An essay on the role of journalists in society
We live in an era where news is spread in a blink of an eye, but the information has never been subjected to such changes and has not caused panic. Therefore, facing this situation, the main functions of a Journalist role in providing information and influencing opinion have to be reinforced.
Such sources as social media have changed the amount of information that journalists used to handle, and although this is a positive thing when used appropriately, it has increased the amount of hours they spend filtering the information and as a result they could feel tempted to be bias instead of setting out the facts accurately.
As citizens of the world we're all responsible for taking part on the decisions either locally or globally. We need profesionales that are well informed and take the time to back up their posture in politics, healthcare, social security,etc to make it easy for us to make up our minds in relevant areas.

Lego with my kids
During this Christmas, my sons and I played with new Lego, which were given by Father Santa.
The first toy is about chess of Harry Potter.
On the movie, the main characters play chess with magical chess pieces.
We can make the pieces with Lego.
The other toy is about the Sesame street which is a famous kid program.
Recently, we have watched the program for learning English.
Fortunately, my kids really like it even they don't understand the meanings.
We make the characters with Lego.
I always love to play with my kids, and it is a very important memont for me.

Jour 37 : Le privilège d'étudiant
Comme nous, les étudiants ont un emplois du temps plus libre que d'autre, on peut créer notre propre jour de repos et c'est donc pas nécéssaire d'être le weekend où il y a foule dans les rues. Alors on peut profiter d'un monde plus tranquille et même dépenser moins d'argent. Mais de l'autre côté, c'est très difficile de ressembler tout le monde pendant les jours de semaine, surtout quand quelques de mes amis d'enfant ont déjà commencé à travailler comme des adultes. Tant pis !

Busco un hablante nativo que quiera aprender italiano
Creo que mi nivel de español no está muy mal, pero tengo que reconocer que nunca he hablado español de manera regular. Por eso ahora busco un hablante nativo de español con el cual podría mejorar sobre todo mis habilidades de conversación y mi vocabulario. Estaría muy feliz de aprender español con él o ella y enseñarle un poco de italiano, mi idioma materno. Les stations françaises
J'ecoute plus souvent la radio française. Elle me permet de tenir informée grace au journal. J'apprends egalement un tas de choses sur les sujets de la culture,l'économique,la politique et la science. J'aime bien l'emission qui parle de les thèmes internationaux. Je peux aussi me distraire grâce aux programmes humoristiques et les chonsons françaises. Vous savez, les radio francaises doivent passer minimum 40% de chansons dont les auteurs sont francophones. La motie entre eux aussi doivent être nouveaux talents. C'est parceque la musique française reste dynamique.
Est-ce que vous pensez ecouter la radio est plus efficace pour amolierer le niveau de francaise. Je préfère ecouter la radio parce que j'ai besoins de comprendre l'oral des natifs. Et aussi comme je n'ai besoin que mes oreilles pour ecouter je peux faire autre choses en même temps.
Est-ce que vous pouvez me conseiller quelques émissions intéressantes?

Tapeuse d'épaules
Si vous pensez de ne pas obtenir suffisament de consécration pour vos efforts, je propose un voyage à Mettauertal en Suisse. C'est là où se trouve la première tapeuse d'épaules du monde. L'idée de développer un tel appareil vient du président de la commune qui est réputé de donner des compliments en disant "c'est bien fait, vas prendre la tapeuse d'épaules pour quinze minutes". Après avoir été demandé plusieurs fois où cette fameuse tapeuse se trouve, il en a construit une.
Aujourd'hui l'appareil se trouve dans une cabine téléphonique arrêtée par Swisscom depuis longtemps. Pour obtenir la consécration désirée, en choisit sur l'écran la prouesse qu'on a accompli. Ensuite, on est célébré avec des applaudissements et de la musique triomphale, après ça une photo est prise de l'héros pour la marquer sur la page internet de la tapeuse. A la fin, on obtient un bon d'achat valide dans les magasins de Mettauertal.
Cette invention est probablement bizarre pour les français mais elle l'est aussi pour les allemands. Il est vrai, par contre, que dans les pays allémaniques les gens louent très peu aux autres. Le proverbe dit que ne pas gronder est suffisament louer. Mais les psychologues remarquent que le feedback positif est très important pour l'âme humaine.

Christmas
Today is Christmas, and a few foreigners asked me if Chinese people celebrate this holiday.
I just briefly answered them, but I don't think I expressed myself well because my English speaking is not good.
So I want to write the answer down because I think my writing is better than my speaking.
A few years ago, Chinese people celebrated Christmas. Of course, I am referring to young people.
As far as I remember, every year when Christmas comes, those hotels, bars, malls will do a lot of work for Christmas.
They buy a lot of Christmas decorations, such as Christmas trees, stickers, gift bags, candies, and so on.
And on Christmas, they will choose a few of their staff to pretend to be Santa Claus to attract their customers' attention.
Of course, they will give a big discount on their products or services, and accompany them with many promotional activities.
So, during Christmas, young people will become too busy and excited, as well as tired. They go to bars, drink, and dance.
They are dating, hanging out with friends. It seems they want to make the fullest on Christmas.
Maybe around 2015, our government showed its attitude towards foreign holidays, especially Christmas.
It doesn't advocate Chinese people to celebrate foreign holidays instead of advocating that we Chinese should celebrate our traditional holidays, such as Mid-Autumn Festival and Spring Festival, and so on.
Since then, the Christmas atmosphere has gradually declined. Merchants no longer decorate and promote during Christmas, therefore, young people no longer take part in Christmas.
So if you are walking on the streets today in my city, you can't tell that it's Christmas from what you look at.
Anyway, in my opinion, holidays are just for young people and children. It's not for old people because old people seem not to care about this.

I went to my son's cram school today. I got on a train for the first time in a while. If you want to go to a national university in Japan, you need to take two entrance exams. He is going to take the first round of exams next month. He will take the private university exams in February. I talked to his teacher about these exams.

Writing Practice
I have lots of memories of my childhood, and it seems that I can only remember things that happened when I was a child. I can't remember things since I became an adult.
Now I'd like to talk about going to school.
The primary school and middle school that I studied in are all in my home town. The primary school is in another village which is about 1.5 kilometers away from my village.
I walked to school every day with my fellow children. We didn't have any transportation, we could only walk.
The roads back then were just natural dirt roads, and surrounded by fields.
Also, the roads would have unknown grass and flowers on them if few people walked on them.
We didn't hate the dirt roads and the long distance walking, we only hated the rainy days.
Because they were dirt roads, they were really hard to walk through. There would be lots of mud on our shoes, it made our feet really heavy.
Another tough situation was on snowy days. It made our walking harder.
Therefore, when rainy days and snowy days come, we will find a strong branch to scrape the mud from our shoes all the way along.
We also had a lot of fun during the journey of going to school or returning home. If we had enough time, we would chase each other for fun during the journey.
I still remember a kind of wild grass growing in the spring which can be eaten, so if it's in spring, the biggest fun during our journey was digging and eating it.
I don't know its English name, I found the photos of it online. I hope you guys can tell me what it is in English.

Sixth journal
My hubby asked me out to the Myeong-dong station right after i finished the work, texting me that it's a surprise date for Christmas eve. I hadn't seen it coming.
So, we went to Nam-san, where we hadn't been there since my hubby proposed me. The surprise date in Nam-san brought back a bit emotional memories.

To Eat in a Restaurant
It depends of which kind of restaurant will it be. If is a restaurant of mediterranean food, then a "paella" is very advisable. It is a single dish. In a chinesse restaurant, usually I order "rice four delights" and some vegetable dish. In a pizzeria I can order anything pizza less of pineapple. I don't like the taste of pineapple hot.

La casa de las flores
Mi debilidad de español es la comprensión oral. Necesito escuchar más español. Estoy viendo "La casa de las flores" en Netflix ahora. Esta serie de televisión es muy interesante y los personajes son hermosos. Creo que es el material perfecto para practicar porque no necesito usar mi cerebro para analizar la trama.

Jour 36 : La fête de Noël
Faire une fête pour Noël n'est pas la tradition de ma famille parce qu'on n'est pas Christian. Mais comme mon frère, ma sœur et moi sont grandis dans les écoles christaines, nous savons très bien l'histoire de Noël. En plus, Hong Kong était une fois la colonie Britannique, alors on est beaucoup influencés et il y a donc des décorations de Noël partout dans les rues, les centres de commerce, les écoles...... etc. C'est très festive !
Quand j'étais petite, je me demandais toujours pourquoi nous ne fassions pas la fête de Noël le 24 décembre. On affirme que c'est une activité familiale, mais chaque année, je dois me sortir et chercher l'atmosphère de Noël en dehors du cadre familiale.
En grandisant, j'ai commencé à comprendre : c'est parce que mes parents n'avaient pas ce genre de chose dans leur enfance, et c'est à nous, les jeunes pour leur apporter les goûts de Noël.
