La extinción de los anfibios.
He visto esta mañana una noticia en la que discute las razones de la disminución de los anfibios en el mundo. Me siento muy mal de que la gente está destruyendo el ecosistema y esta Tierra que nos cria.
Según la noticia cita las conclusiones de la segunda Evaluación Global de los Anfibios (EGA) y la Unión Internacional para la Conservación de la Naturaleza (UICN), los desparecidos de los anfibios en el mundo han alcanzado a 47%, con los que el cambio climático es una mayor razón, 37%. Al mismo tiempo, se nota este especie en la Lista Roja.
Debido al desarrollo de infraestructuras y demasiadas talas de árboles, los hábitats de los anfibios se han disminuyendo, con 37%, aunque otras razones naturales también han causado estos perdidos de hábitats. Los anfibios son más sensibles en el entorno, ya que respiran por su piel.
En mi opinión, estámos destruyendo nuestros lugares, que nos empujarnos al catástrofe por si mismo. Necesitamos llamar a la gente la atención y los esfuerzos para que protejan nuestra Tierra y medioambiente.

Desde que la empresa de Open AI realizara el Chat GPT, el costumbre del uso de internet de las personas y el entorno de internet se han cambiado. Hay cada vez mas gente que han iniciado utilizar estas aplicaciones adoptadas IA. La Luzia es una de las aplicaciones con IA.
Luzia es una aplicación innovada en España por 3 ingenieros, quienes son expertos en el ámbito de IA. En los países hispánicos, se puede descargar Luzia por la web o añadir su contacto a través de las aplicaciones de WhatsApp o Telegram. Luzia puede ayudar varias cosas a la gente como redactar textos, traducir cientos de idiomas y transcribir audios, y ser un experto en cualquier ámbito.
Luzia se ha lanzado el abril de este año y conquistado 15 millones de usuarios en menos de 6 meses, casi en los países hispánicos. Se basa el modelo del Chat GPT y ha derivado varías funcionalidad, que actualmente puede prever el tiempo.
En resumen, el lanzamiento de Luzia cambia el costumbre de las personas utilizar el internet. Anteriormente, si tenemos pregunta, necesitamos buscar por si mismo en la web y filtrar las informaciones de búsqueda. Ahora solo necesitamos preguntar a Luzia en WhatApp o Telegram, no da las informaciones relevantes inmediatamente. El mundo ha entrado oficialmente la era de IA.

Salut!
Le fêtes à la fin de l’année est très diffèrent en Australie à rapport en France. En Australie, il y a beaucoup de activités diffèrent comme les déjeuners ou journée pour les achèvements. Mais en France il n’a pas les journées pour célébrer après le Bac.
En Australie le challenge est le cout de l’éducation, qui est augmenter chaque année. Pour France il est la pression pour réussir académiquement. France permet à beaucoup des pressions sur leur étudiants donc ils très stressantes. Les écoles France sont plus structurées et formelles et focus plus sur les connaissances académiques, malgré l’école Australie plus focus que sur compétences pratique et résoudre un problème.
Je crains de quitter ma famille après l’école pour a nombreuses de raisons. Une, j’adore ma famille et nous avons proche et nous partageons toutes. Deux, je pense que je relie sur ma famille, surtout ma mère pour a beaucoup de choses, comme cuisiner mon déjeuner ou laver mes vêtements. En plus, maintenant je n’ai pas un boulot, donc après l’école je trouve besoin un boulot qui est très proche à mon logement.
Je sais qu’il ne peut pas comme populaire comme les peuples comme Steve Jobs ou Mandela. Mais j’aimerais aider les gens quand je peux. Pour moi à l’avenir, j’aimerais ouvre une clinique dentaire, surtout pour les enfants. Parce que quand j’étais plus jeune, je pense que mon père (qui est un dentiste) était cool mais vraiment effrayant. Je sais qu’il y a beaucoup des gens qui sont très similaire à moi quand j’étais petite, donc j’aimerais diminuer cette peur autour les enfants allés à le clinque dentiste. Aussi, mon père est une personne qui est très patient et sympa avec toute son client donc à l’avenir, j’aimerais être comme mon père.

Hoch Mieten in Großstädten
Heutzutage wird das Thema hoch Miete in Großstädten heftig diskutiert. Ich bin der Meinung, dass es ausschlaggebend ist, solches Problem zu lösen und die Regierung einige Maßnahme ergreifen sollte, um die Miete zu reduzieren.
Es gibt eine Reihe Faktoren, zu hoch Miete zu führen.
Zunächst kann die Zahl der Wohnungen die steigende Bedarfe an Unterkunft in Großstädte nicht erfüllen. Außerdem sind die Anschaffungskosten in Großstädten sehr hoch, deswegen möchten viele Mieter die hoch Kosten auf Miete umlagern.
Die Miete verschlingt die Mehrheit des Einkommens.
Die neue Wohnungsform z,B Wohngemeinschaft ist meiner Meinung nach eine gute Lösung gegen hoch Miete.Die Regierung sollte mehr soziale Siedlungen bauen, um die Miete zu stabilisieren. Außerdem ist es empfehlenswert, auf dem Land zu wohnen, was eine gute Chance bieten, dass man nicht nur von hohen Kosten, sondern auch von Lärmstörung und Anonymität in Großstädten entfliehen kann.

Kolonisierung des Mars
Die Diskussion über die Möglichkeiten den Mars zu kolonisieren ist in vollem Gange. Ich halte es langfristig gesehen für sinnvoll, den Mars zu besiedeln, aber man sollte mittlerweile nicht vergessen, das Umwelt auf der Erde zu schützen.
Die Gründe, warum die Kolonisierung von Mars so bedeutend für Menschheit ist, sind vielfältig. Offensichtlich ist es, dass die aktuelle Ressourcen z,B Wasser, Oil, Fossile auf der Erde den Bedarf der steigenden Weltbevölkerung nicht erfüllen können. Die Menschheit lebt sozusagen ökologisch auf Pump, deswegen ist es Sinnvoll/entscheidend, ein neuer Planet z,B Mars zu kolonisieren. Außerdem könnte es passieren, dass mehr Leute durch solche Projekt motiviert wird, sich für wissenschaftliche Forschung zu engagieren. Neue Technology wird entwickelt und das Alltagsleben jeder Menschen davon profitieren könnte.
Auch wenn es viele Vorteile gibt, man darf die Nachteile nicht vergessen.
zunächst könnten nur wenige Menschen diese Kolonisierung/Besiedlung leisten. Danach verschlingt solche Projekt Großteil des Budgets des Staats, das bedeutet, die Investition für z,B Erziehungssystem, Umweltschutz, Öffentliche Infrastruktur wird vermindert.
Noch ein Weiter Nachteil ist, dass es viel Unsicherheit auf dem Mars gibt und die Lebensqualität auf dem Mars wäre viel niedriger als das Leben auf der Erde.
Darüberhinaus möchte ich darauf hinweisen, dass man viele Schwierigkeiten überwinden muss, um das Ziel zu erreichen.
Es ist wichtig, finanzielle Unterstützung von Staat zu finden. Kooperation mit anderen Staaten/verschiedenen Forschungsteams spielt meiner Meinung nach auch eine wichtige Rolle, was nicht nur die Kosten reduzieren sondern technischer Austausch fördern kann.
Zum Schluss möchte ich sagen, dass Kolonisierung von Mars eine gute Idee ist, aber wir sollten auch versuchen, unsere globalen Umweltproblem zu lösen.

Tooth Canal Treatment
I used to enjoy sweets when I was young. Three of my molars have been got canal treatment. This afternoon, I got the same treatment for the fourth one.
So, from left to right, top to bottom, I have totally had four molars repaired. In each procedure, I had to go to the dental clinic four times in 45 days. I roughly paid 1500 yuan (approximately $210) for each, with no insurance or government subsidy covering it.
Therefore, maintaining tooth hygiene and reduce consuming sweets are important for us.

Nowadays, chemicals are being used to produce and preserve food. This is happening because of the potential monetary benefits farmers and food manufacturers can gain. The risks associated with/the harm caused by such a practice are greater/more significant/more substantial than the benefits.
Indeed, using chemicals in food production and preservation brings benefits. Firstly, the journey from food production to customer delivery can be lengthy, potentially leading to product spoilage before reaching consumers. This causes financial lossesfor producers and, more importantly, can harm customer health. However, the use of preservatives can extend the shelf life of food products, ensuring they remain fresh and safe for consumption. Secondly, certain additions to food, such as artificial sweeteners or colors, make products more appealing to customers. This, in turn, encourages them to buy more products, which contributes to the growth of the national economy.
However, such chemical usages can lead to serious consequences. Prolonged consumption of processed foods increases the likelihood of developing certain types of cancer, particularly those related to digestion and the stomach. Additionally, the excessive amounts of sugar and additives in food can erode tooth enamel, leading to tooth decay, and may even contribute to the development of diseases like diabetes and obesity.Furthermore, children and teenagers are in crucial stages of development, requiring adequate nutrition. Sabato
Non mi sento bene a causa del rafreddore, ma devo andare con mia mamma al parco. Fortunatamente il parco non è molto lontano. Dobbiamo prendere la metro per arrivarci.
Ho dormito male perché ho saputo che i capi vogliono che noi lavoriamo dall'ufficio uno giorno o tre giorni al mese. Non so da quando però.
Mi ricordo ancora che sono in vacanza e posso godermi gli ultimi giorni. A domani!

Journal #16: "How I'm Learning English"
I want to tell about the my lovely recipe. It's pasta with chiken and mushrooms. For this meal I need pasta, mushrooms, chiken, an onion, salt, peper, cream. It isn't the classic pasta. It's the my personal recipe looks like the classic Italian pasta. First of all, I chop chiken, the onion and mushrooms. Then, I turn on a plate and put on a pan. After that, I put on some olive oil with the onion on the pan. After 5 minutes, add chiken and mushrooms and fried about 15 minutes. Then, I put on the plate a pot with water. Add pasta in the pot when water had boiled. Cook the paste 5 or 7 minutes. Finnaly I add the pasta to the pan and mix it. Enjoy!

Trying out different idioms
I've learned a couple of new idioms in the last few days, so I decided to put that into practice by writing a short journal entry.
This last month I've been having trouble being productive at work. It's been a few years since I started this job, so my colleagues and my boss probably expect me to take on more responsibilities, but my dwindling motivation makes me feel like I'm not playing with a full deck in that regard. I mean, if they asked me to be in charge of anything remotely important I would probably run a mile. In general, I like to keep to myself, so just thinking about the pressure of having a more proactive role in the business makes me feel rather discouraged.
Of course, I also thought about changing careers or attending university and studying something new. And I believe I have what it takes to learn pretty much anything; in fact, I don't think many people would dare to tell me "Don't give up your day job" if they knew about my hobbies. But, the thing is, I enjoy my hobbies being just that, something that I enjoy in my free time. I don't really want to entertain the idea of turning those into a full-time job.
Maybe I should give my parents a penny for their thoughts.

Comment éviter le stress ?
Tout le monde a du stress de temps en temps, mais quand tu as beaucoup du stress tout le temps, ça c’est mauvais pour la santé. Alors, comment éviter ou réduire le stress ? J’ai quelques conseils à te donner.
La première chose le plus important c’est d’avoir un plan pour réduire le stress avant que tu sois trop stressé. Il faut faire une liste de choses qui t’aidera à te détendre. En faisant cela, tu seras en avant ce que tu peux faire pour rester calme. Quel type de choses va t’aidera à te détendre ? Voici quelques suggestions sur ce que tu peux faire pour éviter le stress.
Premièrement, la musique c’est une excellente manière de te détendre. Quand tu te sens trop stresser, écouter de la musique apaisante. Si tu as des chansons joyeuse ou calme sauvegardé dans une application sur ton portable, pour exemple, tu ne dois que « press play » et tu vas ressentir meilleur.
Tu dois aussi prendre soin de ton corps. Il faut dormir suffisamment, s’entraîner, se promener ou courir, etc. Encore mieux : faire des exercices dans la nature. Profiter bien du soleil !
Une autre chose qui est très importante c’est de passer du temps avec tes amis et ta famille. Quand tu te sens stressé, tes proches ce sont les gens qui savent ce dont tu as besoin.
Finalement, c’est important de ne pas mettre tes tâches à plus tard tout le temps. Ça te semble une manière d’éviter le stress, mais c’est exactement la pire chose à faire. Quand tu mets toujours tes tâches à « plus tard » ce moment-là n’arrivera jamais et le stress va monter. C’est une chose difficile à faire, mais essayer de faire tes tâches tout de suite et tu vas ressentir mieux.
J’espère que cette histoire te donnera des idées pour éviter le stress. Chaque personne doit trouver sa propre liste de choses qui sont les plus efficaces pour eux.

初めての日本語で読んだ本の一つ
２週前日曜日、最初からフォローしているライトノベルシリーズはアニメ化を宣伝しました。タイトルが『クラスで2番目に可愛い女の子と友だちになった』です。シリーズの一冊は初めての日本語で読んだ本の一つので、私がいい記憶があります。今、好きなシリーズがアニメとして見れて私はとてもとても嬉しいです。そして、日本語でライトノベルとこのシリーズを読み始を話したいになりました。
私は日本語を勉強始めたときが大学二年生のときでした。そのとき、私の友達の一人はDiscordに英語か日本語でも話せるゲームグループを作った。その理由で私は「日本語を勉強してそこの日本人に話せになるが面白そう」と思いました。その上、私の大学は卒業の条件の一つが非専門の課題を勉強しなければいけません。それから、私の日本語を勉強の旅は始めました。私はクラスと自学で日本語初級と中級文法を勉強になりました。その上、毎日Ankiで語彙と漢字を復習と勉強していた。でも、最初の３年間にあまり日本語で読まなくて私の希望ほど上手じゃありませんでした。
ある日、日本語能力試験の3級をした日でした。あの日に1冊漫画は持っていた。タイトルが『五等分の花嫁』。試験を待っていたながら、私が読みました。そのとき、「漫画を安くわかりになりました！とてもたのしい！」と思いました。だから、試験が終わった後、私は本を読んでみる始め決まりました。
それから、私は色々なライトノベルを読みました。日常系や青春やラブコメの物語などが興味がありましたから、そういうラノベしかあまり読みませんでした。そして、読んでいたラノベの一つは『クラスで2番目に可愛い女の子と友だちになった』の１冊です。
主人公は陰キャ高校生です。両親が離婚でした。そして、お母さんと一緒に暮らしていた。毎週金曜日、ＢムービーのＤＶＤを借りて見るとピーザを食べるが趣味でした。ある金曜日、ムービーを探しながら「クラスで２番目に可愛い女の子」というクラスメイトに会いました。彼女もＢムービーが好きでした。それから、二人が友達になりました。
このラノベは言語が安いだけではなくて、内容もとても面白いです。主人子の二人の関係の面白さだけじゃなくて、男性主人公の環境の問題も集中します。そして、男性主人子の成長方がとても面白かったです。
このシリーズは好きだけど、好きじゃなかった点も一つがあります。主な好きじゃなく点のは2冊の後著者がストーリーの方向が知らないそうでした。それ以上、著者が主人子の関係を理想そう描きますので、幾人かが好きじゃないかもしれません。
それでも、このシリーズが日本語で読んだ本の一つと初めてフォローしていますだから、私はまだとても大好きです。甘い恋愛物語が好きだったら、このラノベシリーズをとてもおすすめます。
このエントリーは私が相対短い本を話すことが予定しますけど予想より超長かったですね。

Une dispute pour un saucisson, il finit en prison.
Les faits se sont déroulés début Décembre. Un homme avait interpellé un commerçant vendant des saucissons au sujet de la qualité de ses produits. Deux semaines plus tard, il revenait pour s’en prendre à nouveau au marchand.
L’homme pensait qu’il a acheté un saucisson qui n’a pas contenu de cacahuètes, mais malheureusement pour lui, il y avait eu une contamination avec des autres aliments qui étaient préparés dans la même cuisine. Ce jour-là, en mangeant ce saucisson aux cacahuètes, sa fille a développé des allergies sévères, si bien qu’elle a dû aller aux urgences pour les traiter.
Par conséquent, l’homme est allé au même restaurant qui lui a vendu le saucisson pour expliquer la situation potentiellement fatale. Ni le propriétaire ni le cuisinier acceptait l’accusation en disant qu’ils ne cuisine jamais avec les cacahuètes. Pendant la dispute, l’homme est devenu de plus en plus frustré, dès lors qu’il a essayé d’entrer la cuisine par infraction. Quand il a été arrêté par le cuisinier, l’homme a versé de l’huile brûlante vers le propriétaire. Bien que personne n’ait pas été blessé, l’homme était interpellé par la police pour tenter de nuire gravement à quelqu’un.
