Gruppenarbeit
Heute sollte ich eigentlich mit meiner Gruppe eine Hausaufgabe für die Uni machen. Diese Hausaufgabe ist sehr schwer, ich weiß das, weil einige unserer Kommilitonen das erzählt haben. Wir wollten heute damit anfangen, aber ich bin nicht zur Uni gegangen, weil ich mich krank fühle. Die letzten Tage waren so voll, ich hatte immer etwas zu tun. Ich glaube, deswegen war ich auch sehr müde.
Ich habe vor eine Stunde jemanden aus meiner Gruppe gesprochen und sie hat gesagt, dass sie fast mit den Fragen fertig sind. Es hat 5 Stunden gedauert und morgen wollen sie ihre Antworten mit anderen Gruppen vergleichen. Das bedeutet, dass ich nichts tun muss. Ich fühle mich schlecht, weil ich sie nicht geholfen habe, aber ich bin auch sehr schlecht in dem Kurs, für den wir die Hausaufgaben haben. Ich verstehe gar nichts davon, also, auch wenn ich dabei wäre, könnte ich sie sowieso nicht helfen. Ich fühle mich zurückgelassen, wenn ich mit meiner Gruppe zusammen lerne. Natürlich ist es nicht ihre Schuld; sie sind alle ganz nett. Ich habe einfach nicht die notwendige Wissensbasis für diesen Kurs. Ich hoffe, dass ich diesen Kurs nachholen kann.

Con grande sforzo Federica Angeli è probabilmente tante altre persone sono riusciti l’altra struttura politica a Roma. La mafia non è più un problema grande. Ma per quanto tempo?
Ma la fonte di tutti i problemi non è solo la mafia. La mentalità dei cittadini influenza la vita di Roma. Come ha detto Federica, gli abitanti che hanno visto la sparatorie in una notte fatale non hanno dico niente dalla polizia. Hanno paura per la propria famiglia e la propria vita. O non sono interessato e hanno chiudo gli occhi sull’attività criminale.
Però è molto importante parlare dargli problemi, protestare e urlare dall’ordine ingiusto. Se i cittadini di Roma non inizieranno a lavorare e osservare insieme, la situazione non cambierà. A Roma arriveranno altri clan e riprenderanno la vita criminale.
L’ignoranza ha giocato un ruolo importante durante la Seconde Guerre Mondiale. Tante persone hanno taciuto e questo ha riportato all’omicidio dei ebrei.
Questa relazione tra politica e cittadini non è nuova. Il compito del governo e la polizia è creare un sicuro presente e felice futuro per quasi tre milioni di abitanti di Roma. E il compito dei cittadini è monitorare la politica. Devono scegliere queste persone che vogliono costruire il futuro adatto a loro rappresentazioni.
A cause d’ignoranza è accaduto la guerra tra Russia e Ucraina. I cittadini della Russia non si hanno interessato dalla politica e perché non hanno capito come il loro paese ha iniziato la guerra
I cittadini romani non possono supporre la mafia dalla gestione di Roma; non possono supporre questo l’ordinamento sociale dove la vita sarà pericolosa per loro stessi e per loro bambini.

小时候，我的哥哥，表弟和我往往一起玩儿，一起逛逛。寒假的时候，因为没有学上，没有作业，我们都有很多空闲时间。我们家离表弟的很近，所以他几乎每天都来到我们的家。当时我们一起堆个雪人，坐雪橇，打雪仗。有一天，他对我们说，附近有一座高山，我们可以去那里坐雪橇，但是几乎没谁知道它在哪里。为了到达这座高山，我们要穿过一片田地。那天，天气很不错，阳光明媚，但是地上有很多雪。虽然雪没到我们的膝盖，我们还是决心到那里去。我们一边过田间上的雪堆一边拉雪橇。突然，雪在表弟的脚下沉没，他半身掉进了一个不见底的坑。我和哥哥立刻跑到他身边。我一只手抓住他，另一只手抓住我哥哥，我们把他拉了出来。全身湿透，我们决定回家。虽然没有坐雪橇，我们都玩得很开心。回到家，我们把事情的经过告诉了父母。 原来，我们的姑父也掉进了同一个坑。 显然，掉坑是我们家的传统。看到表弟我还是会笑，因为这让我立刻想起了这件事。如果我难过，这个故事会立刻让我发笑。

Je suis d’accord que les voyages forment la jeunesse. Ils sont importantes pour quelques raisons. Premièrement, ils donnent de la joie et les memoires précieux. Néanmois, les voyages sont également une opportunité pour surmonter les difficultés. C’est rare qu’il n’y a pas de problèmes quand on fait des voyages. D’ailleurs, ils peuvent être un fois pour tester des relations avec notre proches. Small businesses should avoid recruiting young women who do not have their own families in order to avoid paying for maternity leave later on.
To what extent do you agree or disagree?
Some people advise that small companies should not hire young, child-free women so as not to pay for their maternity leave in the future. From my point of view, I completely disagree with this statement.
First, hiring young women can be a smart financial strategy for small companies which usually have a limited budget. This is because young women tend to accept a job even with a low salary as they usually have little to no work experience. They are also less likely to initiate salary negotiations or take a salary increase rejection more lightly than men. On top of that, young women nowadays tend to live alone and focus on their careers. They are ambitious about progressing in their profession, so they work hard and can greatly benefit their companies. Besides, diversity of opinions is important in businesses as it can lead to creativity and innovations, therefore lacking a unique and different perspective of young women can be a great loss.
Second, young women tend to stay with the company for a long time. They are less likely to switch companies in a short period. Furthermore, the cost of living is ever-increasing nowadays, so it is usually necessary for both parents to work in order to support their children. Consequently, young mothers will work hard to avoid getting fired and having to find another job. Moreover, through receiving support during pregnancy and after birth, young mothers are likely to develop gratitude and attachment towards their companies, and therefore become more industrious and diligent with their work. Commercial organizations can obtain loyal employers by hiring young female staff, which is especially important for small businesses as they need to have a stable working force.
In conclusion, young women can be a cheap, effective workforce who will show their loyalty after receiving maternity subsidies. Thus, small companies should not reject young female candidates because of paid maternity leave and should think of it as an investment in the long run.

Freundschaft
Wenn Sie mich fragen, was bedeutet Freundschaft fur mich, ich mochte sagen, dass erlich Freundschaft fur mich sehr wichtigste Teil des Lebens ist. Freundschft gibt sowohl Ziet und Muhe, als auch sucht Zeit und Muhe. ErlichFreundschaft ist sehr selten, wir konnen sehen viele Freundschaft, die nach vier oder funf Jahren abgrriesen. Ich denke dass aufrichitge Freundschaft nicht abgrriesen kann. Zwar konnen Menschen abdriften, aber wissen wir unsere Freunde da sind, wemm wir ein Problem haben. Freundschaft, wie jede andere Beziehung, blidetuber die Jahre und testen in versciedene Situacion, in diesem kann man sehen, wer sind mit uns sein, wenn Leben schwer werden.
Einfach sagen Freundschaft ist gegenseitiger Respekt, Liebe und Unterstutzung, kann man sagen, diese drei Dinge sind die Grundlagen des jedes Beziehung.
Aus meine Fall, kann ich schliessen, das selbst die Entfernung nicht kann aufrichtige Freundschaft abgriesen. Ich habe eine Freundinen, die in Deustchland lebt, sie war sowohl meine beste Freundi, als auch Nachbarin, aber wann haben wir Grundschule beenden, sie hat weggezogen nach Deutschland. Nachdem fast 10 Jahren, wir treffen uns regelmassig und wir nicht KOntakt verloren.
Wir mussen nicht jedes Tag redenn, aber wie wiessen beide, dass wir fureinandere da sind. Leben kann man sehr schwer, mit viele aussichtslose Situationen sein, in solchen Situacionen enstehen eine lebenslang Freundscaften. Menschen haben nicht geschaffen allein zu leben und wir alle mochten aufrichtige Freundschaft finden.
Am Ende, Schluss ist, dass jede Beziehung, sei es freundlich oder liebevoll ist, Zeit, Muhe, Opfer und Verstandnis auf beide Seiten erfordert.

My Job
My Job
I was transferred to my current department in June 2020. The name of the department is called agricultural radio broadcasting and television school, which focuses on training the farmers in the district I belong to.
Every year, my department will train 300 farmers. These farmers will be in six different classes based on what they are growing.
There are classes which specialize in vegetables, fruits, crops, agricultural machines, livestock and so on.
If the farmers mainly plant vegetables, then they will join the vegetables class. If farmers mainly grow fruits, then they will join the fruit classes.
The classes have different training durations, the shortest one will be 6 days and the longest one will be 16 days.
The courses being taught for each class contain two types of training: indoor theoretical training and field training. The ratio of practical lessons to theoretical lessons is usually one to one or two to one.
The start time of training each year is at the end of April or the early of May and the end time of the training each year is usually at the end of November or the early of December.
Now, my department has finished this year's training. In the following months, my coworkers and I will mainly do the documents to meet various inspections from various superior departments.

¤ LIGURIA/GENOVA = Dai Liguri, un popolo che era probabilmente pre-indoeuropeo e vivava in questa regione ed al nord della Toscana. La forma più vecchia è "Ligyes" in greco, "Ligus" in latino, ma è diventata "Ligures" per rotacismo (la trasformazione /s/ => /r/). La lingua dei Liguri antichi non è attestata da nessuna iscrizione, perciò è impossibile dire a quale famiglia appartiene. Alcuni ci vedono una radice pre-indoeuropea, *legh, "fango, limo", che spiega anche il nome della Loire in Francia (quelli che ci vivono sono i "Ligériens"), ma mi pare che sia un'ipotesi poco certa. Per "Genova", ci sono diverse teorie: una collega il nome al latino "genu", un'altra al deo Giano, che aveva due facce, come Genova: una faccia che riguarda le montagne, e l'altra il mare. 1 Do you like to celebrate important events? Why?
No, not really. The first image that immediately pops up in my mind when I hear the word “celebration” is a stack of dirty dishes and a messy house with empty beer cans all over the floor. This is because in Vietnam, to celebrate a special occasion, the female members are in charge of preparing a large feast for the whole family and/or the guests. My family is no difference from that. So on an important event, my mother and I have to wake up early in the morning to buy fresh ingredients in a nearby market and spend hours in the kitchen cooking an enormous amount of food. Usually, after cooking, I am already fed up with the smell of food. The cleaning up after the party takes forever too. I guess that only men love to throw a party as they don’t have to do anything but enjoy the feast and get totally wasted after.
2 What kinds of events do people usually celebrate?
Well, there are numerous occasions that are worth celebrating. For example, most people celebrate their birthdays with friends and families. Anniversaries such as weddings or funerals are common celebrations too. People also commemorate national holidays such as Independence Day and some international holidays like Halloween and Christmas. Some also throw a party when they achieve a considerable accomplishment such as a promotion or college acceptance.
3 Do people often celebrate events with a large group of people or just a few people?
I can’t speak for everyone, but I suppose it partly depends on how large one’s social network is. This is because people undoubtedly want to celebrate their important day with those who are close to them. So for someone who has a lot of such people, celebrations will usually mean spending time with a large number of people. This is also true for those who have a lot of relatives living nearby. On new year's day or the death anniversary, for example, my house is packed with about thirty people who are my extended family.
4 Do people often celebrate festivals with families?
Yes, I think they do. Normally, people are so occupied with work or study that they seldom have the time they want to spend quality time with their families. So most people will try to make up for this during festivals. If you attend a festival in Vietnam, such as Hung King Temple or Giong festival, you can see many parents holding their child’s hand or walking with their teenagers or adults.
