Mrs Groynes entered the room, still pointing the gun at Constable Twitten. She gestured at him to sit down, and so he did. In such dangerous situation, any good policeman would sharpen all their senses to make it out alive. However, Twitten fell into his own category. He was a reflective man who greatly valued logical reasoning and expected others to do it as well. That’s why he was eager* to explain Mrs Groynes how he had worked out that she was not only Crystal’s murderer but also a criminal mastermind. Mrs Groynes had always found Twitten amusing, so she didn’t see any harm in letting him boast about his investigative skills. She’d be ready to correct him if he’d got** something wrong. Twitten started by saying that at first there were minor details that had struck him as odd. For example, she certainly didn’t speak as any woman her age and social class would do. Then, she happened to be around crime scenes just in time to “witness” the crimes or to provide first assistance. What probably had given her away most was when she tried to talk him out of looking into the “Aldersgate Stick-up” angle. Only when he connected it all together, he was able to see the whole picture.
*Would it be better to use one of the following: “itching” and “craving”? Instead of “eager”? He really wanted to explain it.
**”Got” is the British spelling of “gotten”.

How to improve navigation in our website
Introduction
Our company is extremely dependent on a good website, as most of our sales are done via online. Moreover, we are specialised at selling technological products, so it is needed an urgent change in website's structure.
Problems using the website
There are two main issues that people are complaining about: the page lacks a clear structure and there are too many ads, which often hide menus and picture of our products.
As regards the first problem, potential customers have difficulties to find the kind of product that they want, because of misleading menus, as well as a wrong indexation of the product in the correct category. For example, one of our clients complaints about finding a laptop in the gaming field.
As to the second issue, there is no need to having such a number of ads in our site, especially considering both the drop in client that we are actually suffering, and low incomes coming from ads.
Suggestions to improve the website
In order to avoid clients to get lost in our page, we need to reprogramme it, looking for any wrong indexation or related mistake coming from the html source code. It means hiring a good technical programmer, unlike the last time. The main investment in this company should be focused on making a good impression to the customer by means of our page.
Regarding advertising, incomes from this are pretty low, so why should we keep on this way? The best solution would be remove it all, since our main input comes from clients not ads.
If these suggestions are taken in place it will be able for us to turn the situation around for the better.

She quit the job.
She quit the job. She had worked on the eco environment scene. She had a PhD degree and educated people. I bought a cake and visited her. Her family welcomed me warmly.
Actually, she had suffered from her work. Her workplace was a big governmental institution. Maybe you heard of the bureaucracy. It was what it was. The mean supervisors who wasn't understandable. Too high a goal that pressed the employees. However they were envious of each others rather than loved each others. There were even hysterical manners that many employees cheated their performance reports.
She had been against them. She had fought for a long time. She was a bit principled and didn't compromise easily.
She said she was delighted to quit her job. And she said she'll never go back to there again.
A little while ago, she and her husband had not get along well. But today, they seemed to get along well and be in good mood. I hope this change would give good impact to her and her family.

Déluge de neige
La printemps vient au Minnesota - ou « MinneSNOWta » comme nous aimons à appeler cet, se référant à les quantités absurdes de neige (Anglais: "Snow") nous avons tous an. Maintenant nous commençons à expérience des températures plus chaudes, mais ne vous y trompez pas! Il y aura au moins un de plus déluge de neige en Avril ou Mai avant du l'été arrive pleinement.

The Spring
Yesterday afternoon we had a rain with hail. The storm was short and heavy, and only lasted for fifteen minutes. Later, we could enjoy of a nice and sunny afternoon. Today is Friday and we have a very nice sun but with a strong wind. The temperature is coolder than usual, but for me, this weather is fantastic. The Spring is here.

What made your cry ever?
To be honest, I cried many times in my life, Something makes me feel impressive is I used to cry alone and quiet in the bathroom because I am worse than other teammates in the grade of sports area as an athlete.
I feel that whatever how I am working hard, I am still the bad one on the team， especially I always get injured when my body is getting better obviously. That is like a rule that I can‘t break in my sports career.
I think you guys know how hard and bitter for being one of the bad grade guys.
Finally， I chose to study abroad and choose the other way to go on my life. I have to accept the fact I can‘t be one of the best sports player in the world. It is very sad and reality. But we have to go on after crying.

1 avril 2022 - I’imagination
Il y a un idiome chinois qui dit : « ne fait pas le rêve pendant la journée. », ce qui signifie : ne pas imaginer les choses inutiles ou impossibles. Oui, c’est important de ne pas penser trop du passé et du futur et se focaliser dans le présent mais en fait quand on imagine les événements qui pourraient passer à l’avenir, on pourrais se préparer mentalement. D’autre point de vue, on pourrais le voir comme de simulation. De plus, c’est bon pour des enfants d’avoir plus de l’imagination parce que ça entraîne l’hémisphère droit.
Cependant, je pense que si on passe trop de temps dans les choses imaginaires, on prendrais l’énergie pour le présent, et que si on mélange les réelles et les imaginaires, on prendrais la raison pour juger. Donc, c’est bien d’imaginer un peu mais pas trop.

What would you convince to take public transportation?
Before I start, please feel free to correct my sentences in terms of stylistic :) .
This entry will cover up my and mine friends experience’s about public transportation in Germany.
I am using public transport often, for example when I go to colleague or go shopping. I feel more comfortable when I don’t have to drive, because for me driving is an activity which needs a lot of attention, especially in the city.
This is the main reason why I am taking 40 minutes more time into account, compared to driving, when I go to school.
The time is a big disadvantage, even though it can be used in public transit for learning, surfing or in short, to relax. This was a factor for my former boss and my workmate to not take the bus. My boss would need 1h30 for a 20 min car ride. Another minus is the ticket cost, which decreased drastically after the subventions from the state. In addition, the fuel prices hindered people to take the car.
What is your opinion on this? And in terms of my English skills, please feel free to make suggestions aswell, maybe in terms of grammar.

My lockdown life on campus
It has been seventeen days since I was informed that my college was to carry out closed-off management.
I wonder if it's because I haven't been able to be outdoors for so long that I've grown so unsensitive to change in time that I can hardly distinguish yesterday from the day before yesterday.
It was just like a long dream. However, when I'm awake, I can barely remember what actually happened in the past two weeks.

New notebooks
I finally get a new notebook for writing journals in the morning.
Moreover, I bought two more notebooks that one is for my schedule and the other is for my idea.
Someone distinguishes them as a journal, a scheduler and a planner.
I haven't used a scheduler and a planner rightly, so now it is time to use them in earnest.
I hope I can enjoy good time with the notebooks.

ein Lied
Wer mag nicht Musik?
Ich könnte weniger Menschen, die hören keine Musik. Die Lieder erlauben über vielen Thema zu sprechen(zum Beispiel Die Liebe, die Natur oder die Gefühlten). Ich möchte heute über Gentleman reden. Er ist ein deutsch berühmte Sänger, der hat vielen Liedern schreiben.
Ich habe ihr mit Garten, das ein reggae Lied ist, entdeckt. Als die erste mal ich diese Musik gehört habe, verstand keine Wörter. Aber dieses Lied war so mitreißend,dass ich möchte schon es . Dann habe ich der text übergesetzt und das war die Entdeckung ! Ich liebe Natur : Radfahren fahren, spazieren gehen. Und indem, gefälle ich Frei, wie das Lied sagt. Ich will auch das Leben nur umarmen. Mein Leben, wie die Welt von Heute, ist zu schnell,und ich brauche Zeit. Für mich, das ist ein Zeichen um ein Leben mehr still in einem bessere Welt zu leben. Und manchmal, sollen wir die Leute reden lassen.

About earlier last month, the Covid situation in China started to get worse, especially in Changchun, Tianjin and Shanghai.
Later, Shanghai became the worst. I think that was because Shanghai has a large population.
At that time, we felt very lucky because we didn't have a single infected case.
At the end of last month, the first confirmed infection was reported in our city. The case is in Santa town, Yingzhou District.
Then Yingshang County reported that an infected case was found, and then a confirmed case was also found in Taihe county. These two counties both belong to Fuyang.
But these past two days, the infected cases have grown rapidly.
As of today, Yingshang County has 18 cases, Yingzhou District has 3 cases and Taihe county has 1 case. Among them, the majority of cases in Yingshang County are in Xieqiao coal mine. Fortunately, the majority of cases are asymptomatic cases.
It's worth mentioning that most of them returned from Shanghai, which shows how serious the epidemic situation in Shanghai is.

My name is Isaac and I am 30 years old, I recently came to this town to do a master's degree. I have been mixing work in catering and stydies since I was 18 years old, which was really easy to me due to the fact all my closest relatives have always working in the familiar business. For that reason, though I have not often had a job in a bar, it is a work environment where I am familiar with all kinds of issues that involve, from cooking to serving customers as a waiter, though I have been working mainly on the last one.
As regards the work schedule, it is perfect for me, because I am actually really busy with my Master Thesis and I need some extra cash for daily life expenses. It does not matter how overcrowded the bar is at these hours because I am used to serve people at weddings, communions and baptism. Besides, I used to have part-time jobs as a bartender while I was stuying my degree, so I really know how to deal with stress and overexcited customers late at night.
As for me, I consider myself a rigorous, patient and tidy person, which are general skills that come from my experience in this sort of business. Like everyone I have weakness, such as being very talkative, but these do not interfere in my professional life; in fact that could be an advantage in a bar, whenever it is understood where you are.

Dans la fiction fantasy(fantastique) on entend beaucoup de fois des forces éléments. Typiquement ils s'agissent de l'air, du feu, de l'eau et du vent(de l'air). Je l'impression que la majorité des gens pensent que l'air est l'élément plus faible. Donc j'ai decidé à defendre cet élément. Il y a beaucoup de choses que on peut faire si on avait la possibilité de contrôler le vent. Au premier c'est une source d'énergie infinite. Avec un éolienne et en peu de vent ça marche. ¿Cómo usas las correcciones para estudiar?
Querido diario.
Encontré este sito de web seis meses antes y pienso que es una comunidad fantástica para aprender español. Una función muy útil es la habilidad para dar correcciones para cada post. Cuando estudio, uso las correcciones para repasa gramática y algunas frases o para aprender palabras nuevas con tarjetas. Es difícil para escribir en un idioma nueva y creo que es muy importante que escriba cada día para mejorar y sentía más confianza escribiendo. Es por eso razón que voy a escribir un montón este año. どうして外国語を勉強していますか？
この間、私は先生からいい質問をされました。先生は「どうして日本語を勉強し始めましたか」と聞きました。簡単な質問だったにしても、実は私の日本語の勉強の元々の理由はなんとなく忘れていました。それは本当におかしいですよね？
もちろん、日本の文化にずっと興味があっても、元々の理由じゃないと思います。日本のゲームをしたり、アニメを見たり、漫画を読んだり、日本の音楽を聞いたりするのも好きです。その上、私にとって日本の歴史は魅力的です。あたりまえ、和食もめちゃおいしいと思います。しかし、その中でどっちが元々の理由かわかりません。
私は子供の時以来、言語が面白いと思っていました。そういえば、実はこの興味が元々の理由だと思います。確かに既述の理由は勉強し始めたあとで来たと思います。始めた時、日本語は最も難しそうだし、美しそうだし、英語と比べて最も違うし、なので選びました。始めて以来、学べば学ぶほど、日本語は人生にとって大切なことだという理由を見つけます。私は日本語からたくさん素晴らしい経験をしたので、もっと上手になるのを楽しみにしています。

My current office is in an office building on the fifteenth floor in the east part of the building.
It covers an area of about 230 square meters with six single rooms, one living room and a meeting room.
One of the single rooms in the northwest corner is a little bigger than the other five, which is shared by three people while the other five rooms are both shared by two people in each room.
Because the five rooms are all in the east part of the building, they are very bright, so every morning when we enter the offices we always have a mood like the sunshine.
My office is at the southeast end of our office. Compared with the other four offices in the north, I have an extra window in the south wall, so it is brighter than others.
I share this room with my leader because I am the vice leader.
Compared with my former department, the only thing that doesn't satisfy me well is that l can't occupy one single room.
I was the leader of my former department which covers an area of 13340 square meters. We had many offices there, so I could occupy one single room.
But in 2020, my former department was merged into my current department.
Occupying a single room is very beneficial for me because I am learning English and I can learn at anytime, but now I can’t.

Ce que je commanderais dans un restaurant inconnu.
Je suis une personne d'habitude donc si j'allais au restaurant inconnu, je commanderais quelque chose familier ou quelque chose assez basique comme les pâtes ou la pizza. Aussi, j'ai beaucoup d'allergies alors je ne peux pas être trop d'adventureuse. Mais définitivement je commanderais jus de pomme - j'ai un peu d'une obsession avec elle.

Langcorrectors, I'm back
Today I have been organizing my schedule for April. A thing I really want to do again is writing English entries in this page. It has been a long time since I wrote something here. But it is better late than never.
Improving my writing through extensive practice is my objective right now, along with writing my thesis. I am seriously thinking about writing it in English, that is something I would like better than presenting it in my native language. It can be a difficult task, but the findings I managed to obtain are worth of being read by others in a more "international" language.
