Me levantaría por la mañana y desayunar en un trozo de pan con tomate. Antes, montaría en bici por lado del río que está en el bosque cerca de mi casa. Al volver a casa, quedaría con mi novio para ir a la playa y pasaríamos la tarde nadando en el mar y comiendo helado. 7. What technology do you use at work/when you study?
I use a variety of applications for work. As I am currently working from home, I use Facebook and Google Mail to communicate with coworkers and customers and Zoom for team meetings. I also use many components of Microsoft Office, such as Word for creating promotional letters and invoices and PowerPoint for presentations, like every other office worker.
When I was studying at university, my laptop was essential. Instead of having physical notebooks and textbooks cluttering my workspace, I downloaded necessary materials in PDF form. For note-taking, I relied on Google Docs and Microsoft Word. I also used my laptop to take online classes through Skype. I wish I could use Zoom though, as it is more convenient, but it did not exist yet at that time.
8. What was your first day at school like?
I cannot recall any memories about my initial day at school, as it happened such a long time ago. However, I guess that I was like any other child, feeling anxious and scared, crying and yelling for my parents, and wondering why they left me alone with strangers. I can only imagine how difficult it must be for elementary school teachers to handle first-time students who are scared and emotional. It must be a real challenge.
I suppose that I must have acted like many other children on their first day, experiencing a sense of panic, bursting into tears, and shouting for their parents while questioning why they had left them alone with strangers. It is a true test of their patience and teaching abilities.
9. How much time do you spend studying every day?
During my university years, I was not particularly a diligent learner. I used to procrastinate my studies until a week before the exams, and I only spent around two to three hours revising each subject. That is why I got a mediocre performance at my university.
10. Does your major/study live up to your expectations?
Unfortunately, no. Most of my classes focused on too much on theoretical concepts that were not transferable to the workplace. When I started my first job, I had to be trained from the ground up on tasks, and the things I had learned in my major were of no help. I wish there were classes that could teach me practical knowledge and skills that would be applicable in the professional setting.

L'angoisse
L'angoisse est naturelle. Ce n'est rien de que l'on devrait avoir honte. Cependant c'est quand même enervant quand on essaye de se calmer mais notre corps s'en fiche de notre serveau. C'est-à-dire par exemple quand on sait qu'une situation n'est pas aussi grave qu'elle semble mais on se sent paniquer pourtant. Est-ce qu'il y a une particulière raison pour ça. J'imagine que c'est une habtitude qui passera lorsque l'on y subit plusieurs fois.

Rich countries are getting richer while poor countries are getting poorer. What is the cause of this? What could be done to solve this problem?
Economic inequality between wealthier and less affluent countries is on the rise. While several factors contribute to this issue, there are solutions that less affluent countries can employ to mitigate it.
The widening wealth gap can be attributed to disparities in innovation and technology, coupled with unequal trade relationships. Wealthier nations tend to heavily invest in research and development (R&D). This, in turn, leads to the creation of cutting-edge industries and increased productivity, enabling them to offer high-quality products at competitive prices. They also often expand their operations into poorer countries to take advantage of cheaper raw materials and labor, further lowering production costs. These abilities enable them to dominate global trade and accumulate more wealth. Conversely, due to limited access to advanced technologies and insufficient investments in R&D, poorer countries struggle to keep up with the pace of technological advancements and compete in the global market. Moreover, they often rely heavily on exporting raw materials or goods with narrower profit margins and face unfavorable trade conditions such as strict trade barriers and high tariffs. These conditions make it challenging for them co compete in the global market, hindering economic progress and potentially exacerbating poverty.
However, strategies can be implemented to address these problems. Firstly, less affluent countries should collaborate with each other during trade negotiations to strengthen their bargaining power. By this, they can strive for more favorable trade terms like reduced tariffs and better market access, ensuring beneficial outcomes from international trade. One successful example of such collaboration is the Pacific Alliance, where member countries, including Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru, have negotiated free trade agreements with countries like Australia, Canada, and Singapore through joint efforts. Secondly, governments in poorer nations can drive the development of new or improved products and services and, therefore, enhance their competitiveness in the global market race through supporting businesses engaged in R&D activities. This support can include financial incentives such as grants, low-interest loans, and tax incentives, along with mentorship programs and intellectual property protection. For example, Singapore has stimulated its innovation by offering substantial tax incentives to companies investing in R&D activities.
Innovation and technology disparities, combined with unequal trade relationships, have significantly widened the imbalance in wealth between impoverished and wealthier nations. However underprivileged countries can bridge this gap by supporting R&D activities within their borders and collaborating with other developing nations during trade negotiations.

Une nouvelle langue cet été
Je n'ai pas commencé à étudier une nouvelle langue cet été, mais je pense que je suis devenue plus motivée pour étudier la même langue cet été. J'étudie le français depuis quelques années, mais je n'étais pas très réguliere donc je n'ai pas vu beaucoup de progrès. Cependant, cet été, je consacre au moins une heure chaque jour à apprendre le français.

La chaleur d'été
Je pense que la chaleur d'été me motive à étudier ma langue cible parce qu'elle me donne une raison de m'allonger au soleil. Parfois, je me sens mal de m'allonger au soleil et de ne rien faire ... cependant, si j'étudie ma langue cible en étant allongée au soleil, je suis à la fois productive et à l'aise. :)

Un langue etrangere
Bonjour ! J'apprends la langue française ... elle n'est pas étrangère dans mon pays, parce que c'est l'une de nos langues nationales (au Canada, c'est l'anglais et le français). Cependant, je souhaite apprendre cette langue parce que je souhaite devenir enseignante depuis mon enfance. Lorsque j'étais au lycée et que je choisissais mon programme universitaire, il y avait un surplus d'enseignants, donc c'était difficile de trouver un emploi dans le domaine. Cependant, il y avait une pénurie de professeurs de français. J'ai donc décidé d'apprendre la langue et de devenir professeur de français. J'ai déjà terminé mon baccalauréat ès arts et je retourne maintenant à l'université pour « teachers college ». Bien sûr, il est important que je continue à apprendre cette langue et que j'essaie de la parler couramment avant d'obtenir cette licence. J'ai fait du bon travail au premier cycle, j'ai même figuré plusieurs fois sur la liste d'honneur du principal d’éducation. Cependant, j’ai encore du mal à parler couramment la langue. Mais je vais continuer d'essayer !

My Wife
After I was transferred to my hometown, Fuyang, a coworker introduced a woman to me. She was a nurse at a traditional Chinese hospital.
A few months later, we felt like we were the right one for each other, so we planned to get married.
According to Chinese tradition, after a woman decides to marry a man, the man should visit the woman’s family.
When a man visits his parents-in-law, he is supposed to bringing gifts . One of the indispensable gifts is Chinese liquor.
Back then, the best Chinese liquor people considered in my area was 古井贡酒, which was said to be given to emperors once in Chinese history.
The 古井贡酒 was very expensive. My wife knew that I was not able to afford it. She said, don’t worry, I can take two bottles of it from my family to you. I was shocked and said, it is not good.
She still stuck to her idea. She said, no worries, my parents won’t know. They never count how many liquors they have.
She immediately took two bottles of that liquor to me. Then I bought two chickens, fruits and candies and visited her family.
Among those gifts, the liquors were the most expensive ones. Up to now, I still feel grateful to my wife. She didn’t embarrass me, but helped me.

Mivel én is szakma szerint angoltanár vagyok, én is lassan újra kezdtem tanítani az angolt, de nem leltem sok örömet benne. Valahogy már ahhoz voltam szokva, hogy az anyanyelmemet tanítsam, és ezt szívvel-lélekkel is csináltam. Az angolt csak kényszerből tanįtottam. Az elején még szerettem, de egyre nehezebbnek esett, hogy megfeleljek ennek a kihívásnak, azonban már nem volt más választásom. Mindenki angolt akart tanulni.
A végén átmentem egy állami iskolákba, ahol nemettanárt kerestek. Alacsonyabb volt a fizetésem, de nem bántam. Most tb-kártyám és adokártyám is lett. De itt is angolt kellett tanítanom, az elején főleg az esti tagozaton. Itt főleg magyarul beszéltem a tanárokkal. A nyelviskolában sok volt az anyanyelvű, és azért ott sokszor németül vagy angolul is beszélgettünk. Az volt az előnye az új iskolának, hogy most gyorsabban tanultam magyarul.

overpopulation
I think overpopulation is not a problem. It is a consequence of other problems.
United Nations has written, “The population of sub-Saharan Africa is projected to double by 2050 (99% increase). Regions that may experience lower rates of population growth between 2019 and 2050 include Oceania excluding Australia/New Zealand (56%), Northern Africa and Western Asia (46%), Australia/New Zealand (28%), Central and Southern Asia (25%), Latin America and the Caribbean (18%), Eastern and South-Eastern Asia (3%), and Europe and Northern America (2%)”.
Let’s notice that the most increasing of population in poor countries with low quality of life, low level of education. Increasing of population in developed countries is very low. Developing of African and Asian countries will allow to decrease rate of population growth.
We still have a large amount earth with a low density of population. Problem is overpopulation of certain of piece of earth, big cities so New York, Paris, Moscow, Hong Kong, cities in Japan. Many of them go to work in these cities because they can't do it in their hometown.
We need to develop all countries and aim not to have cities, where business, money and power are concentrated.

Im Internet einkaufen.
"Einkaufen im Internet" ist ein interessantes Thema, über welches heutzutage oft diskutiert wird. Ich stimme Kinans Meinung zu. Heutzutage wird das Internet in jedem Bereich der Gesellschaft immer wichtiger, so z. B. in der Bildung, im Spiel- und Freizeitbereich, bei der Arbeit und am meisten beim Einkaufen. Das Einkaufen im Internet ist einfacher und bequemer. Man muss nicht viel Zeit aufwenden und – sofern man normalerweise mit dem Auto zum Einkaufen fahren würde – kein Geld für Benzin und vielleicht für den Parkplatz bezahlen. Ich gebe zu, dass das Produkt vielleicht erst nach 30 Tagen geliefert wird, dass die Ware vielleicht schlecht ist oder dass sogar eine ganz andere Ware geliefert werden könnte. Hier empfiehlt es sich, lieber bei bekannten und bewährten Firmen bzw. Websites
einzukaufen.
Ich finde, dass das Einkaufen im Internet sehr praktisch ist und es viele Möglichkeiten gibt, aus denen man auswählen kann.

Espoo
I live in Espoo, Finland. In my opinion Espoo is clean city. First of all there are waste sorting near each house. It is really easy and doesn’t require a lot of effort from people. The second one is alternative energy. Finland uses nuclear plants and electricity generation from biomass, hydro and wind power. Finland will become less and less reliance on fossil fuels each year. For example all electricity in our apartment is given from wind power. The third one is electrical cars. It is really popular type of car in Finland. And the last one is forests. There are a lot of forest and parks, which help to improve good quality of air and environment.
Of course there are many points, where should be improved. Fossil fuels are still being consumed. But amount of them decreases each year.

E-Mail über einen Ausflug schreiben.
Liebe Lara,
wie geht's dir? Hoffentlich geht's dir gut. Ich schreibe dir diese E-Mail, um dir von meinem Ausflug zu erzählen.
Am letzten Wochenende sind meine Familie und ich nach Homs mit dem Bus gefahren. Homs ist eine fantastische Stadt mit vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten und hat eine wunderbare Altstadt.
Das Wetter war sehr schöne. Wir haben Homs Hauptmuseum besichtigt und haben unseren alten Freund Kinan besucht. Wir haben uns unterhalten, getrunken, getanzt und in dem Garten gegrillt.
Zum Glück habe ich meine Kamera mitgenommen.
Dieser Ausflug hat mir besonders gefallen, weil es dort mich wie Heimat gefühlt hat. Die Leute sind sehr nett und das Essen geschmeckt sehr gut. Deshalb werde ich Homs wieder und wieder besuchen.
Nächstes Wochenende gehen meine Familie und ich ins Kino, um Oppenheimer anzuschauen.

Lunedì
Mi sono svegliata un po' più tardi del solito. Stanotte faceva caldissimo, quindi ho dormito male. Non vedo l'ora che arrivi autunno! Non mi piace il caldo per nulla, mi piace più tremare dal freddo che morire di caldo.
Venerdì è passato velocemente - è stato il giorno in cui ho dovuto spiegare a qualcuno cose riguardo al lavoro.
Sono abituata al tempo che passa in fretto, quindi mi sentivo rilassata quando ho finito il turno.
Sabato e domenica ho giocato molto a Pokemon Go - ho camminato per oltre 6 ore in totale e ho fatto più di 30000 passi questo weekend.
Non volevo uscire di nuovo oggi, ma mi sono abituata a camminare molto. Fra poco mangerò qualcosa e uscirò a fare una breve passeggiata.
Dopo esser ritornata, mi allenerò un po' con la Switch.
Ho già studiato un po' d'italiano e ho fatto le pulizie - preferisco fare tutti i compiti entro il pranzo. La ragione per cui faccio questo è perché mi rilasso sempre dopo aver finito tutto ciò che dovevo fare.

L'enjeux de crypto-monnaie

D'ailleurs, les autorités n'ont pas le pouvoir de savoir où l'argent est envoyé car le registre qui est responsable d'enregistrer tous les transactions, ne requiert pas les utilisateurs de révéler leur identité.
Selon un rapport de Chainalysis, les transactions illégales répresent 1% du total de l'activité des cryptomonnaies en 2020. Certaines sites comme Hydra, aide les pirateurs à revendre des bitcoins anonymement.
Et grâce à la transparence du réseau, comme Coinbase, qui demandent maintenant aux utilisateurs de révéler leurs identités avant d'effectuer des transactions. Les gouvernements de tous les pays commencent à rendre des mesures de cybersécurité obligatoires et réglementer l'industrie des crypto-monnaies.

It is common practice for some students to take a gap year between high school and university in order to do charitable work abroad in an underdeveloped countries. What are the advantages and disadvantages for young people of doing volunteer work?
Some high school graduates choose to do volunteer work abroad in underdeveloped countries before enrolling in university. This choice can present both advantages and disadvantages for them.
Volunteering abroad can offer numerous advantages for high school graduates. It often necessitates them to make decisions, both independently and as part of a team. One example is deciding how to distribute limited resources fairly and efficiently. These decisions hold tangible consequences for the individuals and communities they assist. This prompts them to think critically, carefully analyze issues, and assess the potential impacts in order to make informed choices. This process sharpens their decision-making and critical thinking abilities, empowering them to tackle intricate challenges they may face in various facets of their lives with greater proficiency. Volunteering overseas can also help them develop skills and qualities that are increasingly important in today’s globalized world. In particular, they can hone their cross-cultural communication skills through frequent interaction with people from diverse backgrounds. They can also develop cultural sensitivity, empathy, and adaptability. This is because, to provide meaningful assistance, they need to gain a deeper understanding of the needs and perspectives of the local community they aim to help and adjust their behaviors and expectations to align with this community’s cultural norms.
However, such an experience can also pose several challenges. After a year away from structured learning, high school graduates may experience a decline in their academic proficiency. They may also struggle to adjust to the demanding nature of higher education, especially if they have become accustomed to a more relaxed or experiential lifestyle during their volunteering period. These problems can have a negative impact on their academic performance. Additionally, being separated from their families can lead high school graduates becoming homesick. Difficulties in communication and relationship-building due to language barriers can make them feel isolated and lonely. They can also be overwhelmed by the abrupt shift in customs, values, language, and daily routines, feeling disorientation and anxiety. As a result, their mental health suffer.
In conclusion, taking a gap year between high school and university for overseas volunteering can foster the growth of decision-making, critical thinking, cross-cultural communication skills, as well as cultural sensitivity, empathy, and adaptability. However, it can also have adverse effects on emotional well-being and academic performance.
