Liebe Sara,
wie geht es dir? Hoffentlich ist alles in Ordnung. Zurzeit bin ich super.
Wie du weißt, bin ich am Wochenende ins Kino gegangen, aber ich war allein, weil du unglücklich nich mit mir kommen konntest.
Eigentlich habe ich sehr interessanten Film gesehen. Der war einen romantischen Film. Was mir besonderes gefallen hat, ist nicht nur die Films geschichte, sondern auch die leichte Englisch Sprache.
Was hältst du davon, mir nächste Woche zu besuchen, um uns zusammen ins Kino zu gehen und einen neuen Film anzusehen.
Ich würde mich sehr freuen, falls das klappt.

El manillar de la bici
Llevo tiempo practicando ciclismo y hace unos años aprendí a montar una bici sin usar el manillar. Al principio quería aprender a manejar la bici sin manos por diversión. A veces cuando pasaba a un amigo en bici movía los brazos de broma como si estuviera corriendo en pie. Sin embargo, poco a poco dominaba el técnico por la necesidad de llevar mercancía entre diferentes sitios. No tener que controlar la bici con el manillar significaba que mis manos estaban libres para sostener bolsas, paquetes, lo que sea. Así que por costumbre ya no uso el manillar incluso cuando no tengo nada en las manos. Pero, algo insólito me ocurrió hace unos días en camino al trabajo. Era una mañana fría y mantenía las manos en los bolsillos de mi abrigo para protegerlas del frío. Después de hacer una gira, de pronto escuché el bocino de un vehículo, así que me moví al borde de la calle pensando que el conductor me estaba señalando que hiciera a un lado para dejarlo pasar. Finalmente me detuve para ver que era una patrulla y el policía quería regañarme por no usar el manillar. Me avisó que la bici es un vehículo por lo que debía de controlarla con las manos como cualquier otro medio de transporte.

Une recette de cannellonis
Je cherche toujours des recettes simples. Celles qu’on peut préparer dans une poêle comme des casseroles. L’autre jour, je suis tombée sur une recette des cannellonis qui me semblait d’être assez facile. En plus, c’était un plat végétarien. Ces jours-ci, de plus en plus j’aime manger des plats végétariens particulièrement pour le dîner. Chez nous, nous avons réservé trois jours pr semaine pour être végétariens.
Alors, retournons à ma nouvelle recette. Le plat est plein de légumes : les épinards, une demi-citrouille, une courgette et une carotte. Vraiment très nutritif et bonne pour la santé. Aussi à mon avis, on peut utiliser n’importe quels légumes qui sont dans le frigo. La première étape, on gratte la citrouille, la carotte et la courgette. Ensuite, on coupe finement les épinards et puis mélange tous les légumes dans un grand bol. Et puis on fait le cuire légèrement sur la cuisinière.
Séparément, on fouette deux œufs avec 500 grammes de ricotta. J’utilise toujours de la ricotta faible en gras. Mon mari a un taux de cholestérol élevé et doit faire attention. Comme prochaine étape, on mélange une moitié de la ricotta avec les légumes et l’assaisonne avec du sel et du poivre. On tient l’autre moitié de côté. Après ça, on remplit les tubes de cannellonis, verse le melange de ricotta sur le dessus et saupoudre de fromage mozzarella et le fait cuire à four. Selon la recette, il sera prêt dans 40 minutes. Il devrait être brun doré sur le dessus.

Man kann die Studium recherchieren, Computerspiele spielen, ein Film ansehen usw. Beim Computer hilft, kann man schnelle Aufgaben lösen. Leuten können sich entspannen und befreit sich schnell von Arbeitsstress. Wegen der Sicherheit dem Computers kann man zahlreiche wichtige Dokumente speichern. Um ein Computer zu haben, sollte man Geld haben aber viele Leute können nicht leisten. Statt ein Computer zu kaufen, kann man auf einem Internetcafé gehen. Ohne das Internet zu haben, gibt es nicht soviele Dinge. Computer-Geräte kostet viel Geld und arme Leute können nicht leisten. Lange Stunden im Computer könnte schlecht für die Augen sein. Die Computer-Geräte brauchen auch oft Wartung und es gibt hart. Viele Jugendlichen sind süchtig wegen des Computers.

BENOTUNG
In der heutigen Bildung spielt die Benotung eine wichtige Rolle bei der Beurteilung der Schülerleistung. Durch die Benotung kann der gegenwärtige Wissens- und Leistungsstand der Schüler widergespiegelt werden. Aufgrund der wichtigen Rolle der Benotung möchte ich Ihnen meine Meinung dazu verraten.
Meines Erachtens sollten Schüler zum Lernen motiviert werden und die Benotung ist eine gute Methode, dies zu tun. Andererseits bringt die Benotung negative Konsequenzen für die Schüler. Die Schüler, die schlechte Noten bekommen, können selbstironisch sein, wenn jemand sie mit anderen vergleicht. Das kann zu Depressionen und zu psychologischen Problemen.
Einer der Hauptgründe, weshalb die Benotung so verbreitet ist, ist dass sie eine ziemlich effektive Methode nicht nur für Lehrer, sondern auch für Schüler darstellt. Oftmals benötigen Lehrkräfte Benotung, um zu beurteilen, was sie entsprechend dem Lehrplan unterrichten. Dementsprechend können Lehrpersonen den Lehrstoff an die Bedürfnisse der Schüler anpassen. Zusätzlich hat die Benotung auch eine motivierende Funktion, damit Schüler sich beim Lernen anstrengen können.
Anstelle traditioneller Bewertungsmethoden sollten moderne Bewertungsmethoden eingesetzt werden. Zum Beispiel können Lehrer die Schüler durch Präsentationen oder Lernspiele beurteilen. So eine Bewertungsmethode bereichert nicht nur die fachlichen Inhalte, sondern auch die Fähigkeiten der Schüler. Wenn die Schüler eine Präsentation mit anderen Schülern vorbereiten, können sie Teamfähigkeit erlernen.
Zusammenfassend möchte ich sagen, dass eine regelmäßige Benotung nicht notwendig ist, weil wir viel bessere Bewertungsmethoden anwenden können.

NUTZUNG SOZIALER MEDIEN
Heutzutage werden soziale Netzwerke immer beliebter in unserem Leben. Besonders viele Jugendliche verbinden ihre meiste Zeit mit Sozial-Networking-Sites. Aus diesem Grund möchte ich Ihnen meine Meinung zum Thema "Nutzung sozialer Medien" verraten.
Meines Erachtens sind soziale Netzwerke ein praktisches Kommunikationsmittel, über das man Kontakt mit Menschen halten und sich über vieles informieren kann. Aber ich bin davon überzeugt, dass nicht alle sozialen Netzwerke den Benutzern nützliche Kenntnisse bringen.
Eine der wichtigen Faktoren, weshalb Menschen einen immer größeren Teil ihrer Freizeit in sozialen Netzwerken verbringen, ist Kommunikation durch Medien sehr praktisch. Mit sozialen Medien kann man nicht nur mit den Verwandten in Kontakt bleiben, sondern auch viele Leute auf der Welt kennenlernen. Zusätzlich können Menschen durch die Verwendung der sozialen Medien viele Kenntnisse, die in unserem Leben benötigt werden, um vielfältige Probleme zu bewältigen.
Tatsächlich stehen uns mehrere Alternativen zur Verfügung, um die Nutzung sozialer Medien zu verringern. Anstelle sozialer Medien sollte man in der Freizeit Bücher auswählen. Dadurch kann man nicht nur Kenntnisse erweitern, sondern auch sich entspannen. Zudem kann man an den Freizeitgestaltungen wie Sport, Musik spielen teilnehmen. Dann wird sich körperliche und geistige Gesundheit verbessert und werden seine Kontakte erweitert.
Zusammenfassend möchte ich sagen, dass man nur in Maßen soziale Medien benutzen sollte. Dadurch kann man sowohl seine Kenntnisse erweiter als auch seine Gesundheit schützen, da man übermäßige Nutzung des Handys vermeiden kann.

La moralité
À mon avis, la chose difficile avec la moralité, c’est que tout le monde croit en fin du compte qu’il existe une moralité absolue, mais qu’il la possède, et les autres, non ! Personnellement, mon point de vue en ce qui concerne la moralité a légèrement changé au cours des années, mais je ne suis pas quand même sûr si j’ai raison dans un sens absolu. Ce qui ça rend compliqué de plus c’est que les gens ont tendance de nuancer toujours leurs décisions individuelles et de se laisser porter par des milliers de décisions infinitésimales vers une nouvelle moralité qui est moins exigeant et qui peut arrondir les angles de leur incertitude. Je crains que ce soit plutôt difficile pour n’importe qui d’éviter ce piège si les bonnes conditions se présentent. Mais paradoxalement, je crois qu’il faut défendre fermement ce que je trouve être juste, même si je ne peux jamais connaître absolument ce qui est juste.

As an online salesperson, I’m in charge of sending promotional emails or messages to prospective customers, answering their questions about our products, and filling out their invoices, which I then send to one of the export document staff.
What is your typical day like at work?
Well, my work day starts at 9 in the morning, and the first thing I do is turn on my computer and open Facebook, Google Mail, and Microsoft Word. I spend most of the time writing promotional letters for our newest products. I also reply to my customers’ questions if there are any. If a customer makes an order, I will fill in the invoice for them and send it to one of the export document staff. I get off work at 5 pm, but I am still on call around the clock since my customers can contact me at any time.
9. What was your first day at work like?
Well, even though I have been working there for about four years, the memory of my first day is still crystal clear in my mind as it was such an out-of-the-ordinary experience. I have the luxury of working at home for a company that is owned by one of my family members, my uncle. So on the first day of work, my uncle held my hand through the whole process of getting used to my tasks, in the comfort of my home. I was not anxious or nervous at all, so I was able to get hold of my duties easily.
11. What kinds of jobs are popular in Vietnam?
As I see, jobs in the technology sector are in the most in-demand right now. It is undoubted that our world has entered the digital age, or what some call the social media revolution, where almost every aspect of life is now happening on the Internet, whether it is business, education, or entertainment. In my country, most traditional firms are going through digital transformation to increase competitiveness against new ones, who have integrated technology into their core when they started. That leads to an ever-increasing demand for IT staff. And I read in some newspapers that the number of IT jobs in Vietnam has increased sixfold over the last five years. So you can see how popular these types of jobs are in my country.

6. Which matters to you more, the job itself or the people you work with?
The job itself matters to me more because while I can just ignore the people I work with, I cannot ignore my duties. If my colleagues are arrogant or have a bad temper, I will just need to avoid having a conversation with them, or if they are negligence and make my work more difficult or heavier, I will just tell them that I will report this to the manager and they had better stop neglecting their duties. But if my job is boring, mundane, unrewarding, or unsatisfying in whatever aspects, there is nothing I can do about that, can’t I?

No, I haven’t. I have been working for my company ever since I graduated from university. But when I was still studying, I worked part-time and hopped jobs rather frequently. This is because I could only find a labor job during that time, but my standard of fitness was low so I couldn’t keep up with one job for a long time and had to take a break and then found another job when I felt better.
8. Do you think you will change your job in the future?

Do you miss being a student?
No, I don’t. I’m just relieved that I no longer need to sit through six hours of boring classes every weekday and memorize long, intricate formulas in math, chemistry, and physics.
Why did you choose to do that type of work?
Well, as I am an introverted person, I feel uncomfortable every time I have a conversation with strangers, especially face-to-face. So I knew that I would have difficulty socializing at work. Because of that, I figured out it would be better if I got a job that allowed me to work at home and rarely need to have interactions with coworkers. To me, the foremost quality that a co-worker must have is work responsibility, as responsible workers will strive to perform their daily duties well and not dump their work on other people or blame others when an error happens. It is fine for me even if my co-workers are strict or have any kind of negative personality that are unpleasant to be around as long as they finish their duties so that I can just only focus on completing mine.
