It's worth it
Love.
What is love? I think we all asked our selfes already this question. And it's a good one. Love is a feeling and at the same time it's a choice, that has nothing to do with feelings. As children it's one of the most important things we need to become healthy grown ups, and we need it to show others, that we care about them. Love can be the most beautiful Thing in life, and at the same time the most scarry and challenging one.
Love is a feeling. Beeing in love for the first time is so exciting and beautiful. When you realise, that you just can't stop thinking about this one person, you want to spend time with this person until eternity and you can't imagine life without him or her.
And probably, after some years it will happen, that you suddenly stop having this feeling for this person. They even annoy you sometimes, you start argueing, and you would have never imagined that that's even possible. At this point love becomes a choice. You're got to choose the other person, even though you think you're right, even though you got hurt - If you really love them, you will choose them.
Also our parents chose to change our dipers and woke up in the middle of the night, when we were crying, because of a stupit nightmare. Writing about children, an important aspect is also that babies need love in order to become emotionally stable grown ups. They need love and affection, aß they need nurtrition and sleep. Without no affection at all, babies die. I would argue that also we, aß grown ups need love to survive - we won't die physically, but emotionally. Love can be scarry. By loving someone, by opening up to someone, letting to know someone about our deepest feelings and thoughts, we take the risk to be hurt. Thats Why some people rather choose to shut their heart of from others and letting No one inside. Thats probably the safest way, but a really lonely way. And by doing so these people also miss the most exciting and beautiful thing in life: Love and beeing loved, knowing someone and beeing know.
Love is scarry, exciting, adventoures, love can hurt.
But over all, and in the end, If you hold on and choose her, love is worth it.

La consommation d’insectes
La crise climatique de la société actuelle a contribué à consacrer l’adoption de nouvelles habitudes d’alimentation ainsi qu’à consolider des alternatifs encore considérés comme polémiques.
Cette réalité est justifiée par de nombreuses études, qui visent à visibiliser la puissance de tel changement : l’un de ces phénomènes, encore récents, est la consommation des insectes.
Selon des spécialistes, cette alternative présente beaucoup bienfaits sur la santé, tels qu’un impact plus positif sur nos corps : ils sont plus faciles à digérer et incluent moins calories en comparaison avec des aliments traditionnels, comme la viande. Il faut aussi noter que l’augmentation de sa demande est étroitement liée aux innovations culinaires des dernières années, dans lesquelles on essaye de modifier la conception actuelle de la nourriture, considérée démodée par certains, en incluant des ingrédients qui ne sont pas encore habituels dans nos cuisines.
L’un des exemples les plus controversés est le succès du restaurant du chef Romero, auquel nous pouvons goûter des plats tels que le tortilla aux grillons ou le fondant au chocolat et vers de farine. Aimé par plusieurs, détesté par d’autres, Romero a affirmé récemment que les insectes sont le vrai avenir de la gastronomie, et qu’il faut être ouvert d’esprit pour bien les savourer, en faisant épreuve d’une grande curiosité et en dépassant nos propres idées.

Le système éducatif
Je comprends qu'il n'y a pas un système éducatif parfait mais je toujours admire que comment le système en France vise à entraîner les élèves à avoir des pensées individuelles, critiques et libres. J'aime bien l'idée d'avoir la philosophie au bac malgré ça puisse être un cauchemar pour certains étudiants.
En revanche le système éducatif à Hong Kong fabrique des "machines d'examens", lequel se concentre sur mémoriser et obtenir les bonnes notes devient le but ultime. C'est plutôt triste.

La Journée Internationale Sans Mobile
La Journée Internationale Sans Mobile vise à sensibiliser à la population des dangers et des risques de plus en plus évidents d’un usage excessif des portables.
Dès les périodes de confinement en 2020, de nombreuses études détaillent l’influence des écrans (ainsi que de notre dépendance à elles) sur plusieurs aspects de nos vies, tels que notre bien-être physique ou psychologique, ou notre santé visuelle. Leurs résultats servent aussi à souligner que les secteurs populationnels les plus affectés par cette problématique sont les adolescents, les personnes âgées et les jeunes adultes, à cause de l’augmentation de l’enseignement télématique ainsi que du télétravail et des loisirs liés aux moyens de communication.
C’est pour cela que plusieurs personnes défendent l’importance d’une telle initiative, motivées principalement par le changement au cours des dernières années de la manière dont on socialise. Les professeurs et les pédagogues témoignent cette réalité, en disant que c’est presque impossible d’établir une séparation entre les portables et les enfants (ils préfèrent de les utiliser au lieu de parler directement avec des autres) et qu’il y a une tendance de plus en plus supérieure à éprouver des conduites asociales, agressives ou dépressives, ancrés à certains types de personnalité qui tendent à être accros à la validation externe qui donnent les réseaux sociaux.

Essay: Contamination in big cities (C1 CAE)
You have listened to a radio discussion programme about which measure could be taken, by local authorities to reduce traffic and pollution in big cities. You have made the notes below:
1) Provide exclusive lanes for public transport.
2) Introduce a congestion charge for vehicles accessing the city centre.
3) Ban all vehicles from the city centre during busy hours.
Some opinions expressed in the discussion:
“Cars are the main factor contributing to pollution and should not be allowed to the city centre.”
“The costs of imposing a congestion charge is much higher than the benefits.”
“Public transport is the best solution.”
Write an essay discussing two od the solutions in your notes. You should explain which solution would be the most effective in reducing the pollution and the traffic in big cities, giving reasons in support of your answer.

(What could make it sound more natural? )
Recently I heard a radio debate about the need of reducing contamination in big cities, especially from vehicles in downtowns. Basically, two solutions were exposed in this discussion: offering a public transport discount for all ages or charging drivers in the city centre.
As regards the last measure, I completely agree with some the participants who remarks that it would be an expensive one, although not economically. I mean, this will be an unpopular measure (synonyms?), which will make it non-effective in terms of durability, since political parties would not support the negative effects of it in an election process.
In the debate I heard that cars represent the first source of pollutants in big cities, so it was proposed banning their entry to the downtown, basing on the license plate number of the vehicle. This is an idea difficult to impose and even more to watch by the police, since there are so many people in big cities who own two cars. Moreover, changes could be done to the plate in order to avoid restrictions with little change to be discovered by the police.
For all the expressed above, it would be easier to promote environmentally friendly changes in the city by means of granting people instead of charging them. In this sense, users of public transport would benefit from this grant, what in turn would improve this service, leading to an increase in the number of users over the number of drivers, and finally, a reduction in the contamination in big cities.

久しぶりに日記を書こうと思っていた。最近がなかなか忙しかったし、何も書いていなかった。４月20日に仕事でマイルストーンがあって、数週間前ぐらいめっちゃ残業をした。20日の前の土日でも働いていた。でもその時からすごく楽だった、仕事が。
ゴールデンウィークで埼玉県の横瀬町にある鍾乳洞の武甲山を登ってきた。山頂までが3時間ぐらいかかっていて、下山のほうが早くて2時間ぐらいだった。山頂での景色がすごくて、晴れていた天気だったから、栃木県の山まで見えた。もちろん富士山を見てみたかったけど、山頂から反対方向で、木と他の山が邪魔だった。
武甲山を登ったのは別として、GWの間に漢検4級も合格してから3級のために勉強始めたり、ゴブリンスレイヤーというライトノベルも読んだりして、いい10日間の休みだった。

Je me suis réveillée quand le soleil a allumé ma chambre et j’ai entendu les chansons des oiseaux. Quand j’ai regardé par la fenêtre, je ai vu d’abord les arbres et dans une branche, il y avait un nid d’oiseau qui contenait 3 petits oiseaux attendants leur mère de leur nourrir. Ah c’était sans doute eux qui ont chanté. Mais en y réfléchissant bien, je vive à la ville mais pourquoi j’étais dans la forêt en ce moment ? « Aurora, est-ce que tu a réveillé ? Joyeux anniversaire de 16 ans ! Viens prendre ton petit déjeuner et prépare-toi pour ton grand jour !» dit une voix douce. « Aurora » ? Ce n’était pas le nom de la Belle au bois dormant ? Ah oui ! Ce n’était pas ma chambre mais celle d’Aurora que j’avais vu dans le film hier soir, donc c’est-à-dire que je devenais une princess !
Soudain mon réveil a sonné, et cette fois j’ai ouvert mes yeux et c’était véritablement ma chambre. Tant pis, ce n’était qu’un rêve.

우리 사회의 재활용 제도는 너무 복잡해서 효과적이지 않은 것 같다. 먼저 어떤 것이 재활용할 수 있는지 말지 알아야되는데 이것을 아는 것이 개인에게 어렵다. 비밀 언어를 해석하는 것처럼 힘들기도 하다. 그래서 재활용할 수 있는 플라스틱의 작은 부분만 재활용하게 된다. 이 제도는 시민이 책임을 책임을 지는 것에 의지하기 때문이다.
어떤 플라스틱이 재활용할 수 있는데 다른 플라스틱이 재활용할 수 없다. 모든 플라스틱을 완벽하게 분류해도 많은 것이 재활용하게 되지 않는다. 특히 플라스틱병을 불투명한 봉투 안에 넣으면 내용을 재활용할 수 있는지 확인할 수 없어서 재활용 센터가 버릴 것이다. 끔찍한 자원과 시간 낭비죠?

Fleischreiche Ernährung
Heute ein heiß diskutiertes Thema ist fleischreiche Ernährung. Ich bin davon überzeugt, dass fleischreiche Ernährung nicht heutzutage die beste Alternativ ist, um hoher Protein zu essen, weil es andere Mahlzeiten gibt, die gesundes Protein haben.
Aufgrund des benötigen Proteins, um Muskeln zu vergrößern, wird Fleischreiche Ernährung von meisten sportlichen Menschen geliebt. Anderer Grund ist, dass sie gut gegen Anämie und andere Vitaminmängel ist. Allerdings ist fleischreiche Ernährung nicht umweltfreundlich, weil sie nicht nur die Tiere, sondern auch das Land schädigt.
Selbstverständlich gibt es auch Alternativen. Erstens ist vegetarisches Essen gesunder als Fleisch. Zweitens hat Speisepilze viele Nährstoffe, die Fleisch ersetzen könnte. Ich empfinde es als Vorteil, wenn man Gemüse isst. Denn man könnte weniger Fett und mehr Vitamin essen als konventionelle Essen.
In diesem Zusammenhang möchte ich betonen, dass Fleischreiche Ernährung zwar eine gute Option für sportliche Menschen ist, aber es gibt umweltfreundliche Alternativen, zu erinnern. Hoffentlich wird es in der Zukunft mehr Alternativen, zum Beispiel, Insekten zu essen.

Jag läser Svenska som andraspråk 2 just nu och jag hade skriva en debattartikel.
Det var meningen att läraren skulle rätta till den och hjälpa till att göra den till en bättre text, men hon sa att jag skulle använda Word för att korrigera min grammatik... Hon sa att jag borde bearbeta mitt språk, men gav mig ingen hjälp med det och jag har naturligtvis ingen aning om vad mina fel är. Jag hoppas att någon här kan hjälpa mig att rätta min text och att jag kan lära mig mer, eftersom jag inte ser hur jag kan bli bättre med en lärare som henne.

Det är dags att legalisera psykedeliska
Debatten om de terapeutiska fördelarna av psykedelika, efter 50 års tystnad, har återupptagits. Efter avkriminalisering av psilocybin i Denver år 2019, avkriminaliserar fler och fler städer i USA användningen och tillåter medicinsk användning av dessa substanser. Oregon blev den första staten att legalisera psilocybin. Men de flesta länder i världen, inklusive Sverige, kategoriserar psykedelika som Schema I-substanser. Om man inte vet mycket om detta ämne, kan man bli förvånad över att det finns många fördelar och väldigt få nackdelar för att legalisera dessa droger.
Den viktigaste skälen till att psykedeliska bör legaliseras är deras psykologiska fördelar. På 50-talet började psykiatriker forska om möjlig terapeutisk användning av LSD. År 1965 fanns det mer än 2 000 publicerade artiklar som noterade positiva effekter med olika psykedelika, utan några registrerade folkhälsoproblem. Psykedeliska droger är faktiskt mindre farliga än alkohol och tobak, som är kända för att orsaka cancer, hjärtsvikt och leverskador, men fortfarande lagliga. I flera aspekt är socker mer av ett hot mot hälsan, för att inte tala om smartphones som har en liknande effekt på hjärnan som heroin. Forskning av psykedelika visar att dessa droger är ganska säkra: risken för dödlig överdos eller missbruk är mycket liten jämfört med andra substanser. Undersökningar visar att drogerna hjälper cancerpatienter att hantera rädsla för döden och hjälper människor att sluta röka eller alkohol. De förbättrar människors humör och livskvalitet också.
Det andra mycket viktiga skälet är att dessa läkemedel redan används i behandlingssessioner av psykiatriker, psykologer och kroppsterapeuter. dr Máté Gábor, den världskände ungerske läkare, som är mest känd för sin behandling av trauman är en av främjarna av användningen av psykedelisk i terapi. Men man behöver inte åka till Kanada för att hitta terapeuter som arbetar med MDMA, magiska svampar eller ayahuasca. De gör inte reklam för det, men om någon går in i yoga - kakao-ceremonin - extatisk dans värld, kommer lätt att hitta en terapeut som erbjuder denna tjänst. Och när filmer som Have a nice trip, The last shaman, Midnight Gospel eller Fantastic fungi finns på Netflix ska vi inte förvänta oss att folk inte vill vända sig mot psykedelika och beställa magiska tryffel eller växer kit från Nederländerna.
De två största nackdelarna med psykedelisk legalisering är allmänhetens rädsla för ett nytt beroendeframkallande ämne och de bad trips de kan orsaka. En dålig psykedelisk upplevelse kan resultera i psykotiska episoder, en förlorad verklighetskänsla och till och med långvariga psykologiska trauman, särskilt bland personer med en historia av psykiska problem. Det finns liten förståelse för hur man kan hjälpa människor som har en svår upplevelse när de tar dessa droger.
Beroendefrågan är enklare, eftersom det finns liten eller ingen chans att någon kommer att bli beroende av psykedelika, eftersom de är inte fysiskt beroendeframkallande som heroin eller tobak. Erfarenheten är också krävande och dränerande och på grund av det kommer människor helt enkelt inte att vara intresserade av att ta drogerna många gånger.
Man bör också inte glömma att psykedelika har varit delen av mänsklighetens historia i tusentals år. Antropologiska rapporter tyder på att i form av växter, svampar, rötter och frön har använts av människor i miljontals år och är fortfarande en levande del av kulturer runt om i världen. Till exempel den mexikanska kaktuspeyoten, den heliga svampen teonanacatl eller ayahuascaen användes och används i många aspekter av det dagliga livet (religiösa ceremonier, behandling av smärta, som aptitdämpande, eller att inspirera till mod) i flera central och sydamerikanska kulturer. För att skydda dessa kulturer och rädda deras kunskap, även från en punkt av religionsfrihet, är ett skäl till varför staten inte bör kontrollera användningen av dessa ämnen. Man bör också ställa frågan: varför får staten reglera vilka saker människor kan äta de hittar i naturen. Psykedeliska svampar växer naturligt över hela världen, inklusive Sverige. Varför ska födosök vara en kriminell handling?
Som avslutning vill jag påpeka att samma fördelar är giltiga som för legalisering av marihuana: det stärker ekonomin, frigör polisresurser, skapar tusentals jobb och de lagliga substanser måste regleras för konsumentsäkerhet. Forskning visar också att alkoholförsäljningen minskar på platser där marijuana och psykedelika är legaliserade. Eftersom alkohol är en står faktor i våldsbrotten, kommer en övergång från att dricka till cannabis eller psykedelisk användning minska brott som är förknippade med alkohol, såsom våld i hemmet och misshandel.

Montag
Ich habe gerade entschieden, etwas auf Deutsch zu schreiben. Heute war ich ein bisschen beschäftigt, weil ich meine Eltern besucht habe. Normalerweise lese ich 10000 Wörter auf Lingq.com, aber heute habe ich nur 5000 geschafft. Es war sehr gut, meine Eltern zu sehen und ich habe sie ein Paar Souvenirs von Berlin gegeben, sodass sie nie vergessen, dass ich Berlin besucht habe! Ich möchte viel schreiben und lesen, bevor ich an meiner Universität Deutsch studieren. Ich muss so fließend wie möglich werden und muss sehr fleißig daran arbeiten. Heute möchte ich auch ein Paar Biere trinken, um mich zu entspannen. Aber ich finde dass, schottisches Bier schlimmer schmeckt als deutsches Bier. Es ist auch teuerer. Das ist katastrophal.
Im August werde einer meiner Cousins aus Amerika Schottland besuchen. Es wäre schön, sie zu sehen. Sie hat auch eine Zwillingsschwester, aber leider ist sie krank und kann nicht reisen. Heute werde ich Nudeln mit Käse und Würstchen kochen. Ich finde es toll, nochmal kochen zu können, weil in Berlin konnte ich nur ausgehen, um Essen zu holen. Ich habe auch ein Paar Bücher bekommen, die meinen Onkel benutzt hat, um Deutsch in den 80gern zu lernen. Er war lange Übersetzer und hat für ein Jahr in Bayern gewohnt und gearbeitet. Ich möchte auch im Ausland leben und meinen neuen Kurs hat sogar ein Auslandsjahr. Im 2024/25 kann ich in einem deutschsprachigen Land wohnen und entweder studieren, für eine Firma arbeiten oder in einem Klassenzimmer als Lehrerassistent arbeiten. Es wird unbedingt eine tolle Erfahrung und ich kann es kaum erwarten. Es wird eine gute Übung, jeden Tag mit der Sprache zu arbeiten. Aber, ich habe noch nicht entschieden, was ich während meinem Auslandsjahr machen möchte. Ich habe viel Zeit, um zu entscheiden.
Ich höre gerade Judas Priest. Mein Vater ist ein großer Judas Priest Fan und ich habe als ich aufwuchs sie mehrmals live gesehen. Eigentlich vor meinem Flug nach Schottland hatte ich Flugangst, aber während Abheben konnte ich ein Judas Priest Lied in meinem Kopf hören, dann wurde alles in Ordnung. Ich habe am letzten Tag meiner Urlaubs herausgefunden, dass ich an meiner Universität akzeptiert wurde und ich habe in Glasgow ausgegangen und viel Bier getrunken, um zu zelebrieren. Ich habe auch ein Paar Freunde in Glasgow besucht. Es war ausgesprochen toll, sie nochmal zu sehen. In letzter Zeit bin ich nicht so oft nach Glasgow gereist und deswegen hatten wir viel dass wir darüber sprechen konnte. Ich werde nächsten Monat nochmal mit dem Bus nach Glasgow fahren. Vielleicht kann ich sie nochmal sehen.
