Les copains
Des relations sont quelque chose que nous tous avons ou avaient. On peut avoir une relation avec notre famille, des copains ou des collegues au métier. Mais aujourd'hui je veux parler un peu de relations avec des copains. Oublier jamais que une relation ne doit pas être toxique. Par exemple tu as quatre amis mais un du quatre est très jaloux et essaye d'être un mieux copain que toi. Ca ne doit pas être comme ca. Si tu as une probleme avec un de ton copain parler avec lui ca peut aider.

Une question de grammaire
Aujourd'hui, je veux poser une question de grammaire. L'année dernière, mon mari n'a pas reçu un avis d'impôt pour la taxe d'habitation, alors qu'on résidait ici le premier janvier 2021. Dans ce cas-là, lequel convient plus pour illustrer cette situation ?
1) Il aurait dû recevoir un avis d'impôt.
2) il devait recevoir un avis d'impôt.

食べ物と本
こんにちは！
私の一番好きな食べ物が何かわかりません。たくさんの食べ物が好きですだから。果物の中で、私の一番好きな果物はパイナップルですと二番目はラズベリーですと思います。全部の酸っぱいの果物が好きですね。(^○^)
かなりすべて暖かい食べ物が好きです。和食の中で、寿司と味噌スップーが大好きだよ！毎回日本のレストランに食べ行きます、味噌スップーを注文しないといけない。
その他、この間、 « La passe miroir »というの二番目本を読み終わって、 « The Witcher »というの一番本を読み始めました。この本からはビデオゲームを作らされていました。三年前、このゲームで遊んでいました。たくさんのことをすることができます。
では、行かないといけない！

Quand je relis « Harry Potter » (je l’ai déjà lu une fois en anglais mais je suis en train de lire la version en français), je découvert que JK Rowling a bien arrangé tous les scènes, et tous les choses s’accordent, par exemple, le « Portaloin »est d’abord introduit comme un moyen de transporter un homme rapidement pour le Coupe du monde et il est ensuite utilisé dans la dernière partie de l’histoire pour emmener Harry à Voldemort. De plus, elle a laissé des traces pour indiquer le « vilain » mais comme il y a aussi d’autres suspects, on ignore toujours le vrai. Je crois qu’elle a écrit soigneusement pour avoir cet effet et c’est aussi la raison pour laquelle je lirais en une fois la fin de l’histoire pour savoir ce qui se passe. Je ne peux pas me résister de découvrir la vérité.

Today 2.3
Aujourd'hui, je suis très occupée. Je travaille à une université où je suis aussi une étudiante. Ce matin, je travaille à ma maison. À neuf heures, dix heures, et onze heures et demie j'ai des réunions de travail. Puis, je dois conduire à l'université et rencontrer avec une collégue et un vendeur. Puis, je dois aller à une conference avec mes comrades de classes. Suivant, j'ai deux plus réunions pour mon travail. À cinq heures, je vais rentrer chez moi. Je mangerai le dîner et ferai mes éxercises. Je suis un bénevole pour une charité, et à sept heures j'ai un réunion avec eux. Apres ce réunion, je peux relaxer!

La ville.
"Would you rather live in the city or the countryside?"
« Préfériez-vous vivre en ville, ou à la campagne? »
J'ai vécu a là campagne pendant la majeur partie de ma vie. Dans ma province, la campagne est essentiellement plate, il y a trop de neige en hiver, l'amplitude des température est extrême entre l'été et l'hiver, et il y a beaucoup terres agricole. C'est ennuyeux. Vous devez parcourir des centaines des kilometres pour atteindre une ville, sinon vous restez dans sa petit ville avec ses haute herbes et des voisin fouineurs. Pour certaine personnes, c'est génial. Ils aiment la lent vie. Pour autres, c'est horrible.
C'est pourquoi je préfère la ville. Il y a toujours quelque a chose à voir, ou à fair ou à manger. Il y a des possibilitiés, et des inspirations et le meilleur de tout, c'est que presque personne ne me connaît en ville. J'ai enfin une vie privée.

Taking Pictures
I really liked taking pictures, and I took more than 1,000 pictures a day in a college student.
I used to travel for taking pictures, not only oceans but also mountains.
But my company doesn't allow to bring a camera in the buildings due to security.
So I stopped bringing the camera, and I was upset for a month.
I found other hobbies such as reading books instead.
Nowadays, I bring the camera only when I go to abroad.

漫画を買うこと
数年前「はじめの一歩」というのアニメを見て一番好きなアニメになって来ました。1989年から週刊少年マガジンで掲載されてきて、1367章がありますが、第556章だけまでアニメ化されました。見終わった時から残っていた話を超知りたかったから、去年9月1巻から読み始めました。30年前に掲載されたからブックオフで100¥が買えて5冊買って他の本を読む間に1巻を読むようにしました。一ヶ月前からブックオフに行くと買いたい巻があっていません。近くブックオフに歩いて11巻はなかったが12巻－20巻あって、次の週末違うブックオフに行ってみて11巻はありましたが12巻－15巻がありませんでした。前のブックオフに戻って行って12巻ー14巻は本棚ではなくて売れたそうでした。

스파게티 알라 카르보나라
Spaghettis à la carbonara
- 재료 - Ingrédients
- (채식주의) 라돈이나 닭 200g de Lardons ou Lardons végétaux ou remplacer par du poulet
- 크렘 프레슈 20cl de crème fraîche (liquide, légère ou épaisse)
- 파스타 250g de Pâtes
- 달걀 2게 oeufs
- 강판 치즈 줌 2 poignées de fromage râpé
- 올리브기름 Huile d’olive
- 준비 - Préparation
후라이팬에 브라운까지 라돈이나 채식주의 라돈이나 닭을 굽으세요.
Dans une poêle, faites cuire les lardons (végétaux) ou le poulet jusqu’à ce qu’il dore.
동시에 파스타를 위한 물에 올리브기름을 덧붙이고 물을 끓으세요. 물이 끓을 때 효능서에 따르면 스파게티를 덧붙으세요.
En même temps, ajoutez de l’huile d’olive dans l’eau des pâtes et portez à ébullition. Quand l’eau boue, ajoutez les pâtes comme indiqué sur le paquet.
고기가 브라운 되면 크렘 프레슈를 덧붙으세요. 그리고 달걀 2게가 깨세요. 스크램블 에그처럼 만들 위해 크렘 프레슈와 라돈 달걀을 섞으주세요. 몇 분 후에 달걀이 굽으면 강판 치즈를 덧붙이고 썩으세요.
Lorsque la viande a doré, ajoutez la crème fraîche puis cassez les deux oeufs. Mélangez les avec les lardons et la crème fraîche comme pour en faire des oeufs brouillés. Quelques minutes plus tard, lorsque les oeufs ont cuit ajoutez le fromage râpé et mélangez.
흐라이팬에 파스타가 덧붙이고 다시 썩고 맛있게 드새요 ! ~~
Ajoutez les pâtes et remélangez. Bon appétit ! ~~
파스타를 붙지 않기 위해 파스타에 오리브기룸을 덧붙을 수도 있습니다.
Vous pouvez aussi ajouter un peu d’huile dans les pâtes pour évitez qu’elles ne collent.

Question: Le Gérondif versus Le Participe Présent
Participe Présent- acts as a verb tense or as an adjective, correct?

Example: "Le jouer, surprenant ces adversaires, se cache la balle"
->Is it a participe présent? If so:
•Does it act as a verb tense?
or,
•Does it act as an adjective?
-> If it IS a participe présent, how does it differ from the Gérondif in the following sentence:
"Le jouer, en surprenant ses adversaires, se cache la balle" ?
•Is it due to the cosmetic difference alone, that it is missing "en" (indicating the Gérondif form) before "surprenant"?

Grow as a Leader with Montessori Principles: Independence

This is the second part of a 6-part series on using the Montessori Principles to guide you as a Leader. Today we will discuss how to balance coaching with your delivery goals effectively. If you are often in a situation where you are trading long term team member growth with the short term delivery needs, keep reading.
As mentioned in the previous part, when reflecting on the phrase Help me to help myself:
" I find the contradiction of "help me" and "to help myself" quite pertinent for the ongoing tension between the leader's need to solve a problem (help me) and the equally vital need to enable the person that is directly affected by the problem to help himself."
For parents, this tension is real every day. My daughter is almost 3, and every day I think, "if I help her with her shoes and the coat, we will be out of the house in no time", and at the same time "hold it for a bit longer. Don't take away from her the opportunity to get better at those activities. Don't take away her agency". The world for parents is far from perfect, and it doesn't slow down because you have a little one, so I inevitably end up helping her at times.
I find the Montessori Approach very reassuring and without judgment. While we know that we need to get better as parents, we know that life is not perfect and that sometimes you need to compromise to get things moving. At the same time, sometimes a habit or laziness triggers controlling behaviours, so it's essential we keep an eye on it.
In a work environment, it's similar. On the one hand, your primary goal is to improve your company bottom line; on the other hand, you know that making your teams/teammates more independent is key for better performance. What we are often trading here is the short term delivery needs with the long term performance improvement of the team. Naturally, at times the first need to be prioritised over the second, but similarly to controlling behaviours while parenting as a leader, you need to watch out for behaviours that are just a function of old habits or "laziness" (you do what it's easier).
I'll give you an example. This week in a meeting with several stakeholders, I jumped in the conversation when I saw a struggle in coming up with a shared solution without letting my teammate handle the situation himself. I usually moderate those meetings, and I couldn't refrain myself; I took away an opportunity for growth from him. I'm well aware that the best way for my teammate to get better at handling stakeholders is to practice, especially if I'm there to listen and provide my perspective afterwards; instinctively, my concern for a quick resolution of the problem prevailed.
In the end, we want to be mindful about first standing back to observe before diving in to offer help. There will be times when help is needed, but there will also be situations when our teammates, given a little more time or a tiny nudge in the right direction, can overcome the challenge by themselves. What this fraction of space may give them is a feeling of agency: "I can do this by myself!"
Finally, the beauty of 3 years old children is that they cry and kick if you don't let them be independent. Unfortunately, adults don't do that. Commonly as adults, we land in one of the following behaviour (from best to worse in terms of growth):
* We acknowledge what happened and feedback later to the manager that we felt we were able to handle it ourselves
* We feel frustrated that an opportunity has been taken from us, but we keep it to ourselves
* We don't realise that something has been taken from us but deep inside, we feel a bit sadder
Your role as a leader is not only to be mindful about your behaviour to make sure you don't fall into old habits, but when you do, and your teammate doesn't give feedback on that, go back to them and apologise to have taken this opportunity from them.

マツコさんの知らない世界
時々「マツコさんの知らない世界」と言う番組を見ます。マツコさんとゲストは早く話すので、番組を見る時に、あまりわかりません。普通エピソードのトピックは食べ物です。昨日見たエピソードに多いゲストがいました。スペシャルのでした。その結果は3種類の食べ物が紹介されました。
おはぎはあんこだらけのご飯です。拳サイズそうです。
色々な蕎麦麺があることが知っていませんでした。一種類のはピーナツがするそうでした。
最終的にドライカレーは紹介されました。普通日本のカレーはソスっぽいです。そのわけでマツコさんが「カレーは飲み物」だと言いました。笑わせました。ドライカレーはあまりソスっぽくないです。
面白いエピソードでした。

Geld macht glücklich oder nicht?
Geld macht glücklich oder nicht?
Was mich betrifft bezüglich dieses Themas „Geld macht glücklich oder nicht?“, ich komme wirklich aus sehr armen Verhältnissen. Darum habe ich daraus eine realitätsnahe Ansicht: alles, was mich glücklich machen würde, benötigt Geld. Alles kostet Geld. Selbst eine gute Bildung zu gründen bei uns braucht Geld. Darüber hinaus vor allem wenn man so viel Geld hat, das man nicht mehr arbeiten muss. Man kann dann tun was man will und nicht was man muss. Zudem kann ich andere Dinge mit Geld glücklich machen und ihnen Wünsche erfüllen zum Beispiel Reisen...
Als ein Teenager hatte ich einen Teilzeitjob, um Geld für mein Schulgeld zu verdienen und meiner Mutter nicht zur Last zu fallen. Wenn ich Geld verdienen konnte, gewann ich den Eindruck, dass das Geld ein letzter Sinn nicht ist, sondern brauchen wir weiter im Leben eine Emotion. In den verschiedenen Lebensabschnitten erhalten die Werte eine etwas andere Gewichtung. Aber wenn ich Wert auf inneres Glück lege, kann ich, auch wenn ich arm bin, glücklicher sein als ein Milliardär. Die Einstellung unserer ganzen Gesellschaft ist, zu viel Wert auf den Wert der materiellen Dinge zu legen und den inneren Werten nicht genügend Aufmerksamkeit zu schenken. Daher hat Dalai Lama gesagt:“ Menschen, die allein nach materiellen Reichtum streben, kämpfen einen Kampf, der letztlich nur zu Leiden führt.“
Zum Schluss ist meine persönliche Meinung dazu, dass wir brauchen im Außen genug, um uns wohl zu fühlen. Das Hauptstreben sollte den inneren Reichtum dienen, weil wir nach dem Tod in die Hände mit uns nichts mitbringen können, nur unseren Karmas!

Das Glück ist wie ein Vogel
Gestern habe ich mir die erste Lektion im „Schritte Plus Neu B1“ Buch beigebracht. Der Titel „das Glück ist wie ein Vogel“ finde ich sehr spannend. Wenn ich schnell nur den Titel durchgelesen habe, sprangen aus dem Kopf viele Gedanken zwar an Glücksgefühle wie ein Vogel. Er hat seinen Flügeln im Himmel frei und glücklich zu fliegen. Er braucht fast weniger Bedingungen, Glück zu haben: woanders er fliegt mit ihm, den Flügeln zu bringen wie ein Schatz, ist dort auch sein Haus. Früher habe ich darüber nachgedacht, wie ich das Glück einfach wie ein Vogel hätte, ohne etwas im Leben, das ich brauche, um hoch, leicht und frei in den Himmel zu fliegen. Ein bedingungsloses Glück!
Aber leider geht es in dieser Lektion darum, dass es anders ist. Ein 35 jähriger Mann spielte jede Woche Lotto, zum Glück gewann er eine Million. Er war wirklich glücklich vor dem Gewinn, doch seine Geschichte ging noch weiter, einem Traum lief er hinterher, in dem eine Stimme immer wieder ihm sagte:“ willst du mehr? Viel mehr?“ Also er ging ins Spielcasino und warf sein Geld zum Fenster hinaus, bis er hatte nicht einmal Geld für ein Taxi und musste zu Fuß nach Hause gehen. Da das Glück ist wie ein Vogel: es kommt schnell und ist schnell wieder weg! Damit zu viel Mut tut selten gut!
Es wurden auch Lottogewinner erforscht, die ersten drei Monate oder so waren im Rausch. Der Lottogewinn löst zwar Glücksgefühle aus, aber ob dieses Glück von Dauer ist, bezweifele ich.
Also ja, zu wenig macht definitiv unglücklich oder sogar krank. Es ist der pure Stress, weil man ständig Sorgen und Druck hat. Sehr viel Geld macht allerdings nicht glücklicher, als wenn man kennt, sich genug damit zu fühlen.

最愛
今日の日記は昨日見てたドラマについて書きたいと思います。第一話しか見てないけど、最愛というドラマを見ようと思ってる人は多分この日記を読まない方がいいと思います。逆にもう見終わった人の感想も聞きたいし、その第一話に起きた出来事について勘違いをしているなら教えてください。
最愛の第一話は一時間以上で日本語字幕もなかったから分からないところがいくつかあった。いつも何かのセリフをよく聞き取れない時に日本語字幕を見るんだけど、残念ながらその選択肢もなかった。とにかく、面白かった。最初の方の舞台が白川郷だからびっくりした。有名な場所だけどドラマに出るとは思わなかった。実は私も二年前白川郷に行った。私が行った季節は冬だからそのドラマの季節とは反対だけど出た場面のいくつかを覚えてたから楽しかった。登場人物は確か高校三年生で東京の大学に行きたくてその大学の入試を受けた。彼女の弟の病気を治せる薬を作りたいらしい。でも、ある日渡辺さんという男が急に行方不明になった。その昨夜、リオは渡辺さんと一緒に寮で話したんだけど気が付いたらもう朝になってて布団で眠っていた。昨夜、渡辺さんと話したあと一体何があったか思い出せず、自分の腕に血痕があることに気づいた。リオのお父さんも遅く帰ってきて、泥だらけの靴を脱いだ。そして、結局渡辺さんの死体が見つかって殺されたみたい。あれを見て誰でもリオが犯人だと予想するけど、どんでん返しがあってもおかしくない。リオも入試に合格したから東京に引っ越した。で、十五年後、渡辺さんのお父さんも殺された。でも、なぜか、その遺体にあるものを探したら財布などだけではなく小さい手紙も見つけた。リオが好きな人からもらった手紙だった。それに気づいたのは勿論その手紙を渡した本人だった。結局、刑事になった彼はリオが犯人である可能性がある事を知ってから十五年ぶりに会いに行った。

1. La caída de California
Hoy el presidente de Estados Unidos ha anunciado en su discurso al Congreso que el ejército estadounidense "va a evacuar los campamentos de refugiados restantes y salir de California dentro de tres meses". En su discurso, el presidente expresaba sus condolencias a las familias afectadas por la guerra y declaró que "[van] a fortificar a los estados que comparten una frontera con California" y que "no caerá el oeste". Los nuevos informas compartidos...
2. La destrucción de Mindanao
El gobierno de la república de Mindanao cayó hoy contra las turbas de los muertos. La capital del país, la ciudad de Davao, se evacuó hace dos meses, salvo la gente necesaria, como enfermeros, doctores y soldados. No obstante, ayer casi toda la ciudad había sido tomada por los muertos, y los últimos vuelos de evacuación salieron. El paradero de la presidente aún no se sabe...
3. Los muertos han llegado a Perú
A las tres de la mañana las autoridades por toda la costa de Perú empezaron a recibir informes sobre cadáveres en el mar. El gobierno respondió de inmediato y todos los ciudadanos han sido mandando a alejarse de la costa y ir a campamentos de cuarentena en las montañas y el desierto. No se sabe ahora...
