tempo per rilassarmi durante il fine settimana o per fare altre cose. Mi piace essere spontanea e questo calendario serrato non lo consente. Devo scrivere tutto nel mio calendario e pianificare la mia settimana in modo da non sentirmi sopraffatto dalle attività.
Quando non sono al lavoro di solito passo il mio tempo a studiare, il che è anche estenuante mentalmente. Cerco di fare delle pause e portare a spasso il mio cane o fare un po 'di esercizio. Mi piacerebbe uscire con gli amici, ma la pandemia lo rende impossibile ora perché viviamo lontani gli uni dagli altri. Non vogliamo rischiare di diffondere il virus, quindi parliamo su Internet o giochiamo ai videogiochi insieme mentre chattiamo.

Se fossi in Italia, sceglierei il liceo o l’istituti
Se fossi in Italia, sceglierei il liceo classico o il liceo scientifico. Penso che entrambe scuole hanno corsi interessanti, e mi piacerebbe da studiare studi classico oltre studi scientifici. Ho un interesse nella filosofia e la matematica, però non mi piace la scienza tanta (as much), siccome lo trovo troppo competitivo. Il liceo linguistico è interessante e forse lo potrei considerare, ma penso le lingue sono le materie più difficile da imparare, quindi forse no.
Ci sono un sacco di scelte, e se fossi quattordici, non penso potrei fare una decisione. Penso avrei scelto il liceo scientifico, siccome avrei preferito una carriera scientifica. Ma se potrei fare una decisione adesso, (quando ho sedici anni di età), potrei scegliere il liceo classico.

Gestern, nachdem ich lange darüber nachgedacht hatte, beschloss ich, mit meinen Freunden einen Zoo zu besuchen.
zuerst habe ich meine freundin Tanja angeruft und sie gefragt ob sie im Zoopark spazieren möcht.sie zögerte zuerst und stimmtet dann zu, und gleichfalls ist mit meinem freund Jack.
Ich packte meine Sachen in die Tasche und stellte mein fertiges Essen in die Schachtel und alles in den Gepäckraum des Autos und losging dahin

Frei und Urlaubstage
Letzten Freitag habe ich nicht gearbeitet, Ich habe mir frei genommen. Montag auch war ein Feiertag also fuer 4 Tage lang habe ich nicht gearbeitet.
Am Freitag Morgen habe ich mit meiner Lehrinin auf Skype deutsch gelernt. Sie kommt von Österreich und ist sehr lustig. Dann ging ich mit meiner Freundin Kleidung einkaufen. Wir haben viel Geld ausgeben. Nach einkaufen wir haben gefunden ein kleines Koreanisches Restaurant. Es war sehr gut, besser als wir dachten. Am Ende, wir gingen zuruck zum Haus von meiner Freundin und eine Film geschaut.

Was machen Sie oft am Wochenende?
Am Wochenende normalewieser, gehe ich ins FitnessStudio. In die Nahe von mir ist ein Kleines Boxen Gym und es gibt viele Freunden von mir. Fast jeden Samstag, lerne ich Deutsch nach Boxen.
In der Nacht gehe ich ins Haus meiner Freundin oder sie kommt zu meinem Haus. Wir schauen etwas auf Netflix und kochen etwas leckeres.

Sarah was recently hired to work as a secretary, and it is after work hours.
Her son, John needs some copies for a high school project and arrives at the office.
The son has brought his own paper and needs 100 copies for his class project.
If John doesn't bring the copies to class tomorrow then he will fail the project.
The copy shops are all closed.
There is on one else in the office.
There is basically no oversight about copies she makes since she often does special projects for the boss.
