Myth of Ekho and Narcissus
You have probably heard the words "echo" and "narcissist," they both come from characters in Greek mythology, Ekho and Narcissus.
If you see someone who puts themselves first or has a strong sense of self-importance, you may call them narcissistic.
When you stand in front of a mountain and shout, you hear the reflection of your voice, that is an echo.
There is an interesting myth behind these words and you are about to hear it.
Ekho was an Oread or mountain nymph who resided on Mount Cithaeron, the mount of destiny.
Zeus was attracted to nymphs and often visited them for ... carnal relations.
Hera, Zeus' wife, was suspicious of what her husband was up to with all these nymphs, and followed him one day to spy on him.
Zeus ordered Echo to distract Hera by engaging her in a long conversation (which gave Zeus the opportunity to escape back home to Mount Olympus).
Echo did so, but when Hera found out that she had been protecting Zeus, she punished Echo by depriving her of all speech of her own:
From now on, Echo could only repeat the words of others.
Sometime after being cursed, a young man named Narcissus came near the mountain with his friends. Narcissus was a beautiful young man. She immediately fell in love with him, so she followed him quietly. The more she looked at the young man, the more she longed for him. Although she wished with all her heart to call Narcissus, Hera's curse kept her from doing so.
During the hunt, Narcissus was separated from his companions and called out, "Is someone there?" and heard the nymph repeat his words. Frightened Narcissus answered the voice, "Come here," again nymph answered him the same. When Narcissus saw that no one had emerged from the woods, he concluded that the owner of the voice must be running away from him and called out again "This way, we must come together." Ekho took this as a reciprocation of her love and ecstatically agreed, "We must come together!"
In her joy, Echo rushed to Narcissus, ready to throw her arms around her beloved Narcissus, however, He was appalled and spurning her, exclaimed, "Hands off! May I die before you enjoy my body. All Echo could say in reply was, 'Enjoy my body,' and having done so she fled, scorned, humiliated and ashamed.
Despite the harshness of his rejection, Echo's love for Narcissus only grew. Poor Echo. She never stopped loving him.
Narcissus did not care. He was too obsessed with himself.
One day, tired of hunting, he stopped to drink at a clear, pristine pond to drink. As he leaned over, he saw the reflection of a beautiful young man and was filled with desire.
As he leaned forward with his lips pursed, the one he loved raised his lips to him. When Narcissus smiled, he smiled. When Narcissus cried, he cried. And when Narcissus tried to embrace him, by dipping his arms in the water, the reflection broke apart.
Finally Narcissus realized that he was burning with love for no one but himself, but he still could not tear himself away. He cried and tore his clothes and beat his bare chest. He knew he was growing weak, and yet he remained at the edge of the pool with his beloved reflection, waiting for death.
Echo watched him the whole time. When Narcissus looked into the pond one last time and said, "Oh marvellous boy, I have loved you in vain, farewell," Echo also cried out in chorus, "Farewell."
After his death, the inhabitants of the House of Shadows left his body as they prepared his funeral pyre. When they returned, he was gone, leaving in his place a flower which named after him narcissus flower or adaffodil .
Echo mourned him,and eventually she too began to waste away. Her beauty faded, her skin shriveled, and her bones turned to stone. Today, all that is left of Echo is the sound of her voice.
If you go up a mountain now and shout anything, you will hear Echo's voice.
Today we use this couple’s names to describe physical and psychological phenomena. Echo for describing a sound created by the reflection of sound waves from a surface back to the listener.
Narcissus has become synonymous with self-love, with the adjective ‘narcissistic’ and the noun ‘narcissism’ being coined to describe the sort of behaviour which he himself exhibited. Psychology defines Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD) as a mental condition in which people have an exaggerated sense of their own importance, a deep need for excessive attention and admiration, dysfunctional relationships, and a lack of empathy for others.
the story of Echo and Narcissus strikes us as quintessential Greek myth, but
in the original greek version of narcicus myth there is no mention of Ekho, anctually introduction of Echo into the story of Narcissus is the invention of a Roman poet, Ovid, in his book "Metamorphoses".
The tragic death of Narcissus made him a recurring figure in art and literature.
The novel The Picture of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde is in many ways a modern retelling of Narcissus myth. Dorian Gray and Narcissus both were too self involved with themselves and fell in love with their beauty and youth , which lead them to death of their own and those who loved them.
The myth of narcicuss was also a source of inspiration for many painters from Caravaggio to Dally.
Ekho and Narcicus represent two extremes of human attitude towards their individuality. And as always the golden rule is defined in opposition to the extremes: To live happily, you must define your identity, your self, as an individual, not being obsessed with it to the degree of narcissism , nor denying yourself completely , echoing the thoughts and words of others.

Keep in mind that Spaniards consider personal charm and first impression immensely important. The company is being judged through the prism of a representative. Thus, demeanor and appearance are no less significant than the quality of the product itself.
Clothing is related to this as it creates social status in the eyes of Spaniards, similarly to a house or a car. They have a liking for classic elegance without significant eccentricities. It is a matter of course for men to have a perfectly cut suit made of first-class fabric with clean shoes. Women show up mostly in classy costumes on official occasions. In the autumn and winter, they like to present their expensive fur coats. Perfect appearance means impeccable make-up and clothing, which is typical even for informal matters such as shopping for both men and women.
One has to be more conscientious than usual during packing their luggage. Negligent clothing can cast doubt on the firm's condition or one's position in the company.

Liebe Huyen,
wie geht’s? Ich hoffe, es geht dir und deiner Familie gut. Letzten Monat habe ich an der VHS meiner Stadt einen Tanzkurs besucht. Obwohl ich die ganze Woche arbeiten muss, möchte ich am Wochenende trotzdem etwas unternehmen, um mich zu entspannen. Deshalb habe ich mich entschieden, Tanzen zu lernen. Jeder auf dem Kurs ist nicht nur lustig, sondern freundlich. Darüber hinaus erzählen wir uns auch von Arbeits- oder Familiengeschichten und wir haben zusammen geübt. Schade, dass du nicht mitmachen kannst. Ist deine Prüfung gut? Du bist eine kluge Person und ich weiß, dass du es gut machen wirst. Nächsten Monat können wir gemeinsam einen neuen Kurs lernen. Sollte man Extremsport betreiben?
Erfahrungen:
Extremsport habe ich noch nie ausprobiert. Weil ich weiß, dass es sehr riskant ist und eine gute Gesundheit erfordert. Manchmal schaue ich mir auch Videos über Extremsport an. Es ist wirklich cool und überrascht mich immer wieder.
Heimatland:
In Vietnam entwickeln sich Extremsportarten allmählich. Es zieht viele junge Leute an, die es ausprobieren und erleben wollen. Zum Beispiel Fallschirmspringen, Bergsteigen, Bungee-Jumping, usw....
Vor- und Nachteile:
Ein großer Vorteil ist, dass es Ihnen viele Überraschungen und Freude bringt. Positiv finde ich, dass Sie durch Extremsport die Angst überwinden können. Ein weiterer Vorteil ist, dass Sie neue Freunde mit dem gemeinsamen Hobby kennenlernen können. Also Extremsport macht Spaß.
Aber dabei gibt es auch folgende Nachteile. Ehrlich gesagt, Extremsport ist sehr gefährlich. Wenn Sie nicht gut vorbereitet sind, können Sie sich verletzen oder sogar sterben. Ein großer Nachteil ist, dass Sie viel Geld für Kleidung, Werkzeug, usw… ausgeben müssen.
Meinung:
Meiner Meinung nach ist Sport gut für die Gesundheit. Aber Sie müssen vorsichtig vorbereiten und einen Kurs besuchen, bevor Sie Extremsport treiben.

Почему у мне нравится изучать иностранные языков
Мне очень нравится изучаю инновационных языков, но я не знаю почему. Я домаю что одна из причин это тот факт что, мне нравится изучать новых вещей и быть продуктивным. Поэтому изучение языков идеально для меня. Когда я изучаю инновационных языков я начинаю этот языка и я мог бы научиться другие вещи, например, я выучил Python на французский язык.

Najsłabszy podmuch wiatru
Wiem, że niestety mam tendecję martwić się o problemach, które nie istnieją, ale zastanawiałem się, że tak się zdarza u innych też.
Gdy niepokoję się o niewielkie problemy, mówię, że "boję się nawet najsłabszego podmuchu wiatru". Sądzę, że to ładna metafora. Ostatnio nie mam wielu zmartwień, wręcz przeciwnie, mam tylko jeden problemik do rozwiązania. Obiektywnie zdaję sobie sprawę, że rzeczywiście prawie wszystko jest po mojej stronie. Mimo tego ten problemik w głowie wzmagam, aż zostaje ogromnym huraganem, nawet jeśli jest tylko najsłabszym podmuchem wiatru.
Czy kiedykolwiek coś podobnego przeżyliście?

Une grande déception
Le dernier samedi je ai joué padel avec des amis. Ça semblait un bon début por un bon week-end. Après le match, nous allons pris le dejeuner. Notre plan pour l'après-midi était aller boire un verre (où deux) et être avec d'autres amis pendant la soirée et la nuit, mais c'est ici où ça commence ma couchemar: j'ai senti une doleur que, très lentement a occupé tout mon dos. J'ai compris immédiatement que j'avais sciatique.
Ma copine et moi, nous avions preparé un voyage à Serra da Estrela, en Portugal, mais nous avons dû l'annuler parce que je suis incapable de conduire des longues distances.
C'est dommage, surtout parce que nous avons déjà suspendu cete voyage en 2020 et en 2021 pour les restrictions du covid.
Mais, en fin, j'espère que on pourra y aller finalement l'été prochain.

Как я изучаю языки
Когда я изучаю языки, я не учу грамматика или новый слова, я учу языки пассивно. Так что я только погружаюсь в целевой язык чтением тексты, слушая в целевой язык или просмотрев видео. И позже я начинаю поговорить с носитель языка. Я не учу грамматика или новый слова потому что я считаю что это скучно, и я думаю что изучения языки должен быть весело если это возможно. Иначе, может быть что я не хотел бы изучаю этого язык или я бы выгорел (would get burned out).

В настоящее время, популярность внутреннего туризма увеличивается, даже в странах, у которых нет многих городов, куда могут побывать граждане. Это редко случилось в течение истории, из-за того, что другие страны кажутся многим людям больше интересные, чем родная страна.
Одна из возможных причин может быть пандемия. Когда она пришла в моей стране, государство дало ваучеры гражданам, чтобы они могли исследовать свою страну. В самом деле, у моей страны есть многие места, чтобы исследовать. Проблема в том, что многие не хотят принимать время, чтобы гулять вокруг национальных парков или посещать выставку в музее, из-за того, что они хотят произвести впечатление друзьям того, что они достаточно богаты, чтобы идти за рубежом. Однако, на мой взгляд, после того, что ситуация вынудила их искать активно места внутри своих местностей возможно, что они осознали, что опыт стоил того. В результате они в данный момент выбирают пойти по стране (go around the country?), или даже в пределах своих округ, вместо других стран.
Другая причина- было заметно увеличение стоимости продукты и обслуживания, которые были сделаны специально для туристов, например, гостиницы, пакеты поездок, а также туристические места. По показателям, это течение было наблюдено, сразу после конца пандемии. Это нормально, что операторы туристических агентств отчаянны, после того, что доходы получены туристов снижались в течение двух лет, из-за ограничений, которые были вводных государств.

I miss you so much and I would like explain everything about the school and what all happend without you. First you have right my parents are disvored my dad has cheated my mom and I and my mom are so happly. My dad was really bad and my mom see finally her true face. But that is not all my mother married again. Her new boyfriend is really nice and smart . He can cooks cleans and he helps me with my homework. His name is Tom he is a doctor. But the school is terrible my boyfriend broke up with me for lisa the means girl in the school . All while she is so beautiful and the captain from chearleder team. 9 avril 2022 - la croissance
Aujourd’hui pendant mon promenade routière, j’ai écouté un podcast qui a dit que la croissance était fait par l’inconfort, et qu’on ne grandi pas d’une manière élégante. Je suis à moitié d’abord avec ça parce que des quand on met le pied au delà de notre zone de confort, on élargira cette zone de confort en s’adaptant. J’ai aussi beaucoup d’expériences pour vérifier cette théorie, par exemple, l’année dernière, pendant cette même période, j’étais si occupée que je devais travailler et étudier tout le soir pour finir les devoirs et préparer les cours. C’était stressant mais j’ai appris beaucoup de choses dentisteries. De septembre à novembre derniers, je passais au moins 3 heures par jour pour me préparer au examen français. J’ai sacrifié beaucoup de temps pour loisir mais j’ai fait un grand progrès en français. On dit souvent « No pain no gain. » (pas de douleur pas de succès) mais je pense qu’on oublie souvent que ce douleur doit être accompagnée par la passion et le plaisir qu’on trouve pendant le processus, sinon ce sera simplement de torture.

Learning English with Podcasts
I started to listen podcasts to improving my English listening and speaking abilities since last year.
There are two types of podcasts I listen to mainly; Podcasts hosted by native speakers with the topics I interested like business, startups, self-help...etc. Another one are the Podcasts which are made to be English learning tutorials produced by teachers.
there is a quote "Read what you love until you love to read." I followed it at the very beginning when I choose what podcasts to listen. So I picked up the podcasts like The Tim Ferriss Show, How I Built This. Although I only could understand about 70% what the hosts said , but I still pretty enjoy them. After finishing few episodes, I stopped listening to that kinds of podcasts. Why? Because the hosts talked with normal speed, I had to be very focus on listening. That made my brain occupied so it was hard for me to do the "shadowing practice" at the same time.
I want to imrpove my English speaking, as a results I decided to try some English learning podcasts and saw if I could learned more. The result was really beyond my expectation when I could follow the hosts' clear pronunciation to speak. Now, the Podcast I spend most time listen to is called "Culips". The podcast itself is free for all, but they also offer a paid membership which gives the members detailed transcript and extra tutorals for speaking practice. I'm ready to pay for the exclusive stuffs.

(What could make it sound more natural?)
I recently listened to a radio program in which participants were discussing what would be the best courses to be included in students' curricula at secondary school. They mainly stress in two classes, that is Ancient Greek and Latin and computer sciences.
In my humble opinion, courses, especially in the secondary education system should be focused on those (useful) matters that students will not learn about by themselves, unless these classes are part of the academic record. Over and over we can see how non-technical subject, like Ancient Greek, are rejected from the list of subjects.
As regards the necessity of a computer science course, I cannot see the point on teaching about a "tool" that children already know at primary school, even earlier (some babies, unfortunately, "have grown up in front of a screen"). This opinion is opposite to one participant in the radio program who said in an ironical way that learning how computer works was likely to be more useful than learning dead languages.
Even though in case programming courses, since students must learn about a topic in the correct moments of their lives. If they want to be programmers, they would study it at appropriate colleges or universities from the ground zero. Not everyone will need this knowledge in the future in their professions.
As I see it would be more worth spend the limited academic resources into a course in Ancient Greek and Latin, due to ancient Romans and Greeks represent the cradle of our civilization, and by extension their languages, from which came the different currently languages in Europe and America.

Minecraft est mon jeu vidéo préféré. Pourquoi? Tu demandes. Parce qu'il est très intéressant. Il y a beaucoup de connaissances traditionnelles et les mécanismes de jeu sont incroyables. Beaucoup de gens jouent à Minecraft et aux jeux vidéo en général. Mes jeux préférés sont Minecraft, Roblox, Among Us. Certains jeux vidéo améliorent votre intelligence mais d'autres pas beaucoup. Nous ne devrions pas trop jouer aux jeux vidéo car cela détruit nos yeux. On devrait aussi jouer à l'extérieur. Cela améliore notre condition physique. Mes jeux préférés sont le football et le basket-ball.
